Eppo in Antwerp exceeded expectations. We started with bouchot mussels with nduja and orange, a bold, perfectly balanced dish that set the tone. My onglet with beetroot bordelaise and mash was cooked to perfection — rich, deep flavors with finesse. My wife’s weever with sake beurre blanc and butternut was equally impressive: delicate, refined, and beautifully plated. The atmosphere is modern yet welcoming, and service attentive without pretension. A Bib Gourmand well deserved — creative cuisine that feels both accessible and memorable.
