I’m very disappointed in my nail experience yesterday. honestly, was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. My nails came out absolutely terrible, Nothing like the picture. And the woman who was doing my nails did not speak any English, making It very hard to communicate. We were using Google translate . She called her boss, Who told me that she could fix the design but was complaining to me that I am waisting her nail techs time and blaming me for them coming out so terribly saying that me trying to communicate with her made this happen. To “fix” it they would only do one color with some flowers on it & still charged me, 105$ ! I was then extremely rushed on picking a color after the original design failed. The actual nail tech who did my nails was very kind woman. However, the nails came out very bad, I was very rushed Through the whole process, they were not happy to have to fix it. And after she didn’t even clean up all the excess that was around my nails. Very unprofessional, plus I feel I was extremely overcharged for what I got. $105 for short nails with a few flowers on them is crazy. And I didn’t even end up getting what I wanted at all. I would truly like my money back .

If you’re not Dominican, they make you feel out of place. The environment is loud and unprofessional, and the nail tech barely paid attention—one nail came out crooked, no cuticle cleaning, and I was overcharged. They lost a client, and I won’t be recommending this place anymore.

Had been going to my old nail tech for years and she recently moved out of state. I found this place because it was recommended by a friend of mine. They filled my set done by my old tech and Nerfalis did an incredible job and was quick. Everyone was super nice, I’ll definitely be back

If could give a negative start I would! The nails are ok BUT I’m a plus size girl and felt VERY judged and uncomfortable the moment I opened the door and walked in, kids are running around it’s very loud not relaxing at all the nail tech took 2 hours to do those nails that’s INSANE! I did like how she applied the gel x nails to my real nail but these are too short for my hands and I sat uncomfortably for 2 hours to get this and pay 100$!!!! No lotion was applied to my hands she left product all over my hands she excepted a bigger tip which I usually tip 20$ so I can establish a good bond with a nail tech but she was mad she only got 5$ she lucky she got that! I had to tell her put a second coat on the first coat she did of the sparkles, it was very sloppy and she really tried to put clear coat over that! NO ONE in there said goodbye to me or thank you NOTHING! also didn’t greet me wen I walked in and I felt very awkward the entire time, seems like they do nails for ppl they know or family maybe I checked IG before I went and it seemed amazing going in real life is FAR from what they show on there social media! If you don’t speak spanish they act funny towards you and most definitely make you feel body shamed and judged!!!!!!! No thank you never again I’ll be taking these off next week!

Esteph does an incredible job! I’ve been going to her for over 6 years and I’m always satisfied with the work she does. I receive many compliments on how lovely my nails look. The ladies are all very nice and friendly. I would certainly recommend this place ✨

i’ll start by saying my pedicure looks good. regardless, i would never return because the cleanliness was scary bad. it was visibly filthy in there and im hoping i don’t get any infection. there was dirt in the foot washing bowls and the clippers looked like they’d been dipped in barbacide and not cleaned in the machine most nail salons use. this hurts me to say because the woman that did my pedicure was nice. also, they didn’t have a wide color selection.

Tried a new place after living in NYC for some time, firstly my design was not cat eye. I showed a pic and when I left I realized it was sparkly grey not cat eye, but they were still cute so I sucked it up. I did gel x extensions the tech slathered on this pink paste that I later found out was builder gel which I did not want. She did almost no prep on my nails causing one to fall off after less than a week and pretty much the rest to fall off after 2. I politely DM’d the place to see if I could get a refund or replacement set and got no answer. I also texted the stylist who said my nails looked improved when in fact they were all torn up and broken from her awful work. My gel x sets normally last 4-5 weeks fyi. For $90 save your Money.

Estef Nails does a great job, most of the staff are spanish-speakers so there were some delays during my appointment. Overall the staff is nice and will do their best to give you what you want or create beautiful nails. Although they do not compare to typical nail salons that offer different luxury levels of a manicure/pedicure my hands and feet felt refreshed and soft upon leaving. I also would recommend using a form of uber/taxi to this location as the parking is very small and limited. I broke a nail and was able to come back a few days later to get my nail fixed free of charge.
