The food is so unique and fun to try! Their mac and cheese is reportedly the best ever - especially with bacon. I love, love the root fries. Perfect ratio of crunch and flavoring. I typically order the salmon wrap but the recipe changed so it's more like tuna salad but with salmon. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich on a lefse wrap instead of bread - good choice as it was borderline almost dry. The horse radish sauce is a must!! Happy hour is 50% off for HCMC employees!!

I've been here a few times and I'm always impressed. They have an awesome selection of meats and are located right next to the US Bank stadium. Give Erik's a try if you haven't.

Great experience! I've wanted to go for a long time. I went on a Tuesday night. Lovely service by Hannah. You can tell when people legitimately care about making sure you're well. A night of several firsts. First time trying Hamm's,Elk sausage and bone marrow. I've wanted to try bone marrow for years. It was KILLER! I was fortunate to turn up on a comedy night. I came for a meal. I got much more. Tuesdays are comedy night. Starts around 08:30 or later. Great experience! Delicious food. I'm craving more now.

This is a fun themed bar and restaurant with novel brews and food choices. The prices are average and happy hour specials are nice. When my party of 4 went during early dinner hours on a typical Saturday (so average to below average crowd) the service was very slow to get out for. The wait staff was quite friendly, and the food was satisfying as well. The Black Widow porter was a tasty choice as well. But since food took so long to come out, I have to make this a three star review, instead of four.

Great environment. Food photoed was buffet style party, so my fault... Very good food. Brussle Sprouts were very good! Guinness beer, free barside shuffleboard. Clean place. Easy to get to from Us Bank Stadium. They knew what a Colorado Bulldog was too. And it was good and made right. Lol. Thanks for the kind service and great food. Cheers

This is a great spot to go and eat. I mean where else can you get a slab of smoked bacon!!! This place is great for people on a keto diet.

I went on a Sunday afternoon during football season when the Vikings were away, and there was barely anyone there. The service was good and the food was good. I had bone marrow there, on the recommendation of my server, and it was great.

Had a good experience here for lunch. The land board was good and the Mac and cheese side that came with my sandwich was nice and creamy. Had smoked Rachel on rye which was quite tasty. It was my second time coming here and I would come by again.
