Absolutely love this gym! The staff at EOS Fitness Fullerton is what really sets it apart. Toni and Sylvester go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and supported. Toni is always upbeat and helpful — he makes checking in feel like you’re being greeted by a friend. Sylvester is incredibly knowledgeable and takes time to answer questions and keep the gym running smoothly. The facility is clean, the equipment is top-notch, and the energy is always motivating. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a great place to work out with a positive atmosphere!

I just started my work out journey last month & it’s been nothing but amazing coming here. I got the highest membership for all the perks and a trainer. I would highly recommend my trainer JC to anyone looking into starting their fitness journey. He’s easy to communicate to about any questions you have, he’s friendly, and motivates you to make sure you’re on-top of your fitness goals. Every staff is friendly & always happy to help when you need it.

This gym is awesome! Especially my trainer Josh (JC) is amazing! He always challenges me and makes sure I’m getting the most out of my personal training sessions, keeps me motivated and I started seeing results immediately! Highly recommend this gym and most importantly, highly recommend Josh if you want to see results :)

The staff were amazing and helpful. The equipment was vert top self and fully functioning. I didnt see any single grip handles but i am sure something out of our scope happened. Super clean gym. It did smell a little funny and the ool was not working. I definitely want to to back to this club

I had a great experience at EōS thanks to Daniel, the Assistant Manager. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me get started. Daniel took the time to answer all my questions, explain the different membership options, and make sure I signed up for the plan that best fit my goals. His positive attitude and energy made the whole process easy and enjoyable. It’s clear he really cares about helping members succeed. I definitely recommend asking for Daniel if you’re thinking about joining!

This EOS is a 5 star rating to me! I started my workout journey last month and it's been amazing all around. I got the top membership and a trainer, my trainer is JC and I would totally recommend him to everyone who wants to start there workout journey. he's super friendly, really determined and dedicated to help you meet your goals.

I had a really disappointing experience with this gym. When I signed up, I was told by a staff member named Dylan that I needed the Will Power membership to access the specific location I wanted. Later, I found out that wasn’t true. When I called to downgrade to the $10/month plan, I was told I couldn’t downgrade at all. Instead, I was instructed to cancel my entire membership, re-sign at the other location, and pay the maintenance fee all over again. I was willing to eat the extra $19/month I didn’t need just to simplify things, but they still refused to downgrade me. On top of that, I was charged $15 for a service fee with no clear explanation. I emailed Dylan asking for a receipt and clarification. No response. I called the gym. No callback. So at this point, I’m out: The maintenance fee An unnecessary higher-tier membership A random $15 charge with no explanation I was also shocked to learn they charge fees just to change your card on file. Check your contract carefully. This place nickel-and-dimes you at every step. Customer service was terrible. Simple requests turned into complicated runarounds, and no one followed up. I’m cutting my losses and canceling. Very disappointing and not transparent at all.

I am amending the review I posted a while back bc EoS Fullerton is having some serious issues. 1) The equipment is breaking including the massage chairs, the jacuzzi, the pool and the towel dispenser. Worse than that, it seems that management (local or corporate?) is slow to get the repairs completed. 2) Staff turnover rate seems to be extremely high - this may be anecdotal but each month there is a whole new crew. The staff continues to be helpful but one has to wonder what is driving this monthly change. 3) The parking lot is insufficient for the gym’s popularity. I’ve spoken with friends who get so frustrated with finding a spot that they leave before entering the gym. I’m sure that the smaller businesses on site suffer bc there is often no place got their patrons to park. All in all, EoS Fullerton needs some substantial change or the result will be possible closure. Outstanding Fitness Gym and Spa located in East Fullerton. Facility is bran spanking new and includes the requisite gym equipment but also adds some extras including: a 3 lane swimming pool, jacuzzi, best massage chairs ever, cool healing cryo therapy room, Dolby digital cinema room with 15 cardio machine, fabulous friendly STAFF, responsive management who LISTEN, towel service for a fee, cycling, yoga, Zumba classes, video game like workout called EGYM (an unfit guy like me can do a total body workout while killing zombies in 30 minutes), a wide variety of personal trading programs and last bit not least, it is by far the CLEANEST Gym I’ve ever been in. The Gym/Spa/Resort is managed by Jesse Fain. He is new to EoS but has been in the fitness industry for a while. I’ve observed him interacting with employees and building staff morale. First impression is solid.

OK EOS! I see you, this was my first time coming in here, as a buddy guest. The gym was clean! And all the members were wiping down their equipment after being used! The perks of recovery ‍ - cryo Lounge - sauna - massage chairs Will I'm actually considering switching gyms! Just gotta research their monthly payments.....

I switched from my other gym to this one, thinking it would be better because it's bigger & has more equipment + a sauna. I can confidently say this gym sucks lol I'm canceling my membership before my first month is up in a couple weeks and going back to my other gym where I could get in & out in a decent amount of time. It's super crowded at all hours of the night. Definitely feels like a spot people go to to hang out more than they do to work out. So many (I'm assuming) college kids, that literally just sit on the machines on their phones. I waited for the only smith machine that was working for 30 minutes for one guy to get off, while he was just sitting there scrolling forever between sets, even after I politely asked how many sets he had left. The same circuit that took me 1 hour to complete at my other gym takes me about 2 hours here. The sauna is not very hot, so it feels kind of pointless unless you sit in there for 20+ mins. But I don't even have time to use it because it takes so long just to do my workout alone.

I paid $200 for personal training services, but I only met with a trainer once. The trainers repeatedly canceled sessions, and I was shuffled between different trainers with no consistency. When I called them out on the broken promises, they refused to cancel, and I ended up paying the full amount just to be done with the stress. Additionally, I've attempted to cancel one of my three memberships multiple times, but despite repeated requests, they've made it nearly impossible. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this gym to anyone looking for reliable training or honest business practices.

Best location... Guillermo and Josh and the entire team are amazing !! They provide exceptional service.. this location offers a perfect clean environment.. even during peak hours the gym carries its service perfectly!! I'm beyond happy here !!!!

EoS-Fullerton: Another EoS location we visited. My 4th time at this location and one thing that's been consistent all four times is that regaedless if it's morning, afternoon, or evening... its always busy. The members are nice and there are a lot of lovely elderly ladies I've met at the sauna who are so welcoming and friendly. Staff is friendly as well. The machines are nice too. If you've been to the EoS in SD Sports Arena (most dreadful EoS we've ever been to) you will very much appreciate ALL other EoS locations including this one. This Fullerton location is very nice and I do frequent it once every so often since I like to workout at different EoS gyms.

I love this place and the people that work here. But I believe you should email your members if your sauna is going to be out of commission so I don't drive all the way here from Yorba Linda and find out it's not working.

Place is clean so their workers do well with that. But this place gets incredibly packed in majority hours of the day so you'd have to go super early or late night. Even around 9pm it's still crowded which was crazy and parking is terrible/small because there's a lot of other restaurants around. They're also increasing their rates to $20.99/mo which I have no clue what they're improving with that price change. I'd save your time and money to go to another gym because although the place is new there's not enough equipment around and it'll be hard for you to get a workout in.

Honestly, best gym I've ever signed up for. Yeah it's going to be busy; it's built right next to two colleges and a high school. I signed up for the PT and even upgraded. Training with Diego has been one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself and my health. Best times to go are in my opinion, early in the morning, or late morning early afternoon. Machines can be hard to come by sometimes but that's what alternatives are for. It would be nice if there were more machines but this is a smaller gym so I get that space is an issue. Bathrooms and showers are always nice and clean at least in the women's locker room. Parking can be a pain but there is always parking behind the gym too. Just a short walk towards the front.

I had such a great experience at EOS thanks to Daniel! From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. It's not often you come across someone who really takes the time to provide great service, but Daniel definitely did. If you're coming to this location, I highly recommend asking for him--he'll make sure you're taken care of. Thanks again, Daniel!

Good gym. Nice new equipment. It's on the smaller side and can get very crowded. If you go at the non busy times it's a great gym. Friendly staff and overall positive experience. I go there at least 6 days a week.

There is no easy way to quit your membership when you need to. It doesn't work to request it online. I tried to email and was told to call. I called and got voicemail. I work hours that don't enable me to have time to go to the gym to cancel in person when office staff are there. EDITED TO ADD: I also asked to Freeze my membership through the app, then received an email that I'd be contacted in 24-48 hrs... That was FIVE &^%#@^^ DAYS AGO!!!!

went in person and the employees were rude and had no patience or empathy for the situation. they refused to refund me the money that was wrongfully charged to my card. please just go to another gym. eos sucks

DON'T COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED!! These people will say you get 5 days for free without committing but that is a complete lie!!! They will sit you down and have you sign up for more than what you bargained for. I came in just wanting to get my free five day trial and I left with a membership and personal trainer subscription that I never intended to sign up for!! And not only that, there's a down payment of $20 to even sign up for the gym membership! I also spoke to another woman who had been charged for payment three months ahead of their due payment and because nobody could translate to her in Spanish she had been scammed as well!! Please do yourself a favor and do not even step foot in this gym unless you want to leave signing your life away. PLEASE. Also cancelling is SO DIFFICULT. None of the employees know anything even the managers are extremely rude and condescending when you do try to cancel and try to argue with you and gaslight you into thinking you were at fault!! Again don't join EOS. You're better off sticking to planet.

Pros about this location: - New gym. This was a former Big Lots so all of the equipment was new and the pool was built in. This isn't a former LA Fitness that was taken over like the EOS in Santa Ana. - Staff are really nice and efficient - Movie room is NICE! Floor to ceiling (high ceilings) screen and sound is high def. with lots of cardio machines. - Restroom/locker room is a good size with access to the pool and a sauna next to the showers. CONS: Parking. It's a circle the lot kind of gym and there's other food establishments here so you're competing with them as well.

Absolutely terrible cancellation process. Told we could make an account online to cancel. Asked if I could just cancel right then and there in person, was told, "we can but we prefer not to". Then was told it was very easy to cancel online. Tried to cancel online and kept getting error message. Called on behalf of my wife and the agent would not let me cancel on her behalf even after confirming all of her personal information, and calling her number "which he got from the account", and HER confirming "My husband has power of attorney" and hanging up. So done with this predatory business model, what a terrible experience. also gym was busy, so long wait on machines... You don't get to talk to my wife, I told you all of the information you need, why are you on the phone with me for an hour. What exactly are you protecting your member from? This review is for EOS fitness as a company, even though this does not pertain to this exact gym, I hope this experience saves at least some of you from making the terrible decision of signing a contract with this scummy company.

This gym just wants your money. Tried to cancel my personal training account that I never signed up for! This guy took my phone and signed me up for another account for personal training! They said they would reimburse me and then they tried asking me again to sign up for the training to "meet my needs" then I agreed when I know I shouldn't have because now they won't reimburse me! They just want to pull you in and it's terrible how they just try to say they want me to have a great experience well I'm not having a good experience and now I have to deal with wither four months with them! Don't let them fool you they talk you into it and it's no good I wouldn't sign up for this gym again after my contact is up and I truly hope it won't be hard to cancel completely after reading the rest of the reviews. I can't even give them a one star review. I give them a zero if I could

The equipment, the space is awesome. But the way they rip you off is crazy. It's complicated to cancel your membership. DONT GET A TRAINER. I had a friend who kept getting charged despite them having already cancelled. So what they did was she could only come to the gym when she had classes with the trainer cause she didn't have a membership. On top of that BS, the trainer only did one class a week instead of the two. That they kept getting charged for!

Watch out for the scam from this company. They say they're gonna help you with Personal training they cancel on you so you don't have a study routine. They overcharge you when you tell them that you wanna cancel with them they say not a problem and then a month will go by you'll get charged double you go in there and they say there's nothing they can do. They'll put another cancellation in for you. Please watch out for CC She is the lead trainer that signs you up and lies to you. I have called their corporation. I have talked to people in there for the last two months. I don't want to get built anymore. I do not want their training. Their training was very bad and they kept counseling on me so I had no routine. They told me too bad. I would have to wait another 30 days and get billed another two times which means they're gonna take an extra thousand dollars for me straight out of my account. This place is a scam the owners of this business and the workers are all scammers BEWARE!!!!!

Ally at the front desk is always happy to see me, super pleasant, and welcoming!!! Cece the training manager set me up with some amazing trainers!!I worked with Josiah for a killer leg workout!! Ben was great too helping with mobility training! And Tony was really good at actually helping me understand the purpose of good form and explained it very simply!! Great set of trainers!! I wanted to learn as much as I could from different people so I bounced around a bit! Over all definitely recommend this gym for training I had a great experience thank you eos! P

Sauna sucks it's never on I'm just wondering if it's goi to get fixed or should I cancel my membership?

Would put zero stars if possible. They don't honor any promos or guest passes. Front desk workers have no clue what they are doing. You are better off at Crunch.

id give zero stars and would have Erika or Ericka not sure how to spell her name, but I'd have her fired if I could. Two unpleasant interactions and gives all the attitude in the world. She's young so it makes sense. Had the cops called on me bc she claims I called her a "b*tch" but I never did. Had my friend next to me the whole time as I tried to check in as a guest. She claimed I said her name and called her that word. I'd never call a woman that even if they deserve to be, but even then I wouldn't. She's rude, unkind and isn't good with people. Refused to get someone else for me to talk to and said no one else was there when there clearly was. And as I drove away a sales rep and another employee were behind the counter with her. She had no proof and no evidence of me saying that to her, nor would she because I never said that to her. The employees have no issue embarrassing guests or members.At least from my interactions with Erika(Ericka) it was around 9:40 or so when I arrived. Cherry on top I had taken pre and was itching already. And their camera above the desk doesnt pick up sound which seems very convenient for them. Erika is very rude and unprofessional and needs video lessons on how to talk with and treat human beings.

Always busy even on a normal day. You have to wait in line in order to use amenities. I have a will power membership but haven't fully used the amenities, its always full even the gym equipments.

Finally had time to write a review. My buddy I work out with signed up and told me about the place. We were both coming from 24hr and no matter the location and time it was always crowded and people just treated the gym like they were in a CrossFit. Staff didn't seem to care. Luckily this place seemed different. Staff keeps the place clean and tidied, but who knows for how long some people can't manage to put away weights. I appreciate staff talking to a few people about slamming weights, just rings in your ears. For the size and amount of equipment the layout is really nice. I've been here during peak times and have not had trouble finding a station for my next workout. Overall I really enjoy this place especially the price point. Membership starts at $10 and you can splurge for the $28 one. So far I have not used everything I have access to and may downgrade to $10. Crossing fingers it's an easy process. Will leave a review if it's not.

They refused to allow me to read a legal document due to the touchscreen being broken but required me to sign it anyway. One staff member rolled her eyes and the other smirked at me when I said I need to be able to read that document. Disrespectful and unprofessional, not to mention absolutely scummy. Furthermore, if your front desk area is filled with failing equipment, how can anyone expect them to properly maintain the rest of the equipment in the gym?

They make it very hard to cancel your membership! I was on the phone waiting a long time and to find out that they cannot cancel my membership. Then I drove to the facility and they make it hard in every way. With all the negative review, my experience is the same like what they said!

It's a relatively new gym with decent amount of equipments. But it is closed on 8/6/24 at around 11:50 pm (when iI visited) for "repairs" without any prior notification. O

I recently joined EOS Fitness in Fullerton. Great atmosphere which is a big deal to me, I was a personal trainer in a past life. I got my body scan done by Mayra assistant fitness manager. She was very professional and she knows her stuff. She explained things to me, I knew what she was doing but I really appreciated her taking the time to go over it with me and answer my many questions with a smile and she was familiar with my rotator cuff injuries and gave me a few tips I didn't think of! Facility is clean, and bigger than it looks on the outside. Pretty cool "movie theater " room located inside. Cool concept, not sure I could workout for the duration of a movie but hey maybe others can. One machine I tried to use appeared to be broken (a treadmill), other than that everything was working fine. Staff was whatever, typical staff that works at a gym. This is the only EOS I've ever been to. I came here as a guest with my brother who pays for his membership. Would I come back here? Yes, as a guest Would I pay for a membership myself? No

Came here when they recently opened. I had to revisit to make sure I wasn't missing out on anything, and just visiting for the second time made me change my mind on switching gyms. Customer service was welcoming and friendly. Just the right amount of energy and enthusiasm from Alyssa. Thank you.

the salepeople lie to you. You think your signing up for something and then they add / sign you up for something else. Look at the fine print! Dont sign up for personal training were they will charge you multiple 43 dollar charges that you dont sign up for. Total scam.

I just got back in the country after an extended trip. Needless to say I gained a few pounds and have been a little rusty in the gym. I saw this gym locally and decided to try it out. Great facilities and low price. I was sold. I also hate personal training sessions and think they're kind of a waste of money but I was given a free workout with Diego and honestly a game changer. Sick dude. Sick workout. The pointers he gave my form literally blew my mind lmao. Will be seeing him again!

This was a gym I was excited to be a member of, but unfortunately their sales team member, is a scammer who ruined the experience for me. Duncan made a lot of promises that seemed too good to be true. He told us that our account would be free for a month(a lie, there is no free month. It's only free if you cancel that day). He told us nothing about the annual fee being charged after the first month OR what the fee was (100). Duncan told is that at any time we could come in and switch the account holder information, this was also another lie. When we realized we never even got a copy of our contract, it's because Duncan spelled the email AND the account holder name wrong even though he had the ID and credit card right in front of him. Just careless lies, scamming and falsehoods. Dont end up like me, out of 200 dollars because Duncan is an illiterate scammer who doesn't know his own company policy.

Every gym has its pros and cons that you're either going to love or hate. The equipment here is excellent, without a doubt I love it. Facility is spacious, clean and well maintained. High ceilings give it a fresh airy feel. Few things I dislike is the sauna temp. It's too low for me. Super bright lights (hate seeing it early in the morning) and loud music ( I wear shokz headphones) it's all preference. I own a business so I can spot great workers out. Ricky or Ricardo amongst others is great with customer service and if you want to have a profitable and good environment this is essential. I suggest to pay close attention to people who show a genuine interest in working for you. Overall it's close, clean, got what I need to get it done.

Came in around 2am for a late night workout and signed up for the 7-day free pass just to check out the gym and see if it's something I would be willing to pay for monthly with my friend and showed up to nobody at the front desk for 10 minutes and when someone finally came to help we were very rudely turned away by the guy working night shift on monday may 5th and told we could only use the pass certain hours of the morning which was not mentioned anywhere on the website or email I received when i signed up and told us to sign up online which cost $60 after fees, I was not willing to pay $60 just to try out a gym where I was rudely treated so I hope they hire somebody with better customer service for the night shift and disclose the fact I cannot use the free pass at any time in the night if what he said was true

Horrible customer service Bella and Evan did not take of my issue. I will be filing a civil case against this establishment. I canceled my membership so many time and they continued to debt my checking account without my authorization. On top of it they took out a yearly fee of $77.00. This gym and their staff does not have the proper customer service skills and treats their members horribly.

The Gym itself is Clean- but do yourself a favor and DO NOT LET THEM CON YOU INTO GETTING PERSONAL TRAINING!!! It's a 4 month requirement!. I had the best trainer there who unfortunately this WEEK is his last week- Fitness manager Jenna would not allow me to cancel because they want 2 more PAYMENTS from me! All other trainers suck! I've watched them! I don't want to waste my money on another trainer! She would not make an exception whatsoever. I'll be bringing this up to corporate. UPDATE: Spoke to corporate! They suggested I speak with general manager Jesse- Spoke with him and Operations manager "Bella". Everyone passes the buck! No customer service ethics whatsoever! They didn't even try to keep me as a member so I cancelled my gym membership as well! I've never had an experience like this in any other gym I've visited. Anyone considering PERSONAL TRAINING DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! It's a 25-30 min session! A FOUR MONTH COMMITMENT AND IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOU MUST GIVE A 30 day notice! Better off joining a private gym or boot camp gym. DO YOUR HOMEWORK !

I like this one because I have the cryo lounge. The pool's kind of small. The locker rooms have separate saunas. Showers are kind of dirty probably because I came at a busy time from like 5:00 to 7:00 it's like a social club. I got welcomed when I came in. Small facility supposed to be one of the better ones though. I just like to cryo lounge

I signed up for the basic membership before the gym opened not knowing they were going to give me the highest membership there. They took so long to open up the gym from when I signed up which was in summer 2023 and opened in winter 2023. it was getting frustrating waiting for a gym to open up. I haven't been back at the gym because I didn't enjoy the experience I had. At my other gym they welcome every guest and are friendly. However Eos is very unwelcoming they only care about taking your money. I had an email sent to me that my membership will be going up to $20.99 when I was only paying 15.99 for the little time that I've been a member there. They like to get you with temporary deals to sign up for their gym only to surprise you with a membership fee change. It's frustrating to see that a gym that was only opened for a year to raise my membership by $5.It discourages me from getting back to the gym :(

I went here and dealt with Ricardo. I signed up for personal training and in the cancelation period i realized it was too expensive. So i called up Ricardo and told him i needed to cancel. He said "how does half the price sound" so i said "sounds good i'll take it" I call the gym a few days later and come to find out he never reduced the price. So i went in. I talked to the general manager and she tells me there is no price point like he was stating. So basically he told me he was going to reduce the price to keep me from canceling until after my cancelation period so then i couldnt cancel and would be stuck in the payment plan for 4 months. After explaining what happened to the general manager she canceled my personal training contract but not before leaving a bad taste in my mouth. They need to retrain their personnel not to rip people off like that. You cant just lie to people to get what you want. that is bad business.

DONT come here. They will scam you. I cancelled my account but they still tried to scam me and take money. Now I've got money in "collections" so they say. I was talking on the phone with them about it and got hung up on. Very unprofessional.

I went to Eos to try out the gym along with 2 others with me to see what it was like. In order to activate our 7 day free access, we waited almost an hour for someone to help us. By the time the employee came, she did not properly introduce herself, and didn't get her name either. She took the IDs and told us to come back to her. Once we were done and ready to check out, we came to find out the employee Cici misplaced our IDs ( we didn't know her name until we asked someone before we left). The employees spent about 30-45 minutes looking for them, having to look through surveillance to see where she had misplaced them since her shift had been over and thankfully they were found, I didn't get the girls name but she was determined on finding them, big thank you to her !

How the heck is there no Manager on duty and the staff has no keys to get toilet paper

This gym is amazing, the equipment and gym space is always clean and well taken care of. Alyssa and Ally are amazing and they will take care of of any of your needs at the front desk

I canceled my membership today, the gym itself is just okay. The gym members leave a lot to be desired, they leave trash everywhere, to lazy to pick up empty water bottles, and paper towels litter the equipment. Members have their personal gym bags on the workout floor, and I've even seen guys putting rope handles in their workout bag, steeling. Worst of all, last week a guy was in the toilet stall smoking weed. Last month there was a setchey guy in the locker room, watching to see what people are putting in their lockers, I reported it to the front desk and they said they'd look into it. I guess you get what you pay for, cheap gym!

The gym itself is clean and the equipment is advanced. I loved that about this gym! Unfortunately, I've encountered issues with staff responsiveness that have made my visits less enjoyable and the reason I canceled my membership. I believe there's room for improvement in those areas with better training on what people's roles are and mannerism.
