The Best Buffets & AYCE Restaurants In Austin

"If you’ve been to a Brazilian steakhouse, you already have some idea of what a meal at Estância will look like. The dining room is classy, and it’s built around a large salad bar. It starts with a basket of pão de queijo, grilled plantains, and crispy polenta, and the second you turn your little coaster from the red side to the green side, it’s go time. Servers come by with giant steaks, lamb chops, pork loins, and chicken drumsticks, all lined up on tall metal skewers and served tableside. While that’s happening, bartenders are wheeling around carts with elaborate cocktail setups that they’ll mix in front of you. It’s sensory overload, but the quality is among the best you’ll find at any place with bottomless filet mignons and ribeyes." - nicolai mccrary

Google
A phenomenal place to celebrate any occasion! Food was absolutely amazing. Everyday since I just want to go back. Service was phenomenal! Including our main server as well as all the wait staff that would bring the meats by. As soon as you flipped your card to green, you would be given the option of a delicious assortment of meats and they would not stop coming until you flipped your card back over. A really nice touch was they would also ask if you’d like anything specific.. my husband kept making them come back with shrimp 🍤 and they were more than happy to. They had a really nice salad bar as well, you could choose the option just to have the salad bar which would have been great just in itself, tons of salad sections.. salmon.. assortments of cheeses.

Wow is really how this place is. It was my first time ever coming to a Brazilian steakhouse establishment and the service was top tier. Jose and Josue were very attentive and informative of any questions we had. The food was top tier, along with the constant attention from the staff to make sure we had everything we needed. We also received a complimentary dessert in honor of us celebrating getting a new home and newly married. 10 out of 10 recommend giving this place a shot at delivering top tier service and providing the best Brazilian cuisine and drinks.

From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. It was our first time dining here, and we were blown away! Jose was our server, and he was incredibly attentive – our drinks were always topped off before we even had to ask. Nina also made a point to come by and ensure we were enjoying everything , which we really appreciated. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect. I can't recommend this place enough; we'll definitely be back!

First time dining in at a Brazilian Steakhouse to celebrate Father’s Day with my husband and I was very pleased. The food, drinks and service 10/10. Our waiter recommended drinks which were delicious. They had a variety of options at the Salad bar which were all delicious. The Meat was very flavorful. I don’t normally like my meat medium rare but I was pleased by good it tasted. The fireball cheesecake was AMAZING! Definitely will be dining in again

Our first time trying Estância, it was absolutely decadent. Edgar was amazing offering us desert for our anniversary and champagne. Our waiter did not fail to recommend us a delicious wine with dinner. The service is immaculate. The food is rich and never stops. So keep your belly ready lol. We very much enjoyed ourselves. The shots they give out were delicious and not overly strong either.

Had an absolutely wonderful birthday dinner here, quality meats and sides. They are super timely with all the sticks of beef of chicken. Nina our server was absolutely amazing, super nice and very helpful. I will absolutely be coming back.

We love Estancia for special occasions! The service is excellent and the food is delicious! We went for our anniversary and they gave us a sweet surprise. The only negative is that it's super noisy! I think after their renovation a few years ago, they took away some textiles (carpet maybe? Tablecloths?) that dampened the noise, and now it's all hard floors, hard tables, and LOUD when busy. But we still love it. Can't wait for the Cedar Park location to open.

From the moment we arrived, I could tell we were in for an upscale vibe. The restaurant looked fancy and even had an in wall fireplace, which was great to keep us warm while we took pictures. The hostesses were very friendly, and the waiter promised to take care of us and delivered on his promise. The manager also cared about our experience and quickly visited our table to greet us. Meanwhile, I had already decided I was happy enough to return and was eager to try as many selections as I could handle. Choosing this restaurant was an outstanding choice, and I am pleased to say I don't have any complaints, and I would definitely visit again as well as tell others.

Yelp
Taking the family out for another adventure and we ended up at Estância Brazilian steakhouse. At $42 for the lunch per person let's see how my experience went! My first impression after walking in is clean, vibrant, and welcoming. The sitting area is spacious enough to have a conversation with your table and not be interrupted by the neighboring tables. Every single server is attentive, knowledgeable, and well versed in great dining etiquette. From knowing when a plate needs to be changed down to if you need a water refill. Even the service managers stopped by at least once. Now for the meats. Everything fresh from 3 slabs of meat on a spike ranging from rare to well done everything done is juicy. The chimichurri is one of the best additions they offer if you haven't had some try it! If you love precise cuts these guys nail it from fruits to cheese and everything is fresh. My overall review of this establishment is 5 out of 5. I would return. From the service to the food to the experience everything screams elevated dinning except you can wear comfort clothes. One of my favorites establishments now I can't wait to return!

Yelp
My wife and I treated her parents to dinner here a couple days ago, and everything was great apart from one main thing which is what led to 3 stars instead of the typical 5 I'd normally give. Interspersed with the various servers bringing all sorts of meat to your table that's included in the $75/per person you pay; there are other servers presenting cocktails, wine, and even Clase Azul shots in the very same manner. At no point during these presentations is it mentioned that these are an additional (undisclosed) fee added to your tab, and when we dining they seemed to be coming to our table almost every 3-5 minutes saying "would you like x drink?" To emphasize my point here; the last time my wife and I ate here (a little over a year ago) this was not a thing, and instead the cocktail & wine menu was at our table when we sat down. This time, there was no menu and instead a bottle of wine to which the server asked "would you like this wine with your meal?" Again, this would have likely been a $40+ undisclosed upcharge on our tab if we just said "yes." These tactics come off as a bit cheap and more like something you'd expect on the Vegas strip, so I was a bit put off by the whole thing. Other than that, the food and service was more than fine.

Yelp
Came here at 7pm on a Saturday night to celebrate my first Christmas with my boyfriend :) We were seated right away and immediately had like, 3 or 4 people crowding us asking for drinks, do we know the concept, etc. It was actually a tad overwhelming. They originally tried to seat us right next to the server station and were more than accommodating when I asked to move a few tables down (gotta keep it romantic). We got a bottle of wine to share, and hit the salad bar. I was really pleased with the selection, this is not your average salad bar. Smoked salmon, meats and cheese, all sorts of pasta and potato salads (shout out to the chickpea salad), then prepared Cesar salad and blue cheese wedges which is so convenient as well as a dress your own salad option. I could easily be happy pigging out at the salad bar. We then were ready for our meats and flipped our cards green! My personal favorites were all the red meats- esp ones that had the good charbroil on the outside such as the ribeye, sirloin, prime rib etc. The pork rib was also good the shrimp were cooked PERFECT (pro tip: add the shrimp to your Cesar salad). They had polenta, cheese bread, mashed potatoes, and plantains as sides and they were all delicious and they kept them filled. We had a couple of cons that took away a star. First, we barely had our butts in the seats before we were plied with a giant old fashioned cart and a waitress with a tray of cocktails and someone else saying can I get your drinks. It was just too much, I didn't;t even have time to take my purse off! Honestly, you'd probably sell more if you gave people a chance to get settled and listen to what you are pitching. We just said no to everything to have a minute and then just got wine bc the wine menu was there. Second con was we were sat in a row of two tops, and all were sat pretty close together. So at first, the meats were coming fast and furious. My boyfriend and I really wanted to enjoy our dinner and take it slow, so we we were still eating as all the other couple around us had dessert and left. Which means the meats just died off (the tables were not re-sat around us). We both desperately wanted one more piece of ribeye and our cards were on the edges of the table and green and just every person would walk by us with no eye contact. We were the first row of tables next to the bar and it just felt like they chalked it up to us almost being done and stopped coming over, regardless of our cards. We eventually gave up and just got the check- I still want one more piece of ribeye darnit! And third, everyone posts here about how you get free dessert for an anniversary/occassion. I actually didn't know that until now when I looked at some reviews, but at one point the waiter did ask us if we were celebrating. I said YES we are, it's our couple Christmas since we were apart on actual Christmas and actually, this is our first Christmas together!! Apparently, that doesn't count. No dessert for us. Overall, it was a great time and lovely establishment and I would come back.

Yelp
We visited this place for the first time after a friend recommended it, and we were thoroughly impressed. The ambiance is fantastic, with a fancy and clean atmosphere accompanied by great music. The service was impeccable, with constant check-ins from the staff to ensure everything was satisfactory and to see if we needed any refills on items like pão de queijo, plantains, mashed potatoes, and water. The food was amazing, offering a huge variety of options at the salad bar and an extensive selection of meats. The price is reasonable for a rodizio, making it a great spot for a date. It was around $117 for two people for lunch, though dinner prices are different, and reservations are required. Highly recommend!!

Yelp
Visited this location on Christmas and the food was good. The service was slow at times but expected due to the amount of people there. bar service took about 10-20 minutes for drinks. Mario, who I think is one of the managers, was so kind and gave a complimentary glass of champagne & gift card. The lighting was perfect and music was not too loud. Parking is easy. Overall, good experience and will be visiting again.

Yelp
Estancia was a pleasant diversion from most mainstream restaurants. We started out with a massive buffet from salads, to a charcutterie board to side vegetables. There was also a hot bar of bacon, pasta, potatoes and bread. That was just a palate teaser. Then the main course began...first a slow roll of cheese biscuits, crispy polenta, grilled bananas and garlic mash potates. Next the meats were delivered...one after the other, where you could not finish one before the next one was sprawled before you...filet mignon, riby eye, lamb, bacon covered chicked, grilled shrimp and beef. All the meats were warm and tasty. Service was impeccable from serving drinks to asking if you wanted seconds The wait staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The ambiance was warm and welcoming. I loved the granite counter tops at the drink and food bars. Also, the chandeliars were aesthetically pleasant. I will difinitely dine at Estacancia again. Great food experience...

Yelp
Everything was amazing, as always! From the moment we arrived, until we were done, it was a perfect. Great choice for our wedding lunch.

Yelp
For a restaurant of this style, I am very disappointed in the team that handles reservations. For the extra price I am paying to eat there on Valentine's Day, my reservation should be upheld. My girlfriend and I reserved a spot through Resy for 9:30 PM, got there at 9:17, but were not seated until after 10. The host staff let us know that we must wait in line upon getting there. Upon talking to other guests waiting in line, some had reservations later than us, some earlier, and some not at all, but everyone was given the same treatment. I expect that if I make a reservation, I should be seated close the the time I reserved, not 40 minutes later. This is an unacceptable way to handle reservations, especially on a night that they KNOW it will be busy. What is the point of reserving at all if walk-ins get seated at the same time or before those with reservations? The lack of organization and communication from the host staff only made things worse. If delays were inevitable, a simple update or apology would have gone a long way. Instead, this questionable practice was not once acknowledged by any members of the staff, and I will not be returning. This is the only review I have ever left too, making it all the more sour it had to be on a restaurant with this type of reputation.

Yelp
What an amazing lunch! The lamb chops are delicious and so is the salmon. I feel so bad about not capturing any pictures of the salad bar. It's AMAZING! Staff is very attentive quick to refill drinks as needed. We didn't feel rushed and plenty of time was allowed to enjoy our meal.

Yelp
I tried to order directly from the restaurant via their website but it appears that it's down because it wouldn't accept any card payment. I eventually decided to make a pickup order through DoorDash. It was actually cheaper doing it that way because they include some sort of service charge. I ordered 1 lb of med rare Picanha (my absolute fave), Feijoada Beans and a dozen Brazilian Cheese Breads. Let me tell you... their Picanha is soo delicious. We received 2 pieces for the 1 lb order which also came with some Chimichuri sauce. The Feijoada Beans and their Brazilian Cheese Bread are delicious too.

Yelp
Today was my Birthday, my family and I picked this place. First of all Meat took long as heck to get to us, we are a party of 9. The worst part as we are desserts are coming in we are finishing it but not complete done, one of the floor personnel said to us. I need this table I can offer you a bottle of champagne or 2 gift card for a later date. Please know this, we have not finished our desserts and we are being asked to leave. What the HELL. I will NEVER BE BACK TO THIS PLACE IT IS A DRIVE THRU EAT AND GO. Meat took for ever, we only got. Mash potatoes, a fry banana. Please not we were 9 and 3 tiny portions of mash potatoes. Bread never saw it. And NO. Please visit fogo or casa do Brazil. The worst experience and my Birthday above all things. Spoke yo manager but I was really angry. Please let people finished their food before you ask people to leave. Update December 15. Girlfriend sick throwing up Step dad, sick stomach Me oh Boy stomach bad bad bad. Daughter throwing up. Once again Never again.

Yelp
I decided to meet up with some of my fellow wine and food enthusiasts on a Wednesday afternoon. They actually have a private room sectioned off which is perfect for around 20 people. We started off with some minor appetizers, followed by some really fantastic cuts of meat. Make sure you save space at the end when they come by with beef tenderloin. The attention and service we received was a perfect five star performance. They definitely have the formula working for them here with great food and great service. Plenty of other yelpers showing you pictures of their plates, but I decided on some lesser seen facets to this venue. If you're a fan of great cuts of meat, come here and pay the bill for the parade of fine meats served to your plate faster than you can consume them. If you find yourself in the Arboretum area and want to treat someone to a serious protein extravaganza, this is the spot. Some informative photos included to draw you in.

Yelp
This place is absolutely wonderful. We came here today to celebrate my husband's birthday, and we could not have been more pleased. A co worker recommended we come for brunch, and it was the best decision ever. The service was next-level. We were never without food, drinks, or anything we could need. Waitstaff were constantly circling to anticipate our needs before we even determined we needed them. The food was incredible. Steaming hot meats of every variety (chicken, lamb, pork tenderloin, beef, shrimp, sausage, etc.) were sliced and served endlessly. The salad bar was also incredible. Some of the highlights were the wedge salad, sliced cheeses, and all the desserts. The ambiance is classy, upscale, but smart casual was the vibe of dress code. The bar was gorgeous, and the light fixtures brought touches of elegance throughout the space. I wasn't able to get pics of the meat because I ate it too fast, but everything was fantastic. We will be back!

Yelp
This is our second time at a Brazilian steakhouse and at the last place we had a way better experience! Our service was okay, even when we had our card flipped on red they still were trying to add more food. The food is delicious all the meats were cooked to perfection! The salad bar has so many choices the best thing is they also had pasta choices too which the other place didn't. We had two servers that assisted us and only one of them I believe his name was Juan was amazing! Of course, we love the ambience if you are looking for a date night or a family dinner I would recommend coming.

Yelp
I've eaten all over the globe and for the price , this was the very worst experience I've ever had. From beginning to the end it was absolutely terrible. We made reservations for 7:30 and weren't seated until 7:55 The place was loud , I mean really loud. We couldn't hear our waiters nor understand them. They advertised prime meat. Nothing could be further from the truth. The meat was tough and overcooked, even the rare cooks I asked for. I will never go there again. You couldn't pay me to eat there again. Not ever I don't want to put a star on this as one is too high

Kevin T.

Yelp
Me and my girl were first timers and came to celebrate valentines. Upon being seated Jordy did a phenomenal job in advising us how the restaurant works such as using the card to alert staff for more food and the salad bar. After enjoying a handful of nicely cooked meats (we got medium rare but they offer more options) a very nice gentleman, Daniel, offered us some clase azul. Not only did he offer us a shot but also educated us the origin of clase azul and how to properly drink it to taste the alcohol to its maximum potential. All in all great place to go either on a date or family. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Wow, what an incredible fine dining experience. Robert and Mario took great care of my family and I. The customer service was a 10/10 and the food was quite superb. They have mastered the art of steak. We started with a full salad bar - full of fresh salads and fruit. They brought steak, chicken, and shrimp to the table on top of cheesy bread and fried banana. We ended with the dessert bar and a complimentary birthday creme brûlée. CHEERS

Yelp
This is my FIRST subpar review for this place. We visited yesterday and we had a table of 5. It was Myself, my Wife, Kid, and Mother In-Law and Father in-law. We enjoyed our meal but the reason for the 3 stars the process of paying for the meal. The waiter had been standing there in the area of our table almost the entire time but he managed to charge us someone else's bill because they have done away with the old fashioned paper receipt. Well upon discovering this we wanted to be honest and notified him. Well we sat there another 15-20 mins while he sorted this mess out. In the end after already charging our gift card and credit card he ended up charging us even more money on our credit card WITHOUT our consent. The only positive is that my Mother in Law got some dining cards for a future visit but based on this experience we may have to give them away as gifts.

Yelp
This is my first time at this restaurant. The food was good. I personally am not a huge meat eater in regards to all the varieties that are out there of steak or chicken lamb that they serve here. It is very overwhelming if you don't understand their process. I came with a huge group which made it a little more chaotic And interesting. Again the food was good just personally not up my alley. I probably wouldn't have come if I wasn't in a big group, again just because it's not my style. Nothing was wrong with the restaurant or the staff. Also, they had a huge variety of options not just what they brought to you for meat at chair side, but they had a whole cold bar option with salad, cold salad, cold items like meat and cheese. And then a small hot bar with some rice soup, potatoes, and bread.. I can't speak to the price as again I came with a large group.

Yelp
This is by far our favorite Brazilian Steakhouse in Austin. Reservations are easily made online and once here, there is typically no wait time. The staff here goes above and beyond from the moment you sit down to check out. They are always super friendly and you will have multiple people waiting on you. It is dimly lit inside for dinner which makes for a relaxing yet entertaining experience. The food: they begin with offering drinks. They do have a drink cart and tequila bar they bring around. Drink experience is fun and worth it. They set the table first with the famous rolls, potatoes, plantains, etc. The salad bar alone is worth the dine. It has everything from salads to lobster bisque to pastas, veggies, and my favorite candied bacon. Lastly the meat. They season very well here and Many options. Obviously steak but also chicken, sausage, shrimp, pork, ribs, etc. Desert is of course delish. This is a great place to come to celebrate anything. Good for big groups or a first date. Also, you can come dressed up or a little casual.

Yelp
Absolutely love this place! The salad bar is fantastic. Such a huge selection of delicious salad options. The service here is FANTASTIC!!!! I was never without a full glass of water the entire meal. Service was impeccable...The restaurant was beautiful and very quiet.

Yelp
Our birthday celebration was perfect for the evening. Both my husband and I enjoyed ourselves. Food was perfect. Our picky eaters enjoyed the salad bar and desserts with drinks ended our n8fht perfectly

Yelp

Yelp
Great experience and overall quality of food. Everyone very welcoming and nice especially our waiter, Sebastian; he always checked up on us and was very sweet! The ladies at the front were kinda rude though especially after we said we didn't have a reservation.

Yelp
For folks who have never been to this establishment or ones like it, in most areas of the world outside of Brazil, a rodízio restaurant refers to a Brazilian-style steakhouse restaurant. Customers pay a fixed price (preço fixo), and waiters bring samples of food (mainly meat offerings) to each customer repeatedly throughout the meal, until the customers signal that they have had enough to eat. Often, the meat servings are accompanied by fried potatoes, fried polenta, fried bananas, black beans, rice, salads, or other side dishes (usually self-served buffet style). In many restaurants (including this one), the diner is provided with a colored card or token. Green, on one side, indicates to servers to bring more meat. Red, on the other side, indicates that the diners have enough for the moment. Since everything is covered by the fixed price, the diner can sample as many dishes as they like for the full authentic Brazilian culinary experience. If coming here, expect to have an above average level of quality food and service. Considering the all-you-can-eat format, it would be easy to lump Brazilian steakhouses in with other buffets; however, the foods offered are a level up from a traditional buffet. The main attraction is the meat, including more sought-after cuts of meat like picanha and filet mignon. The last visit to this location was in October of last year (2022) for a friend's birthday. I elected to have only filet mignon with chimichurri and chicken. My friend decided to have more of the meat options than I. He, however, was displeased with the beef offering as it was on the dryer side. However, the champagne and tequila offerings here were ideal. I enjoyed my Clase Azul Reposado tequila as it was smooth and a great way to finish the dinner. The service provided by the waitress and staff was both efficient and pleasant.

Yelp
Visited for my 28th birthday with my family, great food and great service by the entire team. Sebastian was a good server!

Yelp
What an awful Valentine's Day experience. The atmosphere was carnival-like with tables so crowded together that you couldn't help but be a part of your neighbors' conversation and servers walking around with trays of premade cocktails offering them to everyone. It was anything but an intimate dining experience for a romantic date night. The restaurant was more interested in cramming people in and turning tables overly quickly than ensuring that their guests had a memorable experience. The staff was encouraging people to take their "free" dessert (actually built into the cost of the overpriced meal) to go, so that they could get the next guests seated. When the guests seated next to us got up to leave, a staff people came to clean the table and sprayed my husband's food with the cleaner, that's how close the tables were! Definitely not the date night we were looking for, especially for $200+!!
google avatar

Goodness I.

Yelp
Had a great time here for my dads birthday! The choices and options can be a bit overwhelming, but are soooo delicious and you have an abundance of things to try. The food was so delicious and flavorful, there were multiple times that I wished that my stomach could expand so I could continue to try the new foods. Our served Chris and GiGi were very kind, attentive, and informative. I would definitely go back.
google avatar

Ary B.

Yelp
I went with the salad-only option, no smoked salmon or salmon of any kind, nor charcuterie except a few cheeses. I asked a waiter about the salmon and he seemed disconcerted. He offered to go research if some sort of arrangement could be done, but when I mentioned that their brunch menu specified both salmon and charcuterie along with other dishes I did not see included on the actual buffet display, he said that salmon was probably served during different part of the day.. In all, 36 dollars for greens, fruits and cheeses was definitely not worth it. The other people at my table were happy with their meat options.
google avatar

Stephanie S.

Yelp
My son was not amused (I am disappointed in him) The only thing I would change would be to have fruit on the salad bar bc the heathen I birthed only wanted fruit lol It would make their lives easier I probably ate 2 dozen of the breads and also bought some to go. It's amazing. I will not take tiny human for dinner again until he's older but he is totally going to brunch soon. He didn't understand and uhhhh it was hilarious. But I think he will understand brunch If you're vegetarian I don't think the salad bar is as good as it used to be right now They're also remodeling so you get to go to a trailer (very nice though) for bathroom We had a fabulous time just not as impressed as the other times I've been here

Rudy F.

Yelp
Best service ever! Manager Ruben and my servers Isoneny and Sebastian were very attentive, ensuring my refills and cheese bread were always available. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this place.

Yelp
This place is legit. Great steak and good service. Gourmet salad bar and any cut of steak on the menu you can ask for. The atmosphere is relaxing and a vibe and all of the servers are kind. It's nice outside and very chill inside. Come back when you can!! Cocktails are LEGIT free dessert is good. I had the tres leches.

Yelp
I recently visited here for a work event and we had about 15 of us attending so we had a private room. This was wonderful as we had dedicated servers. Being a Brazillian steak house veteran I did not fill up on the salad bar. Yes, it is tempting but I had steeled myself to attain meat sweat nirvana. I did have a predinner caipirinha which was OK but did not compare to my caipirinha experience during my trips to Brazil. I was impressed that they offered Daou cabernet wine which is one of my Favs. Onto the meat! My go-to is the Picanha. I love this beyond tender sirloin cut and it was served perfectly rare. Next was the prime rib and last but not least the fraldinha bottom sirloin cut both served rare to medium rare. Yes, I had seconds and yes I also tried their shrimp and pork tenderloin. Dessert was tempting but I was beyond full. However, I was able to take home an order of cheesecake which greatly pleased my Plus 1. Because we had dedicated servers service was very attentive throughout our dinner. Most definitely a 5-star experience.

Yelp
Estancia is a carnivore's paradise! They offer a dizzying array of perfectly seasoned, expertly cooked meats. The salad bar is also impressive, with fresh, high-quality options. The atmosphere is elegant and the service is top-notch. For a special treat or celebration, this is the place. Pro tip: try lunch for a more wallet-friendly experience.

Yelp
Amazing! Great food and the service is world class. So many people coming by and asking if we needed anything and bringing lots of MEAT! The manager came by a couple of times to make sure we were having a great experience. They also did a redesign fairly recently and the whole vibe is much nicer than it used to be.

Yelp
The beef did not taste good... The picanha was not good. Not sure if it was low quality, improperly seasoned, or poorly cooked. Same with filet mignon, bottom sirloin and other beef., My fav churrascaria for beef in the Austin area is Bitelo Brazilian Steakhouse. Compare Bitelo's picanha/top sirloin vs estancias. No contest. Great salad bar, more Brazilian Mexican fusion. Yummy grilled shrimp included. Pão de quiejo super yummy really big and not freshly warm. Coffee was tepid and very acidic. Yummy pork sausage. Very male-run restaurant.

Yelp
I've been wanting to host a family dinner here at Estância Brazilian Steakhouse in the Arboretum and yesterday for Brunch was the day. It was my first time to dine here despite the Arboretum shopping center being iconic and our favorite place to dine and shop in the early 2000's. It's a great location and the restaurant has been well maintained and the dining room was almost full of people having a wonderful time. We were seated and the experience began with a trip or two to the serving bar set-up for an expansive selection of hot and cold salads, vegetables, entrees, and deserts. There's a card on the table at each place setting that you flip over to green when you're ready to receive family size servings of sides like mashed potatoes, baked bananas, fried yucca, and the amazing fried polenta and yucca cheese bread rolls all the while the multitude of Servers are checking on you and offering you fresh off the grill portions of grilled meats, poultry, fish and shrimp! Wow, the experience is festive and exciting with the grilled meat, poultry, and seafood the best and most rewarding facet of this gourmet epicurian journey! The customer Service and the personal attention you receive that is tailored to your table is truly amazing and something on a level that I've missed since before the COVID-19 environment! We need more of this and will be back soon!

Yelp
It was my first Brazilian steak house experience. Everyone should experience it at least once. IM not much for beef but took this as an opportunity to find what cut I like. I realized that I like bottom sirloin and a few others. The salad bar is nice to break up all the meat. We sort of started with salad and the had meat and so on. The men with the meat come all at once and you sort of have to get them while they are there. Otherwise you have to let your server know you're ready for another round. All the side brought to the table were great. Can't Waite to come again.

Yelp
Having just in the last couple of months tried our 2nd Brazilian steakhouse it was comparably familiar and extravagant for us. This time being my birthday and the last time being our anniversary. While the expense is higher than a usual sit down restaurant the service is impeccable and there is no doubt you are important to them as your customer. I would say Jose and Sebastian were available for every pour and anytime we needed something. We truly enjoyed our dining experience and we have them to thank for that. Since it was my birthday they offered a dessert but I have allergies, so they offered fruit instead, which was so thoughtful to me since I rarely get to enjoy dessert being wheat and dairy free.

Yelp
Another date night, another new restaurant. Popped in to Estancia to partake in their assorted meats. Got a restaurant, the atmosphere was more of an elegant quietness. The only thing that took away from this was the occasional buzzing of flies due to the Texas heat which has been on a warpath. Their strike off service offers frequent and prompt service without harassment. This is very important should you need a meat break. The appetizers were an open salad bar which offers a variety of accoutrements. But the main attraction were the meats!!! A delicious selection ranging from choice cuts of sirloin, shrimp, pork ribs, bacon wrapped chicken, served with garlic mashed potatoes and buttered biscuits. Some of the cuts were a bit salty for me while others proved to be cooked to perfection. I just looked for the same server to avoid the overly salted meats ‍. We never had to wait for anything; service was prompt. Except at the end when I ordered a glass of Prosecco to have with my dessert. By the time it came I was done eating . But the desserts were amazing. Overall, an enjoyable evening worth repeating.

Yelp
This place is a treat. Eat as much as you want, meat. There is a salad bar, cheese rolls, mashed potatoes and plantains, but it's the meat for which no one complains. If you find a cut to be particularly delicious, just make a request, they'll bring it out cooked to perfection, extra nutritious. Try some of each, or stick to one thing. By the time you leave, your belly will sing. Don't forget something sweet at the end of your meal. Go for the crème brûlée, tres leches, or papaya cream and see how you feel. Enjoy!

Yelp
This ranks 3rd behind Fogo and Casa Do. The layout makes for a congested atmosphere that is very loud with servers bumping into your chairs and does not make for a relaxing setting at all. They didn't ask how we like our meat in the beginning and the first round we had 2 cuts that were well done and dry. The Meat: The Parmesan pork was tasty but very dry. The lamb chops were solid but a bit fattier than usual. Lamb steak overcooked. Chicken leg was meh. Bacon wrapped chicken was ok. Filet good, bottom sirloin very good, and Picanha also very good. They did not do a good job of getting our requested cuts to us in a timely fashion. My GF wanted another slice of spicy beef and I wanted lamb steak that wasn't well done. I never got that chance and she finally got her piece when she was very full and when she reluctantly said yes when they came by, we both laughed as she cut into a horribly overcooked piece of meat The drinks: She really disliked her two drinks. Two flavored versions of Caipirinhas that tasted nothing like the classic. Salad Bar: About what you would expect. The plusses were the Salmon at the hot bar and the dessert options. The negatives were the tongs were annoying as food was stuck in them and the salads were a little bland. Overall, we left pretty unhappy and will not go back because Fogo was a 10/10 last visit (read my review) and Casa Do does so many things right and treats us like family. One and done for Estancia.

Yelp
WOW! I have been here a few times, and did not realize I had not written a review on this place yet! My husband and I have gone here for our anniversay, and both of our birthdays, and he went here for his bachlor party dinner. While the salad bar in abundant and I have partaked the first couple times I had been here, my husband and I learned, and taught others with us when we came as group.."bypass the salad bar"! It is all a "filler" for the main event...the MEATS! And the "sides" you get at the table..rolls are ok and chimichurri is good, and might have a little of mashed potatoes. But, the plantains and the newly arrived "fried polenta" are not that great, and sorry to see those wasted on the table. Now, they give you the coasters with "green on one side and red on other" to let the GOUCHOS know when you want more meat....but, like 8 out of 10 times, they ignore that, and come by and ask if you would like ......whatever they are bringing. Now, this is actually good,, as just when you think you can not put anymore on your plate...something "New", that had not come around yet, comes around and your like "oh, yes, PLEASE". Now, the standard meets, like the sirloin steak, garlic butter steak (OMG, yes), and their speciality "picanha" comes around a lot. If you are like me, and want a little less "Pink", then you can ask for it, and they will try and bring you one to your preference. But, I am not usually a fan of "lamb", but their "lamb chop" is oohhhh, soo good! Other specialites, "Sausage, parm coated steak, ribs, and little chicken drumettes". When those come around, get them! The service on my husband's birthday, was the best we ever hard. I know being December, there were a lof of people celebrating the holidays, as one room off to the side, looked like their company party was going on (about 50 people). But, think there was like 5 managers all hoping around the restaurant, helping the waiters/waitresses. If you needed a clean plate, they took your old one brought you a new one really quickly. If your drink was done, they will get refill for you! (* I highly suggest, if you like "Old Fashionds", get the "Smoking Old Fashioned". Could not get the video to upload, but pretty cool presentation, and GREAT drink!!). Can't wait to visit this place again! Great food and great service!

Yelp
Not impressed. If you enjoy a high-pressure sales environment at your meal, this is the establishment for you! Feeling like you need to be upsold on your beverage? This place is for you! Wondering if the mark-up in the wine could possibly be exaggerated any more and then displayed as "on sale" in an aggressive manner by multiple staff? Estancia is for you! Need to go deaf from the excessively loud environment? Estancia! Want to ponder at who is waiting on your table? Estancia! Need to feel baffled and confused by why you cannot get shrimp? This is the place! Need your reservation to be ignored and your party of 8 walked to a table before it is ready? This is the place! Need other patrons to be rude to you? Ding Ding!!! In short, don't ever go here. McDonalds would have been a better experience for my 50th birthday.
