Essex Landing Saugus

Alexa and Christy are great property managers. Christy has taken some of my astray packages and placed them in Amazon locker. The main lobby is always clean. They’re great people to talk to. 10/10.

Essex Landing was recommended to us by a friend and we were extremely grateful as it met our needs perfectly. The property manager, Alexa, was amazing, she responded so quickly whenever we had a question. The apartment was very spacious for a 1 bedroom and the big windows made it feel very bright and open. The complex and apartments are very well maintained and clean. There is plenty of parking and we never had a problem finding a parking space, which can be an issue in other complexes. We found this to be a very safe, quiet and friendly place and we highly recommend it. We would definitely stay here again.

I have been living here with my girlfriend for about a month and we have to say that we loved it! The apartment is very nice, spacious, and everything works pretty well! Its location is a plus! Close to many supermarkets, shopping centers, malls and restaurants! Parking so far is not a problem, there are always options available for your car. Finally, I have to thank Alexa who was great with us! She made the entire process of moving here extremely easy, from applying to giving us the apartment keys! I won't lie to you if I tell you that I think it took 2 or 3 days! So fast and easy!

If you're not going to put available units online, then please answer your phones. Or invest in an auto text for missed calls that asks someone if they're looking for leasing info. Bam, that simple :)

I can't say enough positive things about this complex & management company! I have lived in every luxury apartment complex from the north shore to Boston & I must say that Essex Landing is by far the best. They are extremely organized, very clean & unbelievably professional. My neighbors are all amazing, the atmosphere is awesome, I love my apartment & I can't wait to see the new buildings. I can't wait to live here for many years to come. Shout out to Bruno for always responding promptly when you need him for anything ! & Alexa for being the best property manager I've ever had.

Great experience living here since day 1. The apartments are beautiful, modern, spacious, the community has a fantastic location and it's quiet. The Property Manager Alexa is friendly, responsive and made the move-in process seamless. The Service Manager Toffer is quick to take care of work orders and overall does a terrific job taking good care of the community. If you are looking for a place to call home, you can't go wrong with Essex Landing Saugus.

This is so far the best place I have lived. The apartments are new and maintained really well. Can’t tell enough positive things about maintenance and management. The best I have seen so far! Essex Landing has been my home for the last five months and I couldn’t be happier to share with you how much I appreciate living here. Alexa has such an efficient and quick response to any sort of issue that might have come. I particularly had an experience with an unusual noise on my fridge and I was absolutely amazed by how prompt they were to fix it. Also, Bruno is so much appreciated. He doesn’t only work around keeping the building sparkling but he’s always there if you need any help with a kindly smile on his face. Definitely a quiet, safe and friendly place to live!
