For a business that has been around for what will be 17(?) years, I can see why that is.
Had a fabulous time at Esperia Grill with a cherished one a few days back for our first visit. Spent about over an hour and a half here and will happily go again when I'm in the area and craving some real Greek kouzina.
I got the Chicken Gyro on Pita Plate, with Butternut Squash Purée and Rice Pilaf as my sides. That came with a side Greek Salad to start also, and I was as happy as could be. Presentation was on point and the fare itself even more so! I was honestly surprised by the side salad. It was pretty refreshing and a great starter for what was to come. I really enjoyed the dressing that came with it too. As for the entrée! Awesome portion sizes, and freshly filling! Everything looked incredible! That famous combination of sweet (squash) and savory (gyro on pita and rice) was so good to me! I almost could not eat the entire thing, but I made sure to take my time.
My buddy had ordered a side of fries which were goldenly crispy and delicious, and he enjoyed what he received for his entrée! We were both more than satisfied with our meal and our time together here.
The working host gave the two of us more than enough time to figure out what we wanted to eat and I felt zero rush in having to order. We also got to pick out where we wanted to sit. (It was only the two of us in the restaurant at the time though, and I feel it should have been far busier for a Friday afternoon going into the evening hour.) Everyone was friendly and accommodating, willing to answer any questions we had by the look and feel of it. The staff members produced a welcoming atmosphere which was also aided by the decor and how certain areas were set up.
If you want a glass of water, there's a nice looking little water dispenser station where you can pick a glass and have at it. The cutlery is also stationed there as well which is cool, especially in case you drop yours and need to get another one ASAP. As a con, some folks may not enjoy having to go get their own cutlery, and also if many others are putting their hands in there, it may not always be clean--alas, we were the only two in the restaurant, so I had zero to worry about!
The establishment was neat and polished. Great lighting comes through the windows during the daytime. It was both small and spacious, if that makes sense. Zero I would change at this time, including pricing.
I highly recommend Esperia Grill! Thank you~
