I really like the apartment and the location, and the front office staff has been pleasant and accommodating WHEN I'VE BEEN THERE IN PERSON. (That's why I'm giving it 3 stars, but would do 2 1/2 if that were an option). The lack of communication leaves a lot to be desired. I've been waiting to receive feedback regarding the processing of my paperwork. I was told, before Christmas, I would hear something within a week, and that hasn't happened. I've called and left messages about five times. Out of those five, someone picked up once. My other messages were not returned. This is unprofessional. At least someone could call back and say: "this is where things stand right now," or something like that. Just to assure people that progress is being made. I hope this is corrected sooner rather than later.
