Google
EōS on Blue Diamond is my current go to gym. The staff at the front desk are always so friendly & welcoming, Aaron & Rob are literally the best if you have any questions or concerns about anything. I always see the staff cleaning 24/7 which I appreciate. They have a great variety of machines and equipment. They offer lots of different classes for all ages and levels. Something for everyone. Friendly environment, haven’t had any issues. Yes the gym does get really busy just like any other gym, you just have to find the right time window that works best for you. Overall definitely recommend :)

Google
Vicky was super helpful at getting us set up for a week membership here in Vegas for our vacation. The amenities are great and the gym is super clean and not too crowded! I’m excited to come back here next year!

Google
I love taking the class T.O.U.C.H.E.!!! Coach Tony is amazing!!! He is a great role model of being in good health and in shape! His class is like no other class I’ve taken before. He helps us understand the science of our bodies and pushes us to get to our fat burning zone! Please open up more T.O.U.C.H.E. Classes at Blue Diamond. Tuesday night, Wednesday night, Friday night &/or Saturday!!! This class has changed my life and so many others who come to his class!! Thank you!

Google
I came in 5/22/2025 & got help from Jackie, she got everything fixed quick! She’s sweet, elaborated everything to me very well, was able to get a refund for me & other individuals involved. Was apologetic on behalf of the other teams from Stephanie/ sunset location not helping. I felt very happy after her help & I will be enjoying the blue diamond location as my new gym.

Google
Our experience at the EOS gym on Blue Diamond has been great. Andrew, the manager, never fails to greet us with a warm smile as he walks around the gym insuring everything is working! Vickie at the front desk insures we scan our QR codes and is ready to assist with any questions we might have. The recent renovations and equipment upgrades have been fantastic. And l can’t overlook the hardworking housekeeping staff who always do an excellent job. A big round of applause to the entire EOS team for their outstanding work! We appreciate you!

Google
As of now I enjoy this gym. But when I started. Hated it. The fitness person that gives u the membership pushed me into getting a personal trainer that I didn’t want. But I had a trainer that I didn’t want. She was great at her job and I enjoyed seeing her. But I am a broke college kid. The amount of times I missed a payment amd almost went it debt. Was wild.

Bruno Mela

Google
This gym started off well, but it has become too small and overcrowded. Many pieces of equipment are broken and take too long to be repaired. EOS management needs to rethink their approach to avoid losing ground to new competitors.

Chris VanLandingham

Google
Fully loaded gym with equipment to effectively hit every muscle group. Very rarely am I waiting to use any equipment. Staff are always friendly and helpful. It’s been my daily gym for a while and will continue to be. Thanks EOS staff for everything you do!

Yelp
I'm visiting for a week; and this is the closest gym. Good for me...good for locals. The front desk is engaging and totally friendly. The gym is not crowded. The music is not all that loud - yay! Two standouts I noticed: 1.) there is a person cleaning equipment that was totally into her work. Enthusiastic! Her name is Denise; and she ought to be applauded. If our equipment wasn't cleaned well - with a sense of purpose like hers - we'd lose our sense of purpose in our workouts. Thank you Denise. 2.) my Pilates instructor today. WOW. Her enthusiasm and PRECISE instruction - telling me exactly how she wanted a certain limb even down to the toe (maybe that's a limb too) gave me confidence in doing the practice correctly. Thank you Kim Ho - I'd come from far far away to get into your class again.

Yelp
I found out this evening that they fired their only competent yoga teacher. I don't know who makes decisions at this gym but they are highly incompetent. Most of the classes are insufferable, especially if you like to participate in mind/body. They got rid of a Thursday class I attended. They keep shrinking the schedule and quality. I guess you get what you pay for. I guess it's time for me to finally splurge on Lifetime Fitness. Outside of the disaster that is their group fitness program, the locker rooms are a disaster no matter when you go in. The front desk is rude including a new manager there who I had to speak to last week regarding my membership. My weekly yoga class was literally the only thing keeping me around at this gym but I guess that time has come to an end. I've never been to a gym that has such disdain for its members.

Sandra G.

Yelp
I've been to eos locations before. But kinda like this set up. All the cardio is upstairs. There's an elevator. I like Niks classes. Really the only reason for me to go. I live in Cali but always come back for Nik. :)

Kenda N.

Yelp
My favorite class is Ride and Define with Michelle Milliken, she's awesome. Five stars for her and two stars for the shaky broken treadmills that half of them says "out of service" upgrade your treadmills and double the quantity. I have to go to different location sometimes for this reason!!!

Nicole P.

Yelp
This is my neighborhood gym. Not the biggest EOS, but has everything you need. Seems like the cleaning equipment is never refilled!! The staff is pretty good except one girl at the front who always seems grumpy :( Depending on the time of day there might be too many high schoolers hogging the equipment, but overall not too much to complain about. I do drive to another location if I'm doing legs or need a rack because I'll definitely be waiting in a queue here.

Yelp
Location: Blue Diamond & Decatur I came in on January 31st to restart the membership for my girlfriend and myself and was advised that we would be on the family plan of $19.99 each a month. However, on February 14th my card was charged a total of $168.95 ($145.96 & $22.99) which was something we had not agreed to or even was informed about when we were going over all the paperwork. So this was a complete shock. My girlfriend and I went straight over to the gym that morning to speak with the Assistant GM Rob and Fitness Manager Julio. We explained everything and how unhappy we were and were promised a full refund would be given and our memberships would be cancelled. I have reached out to management including Mike Pirone and Cole Coffeen with no success. Additionally, another email was sent to Steve Albert - Operations Manager with still no response. If this does not get resolved amicably I will have no other choice but to notify the local new agencies regarding the fraud scheme that is going on at the local EŌS gym located at Blue Diamond and Decatur. I would give zero stars if possible. Horrible service. Lack of communication. No trust.

Yelp
I didn't think this gym could get any worse. So today a guy is literally packing a bowl and smoking while working out. Left early because I don't really like cannabis in my face while I work out at 0630. EOS is the worst. I told the front desk and I don't know how this person was not immediately thrown out. And I could've stayed and finished my work out. I know it's a cheap gym but this is beyond CHEAP.

Treshia M.

Yelp
I wanted to get back into the gym after a while. The process of joining a gym is alot easier than before quarantine and you can do it online now. I used to go to their other locations, I didn't have issues in the last usually. I do agree than cleanliness of this location could be better, it's one of their most busiest gym (even after 9pm, it's still VERY busy). I would see plastic bottles and used paper towels on equipment and on the floor. They ran out of paper towels in one area the entire time I was there, I thought someone would come by and replace it. I told the front desk while I was walking out that it was empty. Their adjustable benches, none of them adjust. I need the benches to adjust for the workouts I do, but it's kind of difficult when they can't. I don't want to switch to another bench (plus it's very lucky if you can find a bench). At this point I have to drive to another EOS location for adjustable benches and atleast those benches arent very close to another. I also didn't know you can't bring the benches outside of the bench spot, they HAVE to stay there. They also do not allow you to stand on it unfortunately. Strict bench rules at this location. Some of the equipment are old. I would see some slight wear and tear on them and some of the machines would be shut down. I hope that the other EOS location opens near by just because of how filled this gym gets. I usually avoid going on it's peak hours but even then, this gym is very busy. I usually just go in and do my own thing, but it's kind of difficult when there is no space. I gotten over the shyness but I think that the gym can have a crowding issue sometimes. Been going to EOS since before qurantine so I have usually trusted this gym for my workouts but I never experienced a busy location like this one.

Deya D.

Yelp
Cheap rates and clean gym. Can't say enough about EOS. No need for fancy clubs around the area

Yelp
Attention if you don't want your card to get charged for services you don't receive beware of their personal trainer trap. I was excited to get in shape and start my health journey I signed up for a membership while doing so Rob the sales guy pushed me over and over again to get a personal trainer. I told Rob 5 times I don't want it! He told me it's simple if I don't like it I can cancel anytime I said fine I'll try it they CHARGED me 19.99 to start the pt. I contacted the person trainer for my first session and she CANCELED AN HOUR BEFORE MY SESSION! Then canceled the next day and never reached out to me again! I decided the pt wasn't for me I enjoy the gym for what my membership provides. I then canceled pt right away. They still charged me 88$. Everything that I was told was deceiving. Julio failed to discuss the agreement and KNEW I didn't want a personal trainer at this time.

Robert D.

Yelp
Good affordable gym, not crowded if you go early. Clean, well equipped for the lowest cost.

Malia H.

Yelp
I enjoy visiting EoS on Blue Diamond. I've never had an issue. Staff are friendly, the facility appears clean, and the classes are descent. Yes it can get a little crowded at times especially when there are classes. If I do not attend a class, I usually go mid-day when it's not as busy. Thank you EoS.

Sami T.

Yelp
It's getting to a point where the employees at this location do not care about providing a clean and friendly gym. It's an everyday request asking the employees to please go pick up the trash in the sauna. The floor is black and under the bench is a storage unit for trash. Eos employees should take a field trip to LVCA to learn how to provide a clean gym for their members. I get done with the sauna and wanted to see how I was progressing with the Evolt program. I asked an employee who was just sitting there doing nothing. He accused me of using the evolt two weeks ago. I personally don't like being accused of something, especially a gym that I pay for. I made the representative chew up his own words. My last testing date was in January and here we are in March. Didn't even apologized for his disrespect. Kindly, please educate the employees to not just sit around to accuse their members when they could be providing insight of reaching new levels at the gym or if not at least keep the gym area clean and well maintained. Everyday, I need to remind an employee that the sauna is filthy. They never pick up the trash nor do they wipe the floor occasionally. Unfortunately, can't expect all the members to use sandals, but EOS shouldn't let the place rot for their members. I really enjoy the gym for the most part, just tired of asking for common sense. I believe the next route will be contacting the health inspector if the employees continue to neglect their job duties of maintaining and operating a gym.

Kris L.

Yelp
I've been a member since day 1 here. I checkin one day and was told I need to sit with a counselor to go over the term of agreement, mentions that I could be paying less per month and gain access to the recovery room if I upgrade to the black card ( right now I have the middle card with an option to bring guest). He mentions I can try out the recovery room, I let him know I'll try it out when I have more time... I go back (different person) letting him know if I can try out the recovery room. I got all kinds of attitude, got pressured to sign up for a new membership. I was going to sign up for an upgraded one and I ask point blank are there any new fees he responds no. Then 1 minute later tells me about an annual fee I have to pay in a month even though I just paid it last month. then tells me he can "probably" get it waived , but without give me a direct answer I ask if he could call me to let me know and I'll sign up, again get a lot of attitude why he can't do that. All I wanted to do was try the recovery room which was offered to me , had to leave after that because felt so ticked off at the sales guy, didn't even workout . Horrible service

Yelp
EOS Fitness (Blue Diamond/Decatur) This gym is not small, but because it's so busy, it may appear that way. This gym's set up is similar to the Centennial location. Pool, turf, machines, and weights are all downstairs. Cardio is upstairs. The equipment is fine and kept clean. I just have a tough time getting a great workout here, especially if I am working on a specific split with specific exercises. Either this gym is busy all the time or my timing is bad. It's not uncommon for me to go here just for cardio, then go to another EOS for weights. 2024 Yelp Review #9

Mia L.

Yelp
I usually love EOS, but this location late at night is a bit of a letdown. The staff member on duty isn't the friendliest and doesn't seem too interested in helping out. He rarely greets anyone, and when you ask him something, he either doesn't know or doesn't answer or he's just sleeping on the desk Sometimes, he's just not around, claiming to be on a "restroom break" for what feels like forever. There was one time when a bunch of us were waiting to buy drinks, and when he came back, instead of helping or saying sorry how can I help you, he just stared at us without saying a word. Literally not a single word. He took at least 30 minutes to come back. Everyone who was waiting had to ask each other "did we do something wrong?" Definitely not the best experience I've had at EOS. When I go to the gym, I don't usually care much about how friendly the staff is--unless I'm a new member or getting personal training. I wouldn't even bother myself writing a review about this, but it's been getting worse every time I see this guy and I decided not to go to this location at late night. Hopefully, this review reaches him and leads to some improvement.

Ian S.

Yelp
Great gym in my opinion. Though it gets really packed at peak time, you just have to be patient and flexible when it comes to doing your workouts. Don't stand/hover near the person using a specific machine/bench waiting for them to finish. Learn basic etiquette. Don't be afraid to ask. Parking is big. There are additional spaces located beside the building. Weekends are chill. Not much crowd.

Alicia Akane D.

Yelp
I usually always go to this location. Today I was greeted by Justin. Not only was he professional, he was friendly and welcoming to this establishment. If you ever have any issues, I trust that he would do his best to help you! I also really appreciate the people that work in the kids day club. So far we have never had any issues and they are also so helpful.

Tyler S.

Yelp
Be very wary when signing up for the gym. The assistant manager stated that the only way I could get the "discounted rate" would be to sign up for personal training with my membership, and that after the first session I would be able to just cancel personal training and keep that discounted rate. I was scheduled to have an appointment on Monday September 9th at 430, never received any sort of call or text regarding my appointment, so I never even got PT, and now I can't cancel my PT contract and will have to pay an additional $160 a month for a service that was not even rendered to me, nor do I want. Shady business tactics just prove you are a number, they don't care about you.

Greg V.

Yelp
Busy gym, but no waiting for machines. Members were very accommodating & Joey (front desk) was awesome!

Amy K.

Yelp
It's nice gym, but the background music is too loud everywhere and the lady toilet is super dirty.

Kim P.

Yelp
The first time I came to this gym, a male receptionist told me it was 22.99 a month. You need to pay a registration fee of $20 for your first visit. Then I agreed to sign the contract, but the second month deducted $75 from me. I don't know what's going on, they deducted my money. No one helped me solve this matter. I am very disappointed with this gym

Danny C.

Yelp
The water fountains in the pool area have not worked for six months now and my main workout is in the pool. Ridiculous.

Hershey T.

Yelp
Big thank you to Josh and Kekai at the Kids Center for making sure me and my daughter have the best experience whenever we go to the gym! I've had an issue scheduling an appointment for my daughter through the app for a while, but they were able to resolve that issue fairly quickly. So now I can finally book through the app very easily! My daughter is also more on the reserved side, but when Josh and Kekai are around she tells me she feels more comfortable! I highly recommend this location because of them!

Brandon M.

Yelp
S.O.S at it again. It's always out of something around here. I don't know how much longer I can stick around here. Paper towels are consistently empty. Other times the cleaning spray is gone. Hand soap or toilet paper in the bathroom are out.

Janelle I.

Yelp
I love working out at this location- it is always clean and the workers are friendly! The kids club is awesome my 4YO loves coming here and always asks to stay a little longer. The staff is also friendly and he seems excited when I tell him we are going to the gym, I only wished I was just as excited. There is a full pool and an outdoor workout area as well I believe it is called the "yard" cardio and ab machines are found upstairs and heavy lifting is done downstairs. The womens locker room is clean and has a sauna like all the other locations. There is also a basketball court area, I believe it's half court. I have yet to try out the classes but I have seen them when I'm on a treadmill and they look fun. PS- make a reservation for the kids club to secure a spot :)

Amy E.

Yelp
This was my first and last time in this particular EOS. The facility is smaller than it looks from the outside with limited equipment, some of which is dated. It's packed to the gills. Shoutout to the front desk staff-- they are genuinely friendly and helpful up there! I saw a single stationary bike upstairs and a handful of super old stairmasters. There's a small outside area dubbed "The Yard". Because it was my first time at this gym and I wasn't sure of the layout, I asked the trainers at the desk where the locker rooms were. They looked at me and responded like I was from another planet. I did see a group fitness room upstairs and a cardio theater downstairs. There was a lot left to be desired compared to other EOS gyms in the valley.

Sarah P.

Yelp
Love coming here always a bright place to work out will keep coming. Back thank you guys!!!

Masked B.

Yelp
LOL look at what a crock response they give. 1 - "We have taken the feedback and come up with a plan." Can you possibly be more vague next time? There is no "plan" that would work besides changing the entire business model to be more honest instead of making excuses and straight up lies like you did for the rest of your responses. 2 - "We lock the rooms to prevent theft" and "we don't rent out the room in any way." First off, yes you clearly rent out the rooms so you can stop playing dumb like you don't understand my meaning. You may not "rent" in the sense you do not charge extra money to customers or instructors directly per each individual class, but you do "rent" them out in the sense that you block off time for the classes that are only available to higher tier members who do pay for them indirectly through higher monthly charges. It's not like people just work for free, or are you saying customers pay more for access to classes just so you can NOT pay instructors? Secondly, the "theft prevention" is literal nonsense as both my own personal experience and even the pictures on yelp show that there isn't anything in that room worth stealing unless you think people are going to steal your hardwood floors and mirrored walls. If anything it just shows you are so untrusting of your own customers you think they'll bring some ladders and tools to take down the couple of speakers you have bolted high up on the walls and somehow sneak them past the multiple people you have posted near the entrance. 3 - "We don't do yearly contracts, we do annual membership fees." You've gotta be kidding with this one. If there was any chance of believing a word you say it goes out the window with this response pretending like they aren't the same thing. You're basically saying "Don't worry, we won't make you sign a paper saying we'll punish you later with a penalty fee... instead we'll just make you pay that penalty upfront and call it a 'membership fee.' Just make sure you give us a month's notice because even though we already have your pre-paid penalty fee specifically for times like this it's not enough. We still need to capture the forgetful people like, whoops sorry I need a whole month to figure out how to not take more of your money." *Browsing through yelp photos one sees an attached photo of the upstairs fitness room* "Be careful guys, we have a bunch of computers downstairs near the entrance, but we can't let people use this room because it's where the REALLY expensive and theft-worthy stuff is kept... like that spray bottle by the podium... it's an antique..."

Kiara A.

Yelp
everything i said still stands. they took back my refund after all this went down which is insane. make sure you read your contract and ensure that there is no contact being made from their staff outside of EOS approved communications. I had a member of their team reach out via what is believed to be a personal device which i thought was strange and inappropriate but i figured it was normal for them. i blocked out the employee's name for their privacy as my issue is not with them but with the company's predatory practices as a whole

Lexey W.

Yelp
Great Service The staff went out of their way to accommodate me as an out of town visitor.

Lorrie K.

Yelp
I went into cancel my membership and I was told that I had to go onto another website give all of my personal information get an ID and a password and then they'll save all of my stuff to be able to cancel and that they've been doing this for two years. That is a bunch of BS I went in May of this year and canceled my membership in person and I never had to go on a different website to do it. Just cancel the membership and stop holding me hostage!!!!!!'n

C A.

Yelp
Beware. They will sign you up for PT sessions without your knowledge. Or tell you a different story. If you aren't interested in any PT sessions say NO, or make sure they give you a bill statement or something. They will charge you $88 dollars every month without you knowing. Plus you won't be able to cancel it because it's a contract. READ YOUR CONTRACT. They will scam you. Edit: $88 every 2 weeks. I'm so upset.

Jessica S.

Yelp
This EOS kids care has the best staff of all the locations in town. JOSH and KEKAI are amazing!! Our 4 year old son looks forward to going 5 days a week not only to see his friends but the staff as well. When we walk in, they instantly say "Hi Thor" and are excited to see us making his face light up!!! Keep up the awesome job!

Nancy P.

Yelp
Great environment, friendly staff, lots of energy! Taylor at the front desk is welcoming and knowledgeable. Love the spin and yoga classes! Love that EOS gives back to the community! They were promoting an opportunity to give to a non profit to help local underprivileged kids go to college!

Fa A.

Yelp
This gym is dirty. It always smells like sh***. Everything is always worn out, broken, and/or taken by the amount of people there is every single hour of the day! I also found out that it's a partner gym from "planet fitness" which is the most ghetto gym that can ever exist. There are always teenagers and younger kids ruining and taking up space. I ended up canceling my membership because it is sooo bad.

Luke D.

Yelp
Good gym. Wished there were more workout equipments over cardio machines. Not a true "2 floor gym." And cleanliness is okay...... Would give 5 stars if you guys had decent fucking employees. Train and discipline these teenagers..... Half the time during rush hours, (5pm-8pm) majority of the paper towel disposals and/or the disinfectant spray bottles are empty....... One health hazard violation. Plus you guys hadn't filtered or sanitized the water filter by the door that leads to the backyard workout place, another health hazard violation. Half of your staffs are just chilling and hanging out at the front desk.... Have some common sense and consideration for everyone who pays for this gym..... Simple job for your staffs yet majority of them they don't do dog shit but hang out at the front desk.

Sitara I.

Yelp
You get what you pay for.... This place is filthy. I used to come every other day, and dirt from would still be on the machines for weeks. Hair balls everywhere. Dust, mud, grime, this place is a health hazard. I imagine it's the perfect place to catch covid and other diseases. I see people not wiping down equipment before / after use all the time too, and staff does not care to enforce or encourage people to do so. Not to mention they nickel and dime you to make up for their cheap monthly rate. You can only put your account on hold for so long, and they will start the hold the next billing cycle so you have to pay for your current one. Then they charge you without any reminders. And if you cancel, you still have to pay for another month of service and more fees. Their customer service is terrible and IF you can navigate the insane loopholes of their financial office hotline, which doesn't recognize when you put in your member ID / zip code, you'll be connected to someone who barely speaks English and offers no solutions to your issues. It's like talking to a robot. Totally worthless. Save your energy and go to a nicer gym that has better customer care, clear communication, and isn't a cesspool. My friend who came here as a guest works from home (read: she doesn't leave the house) and literally got covid after coming here one time. I'm convinced this is the worst gym in Vegas.

Zeny S.

Yelp
You were great upselling your services. We have requested in writing to cancel our account since January 2024 and we are repeatedly being billed. Your staff has no follow through. After being told to wait, wait some more, and wait again - still being charged for services that are not being used, we were given the district managers email. Absolutely dissatisfied with your services and product. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!

Maria-Maybelyn C.

Yelp
I never have problems with checking in at EOS, but Jino came to the rescue. I've been going to this EōS with my boyfriend for over a year or so now and we usually have a seamless check in. Today, we ran into an issue and delayed our workout. It was a bit frustrating because my boyfriend has had his membership since 2013 back when it was Gold's gym so his membership was grandfathered in with the price as well as the guest pass. Mind you, he's been using this guest pass since he got his membership, but I've been using it at this location for as long as I could remember as well. Long story short, Jino was clutch and helped us out. He took the situation into his hands and was able to sort everything out. As far as EOS in general, this location gets super busy just like every other commercial gym. They are quite bigger than the other ones, this one just happens to be closer to us. I do like the range of movies they play at this location in their theater cardio room. Again, thank you Jino for a being a real one. Come visit this EOS if you're around the area.

Shideh A.

Yelp
They have great selection of different types of classes! Wonderful instructors, convenient location! Unfortunately, the staff at this location are not doing a good job with the maintenance. The pool area is often dirty, there have been time and time that pieces of garbage are left for days, there are rusts all over their equipments in the pool area. Showers: there are 5 showers in the women section. 4 out of 5 has almost no water pressure. There are always hair all over the drain, we have seen razor, used bar of soap, bandage, empty water bottles all.over the pool area. Many of us has brought these to the staff's attention, they promise to take care of them, so far and after 3 months, nothing has changed! The only thing they have done is using some sort of spray around the shower next to the pool. (Not sure what is does, it definitely does not clean the dirt and the rust)

Karen K.

Yelp
Gym is nice, but the management and computer system is horrible. To cancel personal training has been a nightmare. The manager, Julio, will NOT return calls or emails and I finally had to get my bank to stop the autopayments. I now have a bank of PT, but will use at a different location. Their auto communication is archaic and you never know what is going on. Really frustrating.

Alreeze Crystal M.

Yelp
I used to go to the locations at Lake Mead & Sahara before coming here. I started coming here to this location around late January/beginning February. During that time, I had met Vincent, who is currently the GM at Blue Diamond location & I gotta say... from late January/beginning February this location has improved tremendously. I observed that the positions are being filled in all departments: child care, maintenance, housekeeping, memberships and coaching. There has been repairs on equipment. Implementation of a cleaning schedule. Improvement on customer service. I even sometimes asked for a tour of the gym because presentation gets reviews too, right? I think since then, Vincent and the rest of the management team have been doing a very good job of stepping up and trying to attain their company's goals & mission as well as their own location's goals & mission. It's not an overnight change. It's been about almost 7-8 months I've been coming to this location and if you were to see how it was when I first started coming here, you probably would have read a different review. But I give 5/5 stars because of the continuous efforts they have been making since beginning 2022 has changed tremendously. I definitely recommend checking this location, especially if you're looking for a half-court for basketball, hydro massage chairs, and upstairs cardio machines & upstairs turf area (it makes great when you wanna be away from all the heavy lifting, weights and whatnot).

Yelp
Cancelling your membership is a pain in the ass and if you call for support they'll talk down to and belittle you. They also charge for the next month after cancellation. The gym itself is nice.

Yelp
pros. Amazing customer service, nice spacing great epuipment. Cons! but for some reason they lock up the cardio at night and all through morning room so you can't have anywhere to stretch or dance which sucks because i like a nice quiet place to stretch and dance , aThe worst is they only clean the sauna 1-2 a week it's extremely disgusting!

Yelp
It's really irritating when you go to a gym and make monthly payments because of everything that it provides ! But yet there sauna is always down ! Not just one location but all locations !!!!

Yelp
I think its place is very underrated. Going to lifetime would be amazing. However, it is so far this gym is right by my house and they have everything less at lifetime. and what makes gym standouts at the most so that they open 24 hours ! There is parking they're not overly crowded. I feel safe I don't feel intimidated. Staff is very nice. It's very clean. It's like a mix of planet fitness prices with lifetime luxury (i'm including all the healthy restaurants that are right across the street well like in the same plaza) lol enjoy !!

Yelp
I went in the end of June to re-do my membership since I get a discount with my new job. I sit down with one of the ladies at a desk for help and she asked me about 5x to sign up for personal training. I tell her no, can't afford it. She gets up, grabs Vince the asst. manager and he does the same thing. I said no about 5x and that I have to leave to pick up my daughter from school. He says "okay, how about this. Sign up, do one session, if you don't like it, you can personally email me and we can get it cancelled and we will refund you, even the $19 you pay today." I've never felt more cornered in my life and rushed to sign my name. I emailed him a week later and expressed I wasn't interested and I'd like to cancel and get my refund. Of course he forwards my email to Julio, his manager and I get no response. You just get forwarded to someone else for "help". He knew what he did was wrong because he didn't explain to me what his upper management did. It's obvious they are trained to be these nagging predators to say anything to get you to sign up. I'm warning you all to think twice about joining this gym. The way MANAGERS blatantly lie to your face to increase their numbers/sales is such predatory move. It's also funny how I sign a new contract for a new membership at a lower cost, but I'm still being charged $26.99. They all practice HORRIBLE business ethics - this has been such a nightmare. Beware if you want to go to the gym with an additional 1-2 people and use cardio machines because every other 3rd machine is broken.
