Enjoy Vegetarian Restaurant Review - Chinatown - San Francisco - The Infatuation

"With over 100 vegetarian dishes and the ability to drop in and find a seat anytime, this Chinatown spot is the answer for meat-free Chinese comfort food. You’ll find delicious stir-fried noodles, soups, dumplings, and rice dishes, all made with soy-based chicken, pork, and duck. We recommend starting with the mushroom-and-cabbage-stuffed spring rolls, the steamed dumplings, and the vegetable-heavy chow mein. If you're on the other side of town, there's a second location of Enjoy Vegetarian in the Sunset. " - Lani Conway

Enjoy Vegetarian restaurant has great service and vegetarian dishes. I highly recommend it. I will definitely be back again and again.

I've been to a few Chinese vegetarian restaurants. This is a good one. Good value and good quality. Large menu. We had the fried pumpkin, tan tan noodles and a mix of seitan, tofu, mushroom and vegetables. All very good. Maybe a bit of the sweet side, but not overly so. It's a bit off from the main commercial area, which may help if other restaurants are too busy.

Today mom and I had the vegan mock meat chunks with broccoli and sweet n sour chick'n was really good. For dessert has sesame balls with red bean paste. I like it. I can't get enough of the spare ribs made from mushroom stems that seem to have seitan [vital wheat gluten] wound around them. The sweet n sour pork is about the best around. All this is vegan. I have seen Buddhist monks in here during lunch in the orange robes with no hair because hair isn't really needed is it? Treat yourself and help the planet. Eating animals the outdated oppressive food chain or food pyramid needs to be updated. People are a lot healthier eating plants. Everyone I know loves Enjoy. You can enjoy vegetable pot stickers too and the hot sauce is so full of flavor. The hot sauce is from sesame oil with red chili flakes immersed in it. The hot sauce is shelf stable. Also use the vinegar to add extra flavor to the chili oil and pot stickers. I don't use the soy sauce when I eat here. The sweet n sour pork is served on a bed of steamed broccoli. Get the brown rice instead of the white rice. The brown rice is healthier and has a nutty flavor that compliments the entrees better than regular white steamed rice.

On latest visit enjoyed all the dishes we ordered. Creative dishes, all without meat. Service was good and friendly.

Google
We love this place! We went to both locations and had excellent experiences and meals! It’s hard to find a Chinese vegetarian place that makes such delicious food. We enjoyed the orange chicken, combination platter, braised spareribs with daikon radish, veggie duck, and Dan Dan noodles were ALL notable. We’d eat here all the time if we lived here! Also, excellent customer service at both locations! 👌🏼

Google
Vegetarian/Vegan Chinese restaurant creating a variety of dishes from chow Mein to tempura to tofu/veggie meat & vegetables. I would describe the dishes here as “pure” yet flavorful. The main flavor focuses on the sauce of the dish rather than multiple ingredients combining together. Each piece of veggie meat, tofu, and vegetable is infused with the dish’s sauce. All the vegetables were tender and the soy-based meats chewy. I really enjoyed the (seitan?) strips in the chow mein and the “chicken” in the kung pao chicken. Only complaints are that each dish was over-peppered (too much black pepper added) and the tea was pretty weak (they used 1 tea bag for the whole pot of water).

Google
What a cute place! We were visiting this quiet neighborhood and got hungry. We didn't want to face all the potential crowds in downtown SF (or COVID-19). We found this place on Google Maps. I thought it was a weird spot for a veggie restaurant, but gave it a go anyway. So happy we did! The mock beef green beans and twice cooked "pork" were wonderful dishes. We also had the mock chicken nuggets as an appetizer (we're big eaters) and really enjoyed those too. Spicy level could be taken up a notch, but otherwise, it was a really nice, unexpected experience. The gal who served us was super nice and the food came quick and hot. I hope they survive the lock-down, they super-deserve your patronage!

Yelp
I have tried super hard to eat healthy and avoid eating meats. I'm glad that this restaurant was the perfect option for me on a day I didn't want to cook. My first time at Enjoy Vegetarian Restaurant was delightful as my meals were delicious, fresh, tasty, and satisfying. I got there at 5pm at the opening time and I got seated at a table of my choice. The server was super friendly and nice. We ordered three dishes and they were all amazing. I would eat every day if I live near by. The ambiance was pleasant, quiet, soothing, and earthy. I highly recommend it to all!

Yelp
Very tasty, not missing much without the meat! Flavorful and seasoned well. Had the crispy fragrant chicken, sea bass with eggplant, house Fried rice, salt and pepper pumpkin and spareribs with daikon. Everything was delicious. Waitress was friendly and recommended dishes. Small homey place with just a few tables but always full. Constant influx of patrons. Would come again

Yelp
Wow, it was packed; all tables were filled. This is a popular place for takeout - with free delivery! Doordash? Our table ordered a few dishes to share, and I'm glad we got to try more with family-style dining. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed every dish! My favorite was the lettuce wrap or "Chinese taco!" I could not tell what meat it imitated, but every bite was a delight. Mmmm. The Shanghai rice cakes were good, the golden knots are highly recommended, and so was the unique twice-cooked "pork!" Oh, their spicy dishes truly are on the spicier end of the spectrum - exactly why I ordered that dish. Their chili sauce also works well as desired as a standard condiment as Asian American as you can get just like ketchup and mustard for fries.
google avatar

Yelp
For quality vegetarian Chinese meal, Enjoy Vegetarian is hard to beat. On Kirkham and 12th Avenue, this unassuming corner restaurant has been a mainstay in the Sunset district. Service is attentive and efficient. Highly recommend braised spareribs with broccoli - for the uninitiated, you'd think it's meat! For those who like greens, the stir fried pea sprouts are great. Lots of people order delivery and takeouts, so this quiet place is rarely packed. Walk a couple of blocks up Irving Street and have some nutritious guilt-free vegetarian pleasure!

Yelp
The best vegan restaurant in town! It's been awhile since I get to dine in at this place. Thx to COVID! I loved their vegan orange chicken and eggplant sea bass. You have a choice of white ($2.50)or brown rice($3.00). I suggest you order a fried rice or chowmein if you have a big party to save money I gave it 4 stars because they charge a dollar for tea now. And also because they got rid of the lunch specials! The restaurant located in a residential area so parking can be a challenge at night or on the weekends.

Yelp
This review is about the delivery I received from the kitchen of this Inner Sunset restaurant. They named their mobile offering Vegan Deadly Sins. Not sure why since eating vegan is like the opposite of sinful. Unless they mean the additional fees GrubHub tacks on. Now that's sinful. But the food itself wasn't sinful. Just a bit on the middling side. They cleverly name their dishes after pop culture references, so I ordered the $16.99 Are You Bean Served?. That consisted of eggplant and green beans overmarinated in their black bean sauce (photo: https://bit.ly/3jofW1S). Better was the $8.99 The A-Steam, eight steamed vegetable dumplings accompanied by a soy dipping sauce (photo: https://bit.ly/3wTb6wt). So please forgive me, Father, for I have sinned. FOOD - 3 stars...decent though nothing stood out in my bag AMBIANCE - n/a...(shrug) SERVICE - 3.5 stars...well packed for its crosstown journey TOTAL - 3 stars...deadly sins? who knew? Yelp
I stopped by to order takeout lunch while I was in the Sunset right around when they opened at 11am, no one was ahead of us. The worker taking our order estimated 10 minutes but it was done in 5. I tried the fried wonton which was crunchy, and a lot more brittle than the same dish when I've had it at other restaurants. It contained mushrooms and vegetables and I thought it was pretty decent, also came with a sweet sauce. I also got the orange chicken with broccoli The broccoli definitely needs more seasoning, mostly tastes steamed or less cooked than I like it. The vegetarian chicken was fine, tasted alright but would've preferred stronger flavor/seasoning. Also, it was not that crispy especially after marinating in the sauce/liquid in the dish. If you like fruit though, they do throw in orange slices. Overall it was okay and I appreciate having a vegetarian focused Chinese restaurant but I think they could've seasoned the food more.

Yelp
The is a small joint, located in a residential area. The place is small and gives a family vibe. Compared to other vegan places, I was not over the top impressed. For the basil chicken, the chicken itself is no where to be found after a few bites. It's overwhelmingly veggies. For the other dish, it's rather flavorless. The fried wontons are my favorite. I will not come back unless my vegan friends really want to come. The people here are nice and very fast.l responding.

Yelp
I get takeout here a lot and Enjoy Vegetarian is a godsend. Some of my Faves: Dumplings/Won-tons - so light and delicious House Fried Rice - my fave, better than any meat fried rice! Soy sauce chicken - a delicious, savory meat free take-off on the simple, classic Chinese dish I know there's more so I will edit this review but the point is, it's a special place! I'd you're going to eat, their Chinatown location is more fun to dine in but both places have stellar mock vegan meats.

Tom K.

Yelp
We ate there and had a wonderful dinner. So we tried for delivery and if you try before they're open the site tells you they're out of everything. So we waited till after 5, which is when they open. Wanted delivery but site told us first delivery window would be Tuesday morning. Tried calling and no answer. So we ordered elswhere. VERY confusing.

Yelp
Wow! I had visited the other location several years ago and loved it & this is no different. We chose dine-in (first time since early 2020). Staff was very friendly, food came out much faster than anticipated, and absolutely every dish was phenomenal. We had chow mein, kung pao chicken, fried rice, orange chicken, fried spring rolls, and steamed dumplings. No complaints about any of it, it really was 10/10. We will be back soon and try more items. Almost every thing on the menu is vegan, the very few items that are not vegan are clearly marked. The menu is huge and there is definitely something for everyone, even picky eaters!

Jennifer T.

Yelp
The food is really good here. We usually takeout but decided to dine in today. The flavors are good and the portions aren't bad.

Yelp
Great vegan Chinese food! Same menu as the location in China Town, this gem was the first location and it's been here for 17 years for a reason. Started off with steamed dumpling appetizer, delicious filling with lots of fresh tender greens inside and the dumpling itself was not too doughy. Served hot with sesame oil on top and a well balanced dipping sauce. Ordered house fried rice and orange chicken as the mains, both fantastic. The orange chicken was not battered which left you with nice chunks of 'meat' rather than getting full on a bunch of fried batter. Broccoli steamed perfectly, table had soy sauce and chili sambal on it. For dessert, sesame balls stuffed with red bean - not too oily/greasy, filling not too sweet, and also not too large. Just right!! Friendly service and very quick turn around from the kitchen once we ordered. Lots of DoorDash they were busy with and other customers shuffling in at noon, 12:15p but nothing they can't handle. Check this place out!

Yelp
The best vegetarian food I've ever had! My partner and I regularly go to this restaurant and have loved it each time. It is usually not very busy and service is quite quick. Some of my favorite items: fragrant crispy chicken, braised spareribs with broccoli, soy sauce chicken with bok choy, spinach and pine nuts fried rice Mixed: - The combination platter (small) was much smaller than expected - curry tofu udon soup was only okay, not that much flavor -house special chow mein Overall I love this restaurant and would highly recommend it ^.^
google avatar

D F.

Yelp
We have ordered a combination platter for $9.99. Looked at how small the portion was... it is outrageous. As little as the length of my finger.

Yelp
As a vegetarian, I get so excited when I see a place that's all vegetarian and with such good reviews & items on the menu, so you know I had to stop by! I went after lunch time, so it wasn't too busy. Looking at the menu, there are so many options for whatever you may be craving & I saw chicken nuggets, so you know I had try those out. I also ended up getting the basil soy chicken with mixed vegetables. The chicken nuggets came out fresh & hot! The texture was perfect and my friend described them being close to McDonald's chicken nuggets. I liked them! The basil soy chicken came out not too long after & it was steaming hot. It was loaded with veggies and flavor and I really enjoyed it. The basil definitely dominates the taste, so if you aren't a fan of basil, I would recommend something else, but if you do like basil, this is great. The soy chicken didn't feel like it was fake, that's always a plus. Overall, food was great and portions were good as well! I'll have to stop by whenever I'm in the area & craving all vegetarian Chinese food!

Yelp
Great food! We are not vegetarians but we really enjoyed everything. The flavors and textures of the "meat" were perfect!

Yelp
It was a Thursday evening. I was craving Chinese food and as a vegetarian got a little disappointed to open yet another menu of another restaurant to see only the dish "vegetable delight" listed. What is this vegetable delight you ask? Nobody really knows. Does it delight? It rarely does. I decided to scroll a bit further down and found the answer to my delight problem. Enjoy Vegetarian is absolutely true to its name. It is vegetarian and you will enjoy it. In fact it is a whole menu of vegetarian options that will make your mouth water just reading through them. If you are indeed looking for a vegetable delight that actually delights, this is the place for you. If that still leaves you skeptical let me say these magical words to you: Curry Fried Rice. Need more convincing, you got it. Their meatless chicken tastes good and not rubbery. Their sauces are good, their veggies are fresh. Oh and the wonton soup is comfort food at its best. It is a bit pricey but you know deep down you should order it, you deserve it. Enjoy!

Christine N.

Yelp
Tasty, clean, vegan food! Def try the combination platter, Bean Curd Rolls, and Won Ton Soup. Mostly do pickup. Service is nice.

Yelp
Food 4/5 Atmosphere 4/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Customer service 5/5 Speed 4/5 Price 4/5 Outdoor seating? No Wheelchair access? Yes Restrooms? Yes Great place for satiate cravings! Their menu had so many options it was hard to choose! There are plenty of Asian style restaurants in San Francisco but this one really stood out to me. Would definitely come back.

Yelp
Once in a while when I don't feel like cooking, but want some vegetarian Chinese food, I look to Enjoy Vegetarian to satisfy that need. I have always loved their basil fried rice with pinenuts. Delicious. Recently tried their sliced fatty pork with cabbage, and it was pretty tasty, plus I was like woah, the mock pork slices looks like real pork. Anyhoo, the other dishes I ordered was good, too. I realized on a recent order that I got 3 tofu dishes. My least favorite turned out to be the mapo tofu, but that's because my friend (I feel like she's my aunt) Katie, makes this dish for me at her restaurant and I love it, so it's hard for me to like other folks' mapo after that. The pumpkin, tofu, and string bean dish is delicious though. I love how the pumpkin taste so yummy. I also really enjoy the vegetarian egg rolls. And on a recent order, they sent along some complimentary sesame balls. So nice of them and they were delish!
google avatar

Claire L.

Yelp
This is one of my family's go to vegetarian restaurants in SF! The food is really good - I recommend trying the walnut prawns or lemon chicken. We always order many dishes cuz it's both affordable and it's delicious. It's also pretty easy to find street parking around the restaurant. 10/10 would recommend!
google avatar

L S.

Yelp
Good is good as always, they were very short staffed today at Mother's Day. They can overcome that soon.

Mirage W.

Yelp
Get the curry fried rice! The workers are so kind and the restaurant is never too busy, best place!
google avatar

Yelp
Flavorful, amazing and authentic VEGETARIAN Chinese food! I didn't know all those words could be used together to describe a restaurant. I'm amazed! The flavors are absolutely authentic (this is no "Asian fusion" place) and savory even though no meat is used. The meat substitute is nice quality and the veggies are cooked perfectly. Ordered side dishes with a main dish of rice, and they even threw in some complimentary sesame balls! Sparerib with broccoli - 5/5 my boyfriend loved this and he's a sworn meat lover! Tasted just like the original dish with meat. Bean curd rolls - 5/5 I loved these!! The shiitake mushroom flavor is super lovely and the sauce is nice, not too thick. Hot & sour soup w/ wontons -5/5 STANDOUT!! I LOVE hot and sour soup and this was probably the best I've ever had, even though it had no pork! The flavor is so good, perfectly balanced between hot and sour. I do have a stronger palette so I like when things are super flavorful - this is not your soup with light, delicate flavors - but that's what makes it awesome :) Sesame balls - 5/5 nice surprise! They were yummy. Consider me a new regular!
google avatar

Sandy A.

Yelp
You know I love vegetarian restaurants. They already win in my book for being plant-based and providing veggie options that satisfy my cravings. Here I ordered the basil chicken, the red chili wontons and the sticky rice. I have to say that the basil chicken was delicious tho it was a bit on the greasy side and I would have liked to see more basil. The wontons were delicious, I mean not as amazing as mine but were very good. The sticky rice however lacked flavor. But I'm Taiwanese sticky rice biased so this Cantonese version didn't do it for me. I'm really excited to come back and try the tan tan noodles, veggie dumplings, salt/pepper tofu and more! Service was excellent!
google avatar

Vanessa Y.

Yelp
I got the vegan fried rice and it was pretty tasty. The price is a little high compared to other Chinese places, but the dishes are definitely a little more unique. Usually very low wait

Arielle S.

Yelp
Delicious! We ordered: - the spinach and pine nuts fried rice - spareribs with broccoli - pumpkin string beans tofu dish I was pleasantly surprised with how good all the dishes were. Not too greasy and great flavors! Only down side is that it was kinda expensive ($15-16 per dish)

Yelp
Enjoy Vegetarian has been on our list for a while, so we decided to try it out as a treat this month as we're doing Veganuary (Vegan January). Soo much to choose from, but we decided to go for the Appetizer Combo, Golden Knots, and Lettuce Wrap. The order was ready in 15 minutes and the staff was very kind and threw in vegan pastries for free! The whole thing came out to ~$50 before tip. When we got home to unbox, the portions seemed a bit small but we were impressed with the reusable containers they came in. Also we noticed that the lettuce wraps were just filling sands lettuce. The taste of the food though more than made up for this though. All the mock meats were on point and had their own distinct flavors and textures . I honestly don't know how they did it with their bbq beef. And the bean curd was amazing also (love their huge selections bean curd options) and bok choy perfectly cooked. The vegan pastries they threw in too made the perfect finish to a great meal. So glad this place exists and would totally go back as a treat!

Yelp
TL;DR: healthy and clean Chinese food that is really good. Normal SF prices. Small-moderate portions. You probably don't get many self-proclaimed carnivores reviewing this place or even giving it a chance! But I did... and it was so good. I ordered 2 dishes and it came out to around $30, and I had leftovers for a couple meals! I saw no legit reviews on the healthy medicine soup, but it's SOOO good. It tastes like a typical healthy Chinese soup. It's what I was craving and what brought me to the restaurant in the first place. I also ordered the string beans with soy chicken, and the "chicken" had really good flavor!! It wasn't chicken, and it didn't taste or have the same texture as chicken, but it was good. It wasn't rubbery, but it had a little crisp to it, which I liked! Unlike some Chinese restaurants, I did not feel a little gross after eating a lot. I saved the leftovers for later, and they heated up just fine. I am so sad I discovered this place right before moving out of SF. It's good!
google avatar

Sha G.

Yelp
Ordered through Yelp and the pick-up was easy. My food was bagged and waiting for me at the front table. Staff was masked and standing in the back of the room just in case I had questions. Food was hot and tasted great. I recommend checking out this place for soup, dumplings, and sesame balls...meat-free!
google avatar

Yelp
Enjoy Veg has narrowly edged out Loving Hut as my favorite vegan Chinese food spot in the Inner Sunset and is now one of my all-time favorite Chinese restaurants in SF. Everything I tried was somehow better than the equivalent meat version, and I say that as someone who grew up eating non-vegan Chinese food. * Eggplant with sea bass - The sea bass blew me away!! I have no idea what it was made from but it was delicious and surprisingly complex with hints of ginger and fish. * Braised rib with broccoli - The ribs had a nice balance of sweetness and herbal flavors that are rarely found in Chinese food outside of China. This tasted pretty authentic to me. I only wish there was less broccoli and more faux-rib. * Crispy chicken - I think they may have given me the chicken nuggets instead cuz the chicken pieces were smaller than I expected. Still it was tasty and not overly breaded or greasy. It was probably my least favorite of the three savory dishes because it tasted more-or-less like standard American chicken nuggets. * Sesame balls - They added these to my takeout order for free. I loved how the sesame dough and red bean filling weren't too sweet. Texture was spot on.
google avatar

Liza M.

Yelp
This is one of the top chinese vegetarian restaurant in SF. I highly recommend the golden knots - MUST TRY. The crispy fragrant chicken is a classic. Meat eaters love this. Also a fave is spicy wonton in chili oil. The eggplants are solid but on the greasy side. Mushroom e mien is pretty flavorful and addicting with a strong mushroom kick. The vegetable noodle soup is tasty. Shanghai style rice cakes is also good, great with chili sauce. I would skip the Mongolian beef. Spinach pine nut fried rics is pretty good. You can also substitute spinach with cilanteo if you prefer. They recently upgraded to newly printed menu with increased prices and grease in stir fries though..
google avatar

Allen G.

Yelp
Not a big fan of fake meats but if you had to go to one I guess Enjoy is an ok place. The dishes were pretty small for the price and a bit oily for my taste. Also noticed same dishes going to other tables were different portions, not sure why. Also a few dishes were very salty and a bit uneven. Did enjoy the complimentary warm sesame ball dessert. Honestly not my favorite but mother in law loves this place so came here on her birthday
google avatar

Nicholine L.

Yelp
My parents love this place and they are hard to please. We usually order the same items - veggie shark fin soup, ocean basket, spinach and pine nut fried rice, house special chow mein, etc. Their fried tofu is the best! It's amazing things taste so good without garlic, onion, and msg.
google avatar

P B.

Yelp
I am a vegetarian and appreciate the vegan restaurant. We drove quite a distance to visit this place. We were disappointed with the taste of the food. It was mediocre at best. Broccoli was over cooked and overall dishes lacked spices and flavors.
google avatar

Adrienne G.

Yelp
This location is just as delish as their downtown SF location! Having just finalized our taxes, the Mr & I stopped by Enjoy to grab some favorites & celebrate the fact our yearly gouging from Uncle Sam was over We ordered big & enjoyed several meals of: Walnut "prawns", Pumpkin & taro in coconut sauce, and the Mongolian "beef" This spot is actually closer to home than downtown so I can see us here.....a lot!
google avatar

olivia b.

Yelp
Wonderful mostly vegan food. I appreciate the lack of filler onions. We like everything here, especially the noodles, apps, and tofu dishes.
google avatar

Joel W.

Yelp
Very solid vegan Chinese food with no onion or garlic. The dining area is small and simple but good enough to sit and eat in.

Yelp
I didn't try this place for the longest time because of the prices. After moving away from the Bay, every time I visit I make it a point to try out new places. I can now say I was truly missing out for years not giving this place a try! This is a fairly small restaurant. Despite that, they kindly allowed us to dine in (even when I showed up 15 minutes before closing on accident!). This seems like a family run business, it's very cute and tidy inside. They were churning out orders quickly as the to-go bags filled up the front table. The service is top notch. Like I said, I misread the hours but the server still allowed us to dine in, just reminded us when the kitchen was closing in case we wanted to order anything else. We asked for bottled water after we got our food and tried to pay for them, but the server kindly told us to eat first, lol! Definitely a cute family vibe. The people that work here are so kind and give very good service! And now for the food--it is extremely delicious. They have a very extensive Asian fusion menu and it is clearly noted what options cannot be made vegan (which are very few). The first visit here I got the chicken fried rice, spareribs, and kung pao chicken. The second visit we got fried chicken, house special fried rice, eggplant and basil, and lemon chicken. Every single item was so delicious, although I do have to give the spareribs the spotlight. They were unlike anything I have ever had, the flavor was on point. The lemon chicken was amazing as well, the sauce wasn't as overbearingly sweet as some other recipes I've had and you could taste real lemon in it. Overall, this place is a must if you're in the city looking for good Asian food even if you're not vegetarian. Don't let the prices keep you away, let's be honest, it's pretty average for SF!

Judub W.

Yelp
Great Chinese vegetarian food. Our favorite is eggplant sea bass and bean curd rolls.

Yelp
I have previously been to Enjoy Vegetarian Restaurant at 839 Kearny in Chinatown. This was my first time coming to the Inner Sunset location at 754 Kirkham. I decided to go w/ the Kung Pao Tofu w/ peppers & broccoli. It was listed under the spicy menu section. It was $10.99. Rice is extra. Steamed Brown Rice is $2.50 per bowl. There are 93 items on the picture menu which helps when ordering to get the visual. They are closed Mon here & is a short walk from Golden Gate park. SF Veg members get a 10 percent discount here. My dish had plenty of broccoli & garnished w/ peanuts. Generous portion size. Tofu was flavorful yet didn't find it that spicy.
google avatar

Sandy Y.

Yelp
I am not a vegetarian, but my husband is. Quality of the dishes here is great! The family favorite is the broccoli and beef. The latest dish we've tried is the pinenut fried rice, which I can see become a regular dish for us as well. I am knocking one star off due to pricing. As of 1/1/19 the chain has raised prices by a whooping 20%.

Mikayla M.

Yelp
One of my favorite Youtubers talked about this place a lot when she used to live in San Francisco & finally got a chance to go! Amazing that this place is ALL vegetarian, Chinese food. They weren't super busy when I went and the food came out pretty fast. If you're looking for an Asian delicacy with vegetarian options then this is the spot. Ordered: fried won ton ($5.99), eggplant w/sea bass ($12.99), hot & sour soup ($7.50)

Angelica C.

Yelp
Yum! House Special Chow Mein was super tasty. Egg rolls were also very good. And those complimentary sesame balls...delightful. Keep it up!
google avatar

Galen C.

Yelp
Really solid vegan Chinese food with a varied menu. Some dishes are better than others, but part of the fun is trying lots of dishes over time to find favorites. We order from here often enough that we've narrowed the menu down to some favorites: house special fried rice, pumpkin string beans & tofu in black bean sauce, eggplant with sea bass, and braised spare ribs with broccoli. Our son loves the won ton soup. Worth a trip, especially for vegans.

Yelp
Tonight the restaurant was closing at 8:30. We called at about 8:20 and they had no issue getting our order and said just be here by 8:30! (SUPER FRIENDLY). The food was ready, the main lady helping us with our to-go was just the most kind person. We got the house fried rice house chow mein Potstickers Lemon chicken & steamed dumplings. Everything was SO GOOD. Amazing take out experience.

Yelp
The food is super delicious. Fortunately it's close to my house so I just hop over whenever I don't feel like cooking. As I eat very healthily, I ask for less salt/oil. My favorite dishes are: 37. String Beans & Soy Chicken in Black Bean Sauce 41. Eggplant with Sea Bass 56. Bean Curd Rolls with vegetables 53. Pumpkin, String Beans, Tofu in Black Bean Sauce 48. Basil Soy Chicken with mixed green vegetables 33. Sweet & Sour Soy Chicken with Bell Peppers & Pineapple 24. Lettuce Wrapped with Shredded Mushroom, Soy Chicken, Tofu, etc. 15. Veggie Duck (appetizer) There is a huge variety of dishes and it's hard to narrow them down to only a few choices each time!
