I'll start by saying that the food and drinks were great. My wife and I both ordered the short ribs, lobster Mac and had the thyme traveler and Zen garden drinks. Now the bad. Had a reservation at 7:30pm. When we arrived, no one was there to greet us at the hostess stand. We had to basically find him ourselves. Once we did, we were seated, and waiting 10-15 minutes before anyone said a word to us. And only half the tables were filled, so it wasn't like it was busy at all. The wait staff were handling all the tables around, no one said anything. Finally, the manager, Mack, came over to wait on us. He apologized about the wait and took our drink order. 5 minutes later he came to finally fill out waters and told us our drinks would be out in 30 seconds. Another 5 minutes out drinks came out and we finally ordered food. Around 8:15pm, Mack brought us lobster fried rice, we didn't order it. I explained that to him and he apologized and let us keep the fried rice, without the lobster. Finally after waiting almost 1 and a half hours, we received the RIGHT food. Well most of it, the lobster Mac came out about 10-15 minutes after our short ribs. When he got the bill, I saw that they still charged us $64!!! for the lobster fried rice. They took it off without any issue but that's crazy for a bowl of rice with a lobster tail on top. Honestly, the food and drinks were overpriced. It really didn't match the level of service we received. Especially considering 20% gratuity is automatically charged. We ended up being there little over two hours. For it to be so not busy, with empty tables everywhere, to say thee service was lacking is an understatement. And for the overpriced food and the auto tip, I expected more. I will not go back.

An exceptional addition to Detroit’s evolving food scene. Enomah delivered a refined dining experience from start to finish. The sushi — the best I’ve had yet in the city — strikes a delicate balance between precision and creativity. Classic rolls are executed flawlessly, while the specialty rolls exhibit an inventiveness that never veers into the gimmicky. Sashimi was pristine, each slice fresh, perfectly cut and beautifully presented. Overall quality is fabulous. The setting is equally impressive — housed in a historic building, the interiors are effortlessly stylish with a modern, urbane edge. There’s a confident coolness to the design — contemporary yet inviting. Service was outstanding throughout: gracious, attentive, warm and polished. We sat on the patio, a hidden gem tucked just off Grand River near Harmonie Park — an ideal spot for summer evenings. My only quibble: on a Thursday night (typically busier), they were out of one entrée and one of the two desserts, which was mildly disappointing on a first visit. An excuse to come back.

Hands down an amazing experience. All of the foods and cocktails were delicious, our server, Alyssa, was incredibly kind and checked in on us the perfect amount, the food came out quickly, and the environment was beautiful and welcoming. We loved everything we tried, and are excited to come back and experience more of the menu. I’m so glad we chose to celebrate Mother’s Day weekend here!

My family drove in from Canada and others from Ohio to meet for a nice family dinner. When I say we all are grateful we had the pleasure of meeting Mack! Very attentive and entertaining.! Haven’t had service this excellent since back in the day when we use to get tables brought onto the floor just for us! If this isn’t his restaurant he will surely have one of his own in the near future!

I enjoyed the most mouth water meal 8.23.25. I indulged in the short rib entree, zenko cocktail and sweet potato creme brûlée. The host and other staff were very welcoming and very pleasant. Highly recommend going..it’s a whole vibe!

From the moment I walked in, I knew Enomah was going to impress. The food, service, and overall concept were all spot-on. The atmosphere was cozy yet vibrant, with a live band playing that set the perfect mood—energetic but relaxed. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. For my meal, I ordered from the appetizer options—steak tips, tempura veggies, and crunchy shrimp sushi—and everything was absolutely delicious. The steak tips were perfectly cooked—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The tempura veggies were fresh and light, with a delicate crispness that complemented the dish perfectly. And the crunchy shrimp sushi was Absolutely divine. What really stood out was how fresh and well-executed everything was. The flavors were balanced, the textures were spot-on, and the presentation was beautiful. The live band added an extra layer of enjoyment to the whole experience, giving it a fun yet laid-back vibe. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience that I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a lively atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!

Google
Let me start off by saying the atmosphere was everything!! I was in this establishment yesterday for my best friend birthday and it was a party of 3! We ordered appetizers and a few sushi rolls and drinks. The drinks were disgusting but we didn’t complain just made a mental note. The server returned to take our orders and I ordered blueberry lamb and a few minutes later the server came back to tell me they ran out of the lamb. I was confused as to how they ran out of the lamb when the place was empty and she said this was the first time they were open on a Wednesday but I digress. The issue I’m having is being double charged for our food! The bill came to $307.12 and I paid it with no problem. The next day I’m checking my bank account and they charged my card again for $307.12. I called my bank to make sure I wasn’t tripping and my bank definitely told me it’s 2 pending charges for the same amount it was charged yesterday and today! I called the establishment but their phone doesn’t seem to be working! I will be down there Friday so they can explain to me what’s going on!

Yelp
This was one of those fabulous nights that puts you in a great mood when you think back on it. enomah has been on our list and we were super excited! We made reservations as it is highly recommended, but we ended up being the only people in there. That was nice because it e for the opportunity to really look around. I just loved the unique design choices they made. They definitely didn't skimp on anything. They had some delicious and unique cocktails to choose from. I love q food cocktail. We decided on sushi and bao. I am not that well versed on sushi and thought the the piece was for one piece of sushi nor understanding that a roll was the entire thing. Apparently this was hilarious and when I went to the bathroom, the bartender plotted to prank me. When the food came, she had a beautifully plated piece of sushi. My eyes bugged because I had just asked about it and everyone got a great laugh. Haha. Definitely not something I'll ever forget. I don't typically like the texture of bao buns but I did take a bite of them and they were crisped and I really liked them! If you want a great experience, I recommend checking this place out for date night.

Yelp
A hidden gem that needs better advertisement. This food so damn good. Beautiful interior space. Currently not too packed so go now lol. I've been for brunch & dinner. Only critiques: brunch-eggs & grits had an onion flavor which was off putting. Dinner- short rib bao puns (not pictured) aren't properly cooked. They flash fry them or something (not mentioned in the description) which takes away from the texture of the bun. The inside of it is good tho. The ribs were not great. Favorite: the waygu sliders (not pictured) & their cucumber salad (such as refreshing approach) were my favorite from the dinner menu.

Yelp
Overall the restaurant was just okay. The service was good. The food okay. The ambiance/decor was nice. The food....A bit pricey for the quality. Example the dragon roll was not on par with the many others I have had and the price point was $25. The shrimp topping, creamy sauce and warm temp I expected were not there. The lamb chops were okay; I asked for medium they came well done. No pink whatsoever. We also ordered the hurricane shrimp; they were again okay nothing special and honestly were missing a little salt or seasoning. The drinks were delicious; a bit pricey but very good. DJ was jammin at the perfect volume. Also for two people a 20% gratuity was automatically added. Not happy about that at all. From the advertising and IG posts I saw I expected more overall. Disappointing and no desire to return.

Yelp
From the onset of arriving, we were greeted with warmth and overall excellent service. Kaden (server) Mack (General Mgr) was so attentive and ensured that we were happy with our experience. The food was excellent! My salmon was cooked to perfection. The dragon fruit mocktail was delicious. My experience was a 10 out of 10!! I highly recommend this establishment! Mack was kind enough to take our photos.

Yelp
This restaurant has amazing decor and food. The staff are extremely helpful and very polite. The location is historical and beautiful at the same time. It is located on the side of the Harmonie Club, downstairs.

Yelp
The drinks are small and weak, but very expensive. The food was average. The baby back ribs were delicious, but the chicken drunken noodles hardly had any chicken in it and it was served lukewarm. If you have a big party, this is not the place for you unless you want to pay the bill for a large party. They don't itemize bills. I won't be coming back. I will say that the service is good, but the food and drinks don't match the service. Finally, the music is extremely annoying. There is no fireplace here, it's on a TV screen.

Yelp
Kaeden was a very professional and customer-focused waiter. He was very knowledgeable about all items on the menu and explained the ingredients of the drinks we ordered with perfection!! He was attentive and extremely courteous! I would highly encourage anyone visiting Enomah to enjoy the delicious sushi, wings and if you're lucky enough to have Kaeden serve you... consider it a bonus.

Yelp
Sorry, but a 20% automatic tip doesn't work for me. I had a good meal and cocktails - but it wasn't $200 good.

My server Monty, very pretty, great service 10/10 I love the Chef's presentation well done. Only thing I hated was Seared Salmon lacked flavor, slightly undercooked & Garlic Mash was beyond terrible! Other than that, I enjoyed myself and glad I came. Drinks!! So good I had 2 of each, Don't judge me Bartender does his/her thang!! (First visit was lady, 2nd visit was nice gentleman) Thank you bartenders 10/10 Next time I visit I will come just for Drinks and the Drunken Noodle. Next time I visit I hope it's not dark as shit
