Excellent Food and Service What a wonderful dining experience! The food was not only beautifully presented, but the flavors were also refined and unique. You can really see the chef's attention to detail in every dish, from the ingredients to the preparation. The restaurant's atmosphere is cozy and elegant, yet still very inviting. Best of all, the staff was professional, friendly, and enthusiastic, always ready to ensure we had a truly memorable evening. Everything came together to create a perfect experience.

very unique prix fixed menu and excellent service! always alway worth a try to go to a michelin guide restaurant when traveling abroad. every dish was very unique and had flavors and combinations i would never though would go together. i’ll admit that some dishes were not all to my liking but definitely worth a try! my favorite dishes had to be the tuna in coconut tartlet and the crispy duck. highly recommend making a reservation to try this restaurant out when in saigon!

Excellent hole in the wall restaurant that offers Asian fusion with a modern twist. I had the 8 course tasting menu and was pleasantly surprised by the combinations of flavor. Peaceful ambience and great service with English speaking staff. Menu was very affordable, $70usd for the tasting. Enjoyed it over a few 2 star Michelin restaurants I've experienced. However, the meal was not perfect, the icon steak lacked marbling and was a bit tough. The pistachio stracciatella was a bit icy and overpowering at times but had a nice after taste. Overall, great restaurant with unique flavors. Would recommend.

Sat by the kitchen counter to experience the chefs at work and it was amazing. Food quality was really good and love that they have both Ala carte and set menu options. Service was fantastic. Will definitely come back again

We had a wonderful dinner at Esta Saigon. The beautifully plated dishes, from seafood to meat, were satisfying and left us full. The chestnut crepe and house-made ice cream were a perfect finish. The 4-glass wine pairing matched the food well and was worth trying. Staff were attentive and warm, making the evening flow smoothly. A cozy, elegant spot perfect for a date night in Saigon.

A clear 5-star restaurant with absolute gourmet cuisine. We went today to Esta Saigon and were at first sceptical whether the menu would not disappoint us (as it did in other expensive places in Sotuheast Asia). This was a complete positive surprise. The menu was creative and absolutely delicious. Savoury dishes with balanced acidity and fresh local ingredients were served throughout the whole 11 course menu. The courses were complex but balanced. The atmosphere is very nice and we enjoyed observing the kitchen crew preparing the meals while eating on the bar. The service was excellent, and even though the whole crew is extremely young, they were 100% professional. We were deeply impressed. The relatively high price of around US$120 per person is absolutely fair considering the high end products used (eg Wagyu beef…). We would recommend any food enthusiast to visit Esta. In our opinion they deserve at least one Michelin star.
