E+ROSE Wellness Cafe - 12 South

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nick is SO very kind, knowledgeable about the menu and helpful!! I’ve been here a couple times and loved my experience every time! The ginger green is DELICIOUS!

I order an Açai bowl and a matcha latte. Both were wonderful, the matcha was prepared with in-house cashew milk and was delicious. Ambiance is nice and the staff are incredibly kind. Will surely come back when visiting Nashville.

E + Rose has become one of my favorite spots in Nashville. The food always tastes fresh and actually makes you feel good — like you’re fueling your body instead of just eating to get by. It’s the perfect place to sit and get some work done, and the vibe is calm but still full of good energy. The staff is always so friendly and kind — they remember faces, ask how you’re doing, and it just feels welcoming to be there. If you want a place that serves great, healthy food and leaves you in a better mood than when you walked in, this is it.

My absolute favorite place!!! I’m a runner and I love that everything here is healthy, wholesome, packed with nutrients and so delicious😋 I love going with my teammates and friends and have tried almost all of the smoothie bowls and never get tired of them! So happy that this location opened up close to Lipscomb campus🤩

Honestly, such a great addition to the 12South neighborhood and more specifically the Waverly building. The staff is so kind and willing to help with problems. I’ve been in quite a few times and I’ve never had a bad experience. The food tastes great & is organic! They even have chalk for the kids outside and a dog bowl for the fur kids! So great for the families in the neighborhood!! Very excited to see them do well!

I was so excited to have E+Rose come to 12South, but this location is a big disappointment. Multiple times I’ve stopped to pick up a wrap for lunch, and even before 1:00 pm, they have no wraps available. Their salads are mostly greens and a waste of money. Most recently I recommended our house guests walk there for coffee drinks, but apparently they were pretty much undrinkable. Not impressed with this location.

Excited about this new addition to our neighborhood! It’s a beautiful space with great people and amazing food. We’ve been missing a good açaí place and are very excited about E+ Rose

Absolute best experience ever at E and rose (almost every morning for me, haha!) Nick, Sarah, and Makayla always greet me with a smile and make the best matchas in the world! So grateful for this neighborhood spot 💛💛
