I had three of the ladies working there helping me find shoes.I felt so special with the Wonderful customer service. Love the store. We are blessed to have the Etc store! Thank you ladies for your help. Sonya and i forgot the the two names. It’s my elderly memory. i will definitely continue to shop there!

This place is great! It was my first time in today and the lovely ladies working are so sweet and welcoming. It is very neat, organized well, and they have a great selection. I will definitely be back.

This place is amazing! Great deals similar to Goodwill 5 Years ago. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Store is well organized and very clean. It's a regular stop for me now, definitely worth a visit!

Awesome awesome awesome. So nicely organized and great prices. If you craft, especially sew it's amazing. Love that 10000 Villages is in the same store. This is a store that reminds me of something I would see back in the northeast, just gave me New England vibes for some reason, I don't know.

I love shopping here! The prices are great and you never know what you’ll find! They’re constantly putting new product out, so it makes it fun to stop I often to see what they might have!

I love this place. It is a fantastic store with wonderful prices. Well organized and the staff is awesome. I only deduct a star because I REALLY wish they would do a limit of some kind on Dollar Basket day. Like a limit of 3 or 4 baskets. I go in on wednesdays as soon as they open, the reason is because there are people that go in and take full advantage. Leaving with 8 or more baskets sometimes. Watched this guy leave during the winter with every nice coat he could get his hands on. I tried to be nice, grabbed a bunch of coats when they did, and put them back (since this kind of thing happens every week). That way people who came in later that day might be able to actually get one if they needed it. The guy went back and grabbed them all when he noticed they were no longer in my basket. It is really rude and inconsiderate. So yeah, a basket limit so people can stop abusing the hell out of that to the point no one else can enjoy the awesome deals would be awesome. No matter what this store is still really amazing. I get gifts for friends and family. Get craft stuff at great prices. Buy stuff I need around my house. Treat my son, Treat myself. If something is damaged they drop the price drastically. I got me a long, very warm, leather coat there for $10 because it had slight damage. Edit: They receny made it so they have different discounts throughout the week and they have imposed an item limit on the baskets. You now can have a max of 20 items per basket I believe. Also. All the props to the volunteers for keeping the community safe. Especially sunce so many shoppers and volunteers are elderly. They WILL NOT allow you inside without a mask. If you enter without one they tell you to buy one or leave. So for anyone with covid concerns, know this store takes your safety seriously.

Great prices and variety. Very rude and unkind staff. Pick up your shield and gird yourself with armor and helmet and SHOP!
