Very cozy and welcoming restaurant with great food and service! I had their tagliatelle bolognese with their happy hour Syrah (which I thought was a really great deal considering the pour at $8 per glass) and everything was perfect. The pasta was perfect and the meat sauce was super flavorful without being greasy or oily. I’d love to come back and try more of their menu!

Arrived excited to enjoy the experience. Was seated at a table at the bar area. Our beverage service took 15 minutes after ordering. And there was only 1 more table with occupant and no one at the bar. Ordered the soup and asked twice for a spoon before getting one from the hostess stand. Bread basket was ordered and delivered after asking for it and reminding it had not come. … and told oops. Main course took 70 minutes to arrive, the pasta was sweet as if the pasta was cooked in sugar water not salt. There was no balance to the entree and it was room temperature. ( we did not eat it as it was not worth the calories). The hostess was the one to get the entree after asking the server and was told it was” on the way”. Hostess said she had notified the manager because this was not a normal experience. The manager apologized said she would send an email and coordinate a “repeat meal” on her to change the impression. Said the email would come immediately. … no email and no service with only mediocre food. If you are looking for a special experience look somewhere else.

We came to sample the $45 3-course dinner for Restaurant Week, and it did not disappoint. Great curation, starting with well-dressed fresh greens and tartness from the kiwi in the Jersey Salad, moving on to a symphony of vegetables in the Pastaless Lasagna, and ending on a very indulgent note in the Flourless Chocolate Torte. I look forward to trying out more creations from this beautiful restaurant. Complimentary valet can be hailed after dinner via text.

The food is delicious, they pay attention to every detail of the dish. I ordered very fresh seafood and the banana pudding was delicious, wow, the best!

Went here for dinner a few weeks ago! Everything we ate was delicious. Loved the ambience as well! Didn’t take many pictures but some things that did make an impression were the Beet and Strawberry gazpacho, Ceviche, and Branzino!

Another very nice dining experience at Eno Terra. Overall, the restaurant was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday night, though we did sit upstairs to get away from the noise, and that worked out well. Service was good, food was excellent. The Bruschetta appetizer is a must, the Orecchiette con Salsiccia and the Tagliatelle Bolognese were both great.

Google
The Branzino is delicious, crispy outside and tender inside. The blue crab cakes are delicious as well. One Mocktail choice only, Peachy Clean is decent. Great service. A bit pricey for the food portions. The second floor has nice window garden view.

Google
Umm... The food was definitely delicious with pretty nice plating. You know the chefs in the kitchen are seriously preparing the food with all their mind. This is similar to OMAKASE in Japanese cuisine. The waitress was also performing great hospitality and served us the best. Overall, this is a very enjoyable dining experience. I didn't give 5 stars is: although it provides valet parking, when everyone is crammed after meal waiting to get the car somehow ruins the good dinning feeling.

Yelp
Just had a wonderful Valentine's Day dinner with my wife at Eno Terra. We sat at a corner area with a window to the outside. There was a pre fixe menu (drinks not included) which was pretty expensive but our bellies were full from all the food and appetizers. I had the braised short rib and it was good. Wish it had a little more flavor considering the price point but it wasn't bad. My wife had the Pappardelle Abruzzo and she absolutely loved it. I had a taste myself and it did not disappoint. For dessert, we had the Riccotta Coconut Cake and the Lemon Panna Cotta. Both were delicious. I personally loved mine. By the end of our dinner we had eaten so much we definitely got our moneys worth. I recommend Eno Terra. The service was really good from the complimentary valet service (make sure you tip!) to our dinner experience. Best part of all, our Tesla was recharged by the time we finished dinner! I didn't know restaurants did this but it's an awesome bonus service.

Yelp
The service was amazing! Nice touch- they ask you which seat you would prefer. Everyone was very nice and made you feel welcomed. The food was amazing, there was not a bad dish! My steak was ordered medium and was done exactly that way. The drinks were great! Sangria excellent. Calamari tender and seasoned well.

Yelp
My party of 4 came here on a Monday for a 12pm reservation and were seated promptly. There were a few tables occupied, but much of the restaurant and bar area were empty. They currently have a 3 course lunch menu for $29, which two people in my party ordered. It came with soup or salad, branzino or pork ragu pasta, and cannoli or biscotti. The branzino was the highlight of the meal, with the other dishes being average. This was a good deal compared to other entrees on their menu. We also ordered the braised pork sandwich and a crab and shrimp spaghetti. The braised pork sandwich was under-seasoned and a bit in the dry side. The fries it came with were great however. The shrimp in the spaghetti dish was also overcooked and chewy. Service throughout our dining experience was very slow and not attentive. We had to ask for water refills twice before getting served. - Limited parking on site

Yelp
My children took me here for Mother's Day dinner and it's wonderful! My daughter had a blood orange cocktail, I had the mocktail, my son had the nonalcoholic wine, all delicious. For appetizers, we had the bread basket, arugula salad, and mussels & clams. For entrees, we got the bronzini, pork skirt steak, braised pork, and trumpet mushrooms. The pork entrees were tender, and the branzino and my mushrooms were flavorful. We shared the bread pudding and blueberry cheesecake, perfect ending of the evening. We all enjoyed our dinner very much. It's so nice that they seated us by the fireplace upstairs. When it got too hot, they turned off the fireplace for us; it kept me warm and cozy. Loved it. It's not crowded or chaotic at all for Mother's Day. They had a special menu for Mother's Day dinner; I think it's more manageable for them that way. We will definitely return to try their regular menu.

Yelp
Had high expectations since we heard so much from friends and neighbors. But perhaps since we went on New Year's Eve, the pre fix menu felt too high for the quality received. Many of the dishes came out barely warm and took a long time. Same for drinks. I recognize the place was pretty busy but it seems like they regularly have high traffic so I wonder if dining always takes that long. The ambiance is very nice though and despite being very busy it didn't feel too loud.

Yelp
We had a good time celebrating New Year's Eve here because of the company, atmosphere, and excellent service, BUT the food substitutions and running out of food items was disappointing. While a few dishes stood out, the inconsistency overshadowed them. Food: 2/5 The food was the biggest disappointment, especially for the $89 prix fixe New Year's Eve menu. * Amuse-Bouche: Fine but forgettable -- too much pastry and barely any poached pear. * Antipasti: The salmon tartare was the highlight of the meal -- fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. A solid 5/5. * Entrées: The menu changes were disappointing. The advertised crab ravioli was replaced with lobster agnolotti, which came in a broth instead of the sauce we were expecting. We had specifically asked about this and were told it would be more sauce-like, but it wasn't. The blackened tuna was replaced with blackened salmon, which was a letdown since some of us were excited about the original menu. My husband ordered the bronzino filet, and it was absolutely fantastic! Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and easily the best entrée of the night. I truly wish I had ordered it instead. *Dessert: A disappointment. The chocolate lava cake advertised online was swapped for a chocolate tiramisu cake, which then ran out before dessert was served, leaving us with regular tiramisu. Similarly, the panna cotta ran out, so my friend chose apple crumble, which was good (4/5). I ordered the baked brie marsala tart, which was awful -- flavorless pastry, the tiniest sliver of brie, and roasted grapes that tasted microwaved (0/5). Thankfully, the waiter was gracious enough to replace it with the pumpkin crème brûlée, which was definitely an improvement (3/5). Service: 5/5 The staff was WONDERFUL! Everyone from the hosts, waiters, and valet were all friendly and attentive. Our waiter answered all of our questions about the menu and handled issues gracefully. Ambiance: 5/5 The atmosphere was incredible -- intimate, cozy, and beautiful. It felt fancy and perfect for a special occasion. The complimentary valet service added to the upscale experience and was a thoughtful touch. Drinks: 4/5 The first round of drinks was fantastic! My espresso martini was delicious and my friend loved her old-fashioned. We enjoyed them so much that we decided to order another round of the same drinks. My second espresso martini was just as good; however, my friend's second old-fashioned was a disappointment. It tasted noticeably different from the first and wasn't nearly as good. On top of that, the waiter mentioned they had run out of the large ice cubes typically used in old-fashions, so her drink was served with chipped ice, which melted quickly and diluted the flavor.

Yelp
Good for business or pleasure! The food was nice. No complaints. Nothing blew me away but it was a good meal. I will say though, 10/10 gelato. The bread pudding was fantastic as well. Service was great! The outdoor seating was fabulous. The indoor area was nice, it was modern, more on the fancy side than casual.

Yelp
A beautiful restaurant inside a barn like building. The service was great and the staff was friendly and professional. We had calamari, arugula salad, duck special, and blue crab cakes. For dessert we had cheese cake. The salad was fine and the crab cakes were delicious. The calamari batter was as light as we were expecting. The duck was juicy and tender but can use some sauce. The cheese cake was great.

Yelp
My second visit was as wonderful as the first. Will come back every time I am in town. Food is amazing, service unrushed, lovely atmosphere. Branzino is the best! Even my daughter who doesn't like fish liked it.

Yelp
Team dinner for 30! I was a little hesitant because it's family style meals after a certain amount of people, but it turned out to be super fun! I communicated with their events lead leading up to the dinner. Jessica was very nice and also met me half way, whether it was in regard to the budget, menu, or guest size changes. I choose the 4 course menu for my guest, which included varying antipasta, primi, secondi, contori, and a dessert. Because it was a lot I'll just highlight my favs. The Mushroom Ragu was fantastic! Probably my favorite thing off the menu, and omgosh the ricotta!! Would come back just for that again. I do wish they would have paired the ricotta with focaccia or a bread, but it was still great with vegetables. The salmon and chicken were also great options! I didn't really like the dessert much. It was a crumble, which was a little too sweat for my liking and way too many textures. The vanilla ice cream that it was paired either with was great though, and I wish they would have just served that. The staff were nice, but I don't think they checked on us too much and also didn't direct guests well. There were two large dinner that night and we had a few uninvited guests stumble and sit in our area not knowing it wasn't for their party. We also had a large spill that wasn't cleaned up, which is fine, but we didn't get any help with it and it took a while to get our napkins replaced. It took a while for the food to come out, so that was the biggest con for me. However everything was pretty good and great staff! Would come back!

Yelp
Graduation dinner for five. This sister restaurant to Mediterra in Princeton is worth the trek out Nassau Street to the end of Lake Carnegie -- especially if you want to get out of the hustle and bustle of downtown and get some variety from what is in the small town of Princeton. Ambience is terrific, semi-rustic, and with truly outstanding service. Menu is locally sourced and super interesting. Had the "piccolo" charcuterie board for starters -- a nice Camembert and Parmesan along with some prosciutto -- along with the bread, nuts, grapes, and olives it was an ample app for five of us. Entrees included a flame cooked pork strip steak, scallops, squid ink tortellini, a vegetarian lasagna, and my pork shoulder. Everyone was delighted (except me -- I found the shoulder to be marvelously cooked and tender but a little bland). My side of mushrooms was delicious. Wines were interesting and server, who was fabulous and knowledgeable, made great recommendations. Pricey, but as has been reported elsewhere here and in the dining media, a very, very worthwhile meal.

Katelyn B.

Yelp
The food was amazing, very good dishes and a wide variety of options. The service was great too, the people are very sweet and were there to help. I would definitely stop here if you get a chance!

Yelp
Came to Eno Terra for a date night. Upon first appearance, this place was so classy and cute. Very romantic for sure so would recommend for a date anytime. Our server was very kind and knowledgeable. He walked us through the menu and then we got to ordering! Appetizers: 1. Bread basket: The olive oil dip was so fresh and high quality. I do wish the bread was warm though. 2. Meats: We did a choose your three sample with salumi, cappo, and prosciutto. These were absolutely delicious and probably my favorite items of the night! They also came with cashews, grapes, and olives. Mains: 1. Serrano Peppers: They were cooked well but could have used a bit more salt in my opinion. 2. Branzino: They offered it to me whole or filleted. I don't enjoy looking at the fish head and tail so I opted for filleted. The fish itself was very fresh but I do wish that the fish was seasoned a bit more. The overall flavor was too light for my general taste profile. Drink: 1. I decided to go with their house mocktail and loved it! It was a cross of strawberry lemonade with a bit of ginger beer. Yum! Desert: 1. Blueberry Mascarpone Cheesecake: WOW! This dish blue me away. It was so refreshing and just the perfect amount of sweetness!

Yelp
I've been to Eno Terra a few times in the past, but it has been about 10 years. I don't know if management changed, but something has definitely changed. 1st turnoff- Upon arrival there is no option but to valet. I understand the reasoning after being told by the parking attendant however, I do not believe it's right to not be given an option and instead be exiled to a far off parking lot. 2nd turnoff - To start, we were repeatedly asked if we wanted bread for the table. Due to the fact we wanted to save ourselves for dinner, we chose to oblige only after being told it was "artisanal bread". The bread was not heated and nothing extraordinary, it was served with a bit of olive oil and seasoning. We were also not told there was a charge of three dollars until it showed up on the bill. If you're going to ask numerous times if you would like bread on the table - it should be added as a menu item. 3rd turnoff- My boyfriend and I shared our entrées, we ordered the mushroom and pasta and the shrimp and crab spaghetti. Both were obscenely oversalted! At this point dessert was off the table, better to head downtown for Thomas Sweets ice cream. The restaurant itself is beautiful, including the landscape, and it seems something may been done to the ceiling to alleviate the noise level. The service was decent, no complaints other than not being notified of a charge for bread. Really it's not about the cost of three dollars. It's about the deception of charging you when you get your bill! For the price, this was not acceptable. Three strikes you're out- I've had much better for much less.

Yelp
This is the dumbest menu I have ever seen. It tastes even worse. New Jersey is packed with fantastic choices and excellent chefs. This is NOT such a place. Save your time and choose somewhere else.

Yelp
The serve was great, charcuterie board out of the world and the salads superb. The zucchini flowers stuffed with ricotta were amazing. Loved it and I can't wait to try it again. Well worth it!

Yelp
Came here with my wife and some friends recently and we had an OK time. First, the restaurant had an elegant, quiet vibe which I really enjoyed. Service throughout the meal was consistently good - our server was present without being disruptive. Obviously it's a nice restaurant, so you expect the prices to be a little higher than average, but I thought that $30 for my sausage ragu was a little steep, especially considering the portion size. My food was good, though! My friend ordered pork (I believe it was a special) and part of the dish was very close to being raw, which was not so great. It's also a little silly to charge $3 for an artisan bread basket when virtually any other similar quality establishment would serve it for free. It really felt like the restaurant was trying to nickel-and-dime us. Not sure if I would come back here given the huge number of Italian restaurants in the area, but I may give it another try for a date night since I did like the ambience quite a bit.

Yelp
Here are the good stuff: Food is great! Waiter was very knowledgeable! Their wine selection is awesome! Decor is really nice and they have a second floor for larger groups... Wait is there a not so good stuff coming? Yes!!! Parking is a nightmare!!! I would choose to go here off hours but it was so busy on a Tuesday night, I can't imagine how it is on a Friday night. There are 3 EV parking spaces! As an EV owner I am happy to see that. Was I able to park in an EV spot? No, because they were all taken...NOT by EV cars. So what is the point of putting charging stations? Will I go back? Maybe for lunch...

Yelp
This has been one of our favorite restaurants in the Princeton area, and my wife and I were celebrating a special event. When we arrived, the dining room was quiet, and we were seated. The wine list is spectacular (and expensive), but I didn't see pinot grigio on the list. When I asked the waiter what wine was similar, he said Riesling! GONG! I said that I'd figure it out, and we had a pleasant Soave Classico, at $75 for the bottle that would cost $17 at a wine store. Within 20 minutes, the dining room was filled with noisy people, all shouting to be heard above the din. The only way that my wife and I could communicate was to shout as well. The ambiance was terrible; it quieted down only as we were leaving. Our dinners were very good, ricotta gnocchi and rigatoni with braised rib, and portions were ample. The food lived up to our expectations. The wait staff was almost nonexistent and, as noted above, not well trained and impersonal. They were too busy waiting on too many tables. We'll be back for the good food and drink but not soon, at a time when we are more likely to hear each other talk.
google avatar

Zehra R.

Yelp
Beautiful ambiance and excellent service! The Squid Ink Agnolotti was delicious. The Ricotta Gnocchi was light and cooked well.
google avatar

Suchi O.

Yelp
We met our friends for our holiday dinner at this place one Friday late evening. The place has a simple yet elegant ambience. Excellent choice of wines & a decent selection of cocktails. Cocktails were strong, but tad bit too sweet for our taste. Food was fresh and tasty. In appetizers, Burrata was good. However the bread basket was underwhelming.I had the pasta-less lasagne and it was really tasty. Not a big fan of the two desserts we tried - tiramisu and raspberry cream. Both were pretty standard. If it was just about food, I would give is 4 stars. But its 5 stars for the service with a smile. We didn't feel rushed and also didn't feel like we were neglected. And an extra star if I can throw it in....the manager was in the house and let us, a group of friends catching up after almost a year, sit in way way past closing time. A big thank u for that.
google avatar

Matt P.

Yelp
Venturing toward the Princeton area was quite the season. And Eno Terra played a great role in kick starting that. Props to the waiter who was hilarious in the most Jersey way possible. He suggested the gnocchi with extra sauce which was the best call. The restaurant is nestled between two great nature preserves which may for a prime walk-and-talk scenario after consuming a whole load of carbs.
google avatar

TJ U.

Yelp
Not a bad spot, but not worth returning! We had some friends invite us out and they picked it. Service was slow and had mainly young kids working. Food was decent at best! The overall ambience was nice with good wine selection.
google avatar

Kim Ann T.

Yelp
I love farm to table concepts, so I was excited to visit Eno Terra. Came here with a group of 10 and we were tended to very well. The cocktails were delicious, my favorite was the Elysium which to me tasted like kumquat even though the citrus on the menu was lemon. When it comes to farm to table, I always try to order off the specials menu, but the NY strip from the regular dinner looked too good to pass up! I wasn't disappointed and did not regret my decision, though I did try a bite of my friends' dishes which were specials (pork chop and swordfish), both of which were very incredible. As always, we left room for dessert and ordered tiramisu and tiramisu gelatos all around. While I thought the tiramisu tasted pretty standard, the gelato was great!
google avatar

Andy P.

Yelp
Had a great meal with good friends at the end of a long day. Great wine list, and solid vegetarian options. We got a table next to their big gas fireplace which made my always chilly sweetie happy. The meal felt like a nice hug from a class lover.

Cee A.

Yelp
Eggplant rollatini appetizer was ok. It needed to come out warm. Meatballs San Mariano tomatoes and pecorino Romano was ok too. Burrata with bacon jam watercress poached pear and pickled onions in balsamic glaze with grilled olive oil bread was quite tasty. Bacon wrapped dates surprised us with tasty flavor. Beet salad with goat cheese watermelon radish frisée and candied pecans and apples in balsamic glaze was very good. Branzino broiled couscous zucchini strips and leeks and celery root tasted delicious. Except for the branzino the appetizers needed to be warmer Slow paced Changed utensils between courses Beautifully plated all dishes separately - without even asking - which two of us shared.

Yelp
Eno Terra is ALWAYS GREAT. We tend to go on Mother's Day as well as birthdays and being there always makes the occasion even more special. They have excellent wine choices and creative farm to table entrees. I love the pasta free lasagna and have ordered it several times. We enjoyed the Burrata appetizer as well. Everyone was pleased with their choices.

Yelp
If you're trying to impress someone or you want to go all out for a special occasion, then Eno Terra is the perfect setting. At night, this restaurant may be easy to miss while you're driving on Rt 27 since they only have the necessary lighting for some date night vibes. When you arrive, there is valet parking and you can take some cute pictures by the arch made of greenery and fairy lights. The inside is even more aesthetic than the outside, with candlelit tables and modern decor, really building a classy ambiance. While the food itself is flavorful and there are a variety of options, the presentation is what really stunned me. I highly recommend trying one of the board dishes. The saltiness of the salami balances well with the sweetness of the walnut raisin bread. The cheese and spiced cashews are also a nice touch. The portion sizes were good for one person, though may not be enough if you're not getting any appetizers or desserts to help you out. My favorite dishes have been the Soft Shell Crab Tagliatelle, Grilled Octopus, and the Calamari. Desserts are also delicious and are easily shareable for 2 people. The Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble has been the standout of desserts for me. Overall, this is an upscale restaurant where you can celebrate big milestones or splurge on bougey Italian food, and I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Lovely meal with family. Food was good and the dessert was lovely. Drinks were always full. But at the price point it seems strange to pay for a small bread basket.

Yelp
Food: This place is considered a nice, upscale Italian restaurant. Came here for a valentines dinner and was well surprised. Wine was good, the appetizer and entrees had a good flavor profile along with the dessert. I did find these dishes to be on the tad salty side and I could feel it throughout our meal and made me extra thirsty both during and after dinner. Cost: Not a place I would personally come every day for meals but I can see this place being a destination for celebrating certain events - which in our case was for valentines. Our bill was about $250 for the two of us but we did get a bottle of wine, two appetizers, two entrees and a dessert. Environment: The restaurant inside was very spacious- lots of tables available. I believe we did make a reservation for our meal but I don't think that would be necessary. The decoration inside was very modern and had a very warm feel to it- very intimate vibes for sure. Service: Good service, a little on the slower end. For a large and upscale place, I was a little disappointed that there was some wait time/need to flag down servers throughout our meal. Uniqueness: A very warm/intimate place for meals. A place to try out if you're around the area/celebrating some event.

Yelp
Came here with family to celebrate a special Birthday and I was very disappointed. The atmosphere was very nice and the service was adequate, I was excited to experience a wonderful meal, but honestly that didn't happen. We ordered apps for the table, the prosciutto was exceptional, the beet salad superb, the octopus was flavorful, the other items were forgettable. Our entrees were served, table census was chicken was very good, the gnocchi bowls and the grouper special were ok but not impressive, The side orders of mushrooms and brussel sprouts delicious! To my dismay, the special I ordered, crab and shrimp tortellini was underwhelming. It was unfortunate that an excessive amount of parsley was all i tasted, no seafood at all. After I ate half of one tortellini I pushed the plate away, my family tasted the ones left and agreed that it was herbs in a tomato broth. My husband tried the pork loin and it was extremely under seasoned, no salt and pepper, cooked to perfection, but flavorless. My family brought a cake, and were made aware of a $3 plate fee when making the reservation, which of course is fine, but it was $4 each when the bill came. Its not the extra $8,obviously but the inconsistency. I have enjoyed their other restaurants and i know they are better than this. Obviously my family and I won't return. Disappointing. I am sorry I had to write a review~ which I have never had to do in the past.

Yelp
I took my date here and she was highly impressed. Food is delicious. Ambience is beautiful decor is beautiful. Highly recommend.

Yelp
I'm cautious about posting 5 star reviews based on one visit. However, some restaurants strut their stuff with such confidence that I'm willing to bend my rules. Eno Terra did just that on our Easter visit. Outstanding service, expertly prepared food and a dessert that will bring me back, DIET BE DAMNed! We tried the olives and Jersey salad as appetizers and made serious yummy noises. The seafood lover had the mussels in a rich sauce and soaked up the juice with the tasty bread. I had the perfectly cooked hanger steak and mashed. My niece had the chicken and we both smiled with every bite. Dessert was the most delicious chocolate mousse I have EVER tasted and will always be ordered on my return visits. Nice decor, pretty setting in a historic area. Go, you'll thank me later

Yelp
Not worth the price. I came here with my family for my brother's birthday. We each ordered different dishes to try as many items as possible. None of them were terribly impressive. I'm attaching some nice photos of the food, but that is all they are: nice photos. The flavors, quality, and quantity all left something to be desired. Not pictured was my brother's steak, which was vastly under seasoned and not cooked to order.

Yelp
I'm going to dispense with the usual superlatives and just say that our dinner at Eno Terra was delicious and as relaxed as any we've had since the onset of the pandemic. Seated in their charming rustic bar area among the weeping mortar and walls of wine our shared meal of meatless lasagna and pan seared sea bass was a slow jam of inventive preparation and exquisite taste. Off the beaten track in Kingston, there's none of the bums rush time limits that sometime intrude on the downtown Princeton dining scrum - especially in a reduced capacity environment. One slight harsh to the mellow is the upcharge for bread. It's petty and unnecessary, especially at the price points involved. With no stopwatch in sight, this was leisurely dining at it's most refined. Eno Terra receives an easy five stars with full dispensation for the bread.

Yelp
This review is strictly for the Eno Terra Happy Hour. The bartenders are very attentive, friendly and quick with service. The bar area has a nice ambiance. It is quite large and roomy with tables and chairs in addition to the stools around the bar. The food options are a bit lacking, especially on the vegetarian side. I ended up ordering the Formaggi plate. It came with cheese, cashews, bread and breadsticks. The description indicated fruit, but the fruit turned out to be an apple spread, which was good. Overall, I did enjoy the Formaggi My husband ordered the meatball panini, which looked more like a meatball sub. A nice place to meet up with friends after work for some drinks and apps. Yelp
A unique classy Italian farm to table experience that you will cherish. Outstanding wine selection with great attention to detail in their food & service. We were a large group and had made prior reservation and the table was ready when we got there. We were a corporate group of 12 and as you can imagine there was a lot of talking across the table , multiple requests from people and the wait staff handled it all so well. Starting with our wine order to bringing in the food their service was immpecable. Dimly lit, spacious yet cozy, the overall feel of this place is inviting. Parking can be a bit of a problem considering the busy location but its nothing insurmountable. Now to the food... we ordered the cheese and salami board and loved the delectable cheese , olives , cashews and salami combinations. Some of it were unique picks that made it special. Next to my pick of grilled oysters with potatoes both cooked so perfectly with TLC , which made it a delight to enjoy the dish! Of course I wiped my plate clean! The beet salad is yet another classic dish that was executed so well that it seemed like one of a kind offering at Eno Terra. Goat cheese & pistachios are a typical part of this salad. It's their vinaigrette that made it over the top special ! Their special for the day was pea soup which blew me away . Simplicity personified but booming with beauty subtle flavor and fragrance , that a few of my co-workers decided to follow my lead and order the same Everybody in the group tried different entree options. Few had Pasta , couple of them Steak and some others picked Salmon. The feedback was overwhelmingly consistent. This spot is upscale and so is their food. You get your moneys worth in every aspect. Service, Ambience, Food, Wine choices and Dessert . As a group everyone made it a point to recommend this spot for our next business visit... Cheers to Eno Terra and looked forward to my next visit....

Yelp
The ambience of this restaurant is a five star! I thought the prices for happy hour were a little pricey. The apps are small, however delicious! Staff were friendly and attentive!

Yelp
Great atmosphere and they definitely serve delicious food here, but portions are way too small even for the type of restaurant. It's a very good spot for a group lunches or dates, I know the food is well prepared here and delicious. I was disappointed with the size of my lunch portion of black squid pasta with calamari, shrimp. When they serve me my dish I could already see parts of the plate underneath the pasta looking up at me. There's a picture attached to this review. I honestly had maybe four forkfuls of pasta. It's kind of awkward when you're trying to have your lunch stretch out for an hour while talking with coworkers when you only have about four bites. I will admit some other dishes had a more appropriate serving size for this type of restaurant. But I was starving when we left. The atmosphere is great here. Very nice for groups or dates to impress. We had a large work group and the waiter was trying to raise the bill. We ordered several dishes of appetizers from their menu and then he asked if we wanted to also order some pasta dishes as appetizers. There were no pasta dishes on the menu as appetizers. I mean who does that? I'm going to order a pasta dinner and pass it around as an appetizer? And it's a good thing I didn't because some of the pasta dishes are so small it wouldn't have made it halfway around the table. Recommended for group meals and couples, but there are other options around too. Nice Decor.

Yelp
I remember going to Eno Terra years ago driving home from Sesame Place and having yelped for a restaurant while we passed thru Princeton. I had been meaning to go back for some time and why not during a pandemic. They offered outdoor dining as well as socially distanced indoor. We wanted to be extra safe so we ended up with in their outdoor terrace, which was a beautiful sight. It was kinda cold out and the manager was nice enough to put 2 heat lamps around our table as we ate. They usually have one lamp per table. Each is powered by a large propane tank which the manager said only lasts 6 hours or so, which helped me appreciate the lengths and extra costs this restaurant has gone to to ensure their customers do outdoor dining comfortably. The waiter was pretty friendly and helpful and brought us wine samples to try based on our tastes. The appetizers we had included grilled octopus which arrived on 2 skewers. The flavor was great but the octopus tentacle was quite charred and the portion of actual octopus was pretty small for the price since it was on a skewer and had other stuff yummy stuff on it such as potato and veggies. The roasted duck entree was good but the chef recommended it to be served medium rare, which we weren't comfortable with. We asked for medium but it still came out pretty pink and rare. Delicious accompanying veggies. The duck itself was a little too undercooked. I think I prefer my roast duck well done with a crispy outside like at Cantonese meat shops. The pork shoulder with risotto was tender and tasty. The risotto it came with was tasty and tasted like the veggies from the duck dish. The waiter was very thoughtful throughout the meal except for when he took our birthday cake that was sitting in a chair next to me and cut it into pieces to serve us without asking us. We had wanted to take a picture of whole cake with candles on it. It was a bit frustrating after we found for a nice expensive nice looking birthday cake to celebrate with. However I know it was an innocent mistake which the waiter apologized for a couple of times. A eno old fashioned cocktail I enjoyed was delicious and quite strong.

Yelp
While not in the most walkable part of Princeton, Eno Terra is one of the highest quality Italian restaurants in town. I've dined here twice since the pandemic, once outdoors and once indoors and have always felt safe. Though the both the food menu and wine menu are understandably shortened, the level of service, quality of food, and atmosphere remain unchanged. Let's talk about the food. No meal is complete without a few appetizers to share with the table, and Eno Terra does not lack in this department. The calamari is a classic done extremely well here, and I also recommend the restaurant's unique take on Burrata (using whole cherry tomatoes!). I get those two dishes to start nearly every time I've come. The seafood is also very fresh so if you're a fan of that, definitely get the clams which are seasoned so flavorfully. Finally, the main courses are excellent as well -- you can't go wrong with any of them and I've tried so many of them including the various pastas, the burger, and the steak. Overall, Eno Terra is perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Yelp
This place has been a local favorite of ours for years. Innovative menu and consistent execution. We enjoy going mid afternoon and mid week to avoid the crowds. We like eating in the bar room, but for special occasions, the dining room is more elegant and quiet. Dining room servers are usually attentive and on par with other fine dining establishments. We pick something from the menu addition list and it almost never disappoints. Eclectic wine list with reasonable prices and knowledgeable unpretensious wine geeks. Today, the gazpacho was very tasty. With the help of David, the wine geek, we found a Quintarelli Bianco Secco Ca' del Merlo that paired well with the mussels (one of our favorites. Be sure to ask for more bread to get every drop of the broth). Sophia did a nice job serving us as well as the entire dining room. Service was well paced and attentive but not over bearing.

Yelp
Great wine selection goes perfectly with their breads and cured meats and artisanal cheeses.

Yelp
Celebrated a big milestone here. The night started a bit off. We were told the table would available in 10-15 minutes but we ended up waiting 45- 1 hour, and yes with a reservation. We had cocktails at the bar while we waited to be seated and they were underwhelming. Aside from this rocky start, the rest of the night was enjoyable. Our waitress was knowledgeable, made several suggestions which we were appreciative of, given that this was our first time here. Might give it another try closer to the summer for different menu options.

Yelp
Awesome dinner venue. Outside look like a shack, but when I walked in, it was a different vibe. Excellent classy service and fresh delicious food. We ordered: shishito peppers; piccolo board (charcuterie); salmon; and bass. Finished the meal off with some gelato and fig tiramisu. I would probably skip the tiramisu next time. Didn't read carefully and realize that there was fig in it, not a huge fan of figs. Otherwise, it was an amazing tasty meal. Loved!

Yelp
Very nice farm to table style restaurant. Classy inside with comfortable chairs. Both upstairs and downstairs dining rooms were similar style, quiet, and well laid out. Complimentary valet was seamless and a quick text message had our car out front upon our departure. Relatively limited menu, but everything was done nicely. Many appetizers to choose from. The burrata and selection of meats/cheeses were fantastic with good portions of each. The artisan bread basket is not complimentary here. Costs $3 and is not worth it. We ended up not eating any of it after sampling the different slices provided. All relatively dry and tasteless. Below par compared to even free bread baskets. All pasta entrees were made with rigatoni, but were all delicious. Would highly recommend the Cacio e Pepe rigatoni, as it was THAT good, even with rigatoni noodles. Portion sizes were great. Not enough to split, but more than a single serving. Had no room for dessert after appetizers and the pasta dish unfortunately. Dessert menu had standard options like tiramisu. Would love to see panna cotta on the dessert list. Overall great experience. Service was attentive but on the slower side- definitely allows you experience the dishes and does not feel rushed at all. Some of the larger parties were given more attention, but it still was not a negative. 4 stars as it was a nice experience. Great food. Classy atmosphere. It's just not quite at a 5 star level but if the menu rotates, will definitely return.

Yelp
Great service and wonderful people but the food was a let down Saturday. 3 Cheese Agnolotti was watery and bland. Bolognese was weak and almost meat-less. Gnocchi was the best of the three. Hoping it was just an off night for the kitchen.

Yelp
Excellent food and atmosphere. Definitely our local choice for fine dining Italian. We had a special bottle of wine we had been saving for our anniversary and they let us bring it for a very modest corking fee.
