"For those on a quest for a gastronomic experience rather than just a simple meal, this restaurant offering a combination of fine wine and fine dining is the perfect option. Occupying a glass-fronted annexe with views of the vineyards at the entrance to the prestigious Trapiche winery, Espacio Trapiche features an open-view kitchen visible from the entrance hall (part of the floor is covered with glass to enable guests to view the underground wine cellar below) as well as an attractive contemporary-style dining room. We were really looking forward to our lunch experience here but it did not deliver to our expectation given it’s a large and prestigious winery in the region, we anticipated better. The food was disappointing overall given its higher end price. The restaurant setting is pleasant, and has a formal feel. The waitress was lovely and attentive however we found the sommelier very snooty and not overly warm. However on the ultra premium menu choice we really enjoyed the wines, they were delicious. It turned out to be our least favourite wining and dining experience in Mendoza for reasons above, maybe it felt they were a bit too big for their boots?

What a delightful experience! I had the three course lunch with wine pairing. The food was phenomenal and the service was also fantastic. Both the server and sommelier were great. I wish I knew their names! They also speak great English if you are a foreigner. Thank you Especio Trapiche!

My third visit / degustation - and continues to blow my expectations away. Excellent restaurant, food is high quality (best steak we’ve had in Mendoza), generous pours of delicious wine. Great value for money. Looking forward to visiting again.

The place is very nice. The choose of wines is excellent. For this price you expect the best quality and service. The main dish (meat) was very good. The entrade, dessert were average. The service from guys was very poor , they were arrogant, except Patricia and sommelier lady which where very nice

Friendly service in a nice atmosphere with a view over the old building. The food in the 3 course meal was very good and they treated us to a few of their wines.
