Es Príncep

There are so many great options in Palma but I'm so incredibly happy to have stayed at Es Princep. The genuine care and hospitality shown by the staff made our trip so comfortable. We arrived very early in the morning for check in, I knew I wouldn't be able to check in yet but wanted to leave my luggage before heading into the city. The friendly staff warmly welcomed us, sat us down, took our luggage, brought us hot coffee, completed our check in so our room would be ready, showed us around the hotel, and gave us some recommendations for what we could do so early in the morning. Another example. Our closet had a basket of beach essentials like hats, beach towels, etc. The 2nd time we went out to go to the beach it wasn't in our original plans and we hadn't asked for fresh beach towels. On our way out the door a staff member, who looked very busy already, noticed the towel weren't folded neatly. This staff member kindly took our old towels and immediately brought us fresh beach towels without missing a beat. There are more examples but my point is throughout our stay every single member of the staff we interacted with demonstrated a level of excellence, hospitality, and attention to detail that was just next level. The staff were the highlight of our stay but everything else was fantastic as well such as the location, the rooms, the roof, and breakfast were all fantastic.

Hotel Es Princep honestly turned our day around. We went up to the rooftop after a rough day and it ended up being the best decision we made. The atmosphere up there is calm and the views are unreal. It is the kind of spot where you can just breathe for a minute and forget whatever stress you walked in with. The host was awesome. Super welcoming, patient and never made us feel rushed. That alone set the tone for the whole evening. The service overall was on another level. You can tell they actually care about the guests and not just moving people in and out. The food surprised us in the best way. Every dish tasted fresh and way better than typical rooftop spots. It felt like a proper dining experience, not just something thrown together for the view. I was honestly blown away by how good the service and the whole experience was. If you need a place to relax, reset or just enjoy Palma from a beautiful angle, the rooftop at Es Princep is absolutely worth it.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel, and will keep coming back. We always feel so welcomed and looked after when we come here. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, always doing their upmost to make sure that we have everything we need. The location is perfect, the sea view rooms lovely and well equipped. We honestly had the best time and will definitely be back again. Joseba and his team really made the stay special, thank you so much.

What a wonderful find! The staff - every single one of them - are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and can’t do enough for you! I’m not sure I’ve ever had such brilliant service before! Everything was efficient, from check-in and -out, room service, advice on places to go etc. My room was incredible with such a comfy bed! The cute spa, especially the saunas, was divine at the end of a day of walking! The roof terrace is gorgeous, with incredible views to the sea. It’s conveniently located a 10 min walk to the beach and the main streets of the old town. I didn’t want to leave!

After a long overseas flight, we arrived at Es Princes to a warm welcome and a refreshing cold drink. We were in invited to enjoy a coffee or beer while we checked in. No rush, but very efficient. Our room was ready and overlooked Palma Harbor. Comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, a friendly note and snack awaited us. When the rest of the family joined us with a baby and toddler in tow, we had dinner on the lovely rooftop restaurant. The kind waitstaff fussed over the little girls and patiently allowed us to linger over a fine meal. The next morning, at their expansive breakfast buffet, we were treated to Mallorcan specialties. The little ones were greeted as guests and made comfortable. The front desk was always ready to help, offer tips on what to do, and greeted us as friends during all our comings and goings. At the end of our stay, they carefully loaded our many pieces of luggage into our van without complaint, and sent us off with bottled water and happy waves. It felt like family!

Our family had the best time at Es Príncep Hotel! The staff made us feel so welcome and truly cared for my parents and our son. They also made my birthday extra special — I’ll never forget it! Bonus tip for travelers: the sunset view is awesome! Huge thanks to Sergio, Joan, the twin sisters, Ignacio, Ana, Daniel, and Flora — you’re all incredible! The hotel should promote every one of you — you make Es Príncep unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back soon! 💛

This is a classy place. Food at all meals was just excellent, in the lobby for brekkie and in the rooftop restaurant with a great view of the harbor.|The room layout is kinda weird, with the bathroom IN the room. No way to have just a nightlight, so had to have mirror lights on - we slept OK, but just too bright for me. The bed was comfy. Blackout curtains were a good touch. Shower was a rainfall, really good. Vey clean place. Needs railings on the stairways. The staff was just wonderful, esp. since I lost my phone in a cab. They called and searched for me for days; alas, didn't find it. Oh, well. A shout out to Ana, Ines, Rodrigo, Antonio at the desk, and Jaime and Roland in the rooftop restaurant. and the nice gal (name?) who worked both places.

We were thrilled with this hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive and professional. The location is perfect if you want to explore Palma but also want to take a dip in the sea, as the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The rooftop terrace is a lovely place to enjoy a drink at sunset. The hotel is very clean and stylish. We can't comment on the breakfast, as we booked without it. Parking is available in an underground garage. Rooms facing the street can be noisy if you like to sleep with the window open, but you'll enjoy a magnificent sea view as soon as you wake up. What more could you ask for? We highly recommend this hotel.
