I ordered the salmon sauté with mashed potatoes, creamy spinach, and a fresh salad. The salmon was nicely cooked, the mashed potatoes were smooth, and the spinach had a rich but not overpowering flavor. The salad added a crisp and refreshing touch. It does get very busy during lunchtime, but the terrace seating is a nice option if you want a more relaxed atmosphere. The prices are definitely on the high side, which can make it hard to justify for everyday meals, but the focus on organic, additive-free, and sustainably sourced ingredients shows in the taste and presentation. The produce is vibrant and fresh, which makes it feel worth trying at least once, even if it’s not something I’d splurge on regularly.

From the moment you arrive, the experience feels special: valet parking, prime service, and rows of fresh, delicious organic food. I usually head straight for the hot bar, whether it’s for lunch or dinner, and I can never leave without grabbing a few snacks. But today, it’s all about the mini burgers—these little sliders are incredible. Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly made… I’m not exaggerating when I say I could eat at least five in one sitting. I went to the Studio City location, which has lovely outdoor tables—perfect for enjoying your food right there. The whole atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it one of my favorite spots in the Valley. I go all the time and recommend it not just once, not just a hundred times, but a million times over.

Staff move with purpose and actually help you find things, which makes short errands painless. Prices are the only caveat. Some items feel fairly normal while others are eyebrow raising. Exhibit A is the thirty dollar bag of spherical cocktail ice. It is fun for home bartending, but still a splurge. On the flip side, many of the premium products really are a cut above, so you do get quality along with the sticker shock. For everyday grocery runs I point people to Trader Joe’s for cost effective organics and staples. For specialty items, a quick bite, or just soaking up the fancy Studio City milieu, this is the spot. Location helps too. Right on Ventura at the Shops at Sportsmen’s Lodge, it draws a mix of locals, fitness crowd, and industry folks without feeling chaotic. You can pop in for a warm lunch from the hot bar, grab a smoothie, and pick up a few extras you will not find anywhere else in the Valley. High quality selection, sharp service, and prime people watching make this Erewhon an easy five stars.

My wife and I stopped by Erewhon yesterday while we were at the Sportsman Lounge little shopping center. She heard about their favorite expensive smoothie and wanted to try it. The staff here are wonderful and willing to answer any questions you have. This place is also a grocery store and a small bakery place as well. The prices for their products are on the higher end but it's popular. Parking is complimentary up to a certain time. My wife thought the smoothie was okay.

This is an organic market that sold a product more than two and a half months past its best-before date. I was a visitor from abroad and have already returned to my country, so I cannot go back for a refund. The image of Erewhon as a place that sells only healthy, high-quality products has completely collapsed for me. I’m very disappointed. (Update) One hopeful thing, however, was the way they handled my claim. Although it took about two weeks, they made a special exception and issued me a refund in the form of an electronic gift card, understanding that it would be difficult for me to visit the store again soon. I hope they continue to improve and uphold their reputation as a premium market.

Great grocery store to check out. Great varieties of organic food and beverages. Recommend grabbing a deep dish slice of pizza and a smoothie.

I’m honestly very disappointed. Erewhon markets itself as a premium, health-focused store built on organic integrity - yet when you actually read the ingredient labels, the truth doesn’t match the branding. Many products say “made with organic ingredients,” but then you look closer and see multiple non-organic ingredients. For example, Erewhon’s own baked goods contain non-organic butter. Why? At these price points, there is absolutely no justification for cutting corners. On top of that, many items use seed oils - something a large portion of your health-conscious customer base actively tries to avoid. You charge premium prices while compromising on ingredient quality. That’s not transparency - that’s misleading marketing. The community you serve expects real integrity, not selective labeling. If you position yourself as the gold standard of clean food, then act like it. Do better.

The peanut butter blast was super delicious, my friend had the coconut cloud which was also really tasty but a bit sweet. The bagel was nice as well I had to ask for cream cheese though. The shop is stocked beautifully. It is one of the cleanest places I have ever seen and the organization just immaculate. It is quite expensive though.

Hot Bar: Fantastic hot bar service. Very accommodating to health needs. Always make me feel comfortable and not like I'm imposing. Ariel at the hot bar was such a doll on Tuesday night. I wish I could remember all the lovely souls' names at the hot bar who make me feel like family. In General: This place takes care of me. I trust their produce. They are happy to answer questions as I must be particular with what I consume in order to physically heal. There's an energy of love & generosity here. I'm grateful for this Studio City location. I'm perplexed this place doesn't have a higher rating.

Over priced and terrible service, so slow. The cafe is known for getting people's orders wrong and taking forever. I don't like waiting 30-45 min for an ok smoothie that costs $20+... The food is ok but you can get better food / groceries at many other locations for a much cheaper price. The only plus is the ambiance is nice.

Heard about how good the smoothies were here so I finally gave in to come try the Hailey Bieber drink. Drink was good minus almost choking on a piece of plastic . Drink would've been worth the price if we didn't have to toss it out because of the plastic

had to try the smoothies- duh. I was so disappointed that they don't even know what the ingredients to their smoothies are. For a place screaming healthy you would think they know.. I ended up customizing my smoothie- $17. They charge $2 for each date and they charged me for 4. They didn't ask how many, but then I watched them throw away half of the smoothie after filling my cup. So disappointing and wasteful! I'm sure there are other good things about them I just didn't get to experience it. Not a bad smoothie, but could've definitely made it at home. Also, almost everything is in plastic.

Acai bowl is great, but took probably 25 mins of waiting because they're just so busy here.

Came here for dinner on a Tuesday and it was packed. The parking lot sucks, but I lucked out and was able to get a spot fast. I wanted to try their chicken tenders but they were still cooking, so I ended up getting the vegan turmeric lasagna, buff cauliflower, and kale and white bean salad which ended up being about $20. I also ordered their monthly member smoothie for June 2024 which was the "sunscreen" smoothie (coconut, banana, and blue spirulina). I was happy with all my selections! However, I'm not a fan of how you have to wait in another line at the main register after you get all your food, so I wish they had a more efficient system with that. Although that's the only downside, I always have a great experience here. Keiko, my cashier, was super sweet and pleasant! Love it or hate it, I will always be an Erewhon stan.

This store is a culture on its own. The takeout food and smoothies are extremely overpriced which would be ok if they were high quality and tasted exceptional, but they are oh so average and meh. Staff seem to have no training in customer service. Chat amongst themselves about their weekend while there's a line of customers out the door waiting for their prepaid orders. I guess they are so busy they just don't need to care?

This is the perfect place to stroll in to a grab a healthy bite from their fresh foods section. They have fresh ingredients used for their salads, to organic side dishes, to their hot meals cooked and displayed that is ready to be plucked up in a cafeteria style order. Everything looks amazing that you see through their display. The hard part is choosing do I want a single side? Do I want upgrade it to a main with 2 sides? Once you decide the world is your oyster. I got 2 mains with 4 sides because I couldn't choose just 3. So we hit the Cesar Kale, hot eggplant dish, brussel sprouts mixed salad, quinoa mixer salad, cheese with yellow beets (my favorite), octopus with fennel, and more. We also got two soups because it was raining and windy outside. We got the kale chicken soup and I mixed my soup with half carrot and hinger mixed with half tomatoes bisque and that was sooooooo good!!! I love the energy and vibe that surrounds you in a friendly frenzy. It feels good to be here at this Erewhon.

I was trying to order from here thinking I'm making a healthy choice of quality ingredients but.... Multiple times my orders are wrong, and missing ingredients or greedily given only tiniest amount of turkey or chicken. Who's in charge of the to go to orders? My chicken burrito only had green soggy rice and like one tiny piece of hard chicken. This is supposed to be my dinner. How disappointing, unprofessional and rude. Does your store have shortage of turkey or chicken?!!! I want a refund this time.

Honestly I don't know if I would go back again and drop 20 dollars on a smoothie. But the smoothie is not bad. I just don't think a smoothie should be 20 dollars no matter what's in it. The employees are very quick to assist you if you have any questions.

Best customer service staff! The employees are all so friendly and helpful. This obviously means that the management knows what they're doing when they hire and train the people. I love the wild caught salmon and the Turmeric Orange smoothie I had the other day!

My first Erewhon experience. It was a bit smaller than I imagined, aisles are a bit cramped. Plethora of beautiful and fun foods here. Had dinner plans but got the Heavenly green juice and it was super delicious! $2 charge for the glass bottle, but you can return it to get your money back.

Let me preface this review is if you are coming here you know exactly what you are getting and paying for. This is a very upscale market focused on organic products and wellness. Everything is super organized, stocked and just overall clean. Prices are ridiculously high but again if you are shopping here you should not be complaining. I was just overall impressed with the products in the store, how organized everything was and the friendliness of the staff. Their pressed juices are really delicious.

Great meatballs! The texture of the tomatoe sauce was fantastic The sauce was not acid at all and it did go well with the meatball! Great dish right there!! Also the peanuts butter protein smoothie is fantastic Thumbs up for you Cheef's!!

Are they super expensive??? Yesss But is it worth it? You only live once. Absolutely!!!! I've been here on numerous occasions and I have to say the last time I came here which was last week was the best experience I ever had. The employees were so damn friendly like overly friendly. Especially Juan he was soooo sweet and very helpful. I ordered the bfast burrito with no meat subbed for avocado and I got half hash browns and half potato and holy moly this was the best freaking bfast burrito I had in my life. No joke. Idk what it was but the taste of the ingredient was sooooo fresh, the eggs and the combo of the hashbrowns and potatoes was out of this world. I sat down outside the store however there were so many people around and I was embarrassed because I wanted to devour the heck out of the burrito and stuff my face with it without anyone judging me so I did and I moved to the other tables in the middle next to Robertas. Lol. That burrito was freaking goooood! I also decided to splurge on the Hailey Bieber Smoothie. $18 and heck to the yessss sooo worth it too. It was delicious as hell and I was stuffed after having both I wasn't able to finish the whole smoothing but overall it was bomb. $18 for burrito and $18 for the smoothie. Totally worth the money, unfortunately not something I can do on the regular. As far as the store they have a lot of options and everything is overwhelming. I wish they had more people offering samples so I can actually try things. The hot bar and drink bar gets very busy. I'd like to come back and explore and see what other fun things they have to offer. The store is kinda small the aisles can get cramped sometimes especially when people bring their big ass dogs inside the store. Nothing against people with dogs but my goodness have some respect and realize people need to get through the aisles it's already cramped as is. Their yogurt chia pudding is worth $9.50, so damn good and their chicken tenders are so juicy. I recommend this store. I would come back can't wait to try the other smoothies.

Even worse this time. I watched staff drip water from the cream/sauce containers into open smoothies. And had to wait 20 extra minutes since management is having them batch prep the Hailey Beiber smoothies. So my non Bieber smoothie was half melted by the time my wife's was ready. Love to see her happy but hate this place more each time

Man I love stupid novelty snacks and the latest food fads so erewhon was the place to shop and eat at. But after my recent delivery order from them I have to say their food inspection quality at least in this location is trash. I don't mind paying their crazy prices if at least the quality is good. I got their vegan Caesar salad and there was this huge maggot like fly in it. It scared the crap out of me. Highly recommend to avoid this place now and inspect your food! Proof that this was the salad from erewhon with receipts and everything. I get delivery often from erewhon and now I'm abstaining for a while from this place. Left such a nasty impression.

Yes, I understand the prices at this grocery store are absolutely insane. But I still have fun going here for a smoothie or snack when I'm in LA. I absolutely love how organized each aisle is with food. The attention to detail is incredible! There is so much color coordination that went into stacking shelves with food or beverage items. For creativity I give Erewhon an A+! As I mentioned before, if I'm stopping in for a drink/ snack/ whatever at 3pm Erewhon has incredible options. Their smoothies are delicious and the variety of healthy snacks cannot be beat. Erewhon reminds me of 'Market 515' (a health-centered market that used to exist in Downtown Sacramento) on steroids. You have to be careful because you can get extremely carried away here! I also enjoy that there are vendors handing out samples by the entrance. They're typically handing out food or drink items I probably would not have tried otherwise. In a nutshell- yes, Erewhon is crazy expensive. However, it is still a fun market if you stick to a budget and are only grabbing a handful of items. Life is short, some times it's fun to splurge on some cool grocery items you otherwise would not have tried. 4/5 stars!

Dogs big and small are allowed in the store. It's not that they enter unseen, they casually walk right past the observing manager. These dogs routinely sniff the soup counter, brush past everything in the store leaving untold germs while jeopardizing the health and well being of other shoppers who enter the store without dogs. I don't know of any other supermarket which allows this menace. I'm not talking about guide dogs which are trained to assist persons who are disabled. I'm referring to those dogs who are clearly not assist dogs, i.e. they tug and pull at the leash as they spread their germs throughout the store. The owners sometimes pick them up so that the dog can better see the hot food. I love the food at Erewhon. I enjoy all of their organic offerings even though they are expensive. I just expect more from Erewhon's management. The management places the health of their customers at risk and downgrades the quality of their merchandise. Several of us have brought this concern to Erewhon's management but the concern is quickly dismissed as an non-issue.

This place is super expensive so be prepared to spend a good amount of money while you're in there. This location has a really big lot with a lot of parking which is a plus. Their smoothies are delicious but cost way too much. I really don't understand how people can afford eating here all the time. Their food is also great though. I definitely recommend their buffalo cauliflower. It's really good But on the other hand would not recommend their sushi sandwich. To me it was pretty nasty I'm not going to lie but there are a lot of options to choose from here.

Not the best place to sign up for membership they don't really offer free delivery on less is with $175 purchases and some area are not cover as being offered by other delivery services not the best or even a good business model

Have been really into their strawberry soft serve and pies this month. We have come every weekend for the soft serve, I personally prefer it as is, I don't care for the peanut butter and chocolate chips used for the 'Hailey's way'. My fiancé says they have the best pies he's ever had, he tries a different flavor every time, his favorite flavor is pecan pie.

The service here is extremely slow. I waited an hour just to get my juice, which is unacceptable. The self-service setup doesn't improve the situation. I won't be coming back this spot again. No wayyyyyyy

Great location in Studio City. It's a lovely store with a lot of good quality food items. I come here only to get peanut butter cause my family loves their peanut butter. So fresh and delicious. I have a family of five so there is no way I can afford to shop here weekly for everyday food. I'll just come here for treats once in a while. Beautiful store with good customer service

Erewhon is open and a lovely place to sit- plenty of seating and tables to enjoy some solo or hangout time. Food: -Tuna sandwich: this was $15 for the sandwich and just out of the grocery store so I thought it was quite pricey. It was humungous though compared to some of the other sandwiches and very filling! The bread tasted fresh and it was good. Would definitely consider it again if I had to get a sandwich from Erewhon, but if not I might try somewhere else just for the price -Baked cheese puffs: very addicting as most cheese puffs are, but quite salty. I think it's probably the real cheese that makes it extra salty (which is ironic but also doiii). But really good with the sandwich or as a side! Overall: A lovely outdoor casual feeling mall space and the grocery store felt like wholefoods!

Oh my God, the prices. No matter how good, I just can't get past the prices. Two stars: one for nice people, and one for nice grab n go section. But the prices.

Very clean, very organized. The minute something is removed from the shelves it's immediately restocked. Just the lines are long and it's always busy.

I got the $18 Hailey Bieber smoothie, $15 pesto croissant sandwich, and the kale salad which varies in price based on weight ($12 for mine). Given that Erewhon is known to be on the pricier end, I think it was overall worth the experience. All of my items were solid, and the smoothie was the winner of the day. My expectations weren't too high, but the smoothie blew me away. I probably could've drank 3 in a row. I would come back in the future to try other food items and other smoothie flavors!

First time visiting Erewhon and it's pretty satisfying! I've been hearing about the absurd $20 smoothie and decided i would give it a try. Like let's get real, these smoothies are about 16oz and are sold for $18. I got myself the infamous Poosh potion detox smoothie from collaboration with Kourtney Kardashian. I've listed the ingredients below. At first sip, i can understand the hype over these ridiculously priced but YUMMY detox smoothies. It's dangerous for our pockets because these can get addicting if i had the luxury to be dropping $18 on these smoothies everyday. I am guilty of returning the very next day and getting myself another one. But i promise that's it! It is admittedly, very yummy and healthy. I am looking forward to shop around and get myself more items from Erewhon soon enough! There's these nacho lime chips i really am fond of here and i can wait to get my hands on more items from there. I haven't been to any other location but this one is a little tight from the inside. The aisles are very close together so might be a little traffic jam when more than two people are trying to get through an aisle. Nevertheless, everyone here seems very friendly and the overall store smells so fresh.

came here on a Thursday lunch and I ordered a combo plate with chicken rice and a side of hair. I'm a loyal customer to erewhon for the past six months. The service was very rushed and there was no order in the hot food bar. The whole environment in this studio city Erewhon is super claustrophobic and fills up customers with anxiety as they ask you what to order in line when you can't physically see the food due to a line of 5 in front of you. I checkout and the total is $71 for 2 combo plates and a dessert so I'm expecting nothing shy from a great meal just to find hair in my carrot pepitas side dish i ordered. the chicken quality was also very poor . don't think i'll be coming back until some changes are made in this store.

Back from buying a Monepulciano bottle of wine that was supposed to be medium bodied and "serious" . However , it is a "thin" acidic and quite terrible bottle and I was wondering how Uovo is able to get a great "per glass" Montepulciano but I can't buy it at you store? What is even more interesting is that Trader Joes sells a Blue Label Montepulciano for $5.99 that is better than the one you sell at over $23! Please get better wine selection from that region for those of us that know better. Because this right here won't do. Thank you for your help at the store. The costumer service was quite quick and I can not tell you how hopeful I was for this bottle but... no. It is terrible and I'd be embarrassed to even come back and have you deal with it. I'd rather just pour it down the drain.

I came here to pick up some of favorite smoothies: I love finding new products at this store. I have their annual membership which pays for itself if you shop at the store every month. The workers are super nice and very helpful. The ambiance is that of a unique, health conscious store. However, I will say that some of the products, you might be able to find at a cheaper price at a different location. The parking is plentiful and this location is located in a beautiful, small, outdoor shopping center.

The ginger latte was wonderful. Amazingly refreshing while comforting. I couldn't drink the entire serving in one day... refrigerated half overnight. Both hot and cold were amazing. Btw. I read in some reviews that your prices are high, maybe on paper, but nothing goes to waste. Every ounce of every product and ingredient is incredibly clean. Thank you for not over-handling the produce. Thanks for the reusable jars. Oh and speaking of clean products, your cleaning products are great and great smelling. The minimal packaging is appreciated. Can't wait to use your delivery service.

Yes, it's more expensive than other grocery stores. That being said, I've noticed that the produce I purchase from Erewhon lasts significantly longer than produce I buy from other markets. I spoke recently with one of their employees, who let me know that their relationships with the farms they buy from allow them first pick of their produce. That makes a difference to me as a consumer. I've long believed that if I have the option of choice, I'd rather support companies that foster quality relationships and sustainable agriculture. If you're in the position to choose where you spend your money, vote with your purchases that represent more of what you'd like to see in the world. For me, Erewhon meets those standards, and I'm happy to support. Additionally, everyone who works at this location is genuinely helpful and seem to enjoy being there. I get the sense that this is a good company to work for, and that is directly reflected in the shopping experience.

Love it here, we need to improve the parking I have left because of it many times. So how are we going to improve especially for the members?

Love the quality of the hot bar food especially - but the immaturity and unprofessionalism of much of the staff is a repeated problem. They need to hire real adults to manage the situation. Given the prices I would expect to be treated with a bit more consideration for customer experience and a better trained staff. I can get snapped with attitude and eye rolls from my family - I don't need it while I'm shopping.

Yes, they're extremely overpriced and some of the food just decent, but I do find the Octupus ceviche to always be satisfying. Be aware however, this small container does cost $17.00+ dollars which isn't cheap. But, again, when the craving hits, this makes for a nice snack.

This location is very nice shopping center. They have all different food for selection. Only thing I didn't understand was the parking. The employees were friendly. Also asked if I was a member. They do let you know about being a member. I went with the strawberry swirl shake. It was amazing. Yes it was $18 but totally worth it as a treat. It actually filled me up. I would order again just wish it was little cheaper so I could get it more.

I really like Erewhon. The employees are always helpful and the options are great. Yes, it's way overpriced and bougie, kinda wannabe LA. I know those of us who are born and raised in LA aren't really hanging out here. But it's something to do for those who have too much money in their pockets or/and those who pretend they do.
