This is a hotel for people who value quality of service rather than posing. It truly is the kind of place you choose when you’re not trying to impress anyone and simply want things done properly. The property itself is elegant and understated (exactly what you’d expect from a five-star hotel), but that’s not the point. What truly sets this place apart is the service. Having stayed at other leading hotels and boutique properties around the world, it’s rare to find staff who are this intuitive, discreet, and genuinely invested in making your stay effortless. Requests are handled seamlessly, often before you realize you’ve made them, even those that are out of the ordinary. Case in point: I asked for them to receive and unbox an Uber Eats order while I was away, and instead of just bringing cutlery, the staff arrived with a full trolley and fine porcelain. If you’re staying in downtown Palma and want a highly personalized experience where everything simply works, this is the hotel. It’s calm, refined, and truly exceptional. A special mention to Olaf, whose professionalism and warmth elevate the experience in a way that’s hard to describe. Thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely pleasant to interact with exactly the type of person who makes a stay memorable without ever being intrusive. The spa is also very good. I don’t spend much time in spas, but it was well run, tranquil, and consistent with the overall standard of the hotel.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel, and will keep coming back. We always feel so welcomed and looked after when we come here. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, always doing their upmost to make sure that we have everything we need. The location is perfect, the sea view rooms lovely and well equipped. We honestly had the best time and will definitely be back again. Joseba and his team really made the stay special, thank you so much.

Staff are very friendly, breakfast is great! Overall it’s nice.However, the housekeeper should improve to match 5 star. Hope it can be better!

There are so many great options in Palma but I'm so incredibly happy to have stayed at Es Princep. The genuine care and hospitality shown by the staff made our trip so comfortable. We arrived very early in the morning for check in, I knew I wouldn't be able to check in yet but wanted to leave my luggage before heading into the city. The friendly staff warmly welcomed us, sat us down, took our luggage, brought us hot coffee, completed our check in so our room would be ready, showed us around the hotel, and gave us some recommendations for what we could do so early in the morning. Another example. Our closet had a basket of beach essentials like hats, beach towels, etc. The 2nd time we went out to go to the beach it wasn't in our original plans and we hadn't asked for fresh beach towels. On our way out the door a staff member, who looked very busy already, noticed the towel weren't folded neatly. This staff member kindly took our old towels and immediately brought us fresh beach towels without missing a beat. There are more examples but my point is throughout our stay every single member of the staff we interacted with demonstrated a level of excellence, hospitality, and attention to detail that was just next level. The staff were the highlight of our stay but everything else was fantastic as well such as the location, the rooms, the roof, and breakfast were all fantastic.

Can’t say enough great things about our stay here in Palma. The friendliest most accommodating staff made our trip so special. The facility, location and vibe was exactly what we were looking for as a couple. Rooms were immaculate and the spa was so enjoyable. We will definitely be back and spreading the word about Es Princep!

We were thrilled with this hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive and professional. The location is perfect if you want to explore Palma but also want to take a dip in the sea, as the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The rooftop terrace is a lovely place to enjoy a drink at sunset. The hotel is very clean and stylish. We can't comment on the breakfast, as we booked without it. Parking is available in an underground garage. Rooms facing the street can be noisy if you like to sleep with the window open, but you'll enjoy a magnificent sea view as soon as you wake up. What more could you ask for? We highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel Es Princep honestly turned our day around. We went up to the rooftop after a rough day and it ended up being the best decision we made. The atmosphere up there is calm and the views are unreal. It is the kind of spot where you can just breathe for a minute and forget whatever stress you walked in with. The host was awesome. Super welcoming, patient and never made us feel rushed. That alone set the tone for the whole evening. The service overall was on another level. You can tell they actually care about the guests and not just moving people in and out. The food surprised us in the best way. Every dish tasted fresh and way better than typical rooftop spots. It felt like a proper dining experience, not just something thrown together for the view. I was honestly blown away by how good the service and the whole experience was. If you need a place to relax, reset or just enjoy Palma from a beautiful angle, the rooftop at Es Princep is absolutely worth it.

What a wonderful find! The staff - every single one of them - are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and can’t do enough for you! I’m not sure I’ve ever had such brilliant service before! Everything was efficient, from check-in and -out, room service, advice on places to go etc. My room was incredible with such a comfy bed! The cute spa, especially the saunas, was divine at the end of a day of walking! The roof terrace is gorgeous, with incredible views to the sea. It’s conveniently located a 10 min walk to the beach and the main streets of the old town. I didn’t want to leave!
