What an amazing experience! The food is absolutely phenomenal. So many creative flavors and everything was so good. We had the short rib bao buns, wings, fried rice, broccoli and little tokyo roll and all of it was delicious. Just the right amount of spice and so yummy. We also enjoyed a few of the amazing cocktails which were awesome. The service was outstanding and we also had a chance to speak with the owner and chef who were both so lovely and welcoming. We will absolutely be back and telling everyone about this wonderful experience.

Visited while in town for the Auto Show. The food was phenomenal! Had the Enomah sushi roll, short rib bao buns, and short rib grilled cheese. All the of the food was incredible and I can’t recommend it enough. The Head Chef Woody checked in and introduced himself and he really knows what he’s doing. The price is very fair given how fantastic the food is. The dining area is very nice and I liked the music as well. They also told us they do live music sometimes on the weekends.

I'm literally giving my review after eating and before getting the check. This very moment and day is my wife and I 5 year anniversary. We are elated to say coming to Enomah was the right choice. Our waiter and waitress was pleasant. What stood out to us though was the waiter Caden, he was hospitable, pleasant, respectful and helpful. Second, of course the food was amazing. Me and my beautiful wife shared a bottle of Moscato, small plate Short rib Bao Bun, the Enomah roll and the Wagyu Denver. Lastly, we shared an amazing Warm butter cake. The food amazing and most of all seasoned. The music was a bonus, it was smooth 👌 😎. I recommend people to come on a night out and enjoy yourself like we did. Thanks for an memorable night Enomah Elevated Dining. To the people that will read this, sorry we were hungry so we forgot to take pictures of the short rib Bao Bun and the Wagyu Denver lol.

My experience was Fabulous! The ambiance as we entered was top tier. Our host was fun and engaging. (I forgot his name.) He seated us and Jordan was our server. She was patient and confident with the questions that we had. She was knowledgeable about menu and gave excellent advice about items. We started with Bao buns and followed with salad. I had the Yuzu soda with my meal. I had the lamb chops, with blueberry compote on a bed of mashed potatoes and asparagus. The lambs chops were cooked to perfection! My friend had the prime rib dinner with mashed potatoes and vegetables. We both had the warm milk cake for dessert. The item was delicious!!

Walked in on a Saturday night and was shocked to see the place at about 10% capacity. But start to finish, enjoyed our time here. Food was very tasty and good portions. I we were taken care of by Deon and Kayden (spelling may be off) and they checked in on us and treated us with good service. Good music playing over speakers. I LOVE the decor! Very beautiful space. Could go for just a little bit more light to read the menu well over at the booths we sat at. Lobster rice and short rib were so tasty! Do wish we had known it is no longer a whole lobster serviced on the rice but broken up throughout instead due to feedback about folks dealing with the shell; we saw picture in reviews and thought thats what we’d be getting. The place got to about 25% capacity by the time we left around 9/9:30pm. Still surprising to us! Hope more people frequent here. I think for elevated dining, service/hospitality could be a bit more elevated (providing unprompted menu suggestions, elevated staff attire, anniversary scribe plating, etc) but we did feel welcomed and checked in on well! Happy we celebrated here. Will come back!

Google
I'll start by saying that the food and drinks were great. My wife and I both ordered the short ribs, lobster Mac and had the thyme traveler and Zen garden drinks. Now the bad. Had a reservation at 7:30pm. When we arrived, no one was there to greet us at the hostess stand. We had to basically find him ourselves. Once we did, we were seated, and waiting 10-15 minutes before anyone said a word to us. And only half the tables were filled, so it wasn't like it was busy at all. The wait staff were handling all the tables around, no one said anything. Finally, the manager, Mack, came over to wait on us. He apologized about the wait and took our drink order. 5 minutes later he came to finally fill out waters and told us our drinks would be out in 30 seconds. Another 5 minutes out drinks came out and we finally ordered food. Around 8:15pm, Mack brought us lobster fried rice, we didn't order it. I explained that to him and he apologized and let us keep the fried rice, without the lobster. Finally after waiting almost 1 and a half hours, we received the RIGHT food. Well most of it, the lobster Mac came out about 10-15 minutes after our short ribs. When he got the bill, I saw that they still charged us $64!!! for the lobster fried rice. They took it off without any issue but that's crazy for a bowl of rice with a lobster tail on top. Honestly, the food and drinks were overpriced. It really didn't match the level of service we received. Especially considering 20% gratuity is automatically charged. We ended up being there little over two hours. For it to be so not busy, with empty tables everywhere, to say thee service was lacking is an understatement. And for the overpriced food and the auto tip, I expected more. I will not go back.

Google
The service and food were amazing!! Jordan was amazing - service with a smile and provided great recommendations. I ordered the special of the evening- prime rib. It was cooked to perfection - flavor popped and the sear was great while also meeting the “doneness” expectations I ordered. Wrapped the evening with the Warm Butter Cake. Both dishes as a must order.

Google
Pros: Empty on Sunday afternoons. No reservations needed. Beautiful restaurant design Private dining room option Mack & team provided professional service Food presentation is appealing Enomah sushi roll Steak bites Enomah Wings Cons: $18 Truffle Fries Oyster Rockefeller over powered by bacon bits & the temperature wasn't the hottest Tempura Vegetables: no seasoning at all Bao Buns: fried & greasy Overall: The appetizers aren't worth the price. I think (heavy on think) I would come back for dinner before completely marking this restaurant as a no go.

Yelp
Excellent meal! The sushi is snaking and Carlos, our server, was beyond attentive and really great. Highly recommend!

Yelp
The food was good. However, it's too expensive for what you get. They tried to charge me $10 for a bottle of sparkling water that the server didn't inform me that it was a charge.

Yelp
Overall the restaurant was just okay. The service was good. The food okay. The ambiance/decor was nice. The food....A bit pricey for the quality. Example the dragon roll was not on par with the many others I have had and the price point was $25. The shrimp topping, creamy sauce and warm temp I expected were not there. The lamb chops were okay; I asked for medium they came well done. No pink whatsoever. We also ordered the hurricane shrimp; they were again okay nothing special and honestly were missing a little salt or seasoning. The drinks were delicious; a bit pricey but very good. DJ was jammin at the perfect volume. Also for two people a 20% gratuity was automatically added. Not happy about that at all. From the advertising and IG posts I saw I expected more overall. Disappointing and no desire to return.

Yelp
From the onset of arriving, we were greeted with warmth and overall excellent service. Kaden (server) Mack (General Mgr) was so attentive and ensured that we were happy with our experience. The food was excellent! My salmon was cooked to perfection. The dragon fruit mocktail was delicious. My experience was a 10 out of 10!! I highly recommend this establishment! Mack was kind enough to take our photos.

Yelp
This was one of those fabulous nights that puts you in a great mood when you think back on it. enomah has been on our list and we were super excited! We made reservations as it is highly recommended, but we ended up being the only people in there. That was nice because it e for the opportunity to really look around. I just loved the unique design choices they made. They definitely didn't skimp on anything. They had some delicious and unique cocktails to choose from. I love q food cocktail. We decided on sushi and bao. I am not that well versed on sushi and thought the the piece was for one piece of sushi nor understanding that a roll was the entire thing. Apparently this was hilarious and when I went to the bathroom, the bartender plotted to prank me. When the food came, she had a beautifully plated piece of sushi. My eyes bugged because I had just asked about it and everyone got a great laugh. Haha. Definitely not something I'll ever forget. I don't typically like the texture of bao buns but I did take a bite of them and they were crisped and I really liked them! If you want a great experience, I recommend checking this place out for date night.

Yelp
A hidden gem that needs better advertisement. This food so damn good. Beautiful interior space. Currently not too packed so go now lol. I've been for brunch & dinner. Only critiques: brunch-eggs & grits had an onion flavor which was off putting. Dinner- short rib bao puns (not pictured) aren't properly cooked. They flash fry them or something (not mentioned in the description) which takes away from the texture of the bun. The inside of it is good tho. The ribs were not great. Favorite: the waygu sliders (not pictured) & their cucumber salad (such as refreshing approach) were my favorite from the dinner menu.

Yelp
This restaurant has amazing decor and food. The staff are extremely helpful and very polite. The location is historical and beautiful at the same time. It is located on the side of the Harmonie Club, downstairs.

Yelp
I wasted several minutes trying call this place to make reservations with no answer. That should have been my first sign of what is to come. Arrived a few minutes early on Saturday evening 7:15. Was greeted promptly and sat quickly in a basement smelled of weed which normally does not bother me but not In the same room I am eating. After 10 minutes a busboy came by and provided water, we were short a cups for a party of 4 and asked for a fourth cup of water. The fourth cup was never provided. Waited another 10 minutes for waitress who took our drink order and never returned. After 40 minutes of waiting the only items we received in that time was 3 glasses of water for a table of four This place will close soon, let that happen so it can be replaced by a restaurant that is worthy.

Yelp
Oh my!!!!!! We finally made it to Enomah for brunch and it was EVERYTHING! The pancakes were delicious and the perfect size! The most surprising for me by far was the catfish. My wife ordered the shrimp and grits and subbed the shrimp for catfish. I don't like catfish and I would order it for myself! The drinks were on point, the atmosphere and staff are top tier! Enomah is the elevated dining we all need to experience!

Yelp
The drinks are small and weak, but very expensive. The food was average. The baby back ribs were delicious, but the chicken drunken noodles hardly had any chicken in it and it was served lukewarm. If you have a big party, this is not the place for you unless you want to pay the bill for a large party. They don't itemize bills. I won't be coming back. I will say that the service is good, but the food and drinks don't match the service. Finally, the music is extremely annoying. There is no fireplace here, it's on a TV screen.

Yelp
Great Ambiance for Sunday brunch, Food and drinks were great but... Restaurant was only about 30% full, Reservation at 1:30, ordered food at 1:40...at 2:30, someone came out to us to say that there was an issue with the ticket system and its been fixed, and food should be out shortly (50 mins after order placed). Food came out 30 mins after that, so we waited 1 hr, 20 mins for food which was the longest I've ever waited at any restauraunt. They also had an issue with the exhaust system in the kitchen, so it was a bit smokey. We asked if thier could be any adjustments made to our 3-person, $190 bill due to the extreme wait, and were told no. OK, no worries, second time there and last time, there are simply too many great restaurants in downtown Detroit to not feel appreciated.

Yelp
If I could give ZERO stars I would. We entered the restaurant at 2pm. No hostess greeted us so we walked downstairs and waited to be seated. We were told to choose a seat and chose one closer to the DJ. We sat there without a menu for about 20 minutes. After we got our menu and finally ordered we had already been there 35 minutes. We ordered and waited an HOUR for our food. As we waited we ran out of water so I went behind the bar and grabbed a pre filled pitcher. When we finally did receive our food we were missing our side dishes. I got up and spoke to the owner who either didn't care or had tumble weeds in between her ears. She came up with 1 side of eggs about 20 minutes later, after we'd finished eating. I AM CURRENTLY SITTING HERE waiting on the bill we've asked for twice. I will LITERALLY never be back. And I'm willing to be they won't be here long. The service is awful. The food is decent.and unfortunately the DJ was the only thing worth coming for. We'll catch him somewhere else.

Yelp
My experience was amazing - food, ambiance, service! Kae'Den & Mack went above and beyond. This is one of Detroit's best kept secrets. Thank you!

Mike M.

Yelp
What a treat! We've had Asian Fusion food from all over the world and none topped Enomah. Brook (our waitress) was great and upon meeting Chef Tez, we realized what talent Enomah has in the kitchen. Fabulous flavors from every dish we tasted. We'll be back!

Yelp
Food was DELISH!! Best bao buns I've had, ever! The lobster fried rice was very flavorful and the portions were perfectly prepared! Beautifully decorated as well!

Yelp
I am leaving my review as a 2x Customer Nicely designed/decor Friendly Server Wonderful drinks Vegetarian options Chill Vibe type music My first visit I ordered. Jerk Sea-bass 8/10 Shrimp Boa 10/10 Hurricane Shrimp 8/10 Butter cake 7/10 Drinks: "Yes Chef" "Dog House" My second visit I ordered Seared Salmon 4/10 Garlic Mash 0/10 Truffle Fries 10/10 Blueberry Lamb Chop 8/10 Cucumber Salad 10/10 Drunken Noodle 9/10 Drinks: "Yes Chef" "Old Fashioned" "Envidiar" Hear me out!! I love the vibe & ambiance BUT please fix the lighting. It's too damn dark, using my flash on phone to see menu just as several other tables as well. My server Monty, very pretty, great service 10/10 I love the Chef's presentation well done. Only thing I hated was Seared Salmon lacked flavor, slightly undercooked & Garlic Mash was beyond terrible! Other than that, I enjoyed myself and glad I came. Drinks!! So good I had 2 of each, Don't judge me Bartender does his/her thang!! (First visit was lady, 2nd visit was nice gentleman) Thank you bartenders 10/10 Next time I visit I will come just for Drinks and the Drunken Noodle. Next time I visit I hope it's not dark as shit

Clent M.

Yelp
We had the ultimate experience last night! Mack is astonishingly amazing!! The decor, lighting, music, FOOD, and SERVICE are all top tier at Enomah! It was such a treat to celebrate here before the big wedding day today!! Thanks to the entire staff you all did wonderful!

Nicole V.

Yelp
Kaeden was a very professional and customer-focused waiter. He was very knowledgeable about all items on the menu and explained the ingredients of the drinks we ordered with perfection!! He was attentive and extremely courteous! I would highly encourage anyone visiting Enomah to enjoy the delicious sushi, wings and if you're lucky enough to have Kaeden serve you... consider it a bonus.

Latreca W.

Yelp
I would recommend Enomah for all dinning occasions. I had a lovely time celebrating my 37th birthday dinner with friends and family! The GM, waiter, chef, and bartender truly went above and beyond to make my night special!

Reid K.

Yelp
Sorry, but a 20% automatic tip doesn't work for me. I had a good meal and cocktails - but it wasn't $200 good.

Taylor S.

Yelp
Kaeden was an accommodating server and assisted all of our questions and request. The restaurant is pretty and had a fun ambiance. The food tasted great as well.

Corey H.

Yelp
The food was delicious from the appetizers to the Butter Cream Cake! Loved the chill vibe. Service could have been a little faster, but loved their energy.

Yelp
