Es Príncep

Great hotel. Quiet but centrally located. Rooms aren’t sounds proof but are nice. The service was above average. Offering a yoga class, welcome drinks, valet, and finding us a taxi at 4am. They went above and beyond making us feel at home and important. Food was pretty good, but nothing to write home about. The pool and the service at it were exactly what was needed on a July day.

My family and I stayed at Es Princep for 2 nights and we had a wonderful stay. The hotel looks impeccable. The staffing was outstanding, no exceptions. The highlights were the roof top bar/restaurant one of the best foods we had and to get to enjoy it while contemplating the view. The breakfast is incredible, I particularly loved the table showcasing the local and regional products. To top it all, it was nice to end the day at the amazing and super spacious spa. The hotel is located sort of on the “edge” of the old city, just about a 10 minute walk to the center. I enjoyed the fact that we could “walk away” from all the crowded places and be in our serene corner at the end of the day.

Amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and offered us a glass of champagne while we waited for our rooms. |The rooms are well appointed, I would have preferred a higher floor but honestly, it gave us a great reason to spend most of our time at the rooftop pool and terrace area. The views of Palma Bay are incredible. |The breakfasts are excellent and all the food in fact was great. We did not get a chance to try Zaranda (Michelin star restaurant) but it looked good!|Thank you for a very memorable stay!

It's rare to find service this thoughtful and consistent.||They truly made us feel like valued guests, not just room numbers. Because of the exceptional staff, this hotel felt like a home away from home. This is my third time at Es Princep - only place to stay in Palma. The service is first class! We had a lovely room, and enjoyed our breakfast every morning. I doubt there are better views from the roof top and pool area. Stunning. Every member of the team was lovely and very attentive.

I can’t say enough about the exceptional experience at Es Princep! The staff are truly wonderful—super friendly, genuinely caring, and always attentive to guests’ needs. For my mom’s birthday, they went above and beyond to make her feel special by arranging a surprise upgrade. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made her day unforgettable. The atmosphere, service, and attention to detail are all top-notch. Highly recommend Es Princep for anyone looking for a memorable stay with a personal touch!

We are here at the moment and cannot speak more highly . It’s just perfect from the moment we arrived and we were shown to our room nothing seems too much trouble .| Rooftop for sunbathing is fabulous across the harbour . Breakfast was superb and the staff are just fabulous . Hugo was our waiter last night and at breakfast . So great at his job nothing is too much makes you feel so looked after This is such a treat for us at the start of our holiday and we cannot praise everyone for making it special .
