Great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and they explain the menu in a great way. Mixed drinks are delicious. This is a hidden gem in tijuana!! If you are looking for a great place wirh great prices. This is it!! Great for a date!

What an AMAZING experience! I cannot express enough how great this place is! My friends and I came here for the first time to enjoy some specialty cocktails before going out. I think we ended up trying every single specialty cocktail on their menu and they were all DELICIOUIS! My favorites were the Rojo Rodriguez and the smoked old fashioned. The manager was super friendly and took really great care of my friends and I! I can't wait to go back to try the food!

Central in more ways than 1 - this is a must while navigating the sites of Tijuana. Stop on your way to Baja or upon return. Here's why: comfy/friendly vibe, delicious food, excellent coffee, and cocktails not to mention exceptional hospitality. Our lovely server hailed a cab for us. You can feel the love in the ambiance of the space, the quality of the food and drink, and staff. We all know if the employees are happy the place will thrive. This is an experience you want to add to your essentials. The dishes we indulged in: octopus ( amazing flavor) and carbonara pasta with egg.

Intriguing place that looks like it's been here for decades though was only established in late 2018. A beautiful, bright space with a great bar, excellent food, and professional, attentive staff. The dishes we had were exceptional. The Huevos Rancheros "divorciado" (red and green sauces) had an array of contrasting textures and flavors that were very complimentary--each very fresh part stood out on its own. The coffee was decent and served with warmed milk on the side. The Hugo Rojo (red juice) was excellent and packed with bright flavors of beet, orange, carrot, ginger, and grapefruit juices. The fresh orange juice was perfection. The Florentine Benedict was mouth-watering. Perfectly poached eggs, with running yolks, on fresh heirloom tomato chunks and on top of a delicious sourdough, all covered in a perfect hollandaise sauce and fresh chives. Jhonny was an excellent and very helpful host, attentive and not overbearing, who made us feel welcome and unrushed. Can't wait to come back!

Good service. Something like an espresso which took ten minutes was weighed out by nice touches like the server asking if he could bring my prepared food over. He noticed I was working on my laptop and instead of just plunking the food down around it, he made this extra consideration. Good decor and atmosphere with that modern gastropub look. Think muted colors and mid century modern flair. Perfect location. It's another success in the remaking of Tijuana's tourist zone. Anything that elevates it from the sleeze without completely whitewashing it gets my vote. Someone said that they serve breakfast and that is not true. The kitchen doesn't open until 1pm which I can and can't understand. Functionally, the place is a bar/cafe until 1, then? Seems a waste considering that there are very few healthy food options on Revolución in the morning. On the other hand, if it's only tourists trolling for an early cocktail maybe that's all they need to be. I think they should reconsider, though, and add at least a few items. Okay: the reason this is 3 star. This review was written in December 2018. I normally go veg in the winter months and I was pleased to find that their menu had several appropriate options for people avoiding meat. I selected a salade which included tapenade d'olives as an ingrédient and that was nice. The briny olive went well with butter lettuce, queso de cherve and roasted root veg. Except that I got to the bottom of it...and found brusied and wilting leaves. Which made me wonder what kind of attention went into the food prep. That's a rabbit hole that has no bottom when it comes to a restaurant. I also had the potatoes. Good flavors (think baked potatoes that are then fried and served along with grilled cebollita) but all of the crispy bits from the bottom of the basket were on my plate, too. The spring onion still had the tougher outer skins. So, I'm conflicted. I'm sure I'll go back to try this place again but maybe a little down the road after they've balanced out these quality issues.

This is a very beautiful adorable, clean and high class resteraunt which resembles any nice beautiful resteraunt in New York, I love the menu, the service is michelin star, I will come back time and time again.

Good music, great bartender, check it out, good place to kick back and have some drinks

This is a quick update for all of you that fell in love with this place only to see it close down for a while. We all thought it was permanent, but from the ashes Estacion rises yet again! Do you have NYE plans? If not, a quick jog down to TJ could be your move. I've done it before and they do a great job. That being said, try to track them down somewhere online to confirm that they are indeed doing a NYE dinner or event. It's really fun and one of my favorite spots in TJ... again!

Beautiful restaurant on Revolucion. Upon walking in, we were impressed by the beautiful and fancy decor, as well as professional staff all dressed in black and white. We swung by towards the end of our day trip and were full, but opted to try the signature cocktails: the namesake Central and the Bambi. They were absolutely delicious. Both featured the perfect balanced of booze and sweetness, and there were also aromatic pieces that enhanced each sip. Based on this initial excellent experience, we definitely look forward to returning to try the food!

Heads up! You will not believe what is behind the door of this restaurant. I ordered the chicken Alfredo. I have eaten a lot of chicken in my life, but this is the first that simply melts in your mouth. The baguette bread was hot and toasted just right. I sat at the bar and was entertained by two bartenders until about 2030 when the place really got jumping and the manager stepped in to help. After the delicious dinner I ordered coffee and New York style cheesecake. Again, not my first NY cheesecake but absolutely amazing. The manager served me the coffee and said that it was the best in town. I can not disagree! He knows his stuff. The whole staff was incredible, service was outstanding, the food heavenly! Definitely where you want to be. Music that night was 70's disco funk. Could not be a better place to enjoy the evening. Thank you guys! I will be back and you need to be there also!

Great Ambien. Nice decoration and clean. Staff are Friendly, however they don't speak much English Which is ok. You do need google translate to communicate. Food is cute but taste ok. It's definitely on the expensive side consider in TJ.

Drop in on a weekday afternoon with a few friends. Great place! Beautiful decor and clean. Staffs are friendly but got a bit of communication issue but is alright. No food just ordered a few drinks. Omg... they're so yummy. Every drinks got its unique favor and love the presentation. Next time will be back to try their food menu.

Amazing place. After a disappointing Xolos game we were just going to grab a taco, but a buddy in the know commandeered the taxi and said he was taking us to a cool spot on Revolucion. What am I, 19? I haven't been down Revolucion in 20 years, and no reason to go back now. But he insists and we skootch over to Estacion Central. Wow. The steak, the oysters, the queso. Amazing food at great prices with excellent, attentive service. I can't wait to go back to TJ and come again. Do yourself a favor and GO. Right Now! There's no safe parking within ¼ mile of this place. Uber or taxi.

Literally and oasis in the middle of revolucion Ave in Tijuana. Drinks are great, service was excellent. Can't remember my server name but I do remember he is from Acapulco, he was friendly and very attentive. Tried 3 drinks and they were great.

I have been wanting to go here for a while and finally had the chance and let me tell you the drive did not disappoint. A very classy and mellow place to have some drinks with friends. I decided to take a one day trip with my best friend and boyfriend to check it out... we absolutely loved the drinks. One simple advice eat before you go there it's not a dinner spot. They have appetizers but not filling food! The fries are by far amazing. You should def try it if you're in the area.... the staff is amazing!

Excellent service and food. We got a table right away, and service was quick with our drinks. We order some food and appetizers, everything taste delicious and recommend to anyone in the area or visiting the Revolución area. Nice place to eat and great drinks.

Stumbled upon this gem on a Saturday night. It was pretty busy but we were seated right away in an open booth. We ordered drinks, a charcuterie board, a queso fundido, espresso and a creme brûlée. The drinks and food were all delicious and the staff was friendly and attentive. Nicely decorated place, good atmosphere and music and the restrooms were clean.

This place is great for brunch! Bottomless mimosa, for hours, no rush! Great food and the waiter was super attentive. Juan was really attentive and Myra was very friendly as well! I will defiantly come back to this place. Best place to spend 4 hours drinking in TJ.

The place is beautiful. The food quality and service was excellent and drinks were fantastic. You have to go and see and enjoy an afternoon or evening with a really great environment. Also, lava cake desert is what I would get again when I go back.

LOVE! Coming here for breakfast! My dentist is near by (Dr. Rodrigo Lomelli at Oficina Dental) and during my appointments (I've had a lot recently) I always make it a point to come eat here! The decor is super cute and hipster! They have a full on espresso bar. I usually order a Latte de Canela which tastes BOMB! They also offer bottomless mimosas up until 3:00pm. For food i order the desayuno Central which seems pretty basic but is packed with flavor! It includes two eggs, bacon which is nice and thick, the grilled tomatoes are delicious, and so are the potatoes, the toast is also really good. You can request for butter and jam which is also tasty. I normally come early in the morning and have never had a problem with service everyone is always really nice and attentive! The menu is a little small and limited, could use a couple more option but i plan on ordering the Same thing every time lol definitely recommend checking this place out next time your in the Revolución area !

Excellent Brunch! We went on a Saturday morning and it was not packed like most of those places. I ordered a regular mimosa and it was really smooth. To eat I ordered Red Chilaquiles with and Egg and it was amazing. Definitely will recommend. Price very reasonable.

This is my second time visiting Estación Central, although their staff is friendly, the food takes way too long. In a party of 4, 2 people waited about 15 minutes while the rest waited 30+ minutes for their plate. They have a good breakfast/brunch menu, just don't come in super hungry or on the clock

Takes forever to get an order, the food is pretentious and lacking flavor, they take the dollar at 15.50 pesos.. way below what it actually is. The waiter often forgets our orders or brings something different, not a good experience at all.
