Escape Hunt Oxford Street

We had an amazing time doing the Blackbeard’s Treasure escape room! Went with a group of friends and it was so much fun – really engaging and interactive from start to finish. When we arrived, there was a quick security check – they checked bags and asked you to leave any drinks or bottles with security. The venue downstairs is spacious and lively, with a bar and plenty of games like pool and darts, plus music playing (a bit loud, but adds to the atmosphere). We didn’t use the paid cloakroom and just brought our bags into the room, which was fine as we were able to leave them in a corner. Our host was great – friendly and enthusiastic – and guided us to the room.The puzzles were clever and well thought out. The only minor downside was that it was sometimes hard to hear the host clearly; a slightly slower pace would have helped. Overall, though, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely come back to try another room! Highly recommend!

We had such a great time - family of four (with an 11 and 9 year old) and we did the Journey to Atlantis (apparently one of the hardest!) and loved it. A torch would be handy as the room was a tad dark and some of the things that needed to be read were tricky (they were egraved adn the engravings were a bit worn) but both kids loved the experience and the team puzzle solving was fantastic - completely recommend!

Did the Dr Who room with the family which was really good fun and very cleverly put together. Quality of the room and props was excellent. Hosts were friendly enough, would have been 5 stars had our booking started on time. You are advised to come 30 mins early which we did but we didn’t start till 15 mins past our booked slot = 45 min wait for a 2 min briefing.

We had a great time doing Alice in Puzzleland! We arrived slightly early and they were so lovely and managed to get us in really quickly. Aurora was our host and she was so nice and encouraging. Really fun take on a different kind of escape room.

Our host, Alisha, was absolutely amazing – very friendly and warm. It was our first time there, and she explained all of the rules really well. The escape room itself is enjoyable, but I wouldn’t rate it as a top one because the door isn’t locked, which makes it feel less immersive. The clues are also quite vague and unstructured – or maybe I’m just a bit slow, hence lots of prompts are needed!

We had an amazing time at Escape Hunt.. We took on Alice in puzzleland. A good mix of riddles/clues/quests. The staff were extremely friendly and made the day so enjoyable. Shout out to Caleb and Matt for making our day special, thank you. We shall be back!

Really enjoyed this Escape Room Alice in Puzzleland with my granddaughter. It was challenging but amazing fun and our host Liam really made it for us. That Cheshire Cat was so so helpful. Thanks

It was for my friend birthday. It was great price, great location and was so fun to do. We did Blackbeard's treasure and it was such a fun experience. Plenty of laughter and doubt but we managed to do the activity with the hour (just). The staff was great especially Aurora and Ali who both helped us a lot by the end with clues to help us solve it. Would definitely recommend and will go back in the future to do the other escape rooms.
