The boar is so worth the hype. The meatballs were very very good as well. The cherry chocolate tarte was incredible. The pasta was okay, I am not a fan of al-dante pastas, so was not very impressed by it. The waitress was very friendly and gave good advice. She gave our group a free dessert and an extra piece if boar as well. However, she was a little too insistent on us ordering somethings which made me a little uncomfortable.

I went for an informal professional dinner the room/ table set up was great! The waitstaff was phenomenal! In fact I was there on April 11th(last Wednesday night) the staff that took care of us was in the top 5 and I've enjoyed many dinner/dinner events in my life! The food was superb from the beautiful presentation to the flavors that danced on my pallet... magnificent! Can't wait to visit again!

Generally excellent but on my last visit I found the food disappointing. Had the skate wing, which was heavy, overcooked and bland. Friend had a lobster salad which was fine. We had a few small dishes to start which were fine. I've had some excellent food here, so they still get a 4 from me. The cheese plate is a true decadence but needs to be shared between 3 or 4.

Cozy place with an emphasis on farm to table so it's hard not to like. For the dish I ordered, the flavor combination was not to my liking I would go back and try another dish. There was a good offering of wines to complement the food. Tip this would be a great date place it's quiet and welcoming.

We had a wonderful meal. I was glad to give into the temptation of the carbonara. Appetizer of braised sunflower was also tasty. Save room for dessert--I had an eggplant "cannoli" (eggplant was the "tube"), so delicious. Service was friendly without being intrusive. I liked being able to see the chef personally check each dish before it went out.

After reading glowing reviews from around the web, we decided to try the contemporary flavors of Erbaluce. Sadly, despite excellent and prompt service, the food was simply uninspired. The salmon was cooked perfectly, but underwhelmed by the greens and herbs flanking the fillet. There was nothing wrong with the dish per se; it just was rather flat. For a $30+ entrée, especially from a restaurant with such glowing reputation, I expected more robust and surprising interactions from the elements on my plate. To their credit, service was fantastic, the waitstaff helpful and prompt, and the the food was out faster than expected. The wine pairing was also exceptional. I am hopeful that the experience we had was a one-off for the kitchen staff, and the experience will be better for other travelers looking for a moderately priced intimate dining experience.

Super disappointing give the recent acclaims this place has received. The appetizer of prosciutto was delicious but we had two of their specials and both were incredibly bland with homemade pasta was very chewy. For as expensive as this place was it’s not worth wasting your time- go somewhere else.

I was very impressed. The service was excellent, the food even better! Their menu changes often, so I'm sure everything is not always available, but it will all be good. We went during morel and ramp season and had a fabulous warm appetizer with fiddleheads and squash. The pasta options are beautiful and the boar ragu was well seasoned. The pork cheeks were like butter. All the desserts tempting and delicious; I will definitely return next time we are in Boston!
