It's just getting ridiculous. My shipment was scheduled for delivery on Friday, Sep 27 between 8am-12. On Thursday when I received this text notification, I called to ask if I could get a 45 minute delivery text or phone call. I asked for a call back which never came. I went online and asked for the phone notification. On Friday morning, I received an email response from support telling me that they would add my request and although I was scheduled for delivery, my items were still in California and had not reached Colorado. They would reschedule. Apparently, I wasn't going to be notified about this delay. I received a phone call rescheduling for today (Monday). I received a phone call with 45 minutes notice so I sent a guy to meet the truck. After waiting 2 hours (which will cost me $50):the truck was a no show. Phone calls to the delivery driver went unanswered. I'm waiting to hear when they are going to deliver, if ever. Do not use this company. Ever.
