Estelle's is the absolute best destination for formal wear on Long Island. I was completely blown away by their incredible selection of dresses, they truly have something for every taste and event, whether you need a classic gown or something trendy and modern. The store has so much, the inventory is exceptional. I was having a lot of trouble finding a last minute dress for an event. It made finding a dress an easy, stress-free, and fun experience! I wish I came here first. Highly recommend stopping here first, you won't need to look anywhere else.

I can’t thank Estelle’s enough! We found the perfect Sweet 16 dress and crown for my daughter—absolutely stunning and everything she dreamed of. She truly looked like a princess on her big day. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Estelle's. A HUGE thank you to Ms. Taylor for being such a joy helping my daughter pick out her Sweet 16 dress (and me not being an overwhelmed mom). She was literally with us throughout the entire process (multiple visits!) from when we started looking in November 2024 to the dress my daughter finally selected in January 2025. I cannot say enough good things about her and her professionalism. Thanks to her, my baby looked absolutely AMAZING!

At Estelle’s Dressy Dresses the dresses are stunning. Customer service was superior specifically Stephani and Erlinda they helped us with every little detail from the dress to the shoes to the crown. Highly recommended this wasn’t our first time here and it won’t be our last.

What an amazing selection!! They have dresses for any special occasion. You can try on regular gowns and wedding gowns and order them. They have an amazing quinceañera dress area. They also offer a large area with plus sizes where you can buy the dresses right off the rack. The prices are reasonable. They even had a clearance section. Great service. The store employees were very polite and helpful. The location is close to the highway. Parking lot is huge. Easy to park and walk right in. I live upstate and stopped in to get a dress for a wedding that I’m attending in September. It was worth it to go there. We have nothing like this shop by me. We would love it if they would open up another location in Albany!!

Service could have been more attentive. They do not provide carts so be mindful of how much you will have to carry. They have a wide range of prices and a large selection of dresses but the nicer dresses are in the hundreds. Sizes run bigger than expected.

How can I began, imagine being a first time bride and full nerves unsure what dress will be the one and being plus size. Normally, the options of dresses for plus sizes Queens are not always the best. The staff was wonderful they made me feel like I mattered. They took their time with me ensuring that I felt comfortable. I was able to pick a beautiful dress that fit me. My guests asked me, where did you get that beautiful dress. I told them Estelles Dressy dress. Thank you, for making my day a special one. It was filled with love and special moments because of you.

I went to Estelle’s to purchase 3 dresses for my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah. There was an exceedingly wide selection. I felt like a kid in a candy store! There was an array of beautiful, gorgeous dresses. I couldn’t decide which one I liked best. The staff were extremely helpful, kind & patient. Between my daughter and myself, we must have tried on 50 dresses — each one prettier & prettier. We must have been in the store for, at least, 2 hours! Our shopping trip was a huge success. I got a beautiful green sequins dress for my daughter’s reception, and my daughter left with 2 (different shades of) blue dresses—1 for her service & 1for her reception. We also bought 4 pairs of shoes! The best part was watching my daughter’s eyes light up as she looked through the dresses. Estelle’s Dressy Dresses on Route 110 in Farmingdale is your one and done shopping trip! Oh! I also got my prom dress there in 19- -

Avoid Estelle's Dressy Dresses for bridal fittings. The staff was unhelpful and inattentive. We had to pull our own dresses, and when trying on the third dress, a salesperson briefly returned only to say, "you can order it, just so you know," before leaving again. My best friend even had to point out that it was my very first time shopping for a bridal dress and to give us some grace. The options were limited though, expected a much wider variety.

Estelle's has always had a great reputation for dresses & suits. They have a wide selection & even plus sizes to make everyone feel comfortable! They have sales with yo to 60% off select items! I always love browsing & shopping at Estelle's. Need something for an upcoming cruise!

Why didn't think to come here sooner?! LOL. With limited time & a tight budget I was able to find exactly what I wanted for a black tie wedding. Maggie was a delight to work with and so was Lucy. The price was right, the alteration is going to be done in time and most of all I am happy with how I look! Thank you again!

This is a complicated review . And written by a guy , but I know a nice dress when I see one . Some parts deserve a 2 , some parts a 4 so we''ll settle for a 3. So took a friend shopping for a dress for a party . Looking specifically for a cocktail dress ',maybe a pastel or a floral . This place is the Home Depot of dresses .It should come with a tour guide and a map . So yes a huge selection . This is where Glinda buys her dresses . But that's the rub , a simple cocktail dress was very hard to find and also very hard to get assistance . Was sent from one end of the store to the other . I'll bet half of Suffolk county got their prom dresses there . If you're shopping for that , or a wedding or the Academy awards ...this is your place . If you're looking for something a bit classy but simpler , this might not be the right choice . We found something but it took it took a lot of work . But for the right occasion there are a ton of choices .

Very large selection of dresses for every age and all occasions. Shoes, Jewelry, handbags and all the little things we need to made the day just right. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

This place is great for prom dresses and wedding dresses and accessories. When it's crowded it's a little more difficult to find someone to help but everyone is still very helpful and kind. My niece was looking for a pink dress but could not find it. Prices are decent. Not too cheap but not too expensive. They have all sizes.

They sold me a sample dress for regular price and when I realized this. They then ordered the dress and still gave me a the sample dress The reason why I knew it was still the sample dress is because I marked it .. took a picture and saved it to my phone. Picked up the dress a few weeks later and viewed the same marking spot again Company just sent it.out to the dry cleaners and tell u the new dress is in

Great service and a huge selection to choose from. I have been here for my daughter Jr. and Sr. prom. I have also gotten a dress from here for a black tie event.

My best friend is getting married so I suggested Estelle's for bridesmaid dresses. I had great luck here years ago. We wound up trying on wedding dresses and our consultant was amazing. We weren't sure what style would look best on our bride and she was pulling everything she could. Dress after dress my bride was "eh" so the consultant pulled one that wasn't quite 'what we thought we wanted' and my bride came out BEAMING. Then she found the perfect veil too. We didn't say yes right then and there but my bride couldn't stop talking about it all night and I said "that's your dress" Just to be sure we went to one other place to try on dresses (huge disappointment) and I just looked at her and said "We need to go get YOUR dress from Estelle's" She tried it back on for her daughter and we almost had to force her out of it. Thank you for such a great experience. We have a very happy bride and the price was amazing.

Great customer service, I have two daughters and Estelle's has always been our go to boutique for all occasion, be It sweet sixteens, weddings proms, or any special occasion where you might need a dress at an affordable price, not to mention they have great accessories, shoes, and their selections are endless, any and every color imaginable. Had a good experience getting my daughter's prom dress here 5 years ago so decided to come back for wedding dresses. Not as good this time around. It was a typical sweltering summer day and their air conditioning was just not doing the job. There's nothing like trying on evening gowns while dripping sweat! We kept complaining loudly about how we were probably ruining these gowns by sweating in them but nobody in the fitting room seemed to care. The service was nonexistent-a bunch of teenage girls who didn't seem like they wanted to be there. The gowns themselves were okay but a bit expensive and not high quality brands. Not worth the drive for us.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! My daughter found her prom dress after many visits to other stores and Estelle's. When we went to order it they gave me a completely different price than what the tag said. Apparently someone in their store mistagged the dress! The assistant manager refused to compromise or offer any resolution and wanted me to pay the full correct amount. She had no desire to help a customer. We asked to speak to someone higher, the response was dismissive. I will NEVER shop there again, very unprofessional!

After my friend found her wedding dress we are now on the hunt for brides maid dresses. We decided to come here and see what Estelle's had to offer. We were going to roam around on our own but decided to ask for assistance to help us along the way. We waited for a few minutes and a young lady brought us over to the area where they had a few dress options. Now the bridal section is huge I mean there's so many dresses in there but since we weren't looking for a wedding dress we really didn't pay it much attention. The section for the bridesmaid dresses was very small two small racks with dresses that we really did not like for many different reason material, style etc. we then decided to go across the store and look at other dresses every single dress had a low cut back and a high slit which is definitely not appropriate for bridesmaids. Only thing that caught my eye was the BARBIE section it was so beautiful all the pink dresses gorg. But remember what we're her for alright stay focused. We ended up trying on a few dresses nothing to our liking. These dresses are definitely good for Parties, proms etc. NOT weddings. We went across to look at the shoes and there was a small selection for the bride she didn't see anything she liked but they did have cute bridesmaid / bride apparel. Even though they did not have something we liked the store is huge and has many other options most sexy but also big dresses for sweet 15/16 available.

Went in today to look for a dress to attend an orthodox wedding. Thought this would be the perfect place to look. I had been to this store before with much success in the past, however today was not that day. The door greeter was the only good part. He was very sweet. Other than that, the people working here are non existent but I saw them everywhere (behind counters, arranging dresses, and walking right by me). Not one time did anyone ask if I needed help (i did). I physically had to stop someone who worked there walking by me and inquired about some belts while holding a long dress in my hand. I asked where they were located as I was wanting to buy one with my dress... she said '"hang on ill think about it".. and walked away.. what? What kind of service is that? I walked around unimpressed for about a half an hour tried on two okay looking items but wasn't pleased with them. The styles seem older and dated and with nobody helping why would I spend money here? I gave up and left for the next one. I would no longer recommend.

I heard so many people recommend this place so when I finally was out of options and needed a dress for a wedding I came here. I must say it wasn't what I expected. First let me start off by saying they have so many beautiful gowns and dresses and very reasonable. The thing that was disappointed was that no one ever asked if I needed help. My daughter and I was in this store for 3 hours and not one person ask us if we needed help. Eventually it got to the point where we had to find someone as get some kind of assistance. Cocktail dress and other dress are easy to located. Gowns on the other hand are way in the back but cluttered together ( not a bad thing ) they have so many to choose from but if you are into the clutter and looking for hours at all options then this is the store for you. I'm not that person I hate pushing through the rack to find something. The gowns rack are definitely a hit or Miss with the sizes and let's pray that the size you need is not damage. That brings me to my next point, finally I found a dress and a gown but the gown was ripped and the zipper had issues so I had to visit the customer service area. Where they are extremely overwhelmed, but that's where I learned of the return policy which are no returns. However, you can do an exchange within 5 days and of course having the original sales receipt. They do have fitting rooms one set in the front of the store the second set in the back of the store. I ended up buying too dresses. I tried them on in the store and they seems to fit pretty good. It was until the night before the wedding I tried it on again and realized one the dresses was too large in the bust area and unfortunately I was stock with it because it was too late for an exchange. Despite all of that. I will return here again if I need a dress but now I know what to expect.

Loved this place. We walked in so many beautiful dresses. We didn't have an appointment but one of the sales lady helped us find sales person. My daughter tried on some dresses for her sweet sixteen and the sales lady was very kind and helpful. I loved the service we received and recommend Estelle's. One thing is come early and bring patience because there are so many beautiful dresses. I will get dresses there in the future. The prices are good.

The price for dresses is really ridiculous and they do not accept no refund. I would not recommend this store. Who has money to burn and if they don't have it in the store and you have to pay for it with our trying the item on.

My wife went here to get a dress for a company party. Maggie helped her and my wife wanted me to give her recognition. She spent over an hour helping my wife find the perfect dress and accessories. As a husband, I could only stand back and helpfully play with my phone and stay out of the way while Maggie did her thing. I sat in a nice chair by the dressing rooms and waited for each new selection she chose. They have quite an inventory of dresses; prom, party, wedding, quinceanera, and some things I'm not quite sure of honestly.

This is a really bad experience and rude customer service. we went shopping for prom dress in April. We couldn't decide on the dress which is about 500$. the lady at the customer service suggest we can hold it for 7 days with a deposit. and we were told we can call to cancel or the dress will be released after 7 days and the deposit will be refund to us. so we put 100 down. days later, we decided to go for another dress in a local store, so I called in to cancel the hold. the lady who answered the phone just asked for the receipt number and told us everything is handled. But at the end of May, I still see no refund on credit card. I checked with the store, the answer is since we didn't call within 7 days, the store will not issue a refund. This is obviously not what we were told at the time we put deposit, and not at the time when we called in to release the dress. This time the lady answered the phone was really rude and impatient. She kept saying "we always tell everybody" (which is obviously not true), and "the policy is on our website"(so do i suppose to question what they told me in person and always go to their website for confirmation?). When I ask for a manager's number, she said she is the manager. I called my credit card to dispute this transaction. I will see if i can find someway to get my 100 dollar back. This is really a very bad experience.

Let me start off by saying this place is absolutely amazing. I had bought a dress, the wedding was the next day and the dress no longer fit. I was in a frenzy to figure it out. My best friend counted on me. My mom suggested Estelle's. Once arriving to Estelle's with my dress in my hands and associate started to help me find a similar color dress to see if we could just buy a new one. When the manager, Linda, found out, she immediately started helping. After a few moments of her thinking what she could do to help, she got me the seamstress and told her to fix the dress for me. So instead of buying a whole new dress, the manager helped to make the dress I originally had fit. The seamstress did such a great job too and only in an hr. It was quick and fast and helpful. While waiting for my dress I found these amazing shoes. I was gonna wear basic ones to the wedding. After finding these beauties and them only costing 80$, I absolutely had to have them! They were perfect and beautiful and comfortable the whole night I wore them. The went great with the dress too. I got so many compliments that night. I've also gotten so much use out of them in other events. Also while look around I noticed they had the most dressed I've ever seen and any other little thing one might not think about when trying to buy everything for your outfit. I highly recommend this place and if I lived in Long Island , I'd go here for any dress need. Can't thank them enough.

Come early! It gets pretty crowded with teenagers around prom time April- May. There are not that many 0 and 00 sizes available in any designer lines. It was extremely difficult for many smaller/thinner teens (under 95lbs) because a 0 in one designer's dress is definitely not the same 0 in another designer's line, but I think that's common sense. The Blondie line, Morgan & Company, and a few other designer lines are what I'd consider a reasonable price to pay for a 4 hour event. There's a seating area for parents to sit and wait while their teen tries on the millions of dresses they picked out. Be prepared to be there for at least 1 hour. Note: The teens are allowed to walk out of the fitting room to show their parents the dress they have on. Just close the curtain and try to leave at least your footwear inside the enclosed area in clear sight so no other teen tries to take that room thinking it's available for use.

Estelle has an absolute huge array of dresses for children, men, women, sweet 16, wedding, prom, communion or special event. Their prices are incredibly reasonable. they have such a large selection anyone that comes they'll definitely find something that they like. I brought my daughter in looking for a sweet 16 dress. we had a lovely sales girl and she found a dress she really liked but I thought it best that she shop around a little bit more to make sure that was the dress she really wanted. They don't have a lot of sales help on the floor so you're in a big way kind of on your own. But the selection of shoes and accessories for your dress is absolutely phenomenal! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good bargain and to completely put your ensemble together for your special event. It's without a doubt a one stop shop.

Today we took our two boys who are disabled to be fitted for tuxedos by Black Tie at Estelle's. The compassion and care by Mark & Linda at Black Tie was tremendous. We are so happy we chose Black Tie at Estelle's. You have to be a complete professional to perfectly measure two boys in wheelchairs, and Mark measured them "perfectly". We also have to thank Pete with Security at Estelle's for looking out for our well being, getting us all in and out safely

Been coming to Estelle's for years. My friends, family, and self come here for everything we have ever needed. My sweet 16, all of my proms, wedding guest gowns and now bridal gowns. Loved Casablanca bridal especially!

After scouring numerous high end department stores with no luck, I raced to Estelle's last week, after work, in search of a mother of the bride gown for a wedding in 4 weeks. I approached the help desk, explained what I needed, and was promptly paired with a young sales assistant who was determined to understand what I was looking for so she could help me find something that met my requirements AND made me feel like a million bucks. She nailed it. She then took me over to jewelry, bags and shoes ( at my request) where the team rolled up their sleeves and jumped in to help me get all the accessories I needed. 90 minutes later- and right at close, I left with everything I needed- including a ton of confidence. I honestly can't remember the last time I had such a GREAT customer experience. Everyone who worked with me was kind, responsive, and supportive while bending over backwards to help me with everything I needed. Additionally- I want to give a shout out to the Managers who kindly assisted me with a billing snag I had ( my issue not theirs). Highly recommend and will go back again and again.

Shopping for wedding accessories is stressful, expensive and time consuming...unless you come to Estelle's. Scratch that, it's still expensive but it's much cheaper than what everyone else in NYC will try to charge (uhm my veil will not cost as much as my dress-that's insane). The ladies in the Bridal department were pleasant and helpful. The store was clean and organized and I was there for less than two hours and able to find a veil, a headpiece, a necklace (and brought two of three home the same day) and browse through shoes and jackets. (November wedding=fun jacket accessory!) I was with my parents and not only did we feel very relaxed here, but we had fun! In fact, we're already planning our next trip-next time to look for a dress for my mom! I got my sweet 16 dress here (yes, I was that kind of girl) and stuff for my wedding...kind of becoming a family staple.

STUNNING, FLAWLESS, DIVERSE, HIGH-QUALITY. I could rave about this store all day. As someone who is VERY picky and knowledgable about fashion, this place blew my expectations out of the water. This store has every type of dress you could possibly need: conservative, long, tight, fancy, casual, sparkly, seductive, corseted, plus size, petite, ball gown.... Prices range anywhere from $60 to $1100, showing immense diversity. I liked that I wasn't being followed around by staff members, but when I had question about anything the staff was knowledgable and patient with my excessive attention to detail. If you know fashion like I do, you would know the pink dress in the picture is a flawless design by Max Azria. I tried on this exact dress on the rack in Manhattan, for $500.... I got it for $250 at Estelles!!!!! They are up to date with all the current fashion trends, fabrics, and accessories. I spent over 3 hours ooo-ing and aah-ing at the dresses in this store, and the young lady in the dressing room was very professional with me when I came in to try on 12 dresses. I went to the location in Farmingdale Long Island, it is now a must-stop shop whenever I am in Long Island. Left with two dresses I a over the moon about, for half the price I would've spent on one dress in NYC!

Came here last minute for a dress for a military ball. This place is pretty big. But wish they had better selections. It's a big place, so you get kind of overwhelmed. I find this place to be a bit overpriced as I saw the same dress that I bought (somewhere else) being priced at $299. I got the EXACT dress elsewhere for $175. The dressing rooms aren't heavily monitored so you can come and go as you please. This time around, I didn't have a salesperson hounding me. I guess it isn't a peak time. Last time I was here, there was a RUDE salesperson who said, "you guys needa move... You are blocking others from entering." Why TF would you place a rack of cheap ass dresses in the front for people to look at, then?! Anyway, I was reluctant to come back, but my sister insisted since it was last minute and she HAD to get something. In the end, we bought a dress and bounced. I'm glad we weren't there for more than an hour.

Best place to go to for prom dresses and dresses for special occasions. So much to choose from! You can just grab a couple of dresses you're interested in and go to the fitting room. There is no pressure whatsoever. I had previously purchased a couple dresses here to attend some family weddings. No regrets. As for the bridal section, I found it to be so-so. I was actually quite disappointed. The only good thing was that no appointments were necessary. Not too many choices for wedding dresses. Maybe it's because I came while everyone is getting ready for prom. The place was pretty packed and it took FOREVER to get someone to help my sister and I with our dresses. After approximately an hour of waiting, a girl named Tracey came to give us a hand. Her attitude was great. Very patient and helpful. She did help me find a dress I became quite fond of but I don't want to just choose the first dress I try on for such an important occasion! It is now on my list and I may go back for it after some digging around.

I bought my wedding gown here. My bridesmaids and maid of honor also bought their gowns here. They have huge selection assortment of styles and sizes to choose from. The customer service really provides customer service as they ordered a gown in a large junior size for my junior bridesmaid. The price is reasonable. However, they very disappointedly do NOT provide tailoring or alteration services for wedding gowns or any type of bridesmaid, prom or mother of the bride/groom gowns. The only way to get here is by car.

I am honestly not one to write reviews but my worries and concerns were put at ease by the staff. Emily was beyond helpful from beginning to end of our search for Prom dress. My daughter is a plus size and dresses are typically not easy to find. Finding that "right look" that "right fit". With Emily's help, my daughter found a dress she loves. Watching her wear the dress with confidence is more than a mother could asked for. I tipped Emily (which is also something I don't usually do-I think people should.. we tip on services at other places, right?) she was excellent with her job and done with a smile! I was exhausted and couldn't imagine the work Emily had to put into it day in and day out. After I placed the order, I called today (less than 24 hours) to ask if I can change the size. Sometimes moments decision changes after a little more thought into it. After getting home I emailed customer service but this morning I called and the lady (I think her name is Nicole?) could not be more accommodating. She honored my request to change the size WITHOUT any issue! Needless to say, Estelle's found a loyal customer in me and would recommend this store to all my friends and family and to EVERYONE!!!

I went inside the dresses are gorgeous but the people who work there are extremely rude they watch you as if you are going to steal something and talk badly behind you're back do not recommend stay away

The store had a great selection of wedding dresses and I found my dress here! The attendants were all extremely kind and helpful. Maha helped me with my headpiece and she was really lovely and attentive. However, the on-site alterations person they have is TERRIBLE. She was extremely aggressive, rude, dismissive of all my questions and concerns, and insisted that my preferred way of tailoring the dress was impossible. Absolutely awful experience with her. I went to Alterations Unlimited by Gina instead, and guess what? Not only were all my tailoring preferences possible, but they had way better solutions than Estelle's in-store hack. Shop at Estelle's then definitely go elsewhere for the tailoring.

The prices are reasonable and they have everything you need for whatever your special occasion is. However, they Re suppose to have fashion assistants for the shoppers, I requested one because there are so many dresses you can get overwhelmed. We waited almost 10 minutes before someone came to help us, then she went to get another dress for us and never came back, so I went to look for her she was doing something else, ???? So I politely asked her did you forget about us, she replied I sent someone else to help you, but they never came nor did they know the dress she was getting for us. So, ok I get the dress and here comes her backup, who wasn't very helpful. Next thing I know we've got someone else assisting us, 3 assistants later the only thing that mattered was my granddaughter was happy. Kids are oblivious to good customer service. I'll post a picture of her on prom night.

Dress didn't come in time for party.I ordered it 3 months before. They had the date I also paid extra for expedited shipping. They gave me the floor model which was 2 sizes too big so I had to pay a lot to get it altered. I had it done there. They only got $40 back. A dress that was $550 ended up cos me $790. The people there are very rude to deal with.

We have been to this location 3 or 4 times already. My daughter has been looking for a sweet 16 dress. The biggest issue is that the majority of dresses for size 10 and up are never available. On the 4th trip we finally found a dress fit similar to what were looking for, although the color my daughter wanted was not available at least she could try on the dress to see how she looked. We found a very helpful dress attendant, after 30 minutes of changing and trying didferent colors and dresses, my daughter realized she had found her dress. Now, the issue at hand price, alterations, when custom ordering a dress there is a wait time of 3 months and the fact that the color she wantes something similar to a royal blue was not available for the dress she wanted not even if she placed a custom order. Price for the dress was about $700, which was way over budget and this place does not care if you pay cash. So we departed, going back to square one. By the way alterations were not included in the price of the dress, it would be additional, really? I don't know why I've never reviewed Estelle's before. I've been coming here for years. My mom would bring me here when I needed a dress for a family outing. Nowadays I go there for everything from a party to a wedding to just wanting to look all dolled up when I go out. They can be a little pricey but their dresses are worth it. The dressing room is HUGE so you're not on top of other people (literally) when your friend is helping you zip up your dress. They also have a ton of sample gowns which is where I usually luck out. It's worth the trip if you don't live close by. You're bound to find something.

This is a huge place with alot of dresses. What I love about this place is that you don't have employees hovering over you when you're trying on the dresses---even the bridal dresses. U literally just take whatever wedding dress u wanna try on, walk straight into the dressing room and try it on. U don't need an employee to escort u or whatever. No appointments needed. U go do your own thing. It's not like David's brid or other bridal shops where u have to make an appointment or speak to a seller. U literally just do whatever u want.

Bridal Area Review: Wedding August of 2017 My first experience was overwhelming, and they don't do appointments. Couldn't find any help because all the sales associates were occupied. It was prom season and entire store even bridal area was swarmed with High School students. Unfortunately, I had less than 5 months to find a dress. And most of the places I checked out wouldn't get the dresses I liked in time. I tried browsing myself but nothing was in a particular order, I began to get frustrated. Since I was already there I decided to sit down take a breather and wait for one of the Sales Associates to be available. Finally, I got some help and tried on a few dressing she found in my price range. However, I felt rushed through the whole process. Though, I wound up liking one of the dresses, I couldn't say YES without my sister. I returned the next day with my sister. I was greeted by Sales Associate Anne. The store was pretty empty and I had her all to myself. Anne put the dress from previous visit on me, my sister liked it but said it wasn't me. I then tried on another dress but didn't like it. Anne suggested I try on a dress that was not the silhouette nor the style I wanted. I'm sort of old fashion or as my sister says, "I'm boring". Mind you when I saw the price tag($2,100) I didn't want to try it on, because I was scared I would love it. I thought she was trying to pull a fast one when I told her it's beyond my budget. She told me to trust her. I FEEL IN LOVE WITH IT! She then tells me that It was a dress they had on clearance due to it being slightly damaged during customers trying it on alone. Okay, so how much less was it? Now, she tells me to step out to show my sister. Now, mind you my sister never smiles and has no filter. My mean sister said SHE LOVED THE DRESS! Anne does the drum roll and says it's $600. I cried and almost fainted. I SAID YES TO THE DRESS AT ESTELLE'S. Thank you so much Anne for making this the best dress shopping experience. You made up for my first overwhelming experience at the store. Anne you get beyond 5 stars.

This review is for the bridal section. Piece of advise, employees like MAHA will, I repeat, WILL! push customers away. She is so unhelpful & has a resting bitch face. She has a face that will make you think shes putting a curse on you. & no bride wants BAD LUCK while trying to find the wedding dress of their dream. There was a very helpful gentlemen named Giovanny. Thanks Giovanny for being kind & patient with the 2 brides to be & the bridesmaids.

Came here with my mom to help her find a dress for my wedding next year. We always passed this place but never had gone in over the years. First walking in can be a lot to figure out. Estelle's for sure has a lot of dresses in stock. However I found it a little difficult to figure out where the dress selection began and end. The layout of the store seemed a little all over the place. We found short dresses in the front and thought the store did not have long dresses until we walked passed a section of shawls separating it. There is a small fitting room that has a narrow walkway and small privacy changing rooms. The prices really do range from affordable to overpriced. The styles were pretty decent in selection. We did luck out on my mom's dress by finding a cute long dark plum colored evening dress that fit her figure at only $80. Although it wasn't easy to find based on the organization of the dresses. As for customer service we didn't have too much interaction with the staff besides checking out. The store itself has a very dated feel and can use an update to give it a well needed revamped look. We didn't have a bad experience here, but nothing over the top stellar.

So I have to admit, I was very hesitant. I drive past Estelle's all the time and it never struck me as an especially classy place. But, someone recommended it to me so I gave it a shot. I'm so glad I did. It's not as "classy" or fancy as some dedicated bridal salons, but man do they have a selection! And the greatest thing is that my price point was at the bottom end of most other salons, so they didn't have as much selection (and some were even snooty about it). But it was right in Estelle's wheelhouse, and they had a TON of dresses for me. Both of the attendants I had (my first one's shift ended) were FANTASTIC! They instantly got what I was looking for and brought it to me, whereas most other places I went floundered to figure it out. I was just thinking of it as a throwaway salon to kill time, but I ended up finding my wedding dress! HOWEVER, I DO NOT recommend using their on site alterations person. My dress had to be taken in a lot, which she did a great job of, but she totally screwed up my bustle. It had to be redone four times that night. For the amount of money we spent on alterations, it was honestly ridiculous. By your dress here but get it altered somewhere else.

I had a very unfortunate experience here when trying to purchase my wedding dress. I had put money down towards a dress and when I came back to pick it up the dress did not fit, the manager came at me with a horrible attitude yelling at me saying I'd better go home and start "squatting" to lose weight because no matter what I was going to have to pay the remaining balance, right in-front of other customers and employees no empathy what so ever. No excuse for her to talk to me the way she did. Horrible, horrible customer service I felt so humiliated. thank you for one of the worst experiences i have ever had I will never step foot in here again. Dress less and 350 dollars waisted smh I will steer everyone I know far away from this place. Go to davids bridal they will exchange any brides dresses incase it doesn't fit or you changed your mind on style at no additional fee instead of yelling at you and try to fat shame you.

If I could put no stars I would Last time my family went dress shopping for a quinceanera dress we went to Estelle's and the workers yelled at us and did not help us at all Never going there again
