Place is unreal! Staff was super friendly and attentive. The owner, Ali introduced himself and was a very nice and genuine guy. They give out free coffee and tea! they even had a whole fruit stand giving out fresh fruit with each purchase ! Unreal.

Breana was a great help! Super friendly and knew exactly what to recommend. The shop had good deals and a nice selection. She makes a great latte too! I’ll definitely be back!

Really weird introduction to this place. Imagine trying to be a new customer just to be told by the front desk person that you're just going to have to wait while she chats with others, then being told people in line can wait because "it's Friday" when the guys she was chatting with are the ones concerned with the line, and then selectively chooses who gets checked in while they're in line. The speed used to selectively check customers in should have been used to finish checking in the guys she was chatting with.... Wasn't expecting five-star service but definitely wasn't expecting something such as this. Hopefully another location will have better front desk service

Amazing experience! Erba Sawtelle is such a great spot and beautifully designed, with a chill vibe that makes you feel right at home. The staff really knows their stuff and is always down to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. They even offer complimentary coffee and even had a fruit stand in-store when we visited Definitely one of the best dispensaries in LA.

Always pleasant! A lighthearted fun yet professional atmosphere . The beautiful people here always seem happy to see me as they enjoy their job. Knowledgeable associates. Honest associates selling top of the line products.

Hands down the best dispensary in LA. Feel like a surreal bud buying experience. From the coffee bar to the bathrooms, all details were thought about. The staff is super friendly and informative. Will definitely be back here everytime I’m in LA.

Where do I even begin. Erba Sawtelle opened about a half a mile from my apt over a year ago. I quickly became a regular after my first visit. Why? A few reasons: 1) You won’t find te level of personalized service anywhere else. 2) The variety of items is off the charts-I’ve never seen a dispensary have so many options. 3) The prices are actually decent-plus they do 15% off daily and they now have a point system. 4) the bud tenders are all kind and very knowledgeable about their products. 5) they have a coffee bar and it’s free. Can it get any better?? I think not :) Also, the design of the store is amazing-they have a huge tree planted in the middle of the store. It’s def a vibe. Thank you Erba Sawtelle ❤️ you have helped and will continue to help my manage my life and ailments with such top shelf amazing medicine! .

Was in town for a few days and new to the area found erba so stopped in. I’m pretty picky so I wanted some recommendations and Breanna was a huge help. Her knowledge of extracts was top notch to help guide me to what I wanted. I’m very picky so she showed me all the top tier product and I wasn’t disappointed. Highly recommend this store. Especially for the fact you can even get a fire coffee. I have an odd order and Breanna made it better than my local coffee place.
