I had some of the most amazing food here. I will say right off the bat, if you want to sit at a table, a reservation ahead of time is a must.
It’s not a large restaurant, but the space is well organized and feels cozy. We got started with some bread and olives and beans.
As for food, we got the salmorejo which is creamier version of a gazpacho and perfect on a hot day. The jamon was also the best I’ve ever had - the meat was rich and nutty and I just wanted to eat the whole plate by myself.
Another highlight for me was the foie micuit which was also the richest and most savoury toast ever.
Also if you do come here, make sure to order their signature dish which is the squid cigar. It was one of the most interesting dishes ever with complex flavours that I can’t quite describe. It was a bit sweet, savoury, and had a hint of seafood flavour.
We also got some pork ribs and cheeks and they were also some of my favourite pork I’ve had in recent memory.
Overall, the service was top notch, food was world class, and I would love to visit again when I come back to Seville!
