I’ve been a loyal client here for a long time, even sticking with them after hearing deeply troubling reports about a serious incident that allegedly took place at this location. I wanted to believe the place I once loved was still safe and professional. Unfortunately, today proved I was wrong. The massage was genuinely awful. There was nothing relaxing about the experience. The space feels outdated, poorly maintained, and tense rather than calming. On top of that, the staff was shockingly rude and dismissive, which is unacceptable in a service industry—especially one that’s supposed to be built on trust and comfort. This place is not what it once was. Whatever standards they used to have are clearly gone. Today was the final straw for me. After this experience, I will never be returning, and I strongly caution others to think twice before booking here

I have been a loyal client of Escape for over 10 years. I trusted this spa to provide not only relaxation, but basic safety. That trust has now been completely broken. I made an appointment more than a month in advance and arrived 20 minutes early to change into my robe. When the aesthetician came to get me, I immediately noticed she was wearing a mask. She then touched my shoulder and told me casually that she was “on the tail end of COVID.” I am in my second trimester of pregnancy. This was shocking and alarming. I immediately stepped back and declined services. At checkout, I did not receive so much as an apology or acknowledgment of how serious this was. Fast forward to today: I am now COVID positive during my second trimester of pregnancy. I am beyond angry and deeply hurt that this business would allow an employee who recently had/has COVID to interact with clients, without disclosure beforehand, especially to a pregnant client (disclosed when making the appointment). This is reckless and dangerous. No one should be put in this position, ever. I stayed loyal to this spa despite recent troubling news because it had been a place of peace for me for many years. I now regret that loyalty. Instead of peace, they have left me with fear and anxiety about my baby that I will carry for the rest of my pregnancy and beyond. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to reconsider trusting a business that shows such disregard for client safety.

I had a great first experience at Escape! I went for my birthday and everything was so efficient and relaxing. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted, given my paperwork, and escorted downstairs to the spa area. The receptionist gave me a quick tour and explanation based on my services and then was left to my own to explore which I loved. They had two locker rooms with everything you need in there plus a steam room. They had multiple relaxation areas. The relaxation areas were very dark with like mood lighting which I loved. I can get overstimulated or just have to put in some extra work to get my mind to quiet down so dark places were great. The spa was pretty active. I saw at least several different people. Some of the ladies working and attending to spaces were chatting a little loudly along with some of the guests despite there being signage around the spa to talk quietly, but that was literally my only complaint. They had access to water and tea all around. I didn't love my soak but that's more of a personal preference. My 90 min aromatherapy massage was AMAZING! Cristin did a phenomenal job. She asked me questions before starting around pressure preference and trouble areas. She started a little light for me and once I told her I needed a little deeper pressure she adjusted and I literally went to another place in terms of relaxation and rest. I highly recommend and will be back!

I’ve been coming here 10 years, and escape has never disappointed. I do get massages at other locations but always enjoy the splurge of going to escape for the atmosphere. I’ve had Wes as my masseuse twice now and he’s hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Perfect amount of deep tissue while also being relaxing. I’ll probably go to my less expensive salons less to go visit escape on the regular.

The services were extremely nice. Kelley did a great massage. The aesthetician customized my facial. The spa itself leaves a lot to be desired. The massage beds were not very comfortable .and there were no and I mean no amenities In the locker room. No body lotion,no combs ,no brushes. I went up to the front desk three times and still didn’t get a Brush. I was told that there were only two combs in the locker room and somebody must’ve taken them. The locker room itself is very dark. I couldn’t even read the numbers on the lock. I’ve been to many spas around the world, and this has got to be one of the poorest

Terrible receptionists. They need to have some training on basic customer service. The manager or owner needs to talk to whoever was working on Nov 23rd. If you hate your job as a receptionist, don’t be a receptionist. But I expect some basic manners like “Bye, have a good one.” I didn’t just pay $300 to not even get basic acknowledgment. Burger King drive through offers more customer service than your fancy establishment. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve been going to Escape Day for almost 10 years, but it’s no longer the experience it once was. Even though I was in their system, I received the wrong service and not the provider I requested. When I addressed it afterward, nothing was done to make it right. I’m now dealing with much more pain than I should be. Combined with rising prices and serious concerns surrounding recent news coverage, I don’t feel comfortable returning. Something has clearly changed, and unfortunately the quality and care have gone downhill.

This was my first time here and had a wonderful experience. Corrie White did a wonderful job doing my color and cut for my hair. I look forward to going back again. I highly recommend Corrie. The Salon is very nice and the staff are very friendly. Thank you Corrie and look forward to seeing you again.

My husband surprised me with a couples deep tissue massage and soak for my birthday today. It was a 12/10 experience. We've both had lots of massages, and were equally impressed with our providers. Space was clean and staff was roaming constantly refreshing and restocking. There was no "filler" part of the experience... robes comfy, facilities clean and roomy, tea and infused water throughout, steam room well maintained, and absolutely excellent massage. The sounds in the room were incredible relaxing and the post treatment in-room soak was truly a cherry on top. We had Wes & John for massages-- so be sure to request them!!

i recently received an oxygen facial and i must say my aesthetician Shandara was INCREDIBLE!! sooo knowledgeable and very helpful in addressing my skin concerns. i left there glowing and confident! the vibes were everything and she went above and beyond to make me comfortable and relaxed. the entire experience with her was blissful! she was more than kind and answered all my questions! i don't want to go to anyone else! also she SLAYED my brows cant recommend Shandara enough!!!! thank you thank you thank you!

Arrived early. Shared Halloween candy with front desk. headed downstairs with my book. Relaxed. Aestician was great, had some tea, got dressed & went to check out. Down hill from there. wouldn't accept a check, ok, gave a cash tip & said I'd call from home with credit card. Front desk had to call manager twice. they said to leave my license and then call. I said that would mean I'd have to come back. I left and called with the credit card but the young lady at the front "you can't leave without paying" I did I left. I won't be back. I called and paid like I said I would. I've been there six times. I thought the level of trust would have been there no loss for me. Bad business practice. Also, they called twice while I was driving home to remind me to pay. Really? I had a friend call and she paid because I didn't deal with them and I won't again.

I took my mother as her Christmas gift this year. I was spoiled early in my spa days at huge resorts, where the amenities are endless and you feel immersed into another world as you walk in. I don't live in Nashville so I can't compare Escape to other facilities. My parents have enjoyed their prior (gifted) visits to Woodhouse, but I've never been myself. Escape met our needs. It was spacious, soothing, organized, and my facial was fantastic. As an aside, the wine bar across the hall was a lovely place for me to wait for my mom to finish her services (she got 2, I got 1 because I'm that kind of daughter) is absolutely lovely. I only had a glass of champagne but they will bring food to the spa if arranged in advance, and we were certainly envious of the people who were about to enjoy the plates we saw being walked by as we checked in. The owners were at the bar and were very friendly. I hope to return there on my next trip home, too.

Escape Day Spa took me to heaven! I booked a fun day with my daughters and we sampled many of the services they offer. Hydra Facial. Traditional Massage. Lavender soothing salt Scrub. What a treat! My favorite was the soothing salt scrub. I've never even heard of this treatment but it is something you must try! You select the scent you prefer and your massage therapist administers the scrub while also using warm water sprays. Truly a full body experience. And I love that this lovely spa is locally owned and has been in the community a long time. They also support many charities like the Swan Ball.

This spa has no business being associated with anything less than 5 stars, so I hope my review helps boost the average rating. From the ambiance, the delicious cookies, how respectfully quiet everyone is (including the guests) all throughout, to the massage itself - I was in heaven. Pleasantly surprised, as I used to frequent the Aria Spa in Las Vegas in the Aria Hotel as a local and I would say this has a similar vibe. I like that it's quite dark. You wouldn't know it if you were sitting next to a celebrity. If you're wanting something upscale for yourself or to impress someone, I highly recommend this place.

I'm not sure why this place has such a low rating. The spa is incredible, the service impeccable and they are consistent every time. Massages are some of the best in the city. The only downside is scheduling- you can have trouble getting in within days. You must schedule ahead of time

I'm a believer in the LAVENDER MINT SMOOTHING SALT SCRUB!!! I was hesitant at first as it was a foreign concept but wow. I had the scrub treatment with Ali and a 90 minute massage by Wes- they're both so amazing and I highly recommend them!! Be sure to arrive a little early if you want to take advantage of the steam room and relaxation rooms. Loved it here and I will be back!

I was pleasantly surprised with the spa. I was in town with some friends on a girls weekend and wanted a spa that would allow us to wait between services and this was perfect. Multiple relaxation rooms, tea bar, locker rooms with steam room. I had the CHILL CBD GINGER SCRUB and it was perfect. The Vichy shower was perfect and didn't require getting up to shower off which is preferable for me. I would definitely recommend this spa. It's also in a cute little mall that has a cafe and a wine bar.

This is a very nice spa outside of Nashville to enjoy a day of pampering. Went with two other ladies and stayed from 9 - 2:30pm. Wish the common areas had more comfortable loungers and music in those areas. Also, there is only one toilet in the locker room so we had to wait frequently to use it. Thoroughly enjoyed our packages and lunch!

Escape, whats going on, pretty disappointing... My husband and I have been going there for several years and have bought multiple gift certificates. I booked an hour and a half facial today that lasted 45 minutes... 300.00 dollars later, I walked out .... and I thought, I have just been had! Too many other places now in Nashville that provide much better services and worth the splurge...

Not only did he preform the best message of my life but, he was simply kind. Being a new mom of two and running ragged this simple act meant the world to me!!

I had a heavenly experience here. I went for a massage in December. It was only my second massage ever so I had no idea what to expect. I was absolutely blown away by Escape. It was so luxurious!! The spa part is downstairs. When you arrive you get a little tour of the space. Then you get a locker and change into a robe and slides. After you change you wait in the relaxation area which was just amazing. It's dark and it smells good and you get fruit water or tea. My massage itself was the most relaxing experience I've ever had in my life. I did not want it to end!! It was so so so lovely. After it was over I had some fruit water in the relaxation area and watched a beautiful visual of the ocean. I loved it here so much and I hope to be able to come back!

I am so beyond pissed off and just sad, and disappointed. I'm sitting waiting for my massage now and it will be difficult to relax and enjoy it because I'm so disappointed. When I checked in they told me they don't have me down for the soak that I booked following my massage. I could only do an hour massage due to having the soak afterwards..a little background: I lived in Nashville for 5 years and then was dragged to Ohio. I always wanted to come have a spa day. So I finally just booked it. I REALLY wanted the soak and waited until my back to back pregnancies and breastfeeding were over. I have 3 children (very young- under 5). I drove here from Ohio. The incompetence is just debilitating and I want to cry. I'm just beyond sad. I truly believe this massage should be comped because now I'll just be moping through the short hour massage, knowing the soak (the REASON I could finally come) is not to be enjoyed. -A very tired mother of 3 who also works full time and volunteers on weekends :( I'm just so over stuff, like can't someone just make a reservation correctly?

One of the best massages I've ever had - I can't recommend this spot enough! I'm a tough critic because I've been in two car accidents and formerly worked for my chiropractor. I know spine health well and I know the level of my injuries. 2020 has been quite the year and my regular chiropractic/massage regimen was put on the back burner for quarantine. I woke up one morning with incredibly bad nerve pain - the kind of pain that makes you dizzy and nauseous as you sweat through your shirt in pain. Unfortunately, with strict 2020 precautions and limited care, my chiropractor was closed and my usual massage spot was booked. I called Escape on a whim and they worked me into the schedule. Y'all - it was an unbelievable experience and they have won my business. Callie, the masseuse/massage therapist was absolutely phenomenal. It was the best "escape" I could ever imagine. Her room was serene, cozy, and comfortable. Her music was on point and her massage technique was phenomenal. She was extremely professional and handled my very painful back, shoulders, and neck with ease. I am forever grateful for the way she helped me last week. She alleviated my pain, relaxed me, and released a lot of tension and knots. I went to my chiropractor the next day and he said it was the healthiest my back, shoulders, and neck had been since he started seeing me. He mentioned how she did a wonderful job and he couldn't feel my usual knots or tension. 2020/Cleanliness Precautions: phenomenal. Clean and easy contactless check-in process. I work in risk management and it surpassed my expectations. Their front desk crew was outstanding as well. I was so impressed with the way they worked me onto the schedule and accommodated me last minute. I look forward to returning for my next massage!

This is the third time I took my daughter for a spa day, spending over $1,500 each time. When checking out, I wasn't even thanked for coming. My Swedish massage was like a light rub (the therapist refused to use any more pressure). My next spa day will be at Woodhouse Day Spa. Beautiful spa and amenities- BUT both times we've been here they never had our soak ready on time which consequently made us cancel our dinner reservations (which are difficult to get ). The gentleman we brought it up to showed little understanding and compassion to our timeline as the water wasn't even started until 15 minutes after it was supposed to start which it then takes another 15 to fill up the soak. Maybe the massages and other services are different, but I'd recommend if you go here to not have a timeline to stick to as it will most likely not be met. I hope this review will allow the staff to appropriately coordinate for others in the future because this would make the spa one of the top in Nashville if so.

I love indulging in massages from Escape - every massage therapist I've had has done a great job and I'm always super relaxed afterward. Their waiting areas are just as relaxing within the spa and it's the perfect spot to lose track of time. I also get my hair cut & colored at Escape - Rosa always goes a phenomenal job and my color is exactly what I want, not too brassy and an all-over coverage.

I have tried several spas in Nashville and this one has risen to the top as it's downright transformative. I took the elevator down one flight, chose a locker, put on the robe and slides, and then I could have gone to the steam room or shower, but I like to grab an herbal tea and disappear in the escape room, sitting on a chaise facing a large screen with nature scenes, like blades of grass blowing in the wind or the ocean, gently rolling. It's genius. I have had two massages from Chan (sp?) and he does great deep tissue and went right to my knots which to me is why you get a massage. Just booked another appt for a half day with lunch which I am excited about. ps: The lockers were at first confusing mainly bc they are in a lowlight area but if I can figure it out anyone can. recommendation to the office: have staff sometimes tour the escape room to make sure no one is on their phone or talking. coach the front desk people to be more forward facing/customer-centric, even if just to say, "how was your massage, would you like to book another appt?"

The ladies at the front desk are angels! I was in town for work and forgot to pack my image vital c cleanser. Found Escape on the image skincare website, called ahead but they were temporarily out of stock. They dug in the back and found a couple samples to get me through my trip! We came here for a couple's massage for my boyfriend's birthday. The upstairs is a salon and the downstairs is a spa. After getting the tour we met in the steam room to relax before our massages. The couples massage room is a big room with two tables and a tub. My only issue with the room was the constant sound of loud water. It sounded like a tub was constantly filling. I know they do this to drown out noise but it was almost hard to relax because of it. The massage were amazing. My boyfriend described it as euphoric. After the 60 minute massage we got 30 minutes to soak in the tub. It was a small tub filled with hot water and bubbles. It was so relaxing and romantic.

Well they do expire and I'm very disappointed. Would have made sure to use them in time if I had not been given incorrect information.

So this is the review that I have hesitated writing for quite some time. Escape is a staple in the spa world in Nashville. I've never gotten my hair done there so I am only referring to the spa on the lower level. I always have a great massage no matter who I get. Here's the issue... The spa continues to get darker and darker (dim lighting) year after year because they don't want you to see what terrible shape the facility is in. Same carpet in the rooms since the day they opened, walls are disgusting, and so on and so on... The steam room doesn't work half the time. The owners notoriously refuse to do any upgrades because of its name. There are other spas that are now available in Nashville and unfortunately I am going to venture out and try some of those. I truly hate leaving a negative review, especially about this place that I have enjoyed for so many years, but it's just time. You've got to spend money to make money, folks.

My boyfriend and I came here for our one year and it was a disaster. The welcome staff was on their phones and extremely rude. My massage therapist talked the entire time through the massage and my boyfriends therapist didn't even massage him! She basically just rubbed oil on him. Then we did a soak and it was lukewarm water. We got out after 10 minutes because we were so cold. Then, we went to pay and the people were so mean and rolling their eyes. This place is unprofessional and overpriced. I want my money back.

I do not recommend. Not worth what you're paying, I got locked out of my locker and wandered around looking for help and I ended up having to come upstairs to the hair salon in my robe. Once I got downstairs again, I finally flagged down a staff member who was very kind, but the other cleaning staff bumped into me twice in the locker room. Not very clean and I've had better massages elsewhere. I was visibly upset and told front staff and she very rudely snapped at me and blamed it on being late. Please have staff downstairs.

Escape Spa is my favorite spa ever! It truly feels as if you are transported to a different place. You must walk through the salon to get to the spa, but once you get out of the elevator, it is completely different! The relaxation rooms are wonderful. You can lounge in a variety of rooms which are all calming and the perfect place to relax. Sip on some infused water, and enjoy the delicious flattened cookies that I can never eat just one of. They offer a variety of services, and I have enjoyed the massages and recommend the $50 thirty minute neck and shoulder massage. It is spectacular! The locker room shares a steam room with the men's locker room, just be aware that you might be sharing with another gender. Also, don't pass up the opportunity to use the locker room shower. I love the full body jets and it's the perfect ending after a visit to Escape!

This was my first time here and I cannot begin to describe my experience here was, it was absolutely amazing. Finding the entrance was a bit difficult at first but once I walked in I was immediately greeted at the front desk! My massage therapist was Christy and she was absolutely amazing. Everything was done perfectly, from her start to the ending! And she knew exactly what she was doing. I can't begin to compliment her enough and I will definitely be coming back and refer other people to her!

So overall, my experience at this Spa was so lovely! I've never had such treatment before/after with complimentary water & teas & the relaxation rooms. The facility is beautiful and all together creates a relaxing experience!!! I did feel like my 60 min massage did not really meet my expectations with the cost. Because it was a hot stone massage, she was constantly needing to pause to grab stuff, which left little time to get a fully therapeutic massage. Maybe that was just because of the time it truly takes to transition with the stones, but if so, I wouldn't recommend that then. It just felt like she was able to massage less because of the time it took doing that (like cutting corners to do less work). But all in all, my time spent there was very relaxing and it a real treat while in Nashville.

I get a massage from different places at least once a month and I recommend everywhere but here. The costumer service was terrible and so was the massage. They were in a rush to show me around the amenities - just walked me to the locker room and pointed to the door. Then the massage was not good. I was literally so bored during the 90 minute deep tissue massage. The guy had ZERO experience/technique. He'd do something completely different on the right side of my body than on the left and none of it felt good. Nobody met me outside the room when it was over to give me a water or anything, and the people at the front desk didn't even ask me how it was. Lolllll don't go

Booked a 1/2 day spa package. Listed price was $285, but when I was checked out, the total was $315. No explanation there was any up charge with any service when I called earlier in the week to make the appointment. The massage was nice, facial was the highlight. The blowout was a joke and I got dried hair with flipped out ends, which is what I said I didn't want. Disappointed in the day and not at all worth the money, especially since I was charged more than the list price without being told up front.

I start this with, be prepared for a lengthy review as I want to give the facts, not just opinions. We stayed at the Hermitage Hotel (5 star), unfortunately their spa is closed due to COVID so they have a partnership with the Escape Spa. I was quoted $225 for 90 mins ($150 for massage, $75 for Travel and 20% gratuity). Mind you, if you go on Escape's website, a Deep Tissue (what I received) is $155 for 90 mins. What I come to find out is that Escape steals from clients and has absolutely no remorse nor respect for us as individuals. Escape automatically charged $360 for the massage ($225 for 90 minute massage, $75 for Travel and 20% gratuity), with no communication. What is comical is that I agreed to pay for travel time of $75 (already overpriced) but they charged $75 MORE than their website for the exact same massage. And when I asked why I was told "that is just how we do business". An answer one gives when they know they are in the wrong, to repeat (paraphrasing) "we steal money from our customers". There is ZERO business rationale for charging a travel fee PLUS an additional obscene upcharge - that is the WHOLE point of a travel fee. I work hard for my money and will not allow others to be taken advantage of by a spa whose moral character is to take hard earned money from people (in a global pandemic none-the-less). Also important to note that I was also demoralized and told they did not trust me and it was "the Hermitage's fault, you need to work with them". Comical and a clear indication that they operate as a "one time client" vs "building a relationship". I do a ton of business in Nashville and will make sure to let my friends and co-workers know that Escape gouges their customers and does not explain nor have good reasoning for their actions. As a fair consumer, I highly recommend Woodhouse Spa which is a 5 minute drive from the hotel and treats you how you should be treated by a third party.

***WON'T HONOR PRICING THAT WAS CLEARLY STATED IN MENU*** So yesterday I tried to book an appointment for my mom and I. They were very nice and polite, but were not accommodating. Clearly marked on their website (and also the desk girl said in their pamphlet) that they offer a "purifying back facial" in the "Mens" section and also in the "extras" section. So we both agreed it was offered in 2 DIFFERENT sections in their menu option. We asked if the mens' version was specifically for men or if we could have it done, and they said anyone could. We then asked if we could book 2 mens purifying back facials for the $50 each. They said we couldn't because it was an "extra" and that we would have to pay $80 each for their "other" back facial. I said we aren't booking anything from the "extra" section on the menu, that we were looking in what was clearly marked the "men's" section. They claimed it was a "typo" and that it should have stated in the men's section that it was also an "extra". BUT IT DIDN'T!! SHOULDN'T THEY HONOR THE PRICE CLEARLY STATED ONLINE AND IN A PAMPHLET??? IF it was a "typo" then the mistake would have been made once, not in both the website and in their printed material. They now lost our business and over $100 in profit.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Terribly overpriced massages, staffed by unskilled and rude employees. Be prepared to overpay for the ambiance since the service is low quality. I feel robbed of my time and money and would certainly never return or recommend to anyone else. Save yourself the additional stress and get your relaxation fix elsewhere.

This one is a hard NO for me! Like others have said its kinda sad that they have become so bad because the therapists are quite likable. I showed up for my massage today at which time they let me know that they had double booked me and that I wouldn't be able to get my massage. I think the worst part is that the kids behind the counter didn't seem to care much about the fact that they had ruined my afternoon. I decided to go have a steam since I was already there, upon sitting down I felt something gewy on my hand and released someone had stuck their chewd gum on the tile..... gross.. needless to say I will not be going back. The reality is that there are plenty great Spas in Nashville and this is one of them!

I booked a massage and facial treatment for my wifes birthday. While booking I asked for a lunch recommendation that we could have before her booking. The person kindly offered that we could have a catered lunch in the private dining area. Sounded like a great idea... It was laughable. The private dining area is a dark room with a long conference table. Catered lunch is them going across the hall to the bistro and bringing it over. We were told we could only have water (no tea or soda). The spa employee tried to light the candle but the lighter didnt work. So she just never returned. So I walked across the hall to go purchase something to drink and carried it back. I mentioned our disappointment, and frankly I asked for a reduction in the lunch cost ( not the spa treatments which were excellent) We were definitely up-charged for the "catering". But I was completely disregarded. No effort from the employee to understand. If they had apologized and taken even $10 off I would have felt taken care of. It wasnt about the money. It was supposed to be a nice birthday lunch and it was well oversold for what it was. But the total lack of empathy from the attendant was disappointing. And my request was completely reasonable. Yes, they are not a restaurant. Thats not what Im giving two stars about. We should have been told to have lunch at the bistro where we would have paid less and got more, then come to the spa. Instead they upsold us a bad service. It was THEIR idea for us to have lunch there. The promise was that it would be better. It certainly was not.

Awesome therapists, terrible management. It's sad to give a one star rating to a spa where the therapists are so wonderful, but the management is terrible which ruins the experience. I received a $480 gift card in October but couldn't make it in to use it until February. I had previously called to make a facial appointment, which I then had to cancel because one of my children woke up sick that morning. When I checked out today, I was told I had $380 remaining on my gift card. I showed the desk clerk that the value was actually $480. She checked with her manager (who couldn't be bothered to come speak to me herself) and told me that my card had been reduced by $100 for my "no-show" at my facial. I explained that I had indeed called. The clerk explained that because the employee who was working that day was no longer with Escape, they had no way to check "my story" with her and there was nothing they could do. I am appalled that they would not believe me - it's not my fault that a past employee failed to note my cancellation call, and I can't believe they docked me $100 for their mistake. I am a frequent client of spas, and Escape has come recommended, but I guarantee that I won't be back and I will share my appalling experience. This is a classic example of how poor customer service can lose a business a customer forever.

This place used to be my favorite place to get pampered. COVID aside, I have to say I received the worst prenatal massage of my pregnancy (and the most expensive) and I've had about 10 during COVID. Also- if you appointment is at 11:30 don't get there at 11:30 and go down the elevator and get undressed etc. because they will stop right at 12:30! I have never experienced this with any massage place before -COVID or not!

Front desk "manager"named Jessica is the most unprofessional person I've ever had to cross paths with. She is extremely rude and I hope that she no longer works there. The services at Escape are overpriced and not worth the trip. STAY AWAY
