This retired first responder turned food truck owner serves up some truly amazing, delicious pizza—with quality and flavors that are to die for. The pizzas are hot, fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. It’s a family-owned business, and they’re always incredibly friendly. Every time I see their truck, I have to stop in. They serve the community and fellow first responders with genuine heart and dedication. Their commitment, both on and off the field, really shines through.

My first experience at this food truck and I recommend it. The crust was probably one of the best I have eaten in Florida…..it was delicious. We ordered the 10 inch Pig and Pineapple and it was delicious. It had ham, pineapple, onion and balsamic. Loved the taste. The wait time was approximately 12 minutes from order to serve.

This is the worst Pizza company I've ever tasted. A 10.00 to 15.00 dollars personal pen not pan Pizza !! They say 10 in Not... The tomato sauce is unflavorable and dry!!! The stale, dry Raw ingredients on top of the unproperly cooked sausage salami Very Cheap on the meats. The sausage!! The salami !!;the sausage and peppers they've been kept in a cooler they flash heated in a oven omg the horrible horror !! Straight trash .. I'm getting my money back!!!

Pizza was so fresh and delicious! The employees were all super friendly. The food truck is super impressive, I’ve been in the restaurant industry my whole life and I’ve never seen a build out like this. So AWESOME. Definitely recommend!

I often try to support local food trucks, but this one is an easy one for me to support. The Monte Cristo is my favorite pizza and anytime Engine 53 is set up near my location, I try to order from them. I love the melty cheese, the sweetness from the jam (which comes on the side), and the crust is always perfectly cooked. I highly recommend you check them out!

This is one of my favorite food trucks in Tampa and they've got some of the best pizza in the Bay! Love their dough... soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, perfectly wood fired. If you haven't had their meatballs (not sure if they always have them), you've got to try them. AMAZING!!!

Fire Engine 53 Pizza is the best pizza truck in the tri county area. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. Between the wood fired oven and whatever they are doing to that dough is incredible.

I am so glad I found Engine 53 catering! We booked them last minute for a company event and we could not be happier. My clients were beyond satisfied with the truck's appearance, pizza choices and flavor and the helpfulness of the staff. Sarah is a dream to work with and her husband is definitely a pizza aficionado! The White Garlic Pizza was to die for! I am already trying to book them for my next event!
