If I had to rank Epoch on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest level of satisfaction, I’d give them a 12! As a small business owner, I literally used to lose sleep worrying about IT failures – physical equipment failures, Servers crashing, security breaches, etc. Making the decision to change our IT MSP to Epoch two years ago was one of the best executive decisions I’ve ever made. They prioritized much needed upgrades to our systems, migrating our critical contract data from old, outdated physical equipment to a virtual, secure cloud-based system within a few weeks. Their level of expertise & thorough knowledge of cybersecurity policies required by gov't agencies & contractors is unsurpassed. They are truly an extension of our own staff, providing regular reports & budgets to ensure equipment & processes remain up to date. Now we are proactive vs reactive, replacing devices before EOL vs waiting until equipment failure. Service Requests are immediately addressed and closed, generally within the same day, by their friendly Support Team. Needless to say, IT is now the least of my worries in our day-to-day business operations thanks to The Epoch Team!
