I’m very disappointed in my nail experience yesterday. honestly, was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. My nails came out absolutely terrible, Nothing like the picture. And the woman who was doing my nails did not speak any English, making It very hard to communicate. We were using Google translate . She called her boss, Who told me that she could fix the design but was complaining to me that I am waisting her nail techs time and blaming me for them coming out so terribly saying that me trying to communicate with her made this happen. To “fix” it they would only do one color with some flowers on it & still charged me, 105$ ! I was then extremely rushed on picking a color after the original design failed. The actual nail tech who did my nails was very kind woman. However, the nails came out very bad, I was very rushed Through the whole process, they were not happy to have to fix it. And after she didn’t even clean up all the excess that was around my nails. Very unprofessional, plus I feel I was extremely overcharged for what I got. $105 for short nails with a few flowers on them is crazy. And I didn’t even end up getting what I wanted at all. I would truly like my money back .
