Where to Eat and Drink at Oakland International Airport [OAK] | Eater SF

"I consider this fee-based lounge worth the $40 entry when I need to kill time: it offers unlimited drinks and food overseen by chef Chris Pastena (Lungomare, Calavera, Chop Bar), plus Wi-Fi, newspapers, and magazines, making it an easy place to while away extra time near Gate 8." - Eater Staff

This lounge has comfortable seats and plenty of outlets. The layout is a little tight; I feel like I was moving out of people's way constantly while walking around, but finding seats didn't seem to be an issue. They had a good variety of foods at lunch time. They had some interesting options, both hot and cold, and some lighter than others. There was enough to fill you up if you wanted a full meal. I was happy with everything I ate; nothing was boring or flavorless.. all was quite tasty. I can't speak on the bar/drinks, but the bar looked pretty full. The bathroom (men's) wasn't the cleanest and was no different than a bathroom in the terminal. It only had one stall, too. Overall, I'll take this for a quick recharge spot during a layover, and I'd come again if I didn't have much time to stay.

Google
Great bartenderess . Knows all the drinks and loves to serve . Highly recommend to spend your time between flights trying he drink mixing accumen. 10 out of 5. :-) . Haregewoin is a fantastic asset.

Google
Food was decent, room was chilly, (bring long sleeve for comfort). Otherwise, quiet and pleasant. The restrooms were outside down a corridor...very pleasant harp and piano music playing...better music than inside the Lounge

Mikralem — Best Bartender: Consistently balanced drinks, thoughtful garnishes, warm, engaging service. Great for tailored recommendations and drink explanations. Value:Solid lounge option for layovers, especially if you value a skilled bartender.

Google
All the lounges at MSP are located in Terminal 1, which can be a bit of a hassle to reach depending on where you’re coming from. The train system at the airport is a little confusing — there’s a strange in-between metal platform that claims it’s Terminal 1, but it’s not the actual terminal where you check in. Just stay in that small hallway and wait for the next train, which will take you to the real Terminal 1. Once there, check in and, if you’re using PreCheck, you’ll basically walk right into the airport and the Escape Lounge is directly in front of you — very convenient. We visited the lounge between 11 AM and 1 PM, and it wasn’t nearly as crowded as I expected for that time of day. The food selection was surprisingly good. I put together a nice little charcuterie plate with meats, cheeses, and crackers. My boyfriend really enjoyed the Italian sandwiches. We also tried the broccoli cheddar soup, which was a miss, and the Brussels sprouts — not bad once you added some seasoning. One of the coffee machines was acting up and producing a strange foam, but luckily the other one worked fine. The coffee itself was standard lounge quality. For dessert, they had cookies and doughnuts — the doughnuts were on the denser side, but still decent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to clean and restock items. One thing to note: it seems like a lot of credit cards now grant access to Priority Pass lounges, so I wouldn’t be surprised if these lounges get more crowded over time. But overall, this was a pleasant and convenient spot to relax before our flight.

Google
So, maybe I just hit this one on a bad day. But, I gave it the benefit of the doubt and rounded up since I can't do a 2.5 rating. Maybe it was crowded and they ran out of food. But, wow, this one was a wild experience. Line out the door to get in, very few open seats, and the most random food selection I have seen at a lounge and I have seen some doozys. The hot selections were pork breakfast sausage (after 12pm), Mac and Cheese (an airport lounge go to apparently), and a chicken and rice dish. They had some standard lounge sandwiches and then hummus with pretzels and, wait for it . . ., a mixture of potato chips and tortilla chips. I had to get a selection of these offerings for a photo. Now, I am sure they probably ran out of tortilla chips and then refilled with potato or somone accidentally put potato in the tortilla canister, but who knows. They only had cookies left for dessert, but there were empty spots for doughnuts and cinnamon rolls. I guess the main reason I rounded up to 3 and not down to 2 was they had cans of Diet Coke so that was about the nicest amenity in my opinion Can't review the bar cause I am not a drinker. I think I will pass on this one in the future. May give it another shot if it is empty so I can compare since it doesn't have the lowest lounge rating I have seen overall.

Google
I've been here 3 times in the past few months and it's been good. This isn't a top tier lounge, but it's better than many out there. Their menu seems to rotate and it's often interesting. The staff is typically very helpful, especially when I visited with children, they went out of their way to accommodate us. The biggest downside is typically other passengers, unfortunately (though certainly not all of them)

Greg E.

Google
The food is pretty mid, if not downright bad. But it's quiet, and some of the servers are really great. The $45 fee to rebook 24+ hours ahead is definitely worth it if you like to have a few cocktails before taking off (not recommended for Southwest pilots, though). Tipping well definitely helps the level of service; it actually amazes me that people don't tip for the complimentary booze (and it's good stuff, not typical bar rail crap). Four stars instead of five is based on the food, but let's be honest- it's a buffet at the airport. Delta and American lounges don't have real good food, either.
google avatar

Marilyn V.

Yelp
A bit crowded with tables and sofas very close to each other. A few items on the menu are worth the visit - chicken and mushroom in rosemary sauce, wild rice pilaf, fall harvest salad and broccoli cheese soup. Sandwiches were piled on top of each other so that some of them are open. Would be nice to serve them on a board. Overall decent

Yelp
A great way to escape the hectic, stressful environment at the airport. However, to make it fair, I need to compare this lounge to others that I've been. With that being said, in contrast to SFO, this lounge was lacking both the cuisine, the space, and the interior aesthetic. Although some dishes are good i.e. rice and mac n cheese. Drinks were also nice to have, noticing that the bartender are always nice and pleasant. Perhaps if there are revamps/renovation, with more food variety to offer, then it could be more worthwhile.

Yelp
Decent lounge option at MSP. I went there twice- on the way out and return, as my layover was there. It was easy to find. It was in the mezzanine level so you can take the stairwell or the elevator if you have luggage. The best thing about this place (or the airport as a whole) is it's not crowded. There was no wait to get into the lounge both times. I had such a heavy backpack with me so it was nice to sit down and take a break from it. The food selection for both breakfast and lunch was good. Hot food and cold food including fruits and salad. They also had desserts. I was able to relax after a long haul flight. I'll definitely return!

Yelp
The variety of items on the buffet line is pretty good! If you have a group of four, they save tables for bigger groups with reserved signs. It's a huge help! They are trying to keep the flow of traffic better so that the wait isn't long. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks while we waited on a flight that was delayed for three hours. The bathrooms are clean and the lounge has so many windows it feels very open and not too cramped. If you have time and have a priority pass, swing by it's worth it!

Yelp
This is not an airline specific lounge but I was told that it was once a Centurion lounge. You can bring at least one guest. It is a great place to "lounge" while waiting for your flight. It offers your regular caffeinated drinks like coffee and tea. There is a bar but since I am not a drinker I can't really comment, there is a few people ordering their adult libations. The food selection has a variety from protein to vegetarian flair. The wait staff is efficient as they clean the table efficiently after each guest so that the next group can take a seat.
google avatar

Yelp
Mediocre lounge experience. Poorly-maintained space, cramped seating, poor food selection, okay drinks. Better than waiting by the departure gates, but still mediocre...
google avatar

Adam S.

Yelp
Solid overall, a bit forgettable as far as lounges go but nice to have. I was just coming from KC where the airport is new and the lounge is even newer. It was a five star experience, so naturally the next one won't hit quite the same. When I was here midday, it was busy but not crowded, and I was able to find a nice enough seat and.... lounge for a bit, getting some work done. The food wasn't really all that appealing, so I got a black coffee that was fine. The confusing part to me is most of these have a restroom but the one here was through some doors. Are you out of the lounge if you use it? That's the great mystery. I was done either way so I headed to my gate. I enjoy the quieter reprieve and WiFi, but honestly this wasn't that different than just getting a decent seat by my gate.

Yelp
About a 2-2.5: We stopped by the Escape Lounge at MSP, and this was when they were transitioning from breakfast to lunch. Checking in was a breeze, and no reservations were required - note, however, that if you are not a member of the network, there is a different in cost between those who made advanced reservations compared to those who are walk-ins. The food was limited, and although they did refill often, they were just not piping hot and almost on the cold end - the bean dip was super cold, and the chicken marsala and the mac and cheese were just not heated at all. I stuck to the cheeses and the brussels sprouts. The bartenders are friendly, and there were plenty of La Colombe tea options and canned soda. Staff were friendly, but could do a better job in clearing plates from tables. The place has a good amount of seating, but does get filled up quickly and become busy at certain hours. +cold/lukewarm food +located at MSP

Yelp
This is a Priority Pass lounge, so you can expect a large crowd, and that is definitely what was here. Thankfully, my wife and I were able to get right in without a wait. The space is laid out in a wide rectangle, with the window seats completely filled. They look right out on the terminal and runway with a great view. Since it was pretty packed, we grabbed a few seats in the center of the area. A bit wonky as they are spaced out to maximize amount of seating, but not conducive for people with more than 1 in their party. There were a few warm food options, which were tasty. Several salad and cold snacks available. Appreciate the sodas and there was a full bar too. Restroom is basic, so don't expect a shower. Staff is constantly picking up dishes and cups, so that helps to open up seating and keeps the place clean. My only annoyance was with other people in the lounge talking so loudly on their phones with the speaker on. There is no auditory privacy in the space so everyone can hear what everyone else is doing and saying, especially if you have the volume turned up on your phone speaker. Overall, I appreciated having a spot to grab some food and relax before my flight.

Yelp
Honestly I feel like this is one of the better lounges in terms of food that I've had in the US. I came the Monday of President's Day weekend and I was genuinely very surprised that the place was packed. It was interesting because the lounge size of this was around the same as the lounge size of PGH next door but there was a lot more people here. I'm so glad I'm an Amex cardholder because we would've had to wait 20+ minutes otherwise. The food here was honestly quite good. I appreciate that they had a list of options available so you knew what you were getting. Shoutout to the sundried tomatoes chicken rice as well as the parmesan broccoli. Although both was a bit salty, I feel like eating those definitely felt like a full dinner to me which was great. They also always were refilling the food once it was running low which I appreciated. I will say the one part that was a bit weird was the fact that you needed to physically leave the lounge to get to the bathrooms as it was this back hallway situation. Otherwise, I think this is a great lounge and especially if you haven't eaten yet, you can definitely count this place towards one of your meals. I also really appreciate that the keep the lounge clean, always coming around to grab plates and bowls.

Yelp
Ok food. Strong drinks. There were four hot food options; the best was the meatballs in red sauce. There was a small salad bar; the chickpea salad was decent. There was a dessert bar with kind of crunchy cookies and small donuts. It was almost out when we got there but they refilled it. The drinks at the bar are strong, even stronger if you tip. Someone comes around occasionally, maybe a few times an hour, to bus the tables. They officially had no seating at about 6pm on a Sunday, but we scooted 3 seats together. At that point there was also a line to get in, and I think soon afterwards they stopped letting people in for a bit. It got emptier and emptier through the evening; by 7pm there was much more space.

Yelp
I've recently been disappointed with my visits. The lounge is much busier than it used to be, largely due to allowing Priority Pass holders to enter instead of just American Express card holders. The front desk has also started to just continue letting in guests even after all of the seats are taken in the lounge. The amount of people they let in makes it difficult to get work done or take a call. There was a contractor visiting and taking measurements, but it seems to have just been for a mural, rather than making more space. A lot of the seats are showing significant signs of age, wear, and disrepair, which makes the space less inviting. The bar service has become very poor. Bartenders are slow, both to take your order and to serve you, and they will cut you off after 2 drinks, even if over 2 hours. This is the only lounge I've ever been in where that's been the case. The food has been okay and ample, and the espresso machine works most of the time. I would skip this lounge and stick to the Delta SkyClub's if I was you. They have much better service and much better space.

Yelp
This is a solid mid-range lounge. We came here because I have a Priority Pass membership, and weirdly enough is right by another lounge (this one is better, though!) I'd say this lounge is a bit more simple but was nice and clean during our visit. The seating is set up to add a bit more privacy, which I really appreciated. You can also get a nice view of the outside of the airport while you relax. We came around breakfast time and it was a pretty decent selection of food. There's also a fridge where you can grab soft drinks/water, along with a bar and coffee machine. I'll definitely be back at Escape Lounge the next time I'm at MSP!

Yelp
This was one of the more "meh" lounges I have visited in my travels. I arrived at the airport prior to a recent flight and wanted to relax a bit before heading to the gate. I had seen Escape listed as a lounge and decided to check it out. Located on the upper level of Terminal 1 near where concourses D, E, and F converge, it's a nice space with a view of the planes on the tarmac. Like many lounges, this one seems to be suffering from overcrowding. It was hard to find a place to sit once I was there, and I hesitated to leave it to grab some food. Speaking of food, most of it was bland-looking and lacked in flavor. Even the lemonade that I got tasted watered-down. While I appreciated having a place to wait that is a little less hectic than the rest of the airport, I'll add this lounge to my list of places not to visit next time.
google avatar

Yelp
Having a Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card gets you access to Priority Pass, which in turn gets you access to some airport lounges. This is a really nice perk that we've taken advantage of on some longer layovers, including at MSP. Nate and I weren't able to get into this Escape Lounge last time we flew through MSP, but they recently opened it up to Priority Pass holders so that was a nice surprise. They scanned my digital Priority Pass card and we were able to get in right away (sometimes they have a wait if they're at capacity). The front desk employee was super friendly and patient. The food offerings were interesting and varied - chicken and rice, mac and cheese, roasted broccoli, charcuterie, mini sandwiches, fruit, etc. I really liked the roasted broccoli and was happy to get some veggies in while traveling (not always the easiest)! They offer free drinks from the bar, but we just stuck with canned pop since it was Dry January. They were great about clearing our empty plates from our table quickly. There is no private bathroom for this lounge; you have to go outside into an exterior hallway and it wasn't the nicest but pretty clean. The layout of the lounge is a bit cramped but we were able to get a table for two and had access to an outlet to charge our phones. Overall it's a decent lounge, definitely not the best but also not the worst we've experienced. If you have a long layover and can get free access, I'd say give it a try.

Yelp
Good place to hang between flights . Breakfast buffet one step above hotel food. Full bar came in handy for coffee and baileys. Only complaint, one server was very rude... otherwise a great airport lounge .
google avatar

JiHae L.

Yelp
This is located in the international airport in St Paul, Minnesota. It's a moderately sized lounge with seating inside. You can get a great view of the planes on the runway taking off or coming back. I went around breakfast time so that's all I can go off of. They have a bartender and other staff that walk around to clean and etc. It's well kept and they refill the refreshments and food when it goes low. There's something for everyone such as fruit, hot food, dairy, and cold foods. I'm glad that they open so early and that the staff was very hospitable in the am.
google avatar

Anita S.

Yelp
We missed our connection and had 9 hours till our next flight. The lounge is convenient and has a great cocktail bar with several drink options. You can upgrade to more expensive liquor choices for a price. There's a good variety of food options too.
google avatar

Jennifer B.

Yelp
Easy to find and up the stairs or elevator on mezzanine level. Strange one door entrance/exit which gets jammed if there's a line of people coming in/out one door. Check in moves quickly. It's spacious with plenty of seating areas. Staff were sparse but friendly. Visited on a Sunday about 10am. Scanned the menu on the table tents to learn more. Saw "meatless vegan sausage" available by request which was exciting since there were only two vegan options: breakfast potatoes and oatmeal. Asked the front desk staffer who went in back to check. He came out to tell me I was correct in that they offer it but that it wasn't ready yet. So I sat down for another twenty minutes and thought I'd ask again how to get it. He went back to check again and came out with a new story that the chef wasn't there today. Huh? Disappointed they suggest you can order this. They're frozen and take all of five minutes to cook. Heading back there next week and hoping for a different experience.

Yelp
This lounge allows Priority Pass, which I have through my Chase Reserve Credit Card. Nice central location at the MSP with pretty late hours. Large amount of seating areas for all travelers including families. Nice food options and drink options with multiple coffee and drink areas. Good WiFi and lots of table space. Nice view of the runway and fancy entry doors. Very friendly staff. Regular food options of some dishes, snacks, chips, fruit, and dessert. Pretty clean as well.
google avatar

Yelp
Since becoming an Amex member, my airport experience has transformed! Of course, I always look forward to my vacations, but now, arriving two hours early has become something I actually enjoy. Knowing I have access to a clean, comfortable lounge with free food and drinks really elevates the whole travel process. Every time I've visited the Escape Lounge, it's been a consistently positive experience. The atmosphere is so relaxing and helps eliminate the usual stress of traveling--no need to worry about spending money on food or deciding where to eat. It's truly a great way to unwind before my flight. I love this place!
google avatar

Jorge D.

Yelp
Tables were dirty and furniture wasn't well kept. They did have a good breakfast selection though.
google avatar

Edwin R.

Yelp
I came here since I had 1.5 hour before boarding. Located at Terminal 1, MSP Mall. Above the entrance to Concourse E (mezzanine level). Nice place to sit back relax and watch the planes take off and landing. Lots of seating area. Dedicated complimentary full bar and self service espresso - coffee area on the other end. Hot food selections were limited with 3-4 at most. No Togo container. Dine in option only. One dessert - carrot cake and several cookie selections were available. All in all, not too bad. Cheers!
google avatar

Sarah A.

Yelp
The food used to be incredible when it was for Amex platinum members but since it expanded to priority pass members it declined a bit. You can still order great cocktails here and there's plenty of seating. It's just not quite as nice as other lounges in other countries b it that's common within the US. They have water, coffee, orange juice, cookies, and change out e food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
google avatar

James S.

Yelp
It's a lounge, so it's better than waiting at the gate but in the spectrum of lounges, this one is quite lame. For my visit, it was over-crowded, food options were minimal, and the restroom was on par with typical airport bathrooms.
google avatar

James R.

Yelp
One of the better Escape lounges in the US. Plenty of seating on a Saturday. The food is.....free so you can't complain about it.
google avatar

Carrie C.

Yelp
Get a bite to eat plus a cocktail, coffee, or soft drink while you relax and recharge. The first few times I went, all I've see. Is black sel-serve coffee. This past time I found a self-serve espresso /latte machine on the other side of the check-in desk!
google avatar

Matthew J.

Yelp
I waited in line for 10 minutes and had to eventually just decide not to go in as I couldn't wait any longer due to flight time.
google avatar

Eric B.

Yelp
Lounge access can be an important selling point when applying for a new credit card. As more financial firms offer this perk, these "Priority Pass" or similar lounges have become a little crowded at times. Yesterday's experience at this Escape Room lounge felt like I was at a crowded gate, but with free food and drink. The Lounge is located above the entrance to Concourse E and once we found seating, it was a relatively pleasant 1.5 hour wait prior to our Delta flight home. As I'm counting my drinks these days (2 per day), I opted for soft drinks and coffee in anticipation of some wine in flight and a beer when we finally got home. Gayle had a couple glasses of wine and once we jerry-rigged a plug arrangement, we go down to some screen time. As I wasn't very hungry anyway, I didn't really care that the food offerings were mostly uninspiring. And the people (staff and fellow customers) were nice, with a big bonus of no crying babies or screaming toddlers.
google avatar

Goku U.

Yelp
First off, there was a wait to get in where they put you on a wait-list and then you get a text when you can enter. That was fine, with the number of lounges available. The lounge was pretty full, I asked a host to wipe down a table. She was clearly overworked so her response was snappy explaining that she was the only one working the tables. I thanked her for helping me out and clearing the table. The food was stocked well considering how full the lounge was. There were a decent number of vegetarian dishes - Mac and cheese, cheese platters, dips and chips. Overall, if you have complimentary access to this lounge, it's not a bad pitstop. But I would not recommend paying to enter the lounge.
google avatar

Nick C.

Yelp
This is a very solid, reliable lounge in the Minneapolis airport accessible via Amex. Every time I have visited there have always been seats, and the food/beverage/snacks were always stocked well. The food options are more on the light bite/snacking side, especially since the plates they give are very small, but you can still make a meal out of it if needed. The lounge has various seating options, including many for solo travelers like myself. Plus, it's been usually quiet so it's nice to be able to get some work done. Overall, it's a solid airport lounge!
google avatar

Lainy C.

Yelp
For a domestic lounge available through Priority Pass this is pretty good. Staff were friendly and there's plenty of seating. They open early so I was glad to have a lounge at 5 am that had a hot breakfast buffet. The fresh fruit salad was surprisingly good with ripe strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, and mint. I probably wouldn't pay extra for the lounge but it is definitely worth a visit if you have access. Only complaint the lounge went from silent to blasting elevator music around 5:30 am when people were trying to rest.
google avatar

Trina W.

Yelp
What happened here? A few years ago it was decent, but now, it's cringe. It looks good upon arrival but if you barely scratch the surface, it's straight up worn out and filthy. This is an embarrassment for AMEX. This club needs a deep cleaning, makeover and timely customer service.

Jacob R.

Yelp
Been sitting at the bar for 2 hours and have not been asked to get our drink one time, the lady is constantly getting other people's drink, but when other people walk up for a drink she doesn't ID them. When I get up from my bar seat and get in line I get asked for my ID and the one I'm getting a drink from. Am I and my cousin being profile for being Asian? This is the worse service I've ever received at any airport lounge. The Bartenders name is Tirst? I can see the name because she refuses to walk over to our side or give us a look. Again worse service and lounge I've ever been to A second bartender came and actually told us our drinks looked nice and offered to take our trash and if we were still okay. You're lucky that server saved you a star
google avatar

Greg W.

Yelp
The best thing about it is the free coffee and alcohol. The decor is pretty old, there was no coffee, and I don't think the staff actually does anything. We got here at 6am and the "southwest breakfast bowl" was like 2 day old eggs and cheddar that had been sitting out forever. The "French toast bites" were rock hard and barely chewable. The best thing was a hard boiled egg and even that was chalky and overcooked. Not worth the price unless you plan on getting tanked. I'd rather just hang out at a bar. Won't be back.
google avatar

Yelp
I travel frequently and take full advantage of my credit card perks, so I visit plenty of airport lounges across the globe. Was in MSP Airport and had about two hours to kill before I had to board my flight, so I decided to stop in the Centurion Lounge. This lounge was probably the worst of the Centurion Lounges that I have been to. The food looked as if it had sat for at least a few hours without being rotated out for fresh food. This lounge was also dated and VERY dirty. The one positive was the gentleman that was checking us in at the front desk. He was welcoming and super friendly. I'm hoping that this visit was a one-off, and isn't normally like this. I will be back in MSP Airport next month, so I'll update y'all! Happy Travels, my Yelpers!
google avatar

Courtney S.

Yelp
A few things about this lounge to set expectations: this is not a centurion lounge so don't expect those amenities. When the lounge is closing their food choices reduce significantly so that is what my photos shows. However; the food offered here is much better than that of the delta sky club. If you need a place to pop in to escape the airport chaos this is the place. Some people mentioning that it is a Library probably come during slow hours. I went about 40 minutes before closing and it felt fine to speak at a normal volume. It's a decent lounge. If you get access for free definitely recommend it. If you are going to be here for 3 hours it might be worth the $45. Safe travels!

Yelp
Location is convenient. Checkin was smooth. And I appreciate how they are open so early in the morning. I arrived at around 6 am. I was disappointed at the beverage selection. Seems like there is no hot water or tea. There was a vegan option for breakfast. But the taste was just okay. The coffee mugs were not well cleaned. I had to go through a few to find one that did not have food residues on it. The glasses were placed on a plastic sheet on the counter directly. And the rim was soaked in water... later, I found food residues on plates as well. I noticed the staff and they took the dirty plates away. The restroom is located outside of the lounge. Every time you go to the restroom, you have to take a loop and use the entrance to get in. Not convenient

Yelp
This was my second time visiting the lounge, having just been there on Monday morning. I needed to pass a several hours, so I decided to go in right when they opened. I spent about 2-3 hours there before walking around the airport. I chose a spot at the bar, but they couldn't serve beer until 5 AM, which was fine. They offered scrambled eggs and a decent selection of breakfast items. Surprisingly, it wasn't too crowded for a Monday morning, which I appreciated. The service was pretty good overall, but my only complaint was that they only had water in a large jug instead of bottled water. Also, they exclusively serve Coke products. (Note to Manager: It would be awesome to have a wider variety of soft drinks available.)

Yelp
On a 4 hour layover in Minneapolis back to Vegas, I found this aptly named escape lounge. A lot of quiet spaces to just relax and rest while waiting for a connecting flight. Food was so so. Good coffee selection. Though cups and glasses might be needing some thorough washing. Staff seemed friendly enough. Worth checking it out if on a long layover in Minneapolis.

Yelp
The good: Nicely located in the middle of most gates/terminals so its easier access. Much better than waiting at standard terminal, especially with all the people coughing, sneezing and slobbering over everything. Lounge is clean and comfortable The bad: Unfriendly personnel, lack of items available (just scraps), dry muffins, dry cookies, coffee machines not working properly.

Yelp
Pretty disappointing. If you're here on your Delta Reserve card you're better off just going to the delta lounge. The food choices are pretty limited. Seams to be an Asian mishmash tonight, but it's all very picked over. They did have generic front loops which seemed to be going over well. The cookie stations were simply empty. The bar was fine, but anything "premium" is going to be an extra charge. It's not really a very big lounge and even on a Sunday evening there's really not much for seating. Much of the seating is really pretty beat up. I wouldn't pay extras to use this lounge and it's definitely not a premium experience or perk. Next time I'll just head to the Delta lounge.

Yelp
I opted to try this lounge rather than head to the standard SkyClubs. Easy process checking in. Large space that extends on either side of the entrance and check-in desk. I had a bit of a time and needed to get some work done and headed to the left and quieter area with the printer. I wasn't able to print using the email instructions. Luckily there was a USB plug and I was able to connect. Bonus!!!! Breakfast was an array of hot and cold items. I had some fruit. Lunch service started an hour after I arrived. I opted for the squash soup, thai meatballs and bay shrimp on a simple vinagrette claw. I like the individual portions. Not many people were in the lounge which meant it was quiet and good for relaxing and working.

Yelp
Nice and clean and modern with tons of electrical charging 110v and USB stations. Decor is lovely and nice to look at. I stopped by for breakfast and there were nice choices including Vegan quinoa salad, apple raisin French toast, fruit salad, fruit and yogurt parfait, egg quiche w cilantro, oj, sodas, coffee, tea, and a bar w alcohol. You get a view of Delta and United planes and the lounge itself is comfortable w plenty of seating. The only down sides: The food choices are a bit limited and the bathroom is not connected so you have to go back inside at the main entrance w your card and boarding pass.

Yelp
Disappointing experience. Busy! Food was mediocre at best with many offerings with empty bowls. The power at my chair, and the one across from me did not work. Music was grating and loud. Fortunately, I had my noise cancelling headphones. Maybe worth it if you have the right credit cards and get in free, but not-at-all worth the $60 I had to pay to get in. I ended up drifting back down to the terminal for better food and quieter spots with power that worked. Will not be back and would not recommend.

Yelp
Great plane watching. Plenty of seating - especially given that other lounges at the airport were at capacity with waiting lines at 8am. Lots of convenient power outlets. Coffee was good. Food was meh. Bus your own dishes during your stay. Restrooms are outside the lounge in a dodgy looking corridor.

Yelp
Food is dried out. Bar tender didn't give me the drink I asked for after I repeated it to her. There is nothing substantial on the 'buffet'. Every time i come here, it's worse and worse. I can't believe I pay for this service......

Yelp
So it here and available. But yeah the bar tender is awfully not nice. The food options are ummmm limited and yeah overall it's blah for the value. Escape in sac so much better!

Yelp
We enjoy stopping here before our connecting flights back home or to other destinations. The food and beverage offerings are very good. The seats aren't the most comfortable and you have to leave the lounge and re-enter whenever you have to use the restroom.
