Entwine Apartments

I had the pleasure of visiting this building and meeting Krystian, who works there. She was absolutely amazing—warm, welcoming, and incredibly personable. She seemed to know everyone by name and created such a positive, friendly atmosphere throughout the building. A true gem!

When I first came to Entwine Apartments I really liked it which was in 2022. Tamika was very pleasant and helpful and Tammy. Within the the last year it has been very terrible management is heartless when I bring concerns of my well being it is being not taken seriously. I will not recommend anyone to stay at Entwine. Things that supposed to have been taken care of in my apartment have not been taken care of for a long period of time. I can say that Krystian is very helpful and considerate. if I could give a 0 I am very displeased.

The experience I received as a worker is unprecedent. The staff is so inviting, the manger is more than knowledgeable of residents and the residents coordinator is to be rivaled with between Tamika and Nicole it's nothing they can't do. I love love this property the residents and the dynamic. Winn needs more solid people and environments like this. Thanks for a wonderful experience and a beautiful heart in the community

Mrs. Robinson, Krystian and staff are very pleasant to work with. Building is neat and well kept. Constant events for the community. Overall 5 stars.

I really like the apartment and the location, and the front office staff has been pleasant and accommodating WHEN I'VE BEEN THERE IN PERSON. (That's why I'm giving it 3 stars, but would do 2 1/2 if that were an option). The lack of communication leaves a lot to be desired. I've been waiting to receive feedback regarding the processing of my paperwork. I was told, before Christmas, I would hear something within a week, and that hasn't happened. I've called and left messages about five times.  Out of those five, someone picked up once. My other messages were not returned. This is unprofessional. At least someone could call back and say: "this is where things stand right now," or something like that. Just to assure people that progress is being made. I hope this is corrected sooner rather than later.

Krystian has a wonderful spirit. She always greets me with a smile.And goes above and beyond to help.So glad to have her here.She is amazing and we are lucky to have her.

If there is 0 star I will happily to give them, very bad management, very unprofessional and look like their system of management is Flintstones generations management. I fill my application April 2022 and since that I did fill 4 times because of their negligence, now almost November 2022 still no answer. I called several times no one bother to pick up. I don't know what kind of management they have? They are in business to hurt the people? Play on the people? @dvgov has to investigate this spoiled.management system, this is really bad for our society. Definitely I will take this case to necessary place and news media also.

Beautiful apartments! Very clean and friendly staff. Clarissa helped me out and she was very informative about the rent recuced program!
