Really, what an amazing trip I had to Havana, all made possible by the top notch staff at Estancia Bohemia. I had some concerns about traveling to Cuba, but this stellar team made it feel like my home away from home. Gretchen and the team put together an excellent itinerary for me, including the trip-highlight drive to the Viñales Valley. I most highly recommend Cuba, Havana, and the Estancia Bohemia. (And if you can have a walkng tour of Havana with Gypsy as your tour guide, you'll simply love it.)

STANCIA BOHEMIA IS THE ONLY PLACE TO STAY IN HAVANA!! If you’re headed to Havana, don’t even think about staying anywhere else. We stayed at two different hotels during our trip, and let me tell you, Estancia Bohemia was hands-down THE BEST!! From the moment we arrived—no, even BEFORE we entered the hotel—they were super, super attentive and made us feel incredibly welcome. They even knew my name before we walked through the door!! 😲 We were there to celebrate my birthday, and WOW, the staff made the entire weekend an unforgettable experience!! Thanks to them, it wouldn’t have been the same at all. 🎉 Now, for all my fellow vegans out there: THIS is the place you NEED to stay. Being vegan in Havana is practically unheard of—most places don’t even know what it means to be vegan—but Estancia Bohemia went above and beyond to accommodate me and my boyfriend, who are both vegan. They even took the time to find restaurant recommendations for us and made a specialized vegan breakfast that was out of this world!! 🥑🍞 The artisanal bread, homemade guacamole, and delicious assortments of fruits were simply amazing. And to top it all off, they surprised me with a completely VEGAN birthday cake they had made just for us. 🎂 I even heard they’re considering working with one of Latin America’s most renowned vegan chefs to make their vegan offerings even better!! Being vegan in Havana can be tough, but Estancia Bohemia made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. They didn’t just stop there—they went out of their way to make sure we had a phone charger after we lost ours, so we could keep our phones charged and take stunning photos of the beautiful hotel. 📸 The hotel itself is so authentic and cute, it just makes you feel GOOD being there. Sometimes Cuba can be a bit chaotic and crazy, but walking into Estancia Bohemia was like stepping into a safe haven. 🏡 The room was incredible—the bed was so comfortable, the sheets were soft, the bath linens were luxurious—everything was just BEYOND expectations. Yes, it might be on the pricier side compared to other hotels, but honestly, you’re almost saving money with how amazing the hospitality is, plus the included breakfast and all the accommodations they provide. It’s just next-level incredible. ✨ We are SO, SO happy we stayed there, and we will recommend Estancia Bohemia to everyone we know who’s even thinking about going to Cuba. And if we go back to Cuba, we KNOW this is the only place we’ll stay!! ❤️

My husband and I chosen this hotel for Valentine’s Day getaway, and it was absolutely perfect. From the start, the airport pick up service ensured a stress free arrival. The hotel staff especially the helpful person who assisted with our luggage, added a warm touch to our arrival. Our room was beyond words, the luxury and comfort were exceptional. The breakfast in the downstairs restaurant exceeded our expectations. The hotel’s attention to security also gave us peace of mind. We highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and relaxing getaway and look forward to returning!

A great small hotel in Havana. Estancia Bohemia is a renewed property that has transformed a colonial building into an amazing boutique hotel. The service is outstanding and we could not ask for more. From check in to breakfast and the concierge service provided are top notch. The onsite restaurant offers a very nice alternative to Cuban food and the location is top. Nearby the best places to visit in Old Havana. Incredible decor.

Incredible stay at this lovely and chic boutique hotel in Old Havana. Rooms are very spacious and designed with exquisite details. The wooden flooring gives abs extra touch of luxury and the Italian tiles in the bathroom are a true delight. The owner is very attentive and the staff is amazing. Ana Laura has been extremely helpful in arranging our itinerary and recommending the restaurants. We will surely be back.

An hidden gem on the Plaza Vieja, this boutique hotel has nothing to envy to the best boutique hotels in the world. We felt amazed and pampered the moment we stepped in. The details are incredible and the hospitality top notch. We booked directly through the website. The photos genuinely reflects the suites. The manager Ignacio and the owner have been extremely helpful in organizing our itinerary, which in Havana is not easy to do unless you are in a place like this. The towels and the linen are the best (Frette), the water pressure wonderful and the design bathtub is a treat. The onsite restaurant is delicious and vibrant and it is conveniently located in the heart of Old Havana. If you book directly you get free airport pick up on an amazing American old car. My wife and I will be back. Thank you.

I stayed at the new Estancia Bohemia in old Havana for two nights. I wished I had found this place earlier. The rooms are unbelievably beautiful and elegant, the details are stunning (the linen and towels are over the top luxury line). The staff is amazing and incredibly helpful and the lovely cafe on the Plaza Vieja adds an extra charm to the experience. Food and cocktails such as the local canchanchara are great and the atmosphere and vibe amazing. The pizza is also excellent (four cheese was amazing) and ingredients of excellent quality. The owner and the staff Ignacio and Ruben have very clear what good hospitality is, and they go the extramile to book you the best non tourist restaurants and things to see and do and shopping. I will definitely return with my family in this oasis of calm and good taste.

This place made the whole trip. We had enjoyed every single minute at Bohemia. The rooms are comfortable, the beds incredible, and the decor amazing. The common spaces in the colonial building have a truly colonial and Mediterranean blend. Cocktails are amazing and the sunset on the Plaza is a must. We are truly grateful to Andrea and the whole staff has been very attentive and accommodating. The experiences offered are also very original. We enjoyed the jazz night at Eclectico and the tour on a convertible car on the less touristy places of Havana.
