Spectacular stay at this beautiful resort! The amenities and room is gorgeous—highly recommend the vineyard lofts which are so unique and romantic. The staff and service were excellent and the food was really good! We especially loved Maximillian who led a wine tasting for us and the concierge staff who were so kind and patient. The location is great—close to wineries and not far at all from the city or the airport. Appreciated that the Hamman only accommodates 2 at a time, so it felt very private. Massages were excellent. Do make reservations in advance for the winery next door!

Stayed for three nights on a group trip, and the property is absolutely stunning. If you’re not in a Vineyard Loft, you’re truly missing out. These elevated, hut-style rooms are tucked into the vineyards and feel both private and special. The glass doors in front of the main room allow you to see out into the vineyards and beyond to the mountains. The main room includes a bedroom area along with a separate sitting space. The bathroom is open concept, if you’re sharing with a friend, be aware that the shower is see-through into the main room; the toilet is enclosed separately. Each hut also features a porch with comfortable seating and an adorable hanging chair. Waking up to a view of the mountains is perfection. ||Breakfast was excellent, with a generous open buffet of fruits, meats, pastries, juices, smoothies, and more, plus the option to order hot eggs and other cooked breakfast items. We also had dinner at Nube one night, which was outstanding. I started with the artichoke dish, which completely changed my opinion of artichokes.||I also visited the spa for the hammam and a massage. The facilities were clean, spacious, and not overcrowded during the hammam experience. Afterward, you’re guided to a quiet area in the back for tea and light bites, which were delicious. The massage itself was very good, though the table was a bit firmer than I prefer.

This is a wonderful resort in the middle of Wine country. The service and the food were excellent. The spa is absolutely wonderful and reasonably priced. Do not count on the Concierge service to help you with planning. Dropped the ball on a day trip planned six months before arrival. Stay in a loft versus the limited edition; more room to move about.

I stayed at Entre Cielos for two nights and I cannot say enough about the property. ||First of all...the Villas in the vineyards are amazing. I stayed in Papaya and had a glorious view of the mountains each morning. The room was big and modern with new linens and excellent water pressure in the shower.||The hammam spa is definitely worth 2 visits. So unique for South America...especially the wine bath! It was extremely clean and modern. Everyone was friendly.||The restaurant was outstanding...especially the ribeye which I ordered after hearing moans of pleasure from fellow diners the previous night. Sooooo good.||Max the sommelier was extremely knowledgeable about wine without being pretentious. Olga and Stella gave excellent massages at the spa and Natalia and Ignacio were so helpful at concierge. ||I can't wait to visit again

Lovely hotel with delicious cuisine and a unique accommodation setup directly in the vineyards. + the food was top notch. The complimentary wine tasting experience was lots of fun and a great way to socialize with other hotel guests + the staff was very friendly and helpful + we stayed in the limited edition room, right in the vineyard. The view was truly amazing

The staff here is so attentive and everything we did that was included in our wine and win package we enjoyed. We were here for our honeymoon so we upgraded to the vineyard lofts, which was absolutely worth it! So stunning to stay in the middle of the vineyard! We also did the entre uvas treatment at the spa and my husband said it was such an enjoyable and great experience, and this comes from a guy who does not like spas or massages at all! I seriously had one of the best massages here too. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It was perfect!

Excellent hotel, nestled in a wine region close to many bodegas (by bicycle or Uber). From day one, the hotel service was top-notch, attention to detail was there, and the views were spectacular. I recommend spending time in their Hamam Spa, where they use their own grapes for some of the services.

We cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the amazing staff. They were so very accommodating! Excellent breakfast every day. We had dinner and room service and it was all great. Our room in the vineyard was fantastic.

Entre Cielos brings the luxury Swiss health spa experience to Mendoza. Cielos is part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World. Cielos offers a quiet oasis amidst grapevines at the foot of the Andes mountains. With only 16 guest rooms, this modern boutique getaway offers a space of solace and rejuvenation. Our room felt very spacious with a living area downstairs, and bedroom upstairs. It felt like a separate pod built outside, yet in. You couldn't hear anyone else. The rooms were modern works of art. It felt like I had stepped into a magazine. Like true Swiss fashion the room had a Nespresso machine. Each room had their own patio overlooking the gardens. The hotel had an exercise path, with exercise stops, and a beautiful pool. The cost of our hotel room came with a buffet breakfast, free wifi, and one free hammam spa circuit. The spa is the first traditional Turkish hammam spa in Latin America. The spa staff takes you through multiple stops of wet saunas, exfoliating, and warm pool. We added a 30-minute oil massage to our free spa experience, and it was amazing!! After the spa circuit, we were taken to the relaxation room with sleeping pods. There was tea, refreshments, and snacks awaiting us. Phenomenal spa experience. The hotel has free parking within an enclosed gate. Upon entering the gate and parking our car, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of wine and asked to wait for a golf cart to come to pick us up. They whisked us away to the main hotel entrance where we were seated to check in. I have never been so pampered before! After checking us in, someone showed us to our room, explained all the nuances of the room, and hotel, and then left us. A welcome note and a small bottle of wine for two awaited us to enjoy. The hotel restaurant was very good. We ate there each night. We were never disappointed. The service was knowledgeable and friendly. LIke everyone else in the hotel. They had a good wine selection. The breakfast buffet was also very good. Many things to select from. The meal prices were actually affordable for such a fancy hotel. They also welcomed guests into the restaurant from outside the hotel as well. Each night they performed a turndown service, that included leaving a handmade chocolate on your pillow. Amazing chocolate! A phenomenal experience in a luxurious pampered beautiful setting.

This is one of top most luxurious hotels in the world - I have stayed in others but never has the service been soooooooo good, so kind and so accommodating. Everything from start to finish was carried out with the most immaculate effort and every single one of hotel staff members tried SO HARD. For example: we went to a hotel bar and my husband ordered a bloody mary - the bartender went to a hotel garden, picked fresh tomatoes, hand crushed them - let me say this again - he crushed those tomatoes by hand for us - to make the most fresh delicious tomato juice w/out a juicer, then made the most delicious bloody mary with the fresh juice and his own blend of spices. UNBELIVABLE ! Where in the world would you ever get such a service ? We stayed here for 4 days - the staff planned various activities for us - hiking, horse backriding, wild water rafting. Finally, the spa was amazing too and I was pleasantly surprised that unlike other luxury resorts - they charged local prices for their services instead of American resort prices. For example I got a 90 minutes massage and a 60 minute facial and the total for both was about 180$ - where in NYC at a premium resort I would easily be looking at 400-600$ for the same services at a place of this caliber. They even have a special restaurant open just for the guests of the hotel - steak asado - when we dined there - we were one group of the only 11 guests eating that night ! They even have a private artist atelier if you are into art or collect art and had a local artist come out just to give us a tour and to show us the artworks of the three artists who display their works in a hotel ! I can not wait to come back ! I absolutely LOVED THIS AMAZING SURREAL PLACE !

Truly heaven on earth. Meticulously maintained grounds, spa and hotel (if you can call a place this glorious a hotel). Onsite restaurant/bar offers amazing food 24 hours a day. Staff attentiveness can only be compared to that of Ritz-Carlton. And the views! They can't be beat. The spa circuit is a must. We will be back!
