I’ve been a frequent customer here, but after my latest experience, I won’t be coming back. I ordered a sativa pre-roll through their website, but when I got home and opened the bag, I found they had given me an indica instead. When I called to let them know about the mistake and that their product was mislabeled online, they immediately got defensive and refused to take any responsibility. It was a straightforward issue, but the staff was rude and unwilling to work with me to resolve it. Mistakes happen, but their inability to own up to it or even apologize is unacceptable. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had here, and I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. A dispensary should treat its customers—especially loyal ones—with more respect and professionalism.

If you want to be forced into a decision between paying high fr priced designer weed or taking in all kinds of garbage on the low end, go to this place. I mean look at this ?f This is what is known on the street as K2. It looks super frosty and delectable but when you smoke it it makes you sick and gives you a headache. Not surprised this came from this establishment.

Security guard checked my ID and gave me a ticket, very friendly. They had a wide selection of all kinds of products for anyone who wants some medicinal help. I got called on quickly. The value was really good. It was only eight bucks for a pre-roll. The guy who helped me with super friendly and I got a free one for it being my first time. California dispensaries really roll out the welcome mat for Floridians. I had a great experience and I will be back.

Way overpriced after their renovation! I remember something that was 30. is now 36. before tax and many other increases. By increasing your prices on customers to help pay for your renovation is NOT FAIR or good business. It's the most expensive Erba, Venice and Sawtelle is a better choice. Plus, Erba Pico has old stale weed a lot.

Full transparency I am so frustrated and disappointed with this storefront. They always sell such old weed and it's really annoying especially for the price that we're paying. I definitely will not ever be returning here for some odd reason every time I come in they sell me some super old weed that sucks. I can't take it back after and they won't allow me to check it before hand. Then the bud tenders have the audacity to ask you for a tip. Yeah definitely take your business elsewhere.

Writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my visit to this location on 11/28. I am a very regular customer of Erba -- in fact, that I visit multiple times a week. I usually shop at your Venice location, where the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Many of them even recognize me, which makes this recent experience at another location all the more disappointing and unacceptable. When I arrived, I politely asked for assistance finding affordable study flower, mentioning I had $14 to spend. Despite having more money with me, the budtender dismissed me rudely, barely looking at me, and insisted the product was $20 without any attempt to assist further. When I clarified that the price was $14 after the discount, I also inquired if prices were consistent across all Erba stores. His curt and dismissive responses--"I don't know what you want" and a shrug of the shoulders--left me feeling disrespected and unheard. Despite repeatedly clarifying that I was looking for hybrid indica flower, he continued to be unhelpful and dismissive, claiming the product packaging didn't provide clear information. It wasn't until I mentioned that I was a very frequent customer at Erba that his attitude slightly shifted, and he provided the product I was asking for. At checkout, when the total came to $14.55 or $14.75, I mentioned again that I was expecting $14, based on my frequent purchases. He contradicted me, claiming I hadn't said that and making confusing remarks about discounts. When I stated that I've experienced consistent pricing across Erba locations, he claimed this was untrue. The experience escalated when I asked for his name. One of the staff members, whose name I believe was Shelby (I'm unsure if he was the manager or the budtender), refused to provide his name. Instead, he became more confrontational. Without knowing the context, a manager (possibly Shelby) intervened bit aggressively, even appearing to stop or push me away when I tried to ask bud tender's name and pulled my phone out. This behavior is unacceptable, especially toward a customer as loyal as I am. I'd like to emphasize that if your staff is unable to work on Thanksgiving, it may be better to allow them the day off rather than have them show up and treat customers with this level of rudeness. A poor attitude from staff reflects poorly on the store and diminishes the positive reputation I've experienced at other Erba locations. I'm writing this because this experience does not align with the level of service I've come to expect from Erba, particularly at your Venice location, where I am always treated with respect and kindness. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service training at this location so other customers do not face similar treatment. I would appreciate hearing how this issue will be addressed. Why offer curbside pick up if I'm still going to have to get out of my car to get my purchase? I normally wouldn't mind going inside but I was pressed on time so i figured this will be quick. YEAH SURE. Called them like 7 times no damn answer. I waited in my car for like 5 mins before giving up and going inside. NEVER AGAIN. WASTE OF TIME.

So this is my #1 dispensary, so my complaint isn't with them. It's the security guard. 6/22/2024 appx. 7:55pm. I'm standing at the cross walk waiting for the light to change and I heard a metal object hit the ground. I turn around to see the security guard standing at his blue truck getting dressed and he dropped his loaded gun. The Erba security guard dropped his loaded gun directly behind me. The gun was laying on the ground pointed right at me. Guard finished tucking in his shirt, THEN picks it up. He looks right at me, and kinda smirks like "oops". I contacted non emergency 911 but they said since the gun didn't go off, there's nothing they can do. So my question is, what if it did? How is this ok? Was he high off the same product he's there to protect while having a gun? Seriously, wtf?

I have gone to this Erba specifically multiple times let me say... Worst erba, terrible service. Went in today was talking to this sweet girl then this taller gentleman with blonde hair and a green sweater on tells her to leave the register for whatever reason. He then starts hovering over me while i'm looking around and I ALREADY said I needed time to look on my own. I ask how much a certain brand was he proceeded to tell me the price and waited till last minute to tell me it's sold out ? Continued to follow me around as i was looking around. Very uncomfortable. He did not deserve my sale. I'm done spending money on this location. Thank you for reading.

This Erba is the best and size does not matter. It's the quality of the product and the outstanding customer service that needs to be noticed more than anything else. You can walk in on a budget and walk out with amazing products. Something to fit everyone's budget and taste. A must check out shop.

It is unfortunate that I have to write a review like this as this store had been my go to for a while. They opened new locations so I am not in their area anymore which I am grateful for. I placed an order online, got confirmation of the order, then an email saying it was denied and call the store. I called the store and the manager was so rude. He kept interrupting me and telling me he didn't see the order so it didn't exist. He had no interest in hearing I had an email confirmation. When I asked if he could set the items I orders aside and I would come in later that evening, he said he couldn't. It was just a terrible exchange and he went against every aspect of "the customer is always right" or at least let the customer talk. I went to a different location and they were very nice and helpful.

I came in here today at 12:40 pm and had a hostile attitude experience at the front door. I handed my CA drivers license and my State of California MMIC (Medical Marijuana Identification Card) to the disgruntled employee at check-in and was rudely told, "We don't accept that" (my MMIC). When I asked why, she responded with, "That's not valid here." I answered, "Aren't you a medical shop?" and she tried to act like they were just recreational. I then said, "You have to take it, it's from the State of California and it actually supersedes this Doctor's recommendation." (that I had just pulled out of my back pocket), she replied, "Oh we take that." Ok, I gotta tell you, I'm disabled and can no longer work, but I started working in the Cannabis industry in 2015. I actually used to make deliveries of CannaKids Cannabis Oils to this dispensary back when it was still called Grace. My last job in the industry was working as a delivery person and bud tender at a competitor. I have done check-ins at the door and I know how it can be challenging, but I do also know the Cannabis laws. I tried to explain to her that the state card actually supersedes the doctors medical recommendation and she told me there was no way for her to verify the MMIC, I said yes there was, and showed her the verification website listed on the front of the card. She begrudgingly took my doctors recommendation to scan it into her system and rudely mumbled under her breath that, "we don't gotta go through this". The whole time she was acting like if I said anything else, she wasn't going to let in the dispensary. I decided to be quiet and let her finish checking me in and then talk to a manager about my experience. I was given a #99 and they were serving #96. I asked a bud tender if there was manager available, she said yes, as she passed, to go help another customer. I then approached another woman doing some stock work. I asked if she was a manager and she replied she was. I think her name was Daniella? I showed her my MMIC and asked if she took it, she said they did. I then told her that the woman at check-in wouldn't take it and told me they don't. Then I told her about how it was my first time in there as a customer and that the person she had working her check-in was spreading poison. I said she was treating her customers like they were not welcome and that someone should speak to her about her unwelcoming attitude and her totally disrespectful behavior, before she ran all of their business away. Daniella was very apologetic and helpful, she asked me to wait a minute and she went to get the manager Sheb. They both went out of their way to keep me as a customer, instead of the 20% happy hour discount, they gave me a first time patient deal. Funny thing is, their app and their website never mention anything about a 25% first time patient deal, I guess they don't really want anyone to know about it. Anyway it all worked out in the end. After talking to the manager on duty, I got a good deal on my purchase and I made them aware of a poisonous employee, who's attitude is undoubtably effecting everyone else's attitude that is employed there. If I was her boss, she would have been fired today. Thank you Sheb and Daniella for treating me like you value me as a customer and that you want me to continue to come back.

An update: Manager: You are not doing it right. You are pushing it too hard. Me: How hard can I push a bottom on a disposable? The second time after being refused for getting my money back the guy on the phone says, we'll take back your product since it's not working you should of bought it from our store. I said where is your store? He says centinela I said that's where I got it from. He says but you said you got it from sawtelle and kept asking me why did you say you got it from there? And that's all he was concerned about! After 5 minutes being outside with the manager trying to see if it works which it didn't. Manager: I can't give you your money back. Me: Ok but how about these other 2 they have not been open. Manager: I can't. Me: Ok can I have the owners name. Manager: I can't give you their information. I got mad. Me: Ok I'm gonna see about this. She yells out loud. Manager: She is treating me. Me: I'm gonna call the cops ‍ on you. A very low class staff, total losers!

THIS PLACE DOESNT CHANGE HUH????? Out of ALL the ERBA locations (including the new ones) this one is by FAR the worst one. Rude customer service, neglecting and condescending tones, and couldn't care any less that you've been a loyal customer for years, you are nothing but a number off the wall to them. The app is pretty confusing at times when you are ordering and the app will take me to WEST LA vs Venice. I ordered curbside pick up during happy hour and went to the wrong location (WEST LA). Venice location was nice enough to let me know that I can try to still get the happy hour deals if I call them and let them know. Tell me why WESTLA laughed at me on the phone??? Patronized me and assumed I can just drive an extra 6miles. The person answering didn't put me on mute when she was talking her smack about a customer. "Yeah i told her, ahahah. she went to the wrong one! Ahahaha! NO WE DONT COMP LATE HAPPY HOUR. Ahahah! Even if it says when you ordered it, we won't take you." Girl, i cried to the Venice location and told them the situation. Venice location made me feel so validated and understood. They got me my happy hour deal and were extremely comforting. Shoutout to Dhara, she was SOOOOOO nice and funny!

Each and every time I go, the staff is friendly, they always look out for me by applying promotions and/or points, im noticing that A LOT of these badly left reviews are mainly from people who literally complain about EVERYTHING under the sun and people who arent even from here...(LOCALS ONLY!!!) I have NEVER had a bad experience here, (& no this is NOT a paid or forced review, I am a long time local & customer!! ) granted some times when it comes time to pay (& this is totally on my end being a new mom and being fully scatter brained & all over the place) Ive had issues with payments before, but as I stated, completely completely on my end. But other than that the staff is still pretty chill and reasonable with folks. I loveeeeeeeee the convenience of curbside pickup since I have my baby in tow especially since other dispensaries don't offer that. Also they don't charge delivery fees which is awesome bc other places do!! Their selection of stuff neverrrrr disappoints, some times I stick to what I know i like, but for the days where I wanna try something different or new, this place doesn't disappoint. The only downside is that sometimes ill find something random that Ill end up reeeeallyyyyy liking and when I go back to buy more its no longer in stock or being carried, but thats still not the dispensaries fault since that literally happens with ALL dispensaries. The way I see it, is youre there to get your "medicine" , there shouldn't be much to be mad at or complain about, and if you are complaining or finding shit to be mad at, maybe smoke more....?! anyways, i love yall Erba peeps, just felt i had to leave a review and look out for my erba peeps .

I gave only one star to each category based on their very poor professional behavior. I never had the opportunity to try the product. The atmosphere is hostel and paranoid. The service was heavy handed. I do have to question the legitimacy of the product when the sales people seem so anxious about answering questions. I am a 75 year old cancer patient. I was a university professor for 20 year, and received several prestigious awards. I am not a disreputable individual. I spend quite a lot on cannabis and am confused why they respond so rudely or why they would not want the business. It seems a case of ego over responsibility to the company or perhaps there are things there they do not what know. It's just too weird behavior to trust. I have dealt with this store twice once long ago. It was not a good experience the first time when I showed them the printed add that was sent that day and they said it was a mistake and refused to honor it. I had hoped in that passing time that they had become more legitimate. When the personal behave in a manner that costs the company money, perhaps the company should let them know that the priority is not the "Power of the Saleman" but the power of the receipts. Unfortunately I personally found them to be the sleazy element that you saw in the old prelegal day of drug delears, left over today. Once sometime ago and again today. Both times it was over an order that was on sale but they refused to honor it again. I found them to be arrogant and extremely rude. They put me on hold for over an half an hour, hung up, and them berated me when I asked what the situation was. After I mentioned that what he said was written in their notes was slander and untrue. He got very excited and defensive. Talked over me a mile a minute to keep me from saying anything. Talking to him felt like talking to an old paranoid drug dealer. The company would do better to hire sales people who just took the money and made the delivery with no fuss. Like a sane store would do. Of course it was a sale so they seemed not to eager to do anything but be a bully.

I actually loved Erba stores, they have a great selection of products and competitive pricing. I love their happy hour & weekly deals too. But this location has the worst staff of any dispensary I've been to. Rude staff that doesn't pay attention. The female manager skipped my number without even calling it out and I had to tell her that was my number. I then asked for a product that I was clearly looking at through the glass and she tried to tell me that they didn't have it. I had to show her the product and essentially do her job for her. They don't honor points that I've accrued and it's just a horrible experience every time. I'll be going somewhere else from now on.

Sold me the wrong disposable and made sure to make sure To call the manager Danya and cause me an whole issue. She confidently came out intended to make sure no solution would come about... I spent $$$ for a disposable and I got the wrong cartridges. The tender even said it'd be easier w debit when I wanted to do credit to get points but for his ease he kept pushing for debit--- like stop with your own agenda. walked to the lobby to realize they sold me the wrong product, came back to fix they're problem and they made me rebuy a whole new cartridge. Mind you I order daily from this place... Turned around and Danya came with her attitude to make sure nothing can be done.... Dispensary who wants to be so modern but can't uphold simple human nature conduct. This is called fraud Really big inconvenience Horrible bud tenders horrible manager Now they're payment isn't working and it's causing me to be late to my appointment. Doesn not say dispose sable --- it's just bad packaging over all and extremely poor service.

We have service that needs to recognize new customers and not be so harsh on us for asking questions on pricing , as for the the product it really isn't what they say it is it is just packaged fancy to look better .

Maybe change the closing time to 9:50 if that's what time you close..just took a 30 dollar Uber to make it at 9:57 and the security said my bad we close at 9:50 wouldn't of took the Uber if that was the case

Erba is cool, if you don't know your weed. I ordered two eighths. The alien og was fire! However the citrus mints was an off color. The bud was white, which can mean a couple things. Bottom line, this herb should not have passed quality control. This weed looks terrible and is does not meet my standards.
