Es Príncep

Another fantastic stay at the wonderful Es Princep hotel. This has to be our best visit yet and we’ve stayed quite a few times since it opened in 2018. The standard of service here is second to none and you are genuinely made to feel welcome from the moment you arrive. One of the highlights of the hotel is its fabulous rooftop terrace with pool and restaurant where we spent much of our time. The quality of the food and drinks served by the pool is excellent and for the full daytime menu you can step into the restaurant area whilst still enjoying the outstanding views across the Bay of Palma. The staff are always attentive and engaging and it’s always a pleasure to chat with them to gain a few valuable insights into the local wines and culture. |The team at Es Princep are always trying to improve the customer experience and with the introduction of morning yoga classes on the rooftop they’ve really added something exceptional. We took part every morning during our stay and it was just the best way to start the day. Complimentary drinks and fresh fruit were served after the class which set us up for a welcome dip in the pool followed by the excellent breakfast in the terrace restaurant. Thanks to Tina for her patience guidance and for helping to straighten out my back 😂 |The rooftop terrace is pretty unique due to its size and location and it’s a very sociable place where we have made many new and interesting acquaintances. Having said that, it’s the staff at the Es Princep that have always made our stays so memorable and enjoyable.

A true gem in the heart of Palma!✨ We have been coming to Es Príncep for many years now, and every stay is nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed, in a stunning location that invites relaxation and comfort. The staff is incredibly attentive, warm, and professional — always going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The service is flawless from start to finish. Coming back here truly feels like coming home… and honestly, what greater compliment can you give a hotel than to say: our guests feel at home? Thank you to the entire Es Príncep team for always making our visits so special. We can’t wait to return!

This is an amazing hotel in a fantastic location. The staff are all polite attentive and helpful making your stay effortless. The roof top pool sundeck bar and restaurant are fantastic with fabulous views over the port and beach. The Zaranda restaurant is not to be missed for a magical experience. I had a partial sea view room on the second floor which had amazing sea views was clean spacious with a fab bathroom area. If you are going to Palma stay here you wont regret it

Liked · A beautiful hotel in the beautiful old town area of Palma. The staff are absolutely fantastic and one of the main reasons our stay was a 10/10. They are friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Rooms are airy and clean. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast and the food overall are exquisite. The rooftop pool is a decent size given the space available and you always got a sun lounger - rooftop service, drinks, food also fantastic. You have a wonderful panoramic view of Palma from the rooftop.||Disliked | · Only a couple of very very minor things : - gym is very small. - the food is amazing but a changing/more varied menu would make it even better.

Wow what a beautiful hotel. All the areas are spotlessly clean. The roof terrace is stunning, seaviews, very comfortable sunloungers and fantastic, friendly, professional staff, serving drinks and food. The breakfast is the best I’ve had! And again the staff are so friendly and attentive. Rooms are lovely. Beds very comfortable and gorgeous toiletries! The rooms were cleaned twice daily and there were always treats popped in every evening, such a nice touch. I’m already planning another visit to this beautiful hotel. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt an immediate sense of comfort and luxury. Sergio gave us a warm welcome and made us feel right at home with his friendly hosting. The highlight of our stay was the rooftop garden bar, where we enjoyed the great service crafted by Hugo, the talented waiter. Each drink was perfectly made, and the ceviche was absolutely outstanding — compliments to the kitchen team for such a memorable experience. Overall, everything was top-notch. The service, atmosphere, and hospitality exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be coming back!

We extended our stay at this hotel for 2 weeks it was so great. Incredible location walkable to beach and all the best parts of Palma. Most attentive staff I have encountered in years always there to answer any questions, make reservations, take care of anything you need for the hotel. I can't say enough of how incredible this hotel and it's personnel was!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at ES Princep, from the moment we arrived the staff made us feel welcome and went out their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Special mention must be made here for Flora who’s upbeat happy attitude always put a smile on our faces, her customers service was outstanding, also Sergio who used his own credit card to make a restaurant reservation for us when our own card would not work. However we could mention many more as every staff member was exceptional.|The surprise birthday cake with candle at breakfast to celebrate my birthday was a lovely touch, as was the bottle of Cava left in our room.|The room, we were given free upgrade, was spotless, spacious and filled with all the amenities we would need.|One of the highlights of this hotel is definitely the breakfast, it was fresh, delicious and had a great variety of options.|We will definitely return soon.
