Overall a good tasting menu, particularly enjoyed the first 5-6 dishes, they were excellent.
For mains you can choose between wagyu steak or duck, we chose the wagyu and it was fine, but honestly, it's just a little boring as it is on so many other tasting menus in HCMC (both the duck and the wagyu option).
Dessert was creative, but not my taste. Very heavy on the cream/foam and not much icecream. Flavor was not bad though.
The lime-wasabi icecream which was served as pallet cleanser was more interesting.
Had the wine pairing as well, it was good and the selection complemented the dishes well - but - each glass is literally put on a scale and measured when pouring. I understand the pursuit for accuracy and consistency, but when the wine pairing costs almost the same as the food, it just feels cheap. Pour enough and everyone will be happy, no one will measure if it's exactly 50ml...
The restaurant looks great, nice atmosphere and staff. No complaints about service at all.
Overall a good experience and i would go again.
