We recently dined at ESCAMA, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was nothing short of extraordinary.
The oysters were incredibly fresh and some of the best we’ve ever had. We absolutely loved the Goza Camarão and Usuzukuri—both dishes were perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. The Strudel de Pirarucu was a standout: unique, innovative, and absolutely delicious.
My wife and I genuinely believe that ESCAMA is deserving of a Michelin star. It’s a gem that combines exceptional cuisine with outstanding service. We can’t wait to return!
