Nestled within a charming plaza, Esin Restaurant offers ample parking and inviting ambiance. As we stepped inside, we were warmly welcomed by the host and promptly escorted to our reserved table.
Consistency is the hallmark of Esin's culinary prowess, and today's dining experience reaffirmed that sentiment. Our selections included the following:
Cobb salad with prawns, 5/5 with flawlessly grilled crustaceans that elicited awe with their impeccable crispness and seasoning. Complemented by a harmonious medley of greens, tomatoes, eggs, and dressing, each bite was a symphony of flavors.
Likewise, the Caesar salad with chicken and anchovies 5/5 proved to be a resounding success, as tender, succulent chicken harmonized beautifully with the salad's crisp textures and impeccable dressing.
The Mushroom risotto 5/5 further elevated our culinary journey with its velvety texture and rich flavor profile, offering a comforting embrace with every spoonful.
However, the favorite is the Buttermilk fried chicken sandwich 6/5 --a true masterpiece of culinary craftsmanship. Encased in a perfectly crispy batter, the chicken itself was a revelation of flavor, boasting moistness and juiciness that surpassed all expectations. It was a sublime symphony of taste, leaving an indelible mark on our palates.
Concluding our meal with the lemon tart, I give this 4/5 due to its pronounced tartness. Nevertheless, its quality remained commendable.
An observation that marred an otherwise stellar experience may be a shortage of staff. Observing the strain on the servers, we couldn't help but feel sympathy as our empty plates lingered unattended, we also waited patiently to flag our server to fill our glasses with water to quench our thirst.
Despite this minor setback, Esin Restaurant's culinary prowess shines brightly, ensuring our continued patronage despite the occasional hiccup. I took 1 star off due to the service.
