"The Corinthia in Covent Garden is one of those places that generally lives up to all the hype. As soon as you enter the space you immediately understand why: the interiors are dark, it's covered in Italian marble, and the vibe is moody but polished. The ESPA is one of the city's largest with twenty-nine treatment rooms and even a stainless steel swimming pool. Along with a robust roster of treatments—signature facials and massages—there's also a selection of customized treatments that focus on detox, sleep, pregnancy, and weight loss. The best part? Their day spa offerings include access to everything from the gym and thermal floor to the sauna and steam rooms and relaxation areas."

ESPA is one of my favorite spa’s in london and they didn’t disappoint for my sister’s birthday spa day treat. They surprised her with a beautiful gift as well! The thermal room is heaven and the masseuses have healing hands to help ease of stress. We left feeling truly pampered and rejuvenated! Thank you to the team!

Started coming as an annual winter treat with a friend, now it’s my go to for a special occasion girls’ day. The facilities are beautiful, the fire and water contrast in the pool rooms is lovely. They’re almost doing themselves a disservice by not giving a video tour of the facilities on their website. It’s a very pretty place, even as it ages ever so slightly, it’s well maintained. The service is great. They had Dr. Barbara Sturm samples out a few months back and I mentioned that I loved having the sachets for travel and the receptionist returned a minute later with samples for me, just to brighten up our already great experience. Such thoughtful service, you can’t ask for anything better. Every time I see the sun cream sample in my cupboard, I think about how I should return to the Corinthia soon. The sleeping room after the treatment is so cozy and the amenities are perfect. Had a back, face and neck treatment with Arta this time and she was phenomenal, especially on massage. She gave great advice on products and I picked up a few as Christmas gifts thanks to her recommendation. Also enjoy lunch in the hotel courtyard after, the flowers and seasonal menu always make it a great end to a spa day and it’s usually available without a reservation so it’s perfect to avoid a rush to get ready after a treatment. Haven’t tried the spa cafe but it’s usually full so I’m sure it’s good too. It’s a splurge, but in my experience, the quality matches the cost if you make a half-day or day of it. It’s a real treat!

It is a really nice place indeed, the facilities are beautiful. I loved the facial. However, I found it too pricey for what it was. But it's London :)

The Espa is part of the Corinthia Hotel. The closest station for me was Embankment, 3 min walk. Me and fiancé, We had a fantastic time. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the treatments were very professional. Highly recommend it!

An oasis in the heart of central London. An incredibly relaxing day spent at ESPA while it was cold outside. We used the gym, the sauna, steam room and spas. And then relaxed in the sleep pods in front of a fire. The staff were brilliant and helped with anything we needed. Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the ESPA Life spa at the Corinthia Hotel in London, and it was indeed an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and felt completely at ease. The spa is stunning, with a serene and luxurious atmosphere that instantly melted away my stress. I even had the pleasure of meeting Saviana Danila, the spa manager, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. It's clear that her leadership and passion have created a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing exceptional service. If you're looking for a truly indulgent and refreshing spa experience in London, I highly recommend ESPA Life at the Corinthia. It's a true oasis of calm in the heart of the city.

Yelp
Matt had the magic touch for my sports massage. Very knowledgeable and great at communicating... even when my robe was a little too small! Highly recommend the spa and the massage with Matt. Just wish the head holders were more comfortable... my only complaint.

Yelp
Fantastic facilities and all the staff were super nice. Unfortunately the "deep tissue massage" was far from that. When asked to go more firm I was told that was not possible. I am a regular for these types of massages but this one unfortunately felt like a pat on the back. I am a big man so would generally expect this would be a given. I hate complaining like this but for the money spent it feels like a waste of time & money. Overall. Nice people but not a great experience for massage. Would recommend checking out other locations first.

Yelp
Best water treatments and dry sauna. The dry sauna was my favorite. It is an architectural success. Beautiful wood, glass walls and music played in the dry sauna. The water treatments were interesting-4 different types. It is a co-ed spa-so pack your bathing suit. Worth a visit. Services were ok-not great. I would return and ask for a more experienced massage therapist. We had lunch in the spa restaurant-it was so healthy, beautifully presented and tasty. The decor was super modern and cool.

Yelp
Very large, relaxing sleep pods, thermal floor with fireplaces in the saunas jacuzzi tubs and coed relaxation. Marble chairs for lounging. Sauna in ladies lounge is very very hot. Massage was okay. I had an Asian woman take me directly to the massage room where I had to disrobe in the massage room instead of directly to the ladies lounge to acquire a robe and slippers. I then had to ask her for a robe and walk to the ladies lounge with all of my clothing her undergarments in hand. Once she finished the massage she lingered in the room cleaning up towels and basins. It was a tad bit awkward. Of course anyone would want to wait till the massage therapist is out of the room before they get dressed.
