UPDATE: They sent a driver back to retrieve my package and they just delivered it today. I am surprised they actually got the package back. Will upgrade to 3 Stars. A delivery company that does not deliver! Waited ALL day for my delivery scheduled for 8am-12pm. Checked tracking every hour. Never left the house. AFTER 5pm Tracking updates to delivered at 10:34 am. They did NOT deliver to my address. My cameras show the driveway and the road in front of house. Your driver was NEVER in my area. One star because you can't post without a star.

Your guys just block driveways roads parking lots, when there's perfectly good parking to take it back into.

Worst experience EVER!!! Huge nightmare. The delivery team we had, had no experience at all, they said this themselves. They had no dolly, no straps, just my fridge crooked on a broken pallet. My husband had to spend 3-4 hours trying to get the supplies needed and then for them to say they wouldn’t deliver down our drive. We had zero issues with the other delivery companies happily and professionally delivering appliances down our driveway. We had another delivery from Estes of lumbar and they did not sit it on a pallet, making our workers having to by hand properly get the lumber down our driveway piece by piece. Our fridge was then supposed to be on the same truck since it was denied by them before to deliver. Well, their communication within the company is horrible and they had no idea that this was the arrangement we made 2 days prior. So we are STILL waiting on our fridge to get delivered. I wish Home Depot will learn to NOT use them. Otherwise, we will never order anything from a company that uses Estes. Run!!!!

Worst delivery company I have ever had the unfortunate displeasure of having to deal with!!! God help you if you order ANYTHING if you live on the second floor! These clowns have had a grill I ordered for nearly a week in my town, and they refuse to deliver it because I live on the second floor in my apartment! They have been texting me, saying they're going to deliver it for three days now! I used to do home delivery for years, I have had to haul 300 to 400 pound items up several floors! I have no pity for people who refuse to do what they're hired for! Put the purse down, pick up my grill, then grow a pair and do your job! I am going to post this comment on EVERY POSSIBLE review site I can find! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Wish it was legal to sue over this level of service! This company is rated 1 star on Yelp by everyone also! RECTEQ will also be notified they need use a new delivery company!

If there was a way to give this company a negative star I would. The only reason they get 1 start is because you have to to leave a review. They are thieves. This company will damage your freight and not pay for it then try to sue you for "their" freight bill. It's not okay. They have stolen and their service is garbage. Don't bother responding because there is nothing that you can say that will ever make this company okay. They damaged 6 shipments in a row then lied to not have to pay for them. We literally have emails and promises on paper from Estes to make things right with us but they still fought to not pay. We aren't the only ones that have had these dealings, since our miserable efforts to use this company we have heard horror story after horror story and highly recommend you use ANY other carrier. Even the worst of the worst is better than this.

Very easy to work with. We all know issues happen from time to time in this industry and they are one of the few aware that communication is essential to customer service. From the sales rep, to the dispatch, to the dock manager I have someone to contact about my freight. Estes has been a great sales tool for me.

Estes Express takes great care of us on regular basis. If we ever have any issues we always receive great service. The drivers and customer service Reps are always willing to help and go the extra mile for our shipments.

Been doing business Estes for close to 20 years. Few years back have it all to them verses trying to save that extra $ or two. They consistently give good service meeting their standard delivery times most of the time. Occasionally a enroute or delivering terminal will be a problem, but Tulsa has been awesome!
