This happened at 3:30ish on Eagle and Franklin rd .. he would not move over to the middle lane for the green light those going east!

Adding another negative review. A large freight item was been sitting in their hands for over a week. I live maybe 15 minutes away, but I am unable to get ahold of anyone at this Boise location. They dont answer their phones or emails. The sender notified me that the item is scheduled to be sent back. I am sorry for anyone who has to deal with this service and location. They state 85years of exceeding expectations, but based on mine and other's reviews, they seem not to follow through.

My delivery sat in Boise for a week. There was zero communication on when it would get delivered. When it did finally get delivered my $4000 item looked like it had been dropped, rolled, ran over and altogether crap! The delivery drivers were, less than ideal, and that is putting it nicely. This is the last place I would ever do business with. I have to get my item replaced and they will be using a different shipping company, thank goodness! Absolutely terrible.

They've had my shipment since 3/21. It was supposed to be delivered on 3/26 which was the 1st delay. I rearranged my day to be here to receive it just to have them change the date again to 4/1. Their excuse is that they don't have anyone out in my area to deliver it until then. We live 30 minutes away and they won't let me come pick it up. This is a Walmart product and I usually have good experience with them but this is the 1st large item I've ordered. From here on out I will stick with Amazon and Wayfair for the bigger stuff since their delivery companies are more reliable.

1000 lbs crate from Sparks NV. To Boise Idaho, 2 days, Excellent. But now it's it's sitting on a dock at finally mile for going on two weeks I'm on probably 35 away. Called Customer service 3 times @Estes and they can't get ahold of finally mile contractor nor will they tell me who it is or phone number of the contractor so I can pick it up myself.Whoever Estes is using for there final mile delivery service is a reflection of there overall services. I'll probably refuse shipment now that I still don't know when it's going to be delivered and I can't do the same to my customer so I'll get it from somewhere else. Thanks ESTES for great customer service...NOT.

Glad I’m not the only one having issues. My delivery has been in their hands for a week now and have had no contact. Every time I call I get the run around saying “well the delivery terminal has it. I will have some one research and reach out to you.” Yet get no return calls. I have called a number of times and I am losing patience quickly. I am about to go down to the delivery hub in person and raise hell since no one can give me a damn answer on where my item is at. Worst damn freight company I have ever dealt with.

Horrible customer service, 0 visibility on actual delivery time in the day. Was on the phone with customer support, put on hold for 15 minutes, was told our driver was having issues with the truck, and hung up the phone. Didn't answer any questions, didn't check if we needed anything else. Also, the drivers told us they would be at our house in 30 minutes, 3 hours before this call!

Horrible customer service. They lost 1 of 4 items and they had no clue where and never returned my calls for updates. The item was a large oven so it's very hard to miss and since they never contacted me back they must never have found it if they even looked for it. The replacement shipment has been sitting in town for a week and I'm getting no response from estes. Finally got through in the chat and they stated they don't have an answer for me, were upgrading it for internal review, but to give it at least 24 hours for it to be reviewed. I advised the company I bought the equipment through to switch to a different company for shipping.

They dropped off my 176,000 dollar retool for my laundrymat 1/2 of the load was dented and scratched. 1 brand new washer was not even usable. Looks real good, spent that much money and they shit on my equipment,I hope they get there personal stuff shipped in that way.
