We had a wonderful stay at the Erdhotel in Abu Dhabi. A very special thank you goes to Salina, who served us every day with exceptional friendliness and dedication. She always made a great effort to fulfill all our wishes, was very attentive, and incredibly pleasant to talk to. Her warm and professional service truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Salina is a real asset to the hotel, thank you for everything!

Amazing new (renovated) hotel close to Nature (birds are signing from the morning; fresh area and no any noise from the roads). All is fresh and comfort. Coffee on reception is ART - so tasty (based on my trials in other hotels). Room is amazing (we were in garden access room - ground floor). Beach is so clean and pleasure to swim (mid. of December). Hotel gives you towels and water (for free). Breakfast is really tasty and fresh! I will be glad to come back with all my family and spend there min. 1 week. Great price in comparison with other 5 star hotels in Abu Dhabi. Highly recommended. 

My honest review of The Earth hotel in Abu Dhabi: The service you receive here is not at a 5-star level. It feels more like a 4-star hotel, or even less in some areas. The staff are polite and they do their best, but the overall experience doesn’t match a true 5-star standard. There were many flies around the pool area. Even when we ordered food by the pool, our dishes were covered with flies. We informed the staff and they brought a smoking thing but it didn’t work and the smell was unpleasant. The breakfast quality was generally good with a nice selection of options. However, on our first morning, all the sausages were completely raw inside. We told the staff and they replaced them quickly. We ordered two pots of peppermint tea, but I had to follow up four times and wait around 30 minutes, and in the end they brought only one pot. If you plan to stay here, make sure to bring your own toothpaste. They provide a strange toothpaste tablet that tastes like sand. Every time we took a shower, the entire bathroom flooded because the floor wasn’t level and the shower screen wasn’t sealed properly and Also, the extraction fan in the toilet didn’t work properly, so the entire bathroom filled with steam

A hotel that needs no introduction. It’s one of those places you love to return to every time. I can’t even remember how many times I’ve stayed here — it’s countless. The location is excellent, the service is excellent, the reception is classy, and the facilities are plenty, suitable for all ages. It’s a family-friendly, romantic, and youthful hotel all at once. The breakfast buffet is delicious, offering a wide variety of Arabic, local, and international dishes. The hotel is also surrounded by many cafés.

Maybe I’m nostalgic, but I remember coming here as a child and have beautiful memories when it was the Officers club. I love how they kept the original building but updated the rooms and kept a modern Emirati feel to it. One of the very few hotels to actually understand and incorporate Emirati culture and tradition well. I’ve been here many times with kids and without. My kids love the pool and beach during summer and it’s accessible by car to the rest of Abu Dhabi, Saadiyat and Yas. The rooms are small but well appointed, service is exceptional and goes above and beyond. The bathrooms have started showing some wear and tear over the years, especially in the smaller rooms but the suites are still alright. This is an old building in the shape of a crescent, so the 2 lifts are in the centre of the crescent and there are none on the ends. Some rooms are on the ground level and it gets noisy from people (kids) passing outside. Avoid ground level rooms and any rooms far from the lifts. My only issue here is the breakfast area. Breakfast is always in Al Rimal, which is located in another building and is such a hassle to walk to, that it gets annoying especially if you’re on the top floor away from the lifts. I don’t understand why the breakfast can’t be in the same hotel building instead of the cafe on the ground level or in the restaurant facing the beach. Other than that the breakfast buffet food is always plentiful with amazing Emirati dishes as well as international options. Try the Chammi with plum or dates.

Best breakfast we ever had! Really, we've been in different places around the world and I think it was one of the Best ever. You could find everything you needed and even more. Delicious coffee. Nice pool, not over crowded. Room needs a renovation. The toilet button and the trash can looked rusty, bathroom really small - it was difficult to stand there together. There was no space to leave a towels to dry.

Big thank you to Boykin & Douglas for making our experience that more memorable. The staff couldn’t do more for you, food is great and rooms very clean each day. Highly recommend stay. Only fault would be location. Be prepared to get taxis to near enough everywhere else. Other than that great experience.

I have not even checked in yet, but I already feel compelled to share this experience. Thank you sincerely for taking care of all my requests and for the genuine kindness shown so far. A special thank you to Mr. Abdelrahman at the front desk. From the very first interaction, he gave me a reassuring and welcoming impression. His professionalism, calm attitude, and warm manners immediately made me feel that everything is in good hands. I am genuinely optimistic about my stay, and that is entirely thanks to this positive first impression.
