Yelp
Disappointing, disorganized, and strangely hollow.
Enterrium feels like a place that used to be fun and forgot to tell anyone it stopped trying. It's gone thru a few ownership and celebrants over the years since it first opened as a PAC-MAN Entertainment.
Service was essentially non-existent. There were no servers on the floor at all--if you wanted food or drinks, you had to order everything at the bar. There may have been a server in the bowling area? Unsurprisingly, this created long waits, confusion, and a bar staff that looked overwhelmed and annoyed to be doing the job of an entire service team. Further, on our most recent visit with three additional families we were charged for multiple kid meals even though they were supposed to be free with an adult entree.
The layout makes even less sense than the service model. Pinball machines are now shoved into a weird, separate room, completely disconnected from the rest of the space. It feels like an afterthought instead of part of the experience.
To top it off, there is only ONE kiosk to buy or reload game cards for the entire venue. One. So everyone--kids, parents, groups--lines up for the same bottleneck while employees just... watch it happen.
The whole place feels understaffed, poorly planned, and uninterested in the guest experience. If the goal is "order at the bar, wander aimlessly, and hope for the best," mission accomplished. If the goal is a smooth dining + entertainment experience, this misses badly.
Hard to recommend unless major changes are made--because right now, it's more frustrating than fun.
