Es Xarcu (Restaurante Playa)

Absolutely the best lunch restaurant in Ibiza- for food/service and atmosphere! we have been coming to Ibiza for the last 20+ yrs and definitely recommend this to all those who love delicious fish, gorgeous cove and lovely service staff.

Awesome food, very nice location, perfect for date-dinner

Absolutely delicious, and marvelous ambience. Super friendly staff, wasn't very busy. If youre looking for paella make sure you order it day prior, had to opt for salt crust fish, which amazing anyway! 👏

Es Xarcu is one of those places where you first think when you arrive: What a beautiful setting with the ocean just in front of you producing this wonderful atmosphere - the food is not the star here. Wrong - Es Xarcu has a culinary team in place which will accompany these amazing surroundings with some of the best seafood I had on the island. We went for the Rotja fish which was cooked to perfection- yes the food comes at a price but the quality is the best you can find - remember we are talking top notch quality. Lovely service and small but fine wine list (mainly Spanish and French). Highly recommend!

This place is overpriced. The staff is not attentive. We waited 40min for the clams we ordered and they only told us that they ran out of when we asked. They were low stocked in almost all the starters. We also tried the bass and it was OK… not worth the price. A slice of melon is 12€… The views are nice but I’m sure there are more options.

Wonderfull place ! Lovely bay ! Beautyfull terrace with loewe umbrella. The beach is not actually the best bit there are sunbeds. You came here for a great lunch or dinner. Locarion Fish and wine at the top.

For seafood lovers not for others. Good service. Good view. Good desserts. Overpriced.

Overall the food was average at best, which for the prices is disappointing. The location and atmosphere are fantastic and I don't know if we were unlucky but our snapper was so so. The prawn starter was nice but only 5 prawns was a little underwhelming.
