E+ROSE Wellness Cafe - Wedgewood-Houston

In general it’s a nice shop for a healthy option in the city. When compared to normal acai places this lacked a lot of flavor as it’s more natural and whole ingredients. I appreciate this, but still had a bit of higher hopes. Normal bowls have fruit on top but theirs seem to have all the fruit blended into the base giving me a strong base and a weird texture. Then their granola was just oats.. which is totally okay and I appreciate it being healthy, but maybe describe that better. The toast was good. They definitely don’t skimp on the chia seeds, but could be a lot more generous with the fruit. Cute environment but parking around here is definitely tricky

Awesome environment that has amazing food. The food speaks for itself and both times I went the staff was amazing. The only thing that threw me off was having to get to the register to get the menu. Once I realized you could also order other food options at the cashier it made it even better. Maybe strategically place or show menus would help. Doesn’t matter though, each food item was great. Smoothies, açaí bowls, wraps, premade breakfasts, snacks, coffee, etc - take my money.

Really great selection for smoothies, bowls, and grab & go items. I loved the variety of options they offer for protein shakes. Their menu was inventive and included fun additions, like dark cherries, which made picking a smoothie exciting. It was delicious, not too sweet, and the pea protein was a perfect addition. The inside of the space is full of plants and nice finishes. It’s a great place to get some work done. They don’t have much food on the menu other than toast, but the grab and go section includes salads, bowls, snacks, juices, and more.

The ambiance is amazing here! Such a beautiful space, tons of natural sunlight. It feels so cozy to just sit here and enjoy some delicious food and juice and just hang out. Definitely on the pricey side, but they offer lots of delicious food and juice items that are healthy. If you come in here looking for a regular acai bowl, you'll probably be disappointed. They don't add sugar and other things to make it super sweet like other places do. So these are a little more bland, comparatively, but still delicious and nutritious. If you want it sweeter, just have them add pineapple juice!

I've been to this location one other time (I included the photos I took then, too), but this time I got something new! I got a Blue Bae Superfood Bowl with added pea protein. It was seriously the best smoothie bowl I've ever had. The cashew butter really sent it to the top of my list; it was in a blob in the middle of the toppings, and I was very excited to discover it, haha. Generally, this place reminds me of the restaurants I used to visit in Chattanooga, and it feels like home. I'll be back again very soon!

Favorite healthy cafe in Nashville and wish we had them in Austin! Clean and inviting space from the outside in. Wonderful aromas greet you upon entering. Perfect selection of healthy drinks and bites make for the best morning or daytime snacks when traveling, intermittent fasting or just living. Plethora of customizations available.

I'm a sucker for smoothie bowls, and that's what I came for one day, though there's food and other good-looking stuff. I love the menu, and it made for a tough decision. I went with the nomad bowl. They use high-quality ingredients and it's noticeable, and everything is made/blended to order. It came in a generous and very satisfying portion, had a smooth/creamy base, and overall was a good-quality bowl I'd eat again. The place has a relatively quiet coffee shop-type environment; it's easy to sit there for a while and plug in. There's a decent amount of seating and WiFi. You might catch yourself browsing through the snacks/desserts/supplements they have on display. All thumbs up from me!

5 Stars All Around! Moved to Nashville from San Diego several months ago and this spot is right up my alley. I’m very picky about my Matcha Latte and it’s my go-to spot. The best! I’m also obsessed with their protein balls and my friends from out of town dream about their house-made cashew milk. The Kale Caesar Salad is also my favorite. Great staff! Great neighborhood!

LOVE IT HERE!! food: I got the BC bowl and it was sooo good. Acai bowls are my favorite food and they have great ratio of topping to smoothie. (to compare- grain and berry has too much granola and more toppings than smoothie). The bowls here have more smoothie per bite/equal amount of topping. parking and ambiance: Easy parking! free parallel street parking all down the street, i've always been able to find a spot easily. Super cute inside, fair amount of seating, good place for studying. bathrooms towards the back.

I hate to say this but this was the worst Acai over ever had - and I asked them to remake it because it was so stiff. Zero flavor just overall not a good experience.

Always great smoothies. This is the third location I've visited, and I loved the spaciousness of the cafe. The abundant natural light, clean furniture, and decor makes for a nice spot to get work done. Definitely need to try the açaí bowls next time I come! Not much to say except that E+Rose is my favorite health food stop in Nashville and love that they opened this location up. I will always keep coming back. Parking around here is a bit more tough - it's all street parking and can get busy around meal times.

Just got the spring roll here with the peanut sauce and it was a great pre-plane, pre-made snack full of fresh veggies. The peanut sauce added much-needed flavor to it all. Gets the job done healthfully.

First time to try this café and really enjoyed my açai bowl loaded with fruits and peanut butter. Even took several things to go.

Best açaí bowls in Nashville. I've been searching for a good açaí bowl since I moved here from San Diego and have finally found the one! I haven't tried any of the other food yet but the açaí bowls and smoothies are delicious. Very happy to find somewhere that serves healthy, nutritious, lighter fare options.

I met a friend here today and tried the blue bae bowl. It wasn't my favorite but I definitely want to come back and try more items. It's a cute spot with great healthy options to choose from. I was undecided on what to order and just went with what one of the employees recommended but next time I will take my time and order something different There's street parking around the restaurant but very limited. I think it is a great spot to meet up with friends after a workout or even to bring your laptop and knock out some work. I'll definitely be back!

This used to be a go to for me. Today is my birthday and I wanted to get a superseded smoothie! The CASHier informed me they no longer accept cash. this is disappointing and sad.

#fatjared say...this is a true hidden gem. Not only do I not have complaints, but I was truly surprised by how great everything was, and the people were nice too! I have a VERT STRICT grading scale. I stay with it no matter what. If I have ANY complaints at all, I will never give 5 stars. 5 is perfect, and if I have to complain, it's not perfect. E+Rose was PERFECT for me. For starters, it is open early. If you're a coffee shop and you don't open until after 7 you're not a real coffee shop in my opinion. While this place is not even know for it as only a coffee shop, they were still open early. It is a very fresh smell right when you walk in. Everything is natural and most of the things are local as well. They have more than just food. It is almost a mix of a coffee shop, restaurant, co-op, and deli all in one. Such a cool concept. They do not have the flash chilled coffee, which seems to be the "cool thing" to do in Nashville, and I am glad they have a cold brew. It was an amazing flavor. A bit of a punch at first, and I like that because of bold flavors, but it was so smooth, and you could taste distinctly 3 different flavors coming in succession, finishing with a rich chocolaty taste. One of my favorite cold brews I have had. I always taste my wife's latte, even though I'm not huge on them, and even it was good. All in all, this is a place I will be coming back to. I loved it. nice people, unique, great flavors, just great all around. Well done 5 stars absolutely great experience!

Great place to study but come full lol the food is not very filling.. I got the avocado toast and it was meh.. the acai bowls look good but I was hungry so I just waited for real lunch lol Parking was also hard to find.. Came here to study and they have a bunch of seats and plugs all around which is great! Also extra points on playlist: They were playing Riri's Anti album.. love it..

The breakfast here was pretty good, but nothing was the best version of the dish that I've had. The açaí was decent, but light on toppings beyond the surface. The toasts (banana and avocado) were solid, but a bit small and served in a box which made it hard to eat (we dined in so a plate would've been better). There was also very little parking nearby due to construction so that's something to consider.

A vegan friend of mine recommended this place to me (not a vegan or even a vegetarian). I have become a super fan of their smoothie bowls, especially the "BC", a tasty blend of oat milk, dragon fruit (Pitaya), bananas, strawberries, cherries, almond butter, flax seeds, beet, & cinnamon, topped with granola, sliced bananas, chia seeds, pb, hemp seeds, honey, & cashews. Even though it's a "new" food to me, the familiar flavors of peanut butter, honey, and bananas take me back to homey childhood sandwich flavor profiles. So healthy with a hit of nostalgia and comfort food. Do yourself a solid and try it out! It's worth the price of admission!

Have only ever gotten take out from this place, but the açaí bowls are amazing! This picture is the blue bae, and honestly they're so big you can't even finish them in one sitting. They also keep you full til the next meal.

Awesome health food cafe/coffee shop. Very unique options on the menu. Coffee is awesome and the house made nut/oat milk is great. Highly recommend for a pick me up!

Perfect spot for a green juice post-workout!!

I'm always on the search for the best gluten free avocado toast & was excited to find E+Rose's GF avocado toast on Uber Eats. Unfortunately this was a bit of a miss for me. Subbing gluten free bread is $3, which is fine, but it is the smallest GF toast I have ever had. For $12.49, the avocado toast was a mere snack, & I was thankful I had boiled some eggs that morning that I could eat with the toast. The 16oz Supernova smoothie was very tasty, though it had melted a bit during the delivery & did not come with a straw. All in all, I am not deterred from trying something else at E+Rose & am appreciative for how this restaurant labels their menu with allergens.

When this shop opened I was thrilled to have a location so close to me! The location is super cute sitting on the corner of Martin St. and Merritt Ave. From cold-pressed drinks to grab and go treats this cafe is the bomb. You won't be upset. The menu is awesome they have tons of foods and juices to go! I personally always go for the Katalina wrap that is vegan and you wouldn't even know! During quarantine, I have gone to stock up on drinks and wellness shots; such as the immunity shot(has a kick of cayenne), energy shot (very citrusy). For the drinks, my favorites are the Johnny Cashew (tasta like horchata), and the grove (great blend of pineapple, orange, and grapefuit). I personall haven't tried a smoothie but I bet it's amazing. What I will say is that their açaí bowls are to TOP SHELF. You can addon or create your own - they fill this bowl to the rim AND THEN SOME! I was stuffed after having one.

Ordered delivery after circling a few times for parking, but it was worth it! The BC bowl was a perfect lunch and the katalina wrap was definitely filling enough for dinner. Glad to have another healthy option in the area!

Healthy food...that was also satisfying and full of flavor. :) OK--I ordered via delivery service while in town so I can't speak to the facility or staff...but this place is awesome! Our order included a wrap (which was made in-house but packaged for grab/go), a smoothie + grain + fruit thing in a cup, and an order of banana bread bites. Flavors were layered nicely, textures complemented one another, and it was easy to tell that the ingredients were of a very high quality. I'd just had a surgery so I need calories and carbs in a light package that the smoothing thing delivered. My wife wanted a meal and the wrap was so stout that it nearly made two meals for her. I'd love to see this brand in my home city.

Nashville Hot Kale Wrap- Tenderized kale and freshly sliced cucumber wrapped in a chili tortilla with our signature scratched prepped cashew and pumpkin seed sauce + a side of baked chickpeas. Highly recommend! One of my favorite wraps, I love the Nashville hot kick Their Açaí bowls are amazing too!

Love love love! This is my first choice to meet a friend or have a brunch date with the hubby. My favorite bowl is the Blue Bae, it's so delicious. I want to eat it right now. All the toasts are also great and they make excellent coffees as well. The service is wonderful. I wish they would open up one on the east side or in Donelson. We NEED you over here!! You'd get all my dollars!!

Honestly if you are in Nashville and not eating at this place or any other E+rose you are missing out. They have everything you need to stay healthy. No added sugars and the açaí bowls are to die for. They also have food and drinks you can grab that are ready to go, if you are in lunch or something. Only downfall is I wish I could get this a bit cheaper. I travel full time and have had bowls in other places around the USA that are just as good and maybe 3-5 cheaper. I add walnuts and extra honey to everything. Some of my bowls are over $20 because most will charge you for everything. Somethings you can exchange which is cool, but not all.

We popped in for bfast- clearly a haven for vegans in the area. We ordered the avo toast and banana honey toast, as well as their iced coffee. Great fluffy bread and very healthful dishes. Coffee was served with their homemade oat milk which was kind of chunky. Will def be back to try An açaí bowl or smoothie concoction!

Smoothies are amazing and the wraps are so good! Healthy, clean, feeling good eating here. I can wait to go back and try more smoothies and food items.

We had an apt for our car but needed a quick snack before lunch so decided to stop in and we were not disappointed! The staff were all busy as little bees, food was so fresh and delicious, and the juice amazing! I will visit again!!!

VERY EXCITED to see a company that has such incredibly tasty but also healthy food options! Such a cute interior. I stopped inside on a morning walk for a quick latte. The service was kind and fast. Lots of space to sit inside and a few outdoor tables as well. Looks like a fantastic option to grab and go with healthy premade meals as well. I will definitely be back!

We searched "vegan" on a recent trip to Nashville. Eat-in dining was available, but we opted for packaged fare and a quick exit. I had the wraps with spicy peanut sauce and brownie bites. My husband had tacos and a sweet roll. He wished the "nacho" sauce wasn't cold, but as someone who hasn't eaten cheese in over a year, I thought it was amazing! The veggies were fresh and the sauces were delicious. The sweets were perfect. We spent $30 total with tip, so not cheap, but worth the splurge.

I got a smoothie here and it was delicious . No added sugar. Just amazing. I also got the banana bread bites and they were delicious. Try it out. It was really good.

I've been coming here for a while - and so much about the store, vibe, staff, and consistency has changed (for the BETTER) since the management changed. This is the best location by far! If I could this review would be 10/10 stars.

E+Rose has food for all occasions, as long as all of those occasions are living longer and healthier. I go here every day for a smoothie, soup, or a wrap. Usually take some home also. In a city with very few solid vegan options, this is a bright spot.

The best açaí bowl I've ever had. I moved here from Ventura beach California and have tried many açaí bowls in my time and have never tasted anything comparable to this one. So happy I found this place.
