I chose a restaurant for my birthday dinner because of its open kitchen. I loved watching the chefs cook. The service was very attentive, the food was exquisite and attractive, and the taste was not just good, but very delicious. I had an unforgettable birthday night. Thanks to the esta team for singing birthday song for me. It was a little embarrassing, but I was very happy.

Excellent hole in the wall restaurant that offers Asian fusion with a modern twist. I had the 8 course tasting menu and was pleasantly surprised by the combinations of flavor. Peaceful ambience and great service with English speaking staff. Menu was very affordable, $70usd for the tasting. Enjoyed it over a few 2 star Michelin restaurants I've experienced. However, the meal was not perfect, the icon steak lacked marbling and was a bit tough. The pistachio stracciatella was a bit icy and overpowering at times but had a nice after taste. Overall, great restaurant with unique flavors. Would recommend.

Excellent Food and Service What a wonderful dining experience! The food was not only beautifully presented, but the flavors were also refined and unique. You can really see the chef's attention to detail in every dish, from the ingredients to the preparation. The restaurant's atmosphere is cozy and elegant, yet still very inviting. Best of all, the staff was professional, friendly, and enthusiastic, always ready to ensure we had a truly memorable evening. Everything came together to create a perfect experience.

very unique prix fixed menu and excellent service! always alway worth a try to go to a michelin guide restaurant when traveling abroad. every dish was very unique and had flavors and combinations i would never though would go together. i’ll admit that some dishes were not all to my liking but definitely worth a try! my favorite dishes had to be the tuna in coconut tartlet and the crispy duck. highly recommend making a reservation to try this restaurant out when in saigon!

Sat by the kitchen counter to experience the chefs at work and it was amazing. Food quality was really good and love that they have both Ala carte and set menu options. Service was fantastic. Will definitely come back again

We came here for an anniversary. We pick their tasting menu & wine pairing. The staffs are very friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, the food is overall delicious. Would totally come back again. P/s: their tasting menu changes every 3 months or so, plus special occasion.
