Ingredients are excellent quality, food is focused more on quality of ingredients and it is really good for seafood lovers. Service was very attentive and they have a good wine list. It had a relaxed atmosphere for a fine dining restaurant. I will admit it is quite expensive for Madrid prices, so if you are feeling like a splurge for a special occasion thats a good option.

I love Estimar in Barcelona. So I decided to have dinner in Madrid also. Everything is on the standard but I still love the food I had in Barcelena more. All Clams dishes were very nice cooked but the Bikini’s bread which I was waiting for, was little bit flab and oily than I got in Barcelona. But cheese cake is very delicious, must try.

We went for lunch. It was fabulous. Everything we had was amazing. Lobster, Dover sol, caviar toast and 7 eggs etc. it is definitely a place that is higher price but worth it.

We came here for anniversary celebration and we absolutely loved it - everything from the atmosphere of the “boutique” feeling place to open kitchen concept to kind attendants. The food was incredible. Our favorite were chipirones, ostras, and the fish - one of the tastiest fish I’ve tried in my life.

Estimar, a branch of the famous Barcelona restaurant. Many considerate an icon for seafood. Unfortunately, I found it to be overrated. Don’t get me wrong, the food is good, but nothing wow. Desserts were best part of the meal

It’s called Estimar! Description: Delightful experience! Beautiful and cozy restaurant with friendly staff that makes you feel very welcome! Must be the best seafood restaurant in Madrid!!! Every dish was made with care and delicate flavors in mind!! The caviar was to die for!!! Would most definitely recommend to anyone I know :)

Incredible experience 😊 I tried some of my best dishes like caviar club sandwich , prawn tartar , and fresh seafoods. Rafa Zafra is well known and he is one of the best in Spain.

Can't miss place for seafood and fish lovers. They both get exquisite product and excellent preparations. They get pretty creative as well, there's a lot of things to try there. They get fresh stuff every day, but some of it does run out. It's worth coming early if you really want to taste a particular thing. They have sea urchin, caviar, oysters, red prawn, devil toes, and plenty of other delicacies. Now of course this ain't cheap stuff, so expect a pretty hefty bill if you want to enjoy yourself. The restaurant isn't the most luxurious one, and it gets pretty loud. Still an excellent experience.
