I called & asked questions about what can be done due to make things right. Brakes had to be changed, after purchase, within the first month, oil light came on within the first month. I was having a simple conversation until I was told, "That's basic maintenance BRO." by Daniel S. I requested to speak to the manager & was told he was busy, I asked to hold, then I was told, "The manager left for the day." by Daniel S. I was told to go see the manager on Monday, which i can't because I have to work & I am not going to lose pay just to talk to a manager when we can hash this out over the phone. I called back & spoke to Ahmed, he consistently called me "Bro" which is not ok. I asked for simple information & he refused to give it to me. When I let him know about what had to be done & why I didn't call them when the brakes started messing up I was told "Now you're making shit up, Bro. YOU HAVE ISSUES." When I told him I can't see him on Monday because I work Ahmed responded with "That's not my problem, Bro." (As he laughed under his breath)...... I needed a vehicle & the vehicle isn't the main issue.. The dealership is the main issue. Not once did he apologize for Daniel making it seem as if it's MY FAULT the brakes went bad.. Not once did Ahmed try to actually have any empathy towards the situation.... I will make sure this vehicle i got from them works as it should.. But I do not, will not & shall not ever trust this company ever again. May have gone good for others, but for me, this was my experience... To summarize how I was treated today on the phone "OH well, not my issue sir"..... Sad...

I had a hassle-free, fast and easy experience with Daniel. We did much of the work over the phone so all th at really had to be done was take it out for a test drive and do the paperwork. I had an issue come up, but the staff worked with me and went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me.

These guys really sell it all... Until it comes time to take accountability. I heard a conversation while I was there & the manager told a customer "You have issues"... we were out on the lot & walked away. This is not where we will be making a vehicle purchase.

This small dealership is excellent! We spent several days looking for a previously owned SUV and went to at least six other small used car lots before going to Eridu. Eridu has far better vehicles at fair prices than any of the other places we looked, those cars were in poor shape with salvage titles that weren't reported on the online searches. Eridu has clean, nice looking vehicles, they are transparent about vehicle history and provided hardcopy Carfax reports on request. They were easy to work with and the purchasing process was smooth and straightforward. There was no pressure from anyone to buy, just friendly and helpful staff. We are very happy with the car we bought and absolutely recommend Eridu. Thank you all!

This is a very trust worthy dealership. They fought for getting me a good price on my used vehicle. 4 months after buying my vehicle I had issues with a belt and had no warranty with it being a used car but they fixed it right up for me in just a couple of hours and had me back on the road again!
