The guide lady patiently introduce me the difference of all the jamon they have. And let me to taste a few to choose the one I like. Personally, I love the front leg of the black series of the Iberia ham. The black series are all soft and melt in the month experience, but I feel the front leg would have more flavor. She picked a nice pack for me in the end also. So I really enjoyed my experience 😇

As an aficionado of fine hams and a frequent traveler, I’ve found myself drawn to the vibrant culinary scene of Barcelona. This beautiful city, steeped in rich traditions and flavors, holds a special place in my heart—not just because of its exquisite hams, but also because my father hails from this enchanting city. During my visits, I've had the pleasure of indulging in a variety of hams that are nothing short of a gastronomic delight. The array of textures and flavors, ranging from the delicate and smooth to the robust and savory, make every bite a unique experience. One of my favorite spots where the Jamón Ibérico is a true masterpiece. The careful aging process and the marbling of the meat result in a flavor that is both rich and nuanced. The thin slices practically melt in your mouth, releasing an explosion of taste that is both familiar and exotic. These experiences not only connect me to the culinary traditions of Barcelona but also to my heritage. Each visit is a reminder of the flavors my father cherished and the culture he passed down to me. For anyone visiting Barcelona, I highly recommend taking the time to explore the world of ham. It’s an experience that transcends mere taste, offering a deeper connection to the city’s rich history and vibrant culture.

Had a delectable jamon experience on the go (go for the premium and you will not be disappointed, made everything else we had taste like normal jamon) Definitely worth a swing by

We bought some hand cut ham and it was pretty good! The ham on top is a bit too dry tho I think it's because of all the air bit the less was good. The shop is small and when it's crowded inside you couldn't move at all😂 we were waiting for our order and then another customer came in and it's busy in there. (Some tourist were just came in and take pictures everywhere and just left and I think that's pretty rude especially when the shop is small and you just walked in for pictures) The staff who cuts it was really professional as well. Really enjoyed my ham and would go back here again on our next trip in Barcelona!

Stopped by during a tour and this caught my attention - highly recommend! The ham (jamon) in a meat cone was delicious, I got the 50% Iberian. You can also get it in a baguette.

Yelp
Jamón! When in España one simply cannot pass up jamón. Enrique Tomás is a reliable retailer for all your jamón needs. They even have certain products already packaged for air travel and can pass through airport security. We typically buy a variety of things to take home and get a bocadito (jamón y queso sandwich) to enjoy while we walk the streets.

Yelp
They have some of the most delicious ham and other meats I've ever tasted. Stopped here on a tour and loved everything I tried (A)

Yelp
Incredible place with superb service off the beaten path! Give it a go people! My wife and I are so happy we stumbled across this jewel!

Yelp
I literally SQUEALED with delight when I saw this xarcuteria! If you know me, I can live without rice (and I'm Asian!) but not without cured meats. The store is minimally decorated to showcase their main product: jamon. Of ALL kinds! A huge wooden block at the storefront window displays the sexiest pork leg I've ever seen! (and I've seen plenty ;-) Rows and rows of jamon adorning the walls and a small refrigerated section of vacuum packed meats ready for take away. The all male staff here are friendly and efficient, if you have questions about the different cuts of meat -- ASK! They also have sandwiches on sale with the softest baguette ever, I tried the Jamon bellota sandwich at 5.90 euros and it's stuffed with brie cheese and quality jamon with some ribbons of fat. The nearest metro stop is Jaume I.

Yelp
Love Enrique Tomas in Spain! The best is being ablue to go right up to the hocks of ham and ask them all the questions. The service is phenomenal and they will be able to describe what's the difference between the different grades of ham. My favorite is still the 100% Iberico Ham which is full of flavor and you won't regret it.

Yelp
They have many branches throughout the city. It's a good spot for a quick snack. You could just order a snack portion with a glass of wine sit down and enjoy. They also have sealed packaged jamon for purchase after you have sampled different types of jamon. Excellent service great experience. Wish there are more stores like that in the states.

Yelp
My birst bite of Barcelona was this place that I stumbled upon. I had the 5 star Jamon and baguette and it was great.

Yelp
Cute little spot to learn and sample jamon. We were drawn in by the color of the the different types of jamon they had displayed in the store window. Once we entered the employees were very friendly and taught us about the history of iberico jamon and why it's so tasty! We tried a few samples to taste but weren't pressured into buying anything. Best approach! We ended up getting a cone to go and snacked on it for the day. Delicious! Highly recommend.

Yelp
A chain shop everywhere in Barcelona for you to grab Iberian ham snack bites or other meats. Unfortunately, people visiting internationally can't bring it home, but you should definitely try some if you can. They sample too if you want to try before you buy. Lots of variety of flavored meats to try too!

Yelp
Amazing place that sells the various types of jamon and cheeses. The menu is vast and a bit overwhelming so take your time reviewing and don't be afraid to ask questions. I got the iberico jamon on baguette and the cones full of jamon and cheese. OH.EM.GEE! If you like pork and cheese or both - Barcelona is the absolute foodie heaven you need to experience. This place was a delight and a real jem of a find!

Yelp
Skip the crowded bocqueria market and visit this store instead for ham and cheese cones. The cuts of meat in this and other ET stores I've seen throughout barcelona are far superior to the ingredients you'd pay for at the same price in any of the tourist-infested markets.

Yelp
Very friendly, knowledgeable and delicious. High quality meats! We got a sandwich and a cone of meats

Yelp
I would give this place 5 stars because if the taste and customer service. it's a small shop but big in heart. Friendly staff. they can also cater if you have parties. They have a meat carver that will cut the ham of your choice when you order. One of the wall has hundreds of ham hanging. You can choose which one you prefer and buy it in bulk.

Yelp
Tiny version of the Enrique Tomás chain. Meats hanging on the walls, two or so people staffing the store. They'll answer whatever questions you have about the differences in the hams, but in broken English. If you're walking down the street it's definitely worth stopping in to buy some Jamon cubes for your walk around the city!

Yelp
I was walking by this shop and saw the legs of meat hanging in the window. I was going to keep walking but my husband walked in and I could tell he was excited to have stumbled upon this place. He got me to go in. It's a little weird with hanging meat legs but it's Spain and it's interesting. They have a large cheese cooler with a huge of variety. The place is quaint and has little wine barrels to sit at and enjoy fresh sliced ham, cheese and wine. The prices are really good. It's fun to sample the meats, olives , cheese and enjoy glasses of Rioja wine. It was an authentic Spanish experience. Glad my husband walked in this place we had a great time.

Yelp
Ah Spain, where the pig reigns supreme. Enrique Tomas is a right proper throne for the resulting products of Spain's obsession with pork. Streamlined, yet full of choices. Seating is available, and the staff are friendly and ready to answer/advise on the variety of cured meats. Give the 'jamon de bellota' a go (black-footed pigs fed only hazelnuts) and the Longaniza de Vic (similar to a dry sausage), you won't regret it. So, when are they coming to South Florida?

Yelp
I will second the other reviews here. The jamon bocadillos at 5.90 were excellent. As were the glasses of wine. We also ordered a side of mixed olives. I also tried a package of the jamon from the Extremadura (purchased at the Las Ramblas location) which despite being pre-sliced was incredible. I wish Despana in New York would sell Enrique Tomas instead of (or along with) Fermin. The seating could be more comfortable.

Yelp
Delicious jamon iberico sandwich. We wanted a manchego sandwich too and the server even advised that we not combine the jamon and manchego together so as not to ruin the flavor. Good laid back place to get jamon on the go.

Yelp
My family was looking for some jamon iberico before we left Barcelona and it just so happened we were in Barcelona on a Sunday when most shops and restaurants are closed. I found this shop through yelp and thank goodness it was opened. When we entered we were greeted by a worker who let us try all sorts of jamon iberico. He was so knowledgeable about the different types of meat, how the meat is processed, what makes the prices different in the meat...we had so much fun in this little shop. My family bought some jamon iberico and were so excited they were able to purchase some before we left Barcelona. I highly recommend coming to this store if you are around because he workers are so nice and have a wealth of knowledge to share. Apparently there is more that one Enrique Tomás, but this is the one we found. It is definitely a popular shop because there were lots of people coming in and out of the store.

Yelp
Solid four star - nice ambience, good service. The reason it gets a four instead of five stars is that the servers are very sales-oriented and did not want to give us a taste of anything. so we had to buy a pack of chorizo which was not to our liking.
