Matt Hightower, is our rep and is always very helpful and responsive to whatever we need! Ronnie(Red) is our driver and one of the best we had for our route! Estes is one of our top freight carriers and we love them!

We ship freight/LTL on a regular basis. We have called several times to arrange a pickup and the last 2 times, no one bothered to show up, or they are pulling in as we are leaving for the day (5pm), even when we tell them delivery and pickup window is between 10a-4p M-F. Gave them a 3rd chance, guess what, No call, no show up, nothing. Not sure how you all are still in business screwing over a national account? EDIT IN RESPONSE TO THE COMPANY's RESPONSE. How am I suppose to give you ANY shipment details when you guys did not pick this up!!?? You did not pick this up so you I do not have shipment details foir you.

I recently had a shipment delivered by Estes. They delivered ahead of schedule and were very quick to respond to my email with questions about my delivery.

Estes delivered furniture to our house. They left it in the middle of the driveway blocking our garage doors. When we asked the driver if he could move the items into our garage, he said "No". He left the items on a pallet stacked higher than we are tall. We had to hire an emergency person to come over and move the freight to a better location. I would not recommend this driver to my worst enemy.

I want to applaud these folks. The ladies who I spoke with several times when I called (I apologize for not remembering their names), were kind and courteous and helpful. They never made me feel like I was “bothering” them like some companies do. The driver was exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. I had to use my tractor to help unload and was nervous, but the driver gave excellent instructions and we got the job done with no casualties! 😀 Thanks, Estes, for a great experience!!

Delivery driver (Ronnie) was "running behind" to the point we called dispatch a couple of times and him directly to get his ETA and he told us he was in the same place both times we spoke to him (on the road, same land mark???). Because he was running behind, the tow truck was onsite past normal business hours and charged us an "after hours charge". Frustrating. HIRE BETTER.

If you're shipping LTL, it's just a matter of time until something gets lost or damaged. One thing that sets Estes apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. Not only on the day in and day out shipments, but more importantly, when there is an issue, they go above and beyond to resolve it.

Would definitely not recommend using this company, was wondering if they were even legit! We ordered several items online who in turn used Estes since it was 2 pallets. I had to continuously contact them to see where our shipment was, they had our items for at least 3-4 weeks sitting there, each time I would email or call they would give me a different reason why we haven't received our shipment yet. We finally got it today, although some of it was smashed, thankfully it didn't hurt the product. DO NOT USE THEM!
