Absolutely outstanding as always! The service was impeccable — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. We came for my birthday with my husband, had an amazing fine dining experience here! . Not only food but also people working here and atmosphere were all beyond our expectation and were excellent! Specificially Mr. Haidar made this evening very special for us! We visited this restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it far exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely phenomenal, with every dish crafted with such care and attention to detail. The flavors were incredible, showcasing the freshness of the ingredients and the chef’s expertise. The service was impeccable! The staff was not only highly professional but also exceptionally friendly (especially Amir Haidar). They made us feel so special with thoughtful little surprises for the birthday celebration, which truly showed how much they value their guests. With its romantic and elegant atmosphere, we had an unforgettable dining experience. I highly recommend this place for special occasions, and we can’t wait to visit again!

Went here for my husband’s birthday dinner. Would love to go back again. Friendly and very accommodating staff for our toddler. Had six course menu. Everything was crafted with care. Creative. Menu well thought out with different kinds of sauce/flavors each dish. A little salty to my taste but I enjoyed every dish. All the drinks recommended staff were very nice.

I've Just eaten at Equo 1706. We have been there 2 hours and a half just to eat 3 courses. We've been sitting without even bread on the table for more than 30 minutes. We asked multiple times bread and butter but we didnt get any. We had to cancel the cheese selection and still we had to wait 45 minutes for a soufflè. At that point we decided to walk out without having the last course. Overpriced considering the experience of the service. We left the restaurant still hungry and with a really bad feeling about the enviroment. We are english speakers but still the waitresses kept speaking in german. The photo of the dish of an hour wait, the restaurant wasnt even busy

The food looks better than it tastes. The food does not worth its high price tag. Pike: only has 3 tiny pieces and are overcooked. Strawberry Dessert: They try to put different Ingredients together but there is no synergy. We do not recommend.

We had the opportunity of eating at Equo 1706 a couple of times during our stay in Switzerland. The food is delicious, the menu has a great selection of Entrées, Main dishes and some very special desserts, and it changes every couple of weeks. The personnel is very friendly and attentive, they have always gone the extra mile to ensure every meal was prepared considering my food restrictions. The restaurant itself is very charming, with a main room with big windows ideal for a romantic evening, and also smaller rooms with a cozy atmosphere. I look forward to returning to Weggis and dinning at Equo 1706 again.
