A cozy local coffee shop like place. Their Black pepper crab is the most delicious Black Pepper Crab I ever had in Singapore. I personally think it is the best in town, their sauce is very unique, a little bit of sweetness that you don’t taste the bitter from black pepper like other famous touristy restaurants. Must try menu are black pepper crab, fried dough fritter with sotong, and fried bee hoon.

Coffeeshop settings. So dun mind the atmosphere rating. The pepper crab are damn good! It was their most famous dish. The chilli crab can be improve I feel, it does come with mantou for you to dip into the sauce. Yumm! Mee goreng brings me back to the 1990s era. The traditional type of Chinese style mee goreng I had at lucky plaza! Definitely better yummy crabs than those atas expensive chains that lost the standard over time. Choose male crab for the firmness and female ones for the roes. Limited crabs per day!

This place has legendary black pepper crabs. The sauce is high quality, and the crabs are nice and full of meat. Our party of 3 had to stop ourselves with intense willpower to order a third. Warning that the other dishes are really very average, but this black pepper crab is definitely the best I've had so far in the island of Singapore

This place serves the BEST black pepper crab in SG. No other place even comes close. The place has no aircon and is very basic in appearance, but the crowd is nonstop cos the food is that good. Suggest to go early (before 5pm) to avoid the queues. Alternately, call them to reserve the crabs and do self collection, to eat in the comfort of home (like my friend always does). Their other dishes like mee goreng, moonlight hor fun etc are all delicious as well.

Good hype ⭐️✅ our usual!! where we like to have our pepper crab (in addition to the fancy Jumbo / long beach Restos). Taste is solid and packs a punch. The crab we had was large and fresh! Good hype!

Crab sauce was good. However, the sauce was not infused into the crab. Service was poor, we reached at 7pm (very rushed into our orders, owner was very inpatient, saying she need to bring out all orders by 7.30pm hence we ordered in a rush but all side dishes weren’t nice). Except, you tiao, mee goreng we have to finish up by 8pm (owners remind us they are closing in 10mins time) Some customers who had ordered beers were asked to move and carry their own beer and mugs (funny and kinda rude) to sit at the next table as owners wants to clear the table rushing to closed at 8.30pm sharp. One couple very close to 8.30pm mark, and not done with their dinner the man had to bottoms up his beer before stepping out of the last roller shutters (at 8pm, most of the roller shutters were starting to close, giving a lot of pressure while we were eating) Finally, while ordering the crabs, owner noted my husband went to park the car, told me that I he ordered 3 crabs with full confident but I only wanted 2. (I thought my husband had made the booking while ordering the no of crabs as well) as the aunty looked at the owner, and made a remark, eh , she only wanted 2crabs) can or not ? The owner say ok lo . When my husband is back, I clarified, he say no he did pre order any crab. Only the no of people. This part is pretty strange to me. Overall, we won’t return again. Cos very stressful eating as literally being chase out of the constant reminders of closing in minutes time, cleaning of tables fast and closing of roller shutters with one left opened for us to leave, and the crab was not infused with the sauce causing it be bland in taste.

Pepper crab was good with butter taste and smoothness. Big crab at $93 for 1 kg Fried bee hoon a bit under cook. Was here on off peak hour and service is good. When busy, I expect service to be slow.

The food was average, had pepper crab which was not as good as I expected and other dishes that were fine. However, we paid almost 100 SGD and when I asked for a napkin he wanted to sell them each for half a dollar. Seriously? Terrible service.
